Northeast China is an old industrial base and agricultural production base with a long history of industrial and agricultural development. Since the beginning of the 21st century, the contradiction between economic and social development and resource depletion and environmental damage has become increasingly acute due to the long-term extensive development model. Based on a long time-series data set, this paper aims to explore the regional economic development model, environmental problems, and coordination degree between them in Northeast China. The results show that the population in Northeast China presents an increasing trend at first and then a decreasing one, and the population distribution shows an agglomeration in the cities of Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang, and Dalian. Urban-related land uses and GDP growth also exhibits agglomerations centered on these large cities. According to the changing trend of regional GDP and environmental investment, the synergistic relationship between the parameters is compared on a temporal scale, and a positive correlation between economic growth and environmental development is observed. We conclude that economic growth is closely correlated with environmental protection. If more attention is likely to be paid to environmental protection, the cities will develop more healthily under the background of urbanization. Based on the current status of the economy and environment, this paper puts forward constructive suggestions on promoting the coordinated development of regional economy and improving the ability of ecological environment governance. Improving the ecological environment’s overall improvement capability through approaches such as adjusting the industrial structure, promoting the use of clean energy, strengthening industrial pollution control, controlling pollutant emissions, and promoting the construction of regional environmental infrastructure are all critical issues that must be resolved quickly to achieve coordinated development.

BACKGROUND: Coronary artery segmentation is a prerequisite in computer-aided diagnosis of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). However, segmentation of coronary arteries in Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography (CCTA) images faces several challenges. The current segmentation approaches are unable to effectively address these challenges and existing problems such as the need for manual interaction or low segmentation accuracy. OBJECTIVE: A Multi-scale Feature Learning and Rectification (MFLR) network is proposed to tackle the challenges and achieve automatic and accurate segmentation of coronary arteries. METHODS: The MFLR network introduces a multi-scale feature extraction module in the encoder to effectively capture contextual information under different receptive fields. In the decoder, a feature correction and fusion module is proposed, which employs high-level features containing multi-scale information to correct and guide low-level features, achieving fusion between the two-level features to further improve segmentation performance. RESULTS: The MFLR network achieved the best performance on the dice similarity coefficient, Jaccard index, Recall, F1-score, and 95% Hausdorff distance, for both in-house and public datasets. CONCLUSION: Experimental results demonstrate the superiority and good generalization ability of the MFLR approach. Honeybees are an indispensable pollinator in nature with pivotal ecological, economic, and scientific value. However, a full-length transcriptome for Apis mellifera, assembled with the advanced third-generation nanopore sequencing technology, has yet to be reported. Here, nanopore sequencing of the midgut tissues of uninoculated and Nosema ceranae-inoculated A. mellifera workers was conducted, and the full-length transcriptome was then constructed and annotated based on high-quality long reads. Next followed improvement of sequences and annotations of the current reference genome of A. mellifera. A total of 5,942,745 and 6,664,923 raw reads were produced from midguts of workers at 7 days post-inoculation (dpi) with N. ceranae and 10 dpi, while 7,100,161 and 6,506,665 raw reads were generated from the midguts of corresponding uninoculated workers. After strict quality control, 6,928,170, 6,353,066, 5,745,048, and 6,416,987 clean reads were obtained, with a length distribution ranging from 1 kb to 10 kb. Additionally, 16,824, 17,708, 15,744, and 18,246 full-length transcripts were respectively detected, including 28,019 nonredundant ones. Among these, 43,666, 30,945, 41,771, 26,442, and 24,532 full-length transcripts could be annotated to the Nr, KOG, eggNOG, GO, and KEGG databases, respectively. Additionally, 501 novel genes (20,326 novel transcripts) were identified for the first time, among which 401 (20,255), 193 (13,365), 414 (19,186), 228 (12,093), and 202 (11,703) were respectively annotated to each of the aforementioned five databases. The expression and sequences of three randomly selected novel transcripts were confirmed by RT-PCR and Sanger sequencing. The 5′ UTR of 2082 genes, the 3′ UTR of 2029 genes, and both the 5′ and 3′ UTRs of 730 genes were extended. Moreover, 17,345 SSRs, 14,789 complete ORFs, 1224 long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), and 650 transcription factors (TFs) from 37 families were detected. Findings from this work not only refine the annotation of the A. mellifera reference genome, but also provide a valuable resource and basis for relevant molecular and -omics studies. Solar seawater evaporation is a sustainable seawater desalination technology. However, how to convert low‐cost waste general plastics into highly efficient photothermal materials remains a challenge. By using the idea of "near‐infrared laser‐induced carbonization" at room temperature and in air atmosphere, polystyrene (PS) can be easily converted into graphene. Bismuth oxide (Bi2O3) catalyst is proven to efficiently convert laser energy into thermal energy and transmit it to the surrounding PS matrix, promoting carbonization. On this basis, by adjusting the catalyst content and the laser energy density per unit area, laser‐induced graphene (LIG) materials with high specific surface area, fast water transport, and high solar energy absorption efficiency can be obtained. Furthermore, the LIG materials are coated on the surface of natural bamboo with a capillary structure. This bilayer evaporation device has an evaporation rate of 1.51 kg m−2 h−1 and an energy conversion efficiency of 87.1% under irradiation of 1 sun. This work not only reveals the possibility of preparing high‐value‐added graphene materials from waste general‐purpose plastics, but also proves the application prospects of LIG materials in the field of solar seawater evaporation. This paper aimed to evaluate the changes in the thermal stability of goat milk, cow milk and homogenized milk under different pH conditions. The results showed that goat milk was of type B milk, and the thermal stability were positively correlated with the pH value. But cow milk was of type A milk, the most stable pH of fresh milk was 6.9, while it was 6.7 for homogenized cow milk. Compared with cow milk, the acidification of goat milk was stronger due to heat. Therefore, in the process of milk production, the germicidal heating conditions of two different milk sources should be determined according to their thermal stability.
