Civic education is one of the compulsory subjects in elementary schools. This subject has a strong relationship with the social environment. This study aims to identify various types of environmental learning resources used by prospective teacher students in designing learning tools for civic education in elementary schools. Furthermore, the type of this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were college students of the elementary school teacher education study program who took the civic education development course. The data collection in this study was carried out by observations, interviews, and document analysis. The validity of the data was checked using triangulation. The analysis used in this study is inductive. Finally, the results showed that the environmental utilization by prospective teacher college students in the learning of civic education in elementary schools involves the family environment, school environment, and community environment. In addition, the use of the environment as a learning resource is intended to develop teaching materials and to prepare LKPD activities.

This study aims to discuss the internalization of the value of religious moderation in a multicultural society. This study uses a qualitative approach and data processing using a descriptive-analytical method. The results and discussion of this study indicate that there are several ways that can be used to internalize the value of religious moderation in a multicultural society. This study concludes that the internalization of the value of religious moderation in a multicultural society can be done in various ways. An important effort to internalize religious moderation in a multicultural society is to strengthen tolerance among religious people.

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya krativitas belajar siswa kelas 3 SDN 273/VI Sungai Putih II khususnya dalam pemeblajaran tema 2. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kreativitas belajar siswa kelas 3 SDN 273/VI Sungai Putih II pada Tema 2 menggunakan model Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dengan 2 siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan tiap siklusnya.Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi dan lembar kuisioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang menggunakan model Problem Based Learning pada siklus 1 untuk persentase kreativitas siswa berdasarkan kategori cukup kreatif, kreatif, dan sangat kreatif mencapai 76,75% dari keseluruhan 16 siswa. Pada diklus II persentase kreativitas mencapai 84,85%. Dilihat dari rerata skor terjadi peningkatan kreativitas belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 8,1%.Disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Baser Learning dapat meningkatkan Kreativitas belajar siswa tema 2 kelas III SDN 273/VI Sungai Putih II.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengujiperan motivasi dalam memediasi pengaruh karakteristik pemimpin dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling. Sampel yang diambil adalah 100 karyawan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling didasarkan pada judgment sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil efek tidak langsung karakteristik pemimpin terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi artinya positif dan signifikan signifikan. Budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi berarti signifikan. Pengaruh total (total effect) karakteristik pemimpin terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi adalah 0,418 (0,204 + 0,214) dengan VAF sebesar 0,633 (0,418 + 0,214). Sedangkan pengaruh total (total effect) budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja melalui motivasia dalah 0,347 (0,226 + 0,121) dengan VAF sebesar 0,347 (0,347 + 0,121). Hasil VAF pengaruh karakteristik pemimpin terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi bernilai 0,633 atau 63,3% ini dikategorikan memediasi penuh, Hasil VAF pengaruh budaya orgnasisasi terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi bernilai 0,347atau 34,7% ini dikategorikan memediasi penuh.

Drug trafficking networks are formed in a number of ways. The form of the network is structured based on the situations faced by them in the field. The actors involved in the network adapt in forming their network with the main objective of the drug trafficking business which continues to grow and is dynamic. The diversity of drug trafficking networks requires law enforcers to understand the shape and structure of the network so that efforts to destroy the network can be carried out more effectively. This study aims to determine the benefits of the centrality level of actors in a drug trafficking network so that it can be used by law enforcers to damage the network. With a social network analysis approach, researchers can map the interactions of the perpetrators so that it is possible to identify individuals (or groups) who have important positions in the structure of the drug network. The research found that two groups of crime networks in West Kalimantan had a relationship with an actor who served as a bridge between the two networks. Actors with high centrality values are generally leaders in the network as in this study. In addition, even though the position in the network is considered low, for example a courier, it still has an important meaning in assessing the importance of actors in the network.

The Batam Botanic Gardens (Kerabat) is a form of green open space in Batam City aimed at plant conservation activities, research, education, tourism and environmental services. The development of Kerabat until the end of 2018 has only reached around 35% and in 2019 the physical construction has been suspended. Before continuing the development so that the results are in line with expectations that serve as a place for plant conservation, research, community education, and tourism are needed to evaluate the Kerabat landscape. This study aimed to evaluate the Kerabat landscape that had been built based on the preferences and perceptions of the people in Batam City by comparing photos of Kerabat with other botanical garden photos. The results showed the Kerabat landscape based on the preferences and perceptions of the people in Batam City still did not show the character of the botanical garden landscape. Based on the analysis of the landscape preferences of the botanical garden from the photos chosen, the botanical garden character must have a landscape character that is beauty, green, beautiful, shady, organized, neat, comfortable for visitors and has good supporting facilities. Respondents preferences regarding the function of Kerabat are more for the conservation of plants and tourist attractions.

Common to many organizations, the complexity of the problems faced by organizations requires that public communication activities or mass communication run smoothly without information obstruction. In the context of today's global and massive culture, the most common challenge faced by the public relations division is maintaining communication between the company and its audience so that it can continue to be conducive. Therefore the communication system needs to be built properly in order to maintain harmony between the company and the audience. In this study the authors used a qualitative methodological approach. This research can also be referred to as descriptive research, which is research that prioritizes narration and pictures as illustrations of what is happening in the field. Public relations activities are a combination of arts and other social sciences that can detect symptoms that are happening and what will happen in the future. The conclusion of this research is that marketing public relations (MPR) must maximize services by, among other things, fostering and maintaining the company's image or products and services, both in terms of the quantity and quality of services provided to consumers. This study aimed to evaluate structural models and measurement models of student satisfaction in online learning. This was a quantitative study using a survey research design. Structural model testing was done by examining the relationship between several variables. The variables in question were the learning management system (LMS), admin services, the performance of facilitator lecturers and student satisfaction in learning. The sample used in this study were 149 students. Data analysis was performed using the multivariate Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The findings of this study indicated that the facilitator lecturer performance is the variable that has the greatest effect in increasing student satisfaction in online learning. Admin service is another variable that has a positive effect on student satisfaction, both direct and indirect effects. The LMS variable does not show a direct effect on student satisfaction, but the LMS has an indirect effect on student satisfaction through the variable facilitator lecturer performance and admin services.

The aim of this research is to 1) develop thematic learning content especially in Elementary School which focuses on tolerant characters based on local wisdom 2) develop thematic learning model that accommodate tolerant characters based on local wisdom in the planning and implementing learning aspects. Module is developed for teachers to be able to teach tolerant characters based on local wisdom to the participants. The development of learning models of tolerant characters based on local wisdom is intended to guide teachers in implementing thematic learning that focuses on students’ tolerant character based on local wisdom, especially local Javanese wisdom. This research used Research and Development method that consists of two stages, namely: (1) The preliminary stage is the stage of research and information gathering concerning the learning of tolerant characters based on local wisdom among Elementary School students, (2)The planning stage of learning content of tolerant character based on local wisdom as the development of the initial product form. Elementary Schools in Godean District, Sleman, in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in this research are the subject. Data validity uses expert judgment techniques and quantitative analysis with descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that ”Integrative Thematic Module Based on Javanese Local Wisdom to Develop Tolerant Characters” was suitable to be used as one of the learning resources used by teachers to carry out learning, especially in the Social Science Theme in grade V

This study aimed to explore the character education through the school literacy program in Elementary School. This research is motivated by the importance of character education, one of them was school literacy program in elementary school. This research was a descriptive research with qualitative approach. Research subjectswere principals, teachers, school literacy teams, and students at Muhammadiyah Sapen Elementary School in Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation. Technique of examination of data validity used triangulation. The analysis technique used inductive analysis technique, that is analysis which depart from data and boils down to general conclusions. Thesteps of data analysis include: data reduction, unitization and categorization, display data, and conclusions. The results showed that literacy activities at SD Muhammadiyah Sapen Yogyakarta had been implemented long before the government launched the school literacy program. Literacy activities at the school are implemented by maximizing collaboration between teachers and school librarians. Along with the school literacy movement program from the government, the school fix the literacy activities undertaken. School literacy movement activities conducted in 3 stages of habituation, development, and learning. In school literacy movement there are values of character that are grown the responsibility, discipline, appreciate achievement, confidence, creative, reading, and communicative. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi pendidikan karakter kemandirian di Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS), menentukan kebijakan dan strategi dalam menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai karakter kemandirian. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan lewat teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedang analisis lewat teknik induktif melalui langkah reduksi data, unitisasi dan kategorisasi, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan hasil sebagai berikut. Pertama, kebijakan untuk membangun kemandirian dalam diri santri dilakukan lewat kemandirian belajar, mengatur diri pribadi, memanajemen waktu. Kedua, kemandirian dalam proses pembelajaran guru menggunakan strategi penugasan yang menuntut santri untuk secara mandiri memanfaatkan sumber belajar, membuat kontrak belajar, dan mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter kemandirian dalam proses belajar mengajar di kelas. Ketiga, terkait dengan kendala yang dialami sekolah dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter kemandirian adalah kurang konsistensinya orang tua dan adanya beberapa guru yang belum mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter kemandirian dalam proses pembelajaran. This research aims to develop electronic document management system in department of Management of Education, Faculty of Education, State University of Jakarta. Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) is a digital document management system that aims to organize and manage digital documents. The method used is the research and development by research steps, namely: 1) a preliminary study 2) planning 3) product development 4) trials early stage 5) revision 6) test the final stage 7) revision stage end 8) operational trials 9) final revision 10) implementation. Housed in the department of Management of Education, research is conducted since the date of October 1, 2015 until January 18, 2016. The results of this study indicate that the EDMS implemented in department of Management of Education showed positive results in improving document management. EDMS successfully applied, and must be supported by the planting of a new culture that leads to the concept of an electronic organization (e-Organization).
