1. Analysis of Multicultural Understanding and Moderation of Religion of Paud Teachers in Bengkulu Province

Abstract

Multiculturalism in Indonesia is an intriguing characteristic since it touches on so many different sectors of life. Teachers, particularly those in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), must comprehend multiculturalism and religious tolerance. This study aims to analyze the level of multicultural understanding and religious moderation of PAUD teachers in Bengkulu Province. The population taken in this study are all PAUD teachers in Bengkulu Province. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with the number of data samples, namely 84 people from 3 districts, namely Rejang Lebong Regency, Lebong Regency, and Seluma Regency. All of them are located in Bengkulu province. This research was conducted in October 2021. The data collection technique used a non-test technique in the form of filling out a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that PAUD teachers in Bengkulu Province already have an understanding of multiculturalism and religious moderation. These PAUD teachers' awareness of diversity makes it simpler for pupils to think more, have other points of view, and comprehend reality in different ways.

2. Human Resource Management at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nur Riska Lubuklinggau: Overview of Procedure Recruitment and Personnel Selection

Abstract

The progress of an organization depends on the good and bad quality of human resources in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. To obtain the good quality of human resources, it is determined during the recruitment and selection process. This research on recruitment and selection of resource management uses qualitative methods, the results show that recruitment and selection is the first step for an organization to recruit human resources according to the required formation. The recruitment and selection implemented at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nur Riska Lubuklinggau as a Madrasa under the auspices of the Warohmah foundation has carried out recruitment and selection according to the proper standards. The foundation's management will carry out a recruitment plan that includes analyzing the needs of teachers and education personnel, determining the qualifications specified, and determining the sources and recruitment methods to be used in the process of recruiting and selecting teachers and education personnel. Administrative selection is then carried out following the planning phase of the recruiting procedure, written and unwritten selection, psychological tests and interviews. The final process of recruitment and selection is the announcement of graduation and appointment as teachers and education personnel at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nur Riska LubukLinggau.

Abstract

In this study, the solution of the non-linear influenza disease system (NIDS) is presented using the Morlet wavelet neural networks (MWNNs) together with the optimisation procedures of the hybrid process of global/local search approaches. The genetic algorithm (GA) and sequential quadratic programming (SQP), that is, GA-SQP, are executed as the global and local search techniques. The mathematical form of the NIDS depends upon four groups: susceptible S(y), infected I(y), recovered R(y) and cross-immune individuals C(y). To solve the NIDS, an error function is designed using NIDS and its leading initial conditions (ICs). This error function is optimised with a combination of MWNNs and GA-SQP to solve for all the groups of NIDS. The comparison of the obtained solutions and Runge–Kutta results is presented to authenticate the correctness of the designed MWNNs along with the GA-SQP for solving NIDS. Moreover, the statistical operators using different measures are presented to check the reliability and constancy of the MWNNs along with the GA-SQP to solve the NIDS.

Abstract

Heat transference in fluid mechanism has a deep influence in real‐life applications like hot‐mix paving, recovery of energy, concrete heating, heat spacing, refineries, distillation, autoclaves, reactors, air conditioning, and so forth. In this attempt, findings related to energy exchange with features of infinite shear rate viscosity model of Carreau nanofluid by placing inclined magnetic dipole over the wedge are made. The main role in the transportation of heat is exercised by incorporating facts of radiation, nonuniform heat sink source, Brownian motion, thermophoresis, and chemical reaction. The mathematical system of the infinite shear rate viscosity model of Carreau nanofluid gives a system of partial differential equations and furthermore, these are moved into ordinary differential equations. A numerical procedure is applied via shooting/bvp4c to obtain numerical results. Inclined magnetic dipole gives a lower velocity of Carreau nanofluid. Due to the relaxation time factor velocity of Carreau fluid gets down. A* causes to generate the heat internally, so due to this, temperature increases rapidly. The increasing rate of temperature is found very high for the growing Hartmann number. The rate of mass transport becomes low for gradual increment in the parameter of thermophoresis, wedge angle, and Prandtl. Inclined magnetic dipole gives a lower velocity of Carreau nanofluid. Due to the relaxation time factor, the velocity of the Carreau fluid goes down. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yang berjudul “Analisis Rencana Pelaksanaan Program Pendukung Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah (SKPI) Di STAIN Curup” yauitu sebagai berikut: (1) untuk mengetahui apa saja rencana Program Pendukung SKPI yang telah dirancang oleh setiap program studi di STAIN Curup; (2) untuk mengetahui kendala apa saja yang didapatkan oleh setiap prodi di dalam merencanakan Program Pendukung SKPI di STAIN Curup; dan (3) untuk mengetahui persepsi setiap ketua prodi mengenai Program Pendukung SKPI di STAIN Curup. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari seluruh ketua program studi yang ada di STAIN Curup yang terdiri 10 program studi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti didalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Semua data akan dianalisis oleh beberapa langkah-langkah ini, yaitu mengolah data, membaca, keterangan, mengklasifikasi, menginterpretasikan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) Ada beragam program pendukung yang telah dirancang oleh setiap Program Studi di STAIN Curup. Selain itu, setiap program studi memilki program pendukung yang berbeda-beda serta memilki tujuan yang berbeda pula; (2) Masing-masing program studi memilki masalah atau kendala dalam pelaksanaan maupun perencanaan program pendukung SKPI, akan tetapi kendala yang dihadapi secara umum oleh semua program studi yaitu kendala pendanaan; (3) Pada umumnya Ketua Jurusan disemua Program Studi mendukung semua program pendukung SKPI jika program-program tersebut memiliki tujuan yang jelas dan sesuai dengan visi dan misi masing-masing Program Studi tersebut.
