It is well‐established that Pt‐based catalysts suffer from the unfavorable linear scaling relationship (LSR) between *OOH and *OH (ΔG(*OOH)=ΔG(*OH)+3.2±0.2 eV) for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR), resulting in a great challenge to significantly reduced ORR overpotentials. Herein, we propose a universal and feasible strategy of fluorine‐doped carbon supports, which optimize interfacial microenvironment of Pt‐based catalysts and thus significantly enhance their reactive kinetics. The introduction of C−F bonds not only weakens the *OH binding energy, but also stabilizes the *OOH intermediate, resulting in a break of LSR. Furthermore, fluorine‐doped carbon constructs a local super‐hydrophobic interface that facilitates the diffusion of H2O and the mass transfer of O2. Electrochemical tests show that the F‐doped carbon‐supported Pt catalysts exhibit over 2‐fold higher mass activities than those without F modification. More importantly, those catalysts also demonstrate excellent stability in both rotating disk electrode (RDE) and membrane electrode assembly (MEA) tests. This study not only validates the feasibility of tuning the electrocatalytic microenvironment to improve mass transport and to break the scaling relationship, but also provides a universal catalyst design paradigm for other gas‐involving electrocatalytic reactions. Featured Application: Automatic packaging of fruit grading production line. Automated packing is urgently needed in apple production. This paper proposes an improved genetic algorithm fused with an optimal parameter selection algorithm to optimize the two-posture manipulator working path of packing robots. First, the structure and working principle of the packing robot were designed. Second, the kinematics and packing paths of the two-posture manipulator were analyzed. Finally, the path optimization method for the two-posture manipulator was introduced. The method was based on the improved genetic algorithm by using a two-level coding and region crossover operator. The parameter values can be automatically determined by the optimal parameter selection algorithm. Ten repeated comparative tests show that the total packing time is 23.86 s under the working conditions of four grasping points and fourteen placing points. The optimal performance of the proposed algorithm is better than that of the traditional genetic algorithm, and the average optimization amplitudes are 14.63%, 15.42%, 16.24%, and 13.82% for 9-groove, 12-groove, 14-groove, and 16-groove trays, respectively. The proposed algorithm can effectively prevent the premature convergence problem of the traditional genetic algorithm and the optimization process instability problem, improve the range of optimization, and reduce the manipulator working time during packing. Although straw is being utilized as an additive in construction materials, the thermal properties of straw and building materials in combination are insufficient. The thermal properties of straw–mortar composite materials can be improved by the pretreatment of straw. The alkali treatment enhances the mechanical attachment between the fibers and the matrix material, assuring that the straw–mortar composite materials have solid thermal insulation characteristics. Pretreatment with sodium hydroxide was utilized in this work to enhance the thermal properties of straw–mortar composite materials. This study mainly investigated the thermal properties of straw–mortar composite material after sodium hydroxide pretreatment and its change rules under the condition of the freeze–thaw cycle. A three-factor, three-level Box–Behnken experimental design, with the straw content (%), pretreatment time (min), and reagent concentration (%) as process parameters, was used. The response variables were the thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and thermal resistance. The findings revealed that all of the variables had a substantial impact on the replies. Optimization parameters of 17.95% for the straw content, 19.50 min for the pretreatment time, and 4.99% for the reagent concentration for the straw–mortar composite materials were achieved. A thermal conductivity of 0.211 W·(m·K)−1, a thermal diffusivity of 0.277 mm2·s−1, and a thermal resistance of 57.211 K·W−1 were the optimal thermal property indices. Furthermore, during the freeze–thaw cycle, the thermal conductivity coefficient and thermal diffusion coefficient of the combined pretreatment composite were 26% and 9% lower than the materials without the treatment. BACKGROUND: Jingshen Xiaoke decoction (JS) was prepared by studying the classic prescriptions of famous scholars in the past dynasties to prevent and treat diabetes. The related mechanism of JS against hyperlipidemia has yet to be revealed. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of action of JS in treating diabetes mellitus by using bioinformatics methods. METHODS: A database was used to search the active ingredients and targets of the JS and targets for type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). The protein interaction between the intersection targets, and the constructed the PPI network diagram was analyzed using the STRING database. Furthermore, the gene annotation tool DAVID was used to enrich the intersecting targets for the Gene ontology (GO) function and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) signaling pathway. Finally, Maestro software was used for molecular docking to verify the binding ability of the active ingredients to the core target genes. RESULTS: A total of 45 active ingredients in JS were screened out corresponding to 239 effective targets, of which 64 targets were potential targets for treating T2DM. The analysis of PPI network diagram analysis revealed that the ingredients' active components are quercetin, β -sitosterol, stigmasterol, luteolin, and 7-Methoxy-2-methyl isoflavone. GO functional enrichment analysis indicated 186 biological processes (BP), 23 molecular functions (MF) and 13 cellular components (CC). KEGG pathway enrichment analysis revealed the enrichment of 59 signal pathways. The molecular docking results demonstrated that the active ingredients and core targets had a good docking affinity with a binding activity less than - 7 kcal/mol. Finally, the western blotting illustrated that JS could up-regulate the liver PI3K/AKT-signaling pathway. CONCLUSION: JS can regulate glucolipid metabolism, reduce the inflammatory response, improve insulin resistance and modulate the immune response through PI3K/AKT signaling pathway treating of T2DM and its complications effects. Cholesterol stones are a common occurrence worldwide. Surgery is an effective way to treat cholesterol stones, but some patients may experience stone regeneration after surgery, and there is still no effective prevention and treatment strategy. Cholesterol supersaturation in bile is a prerequisite for the formation of cholesterol stones, but the specific pathogenesis remains poorly understood. In recent years, studies have found that intestinal dysbacteriosis is an important pathological basis for abnormal lipid metabolism closely related to the formation of cholesterol stones, and maintaining intestinal flora homeostasis can effectively prevent and treat cholesterol stones by taking intestinal flora as the starting point. "Earth stagnation and wood depression" is the pathological process of spleen and soil stagnation, and anti-insult liver wood result in liver wood stagnation, which plays an important role in the pathogenesis of cholesterol stones. By discussing the relationship between "earth stagnation" and intestinal flora, this paper proposes the important role of traditional Chinese medicine spleen soil in cholesterol stones and provides a new interpretation of the role of the "earth stagnation and wood depression" theory in the pathogenesis of cholesterol stones. At the same time, it is proposed that gallbladder treatment should be achieved by thinning the liver and treating the spleen, which can improve the imbalance of intestinal flora and regulate lipid metabolism to prevent and control the formation of cholesterol stones and may provide new prevention and treatment ideas for cholesterol stones.
