The Covid-19 pandemic and the social distancing measures had psychosocial implications for the entire university's community. This study aims to identify factors associated with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress in a university's community in quarantine measures due to the health emergency. A cross-sectional study with quantitative and exploratory approach was undergone between April and May 2020, using anxiety, depression, and stress scale (DASS-21). A sample of 1,796 individuals participated in the study. Results from quisi-Poisson regression showed that history of mental disorder, worsening emotional status, and financial difficulties were associated with high scores for the three outcomes. Practicing an activity that provides well-being and having a computer at home were negatively associated with high depression scores. Shifts from face-to-face to remote classes may have negative implications in mental health of university's communities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
