Abstract

Risk management is today a major steering tool for any organization wanting to deal with Information System (IS) security. However, IS Security Risk Management (ISSRM) remains difficult to establish and maintain, mainly in a context of multi-regulations with complex and inter-connected IS. We claim that a connection with Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) contributes to deal with these issues. A first step towards a better integration of both domains is to define an integrated EAM-ISSRM conceptual model. Among the steps of the research method followed to define such an integrated EAM-ISSRM conceptual, this technical report presents the whole outputs (through alignment tables) of the conceptual alignment between concepts used to model EA (based on ArchiMate, TOGAF, IAF and DoDAF) and concepts of the ISSRM domain model.

Abstract

International audience; The transport of dangerous goods consists of the carriage of goods presenting potential risks to the people, living organisms, the environment, and materials (public or private property) and therefore necessitates dedicated and specially reinforced security measures. According to global statistics, dangerous goods may constitute about fifty percent of global transportation in the following years, whether by road, railway, air, or seas. Compared to traditional transportation e.g., general supply chains, the TDG is a particular class of transportation that is subject to specific requirements among which the human and environmental safety. It also incorporates rigorous information immutability and the traceability of the DG movement [2], as indicated in the "Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road" [3] applicable since 1 January 2021. In this context, this chapter aims to propose a platform to support the verification of the stakeholders' identity, the history of transportation, including environmental data, and the location overtime of the dangerous good employing the blockchain-based digital certificate. Using blockchain technology (jointly use) of two concepts/technologies such as blockchain and digital certificate has for purpose to ensure transaction transparency, easy access to the transportation information, less paperwork, and strong stakeholder identification. Finally, besides proposing a blockchain-based digital certificate for the TDG, our approach also analyzes the extent to which the blockchain may be specified to integrate and be compatible with the Internet of Things (IoT) technology and specifications.

Digital Innovation Hub are of utmost importance when they sustain cooperation in innovative technological domains like the Cyber-Physical System. In this paper, we introduce, in a first part, a DIH ontology that we extend with CPS entities. For this, we remind the questions that the ontology must answer, deploy the methodology proposed by Noy and McGuinness, to identify the classes and the associations between classes, and integrate the new CPS ontological extensions. Abstract

Joint actions with other businesses are key to the survival of many companies today. Advanced collaboration technologies support companies in synchronizing their joint actions by forming digital business ecosystems (DBE). While such technologies are beneficial to companies, their use might also be potentially detrimental due to the increased complexity they add to the management of the BDE partners' collaboration and due to the partners' lack of knowledge in coping with this complexity. For companies to deal with the complexities in their dynamic environments, they need approaches for mapping out and analyzing their DBEs. Due to the newness of the DBE concept, how to model and analyze DBEs is hardly known. Yet, this is necessary, as partners in a DBEs want to know if their DBEs promotes or prohibits profit. This article proposes an approach to modelling and analyzing DBEs, based on the complimentary use of ArchiMate standards and quantitative methods such as the Analytical Hierarchy Process and linear programming. We carried out a first evaluation of the proposed approach by using an expert panel of practitioners. Our results indicate that the approach is easy to use from practitioner's perspective and that it can assist practitioners in executing their modelling and analysis tasks. However, more empirical evaluation research is needed in order to improve the approach's applicability in supporting companies in making DBE-related decisions.

Service engineering is a huge research topic that addresses the specification, the compliance and the sharing of business and IT services across companies, institutions or governmental organizations. Despite many advantages of working with the services, the guarantee of service compliance and management of the service overlaps by the stakeholders remains challenging. The objective of this document is to present a methodological approach in order to specify the links between the organizational layer and the informational layer of services. Therefore our research has focused on clarifying the responsibility dimension of the stakeholders involved in those services. 45. Cluster-Based Vehicle Routing on Road Segments in Dematerialised Traffic Infrastructures

Abstract

The structure and composition of the worldwide mobility infrastructure is growing exponentially and urgently needs to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide gas, to decrease the growing of traffic jam, to limit the over-abundancy traffic signs, and to improve the interoperability of traffic sign between different countries. First, this paper proposes a new mobility paradigm to organize in a global way the mobility based on three arising technology characteristics: high-performance computing efficiency, geo-positioning accuracy and 5G technology. Second, the paper proposes a cluster based approach for managing the mobility of (autonomous-)vehicles in the frame of that new paradigm and propose a set of usage scenarios. Finally, some basic tool are presented in order to implement machine learning based clustering step of the approach.
