This research is an interdisciplinary study aimed at helping the environment and producing clean energy. Therefore, one of the goals of this research towards the field of nanotechnology is the application of nanotechnology in the preparation of solar cells and the provision of optimal and efficient cells. Perovskite solar cells are of particular importance because of the high efficiencies that they have achieved in recent years. The use of quantum dots has also played an important role in the efficiency of these cells and their efficiency. The TiO2@ZnO nanocomposite was selected and synthesized for this study. The application of this nanocomposite with different ratios of TiO2 and ZnO quantum dots was investigated and their efficiency was determined. Although the efficiency of the fabricated cell was reported to be about 5% in a solar cell made of TiO2@ZnO composite, the efficiency can be increased by optimizing conditions such as the optimal location for these cells or by compositing with other materials.

Land use configuration in any given landscape is the result of a multi-objective optimization process, which takes into account different ecological, economic and social factors. In this process, coordinating stakeholders is a key factor to successful spatial land use optimization. Stakeholders need to be modeled as players who have the ability to interact with each other towards their best solution, while considering multiple goals and constraints at the same time. Game theory provides a tool for land use planners to model and analyze such interactions. In order to apply the spatial allocation model and address stakeholder conflicts, an integrated model based on linear programming and game theory was designed in the present study. For implementing such model, we conducted an optimal land use allocation process through multi-objective land allocation (MOLA) and linear programming methods. Then, two groups of environmental and land development players were considered to implement the optimization model. The game algorithm was used to select the appropriate constraint so that the result was acceptable to all stakeholders. The results showed that in the third round of the game, the decision-making process and the optimization of land uses reached the desired Nash Equilibrium state and the conflict between stakeholders was resolved. Ultimately, in order to localize the results, a suitable solution was presented in GIS environment.

Zoning is the main part of planning principles, which is now considered as the most important tool in preserved areas management. This study has been carried out in the preserved area of Shahoo/Kosalan, located in Kurdistan Province (Iran). It seeks to examine the implication of remote sensing (RS) and geographic information system (GIS)in allocating optimal zones and resolving existing conflicts. Using satellite images of Landsat 8 (June, 14, 2015) and by the means of ecological niche factor analysis, land use maps and NDVI as well as wild goats habitat favorability maps were prepared. After database development in GIS, to actualize potentials of this area, 7 zones were selected. Following thatand according to experts, natural traits of the area, previous studies character models were written to integrate the parameters of each zone and develop MCE. After MCE development for each zone, MOLA was employed to finalize zoning. Results obtained from MOLA zoning reveal that positioning of the applications has been appropriately done, which in case of being operationalized, will prevent the existing conflicts.
