Este trabalho se propõe a analisar os romances Caderno de um ausente e Menina escrevendo com pai, de João Anzanello Carrascoza, a partir das relações entre memória e escrita, passando pelas ideias de transmissão, herança e identidade. Ambos os romances fazem parte da Trilogia do adeus, que é concluída pelo livro A pele da terra (não incluído neste recorte) e que, como o próprio nome sugere, está ligada à ideia de perda e de ausência, mas também de memória. As duas obras analisadas apresentam uma busca por presença em face da perda, através das lembranças e do ato da escrita, que podem descortinar as heranças recebidas ao longo da vida ou ser, no caso da escrita, uma espécie de herança por si só. Esses romances possuem narradores diferentes e se situam em momentos distintos do tempo, porém centram-se em uma mesma relação familiar: o laço entre João, narrador do primeiro livro, e sua filha, Bia, narradora do segundo livro. Orbitando esse laço afetivo, está a ausência que ameaça – causada pela passagem do tempo e pela morte – e o cultivo das lembranças a partir de uma escrita memorialística. Em Caderno de um ausente, João escreve um caderno para Bia, que acaba de nascer, como uma herança de memórias para que ela leia quando ele estiver ausente, mas também como uma reflexão pessoal sobre a situação que está vivendo, de virar pai em uma idade já mais avançada, sabendo que não poderá acompanhar toda a trajetória de Bia. Menina escrevendo com pai é narrado por Bia, quando esta já possui vinte anos de idade, tendo recém perdido o pai. Após ler o caderno escrito por João, ela rememora alguns momentos vividos junto com ele, enquanto reflete sobre seu próprio crescimento e sua história de vida, e lida com o próprio luto. Considerando a importância do recordar e do escrever para ambas as narrativas, este trabalho busca analisar de que forma a evocação memorialística aparece nos romances, especialmente em sua relação com a escrita que a descortina (e limita) e com as heranças a que os personagens continuamente se referem como partes de sua identidade. João e Bia continuamente recriam suas vivências pela escrita, e, nesse sentido, se faz muito importante a elaboração realizada na linguagem, que se enche de símiles e metáforas, explorando o potencial criativo das recordações. Busca-se entender de que forma essas lembranças, pela escrita, recebem novos sentidos e significados, e de que forma essa recuperação passa por uma mistura entre afeto e símbolo, entre aquilo que é involuntário e aquilo que é construído, entre as presenças e as ausências. Além disso, procura-se pensar de que maneira essa escrita memorialística que passa de um para outro se conecta com a valorização da experiência do cotidiano e do olhar que “lê o mundo”, pensando esse movimento também como uma herança que é passada de João para Bia. Como aporte teórico, utilizam-se as ideias de autores como Aleida Assmann (2011), Jeanne Marie Gagnebin (2006), Joël Candau (2012), Paul Ricoeur (2007) e Walter Benjamin (1987). This thesis intends to analyze the novels Caderno de um ausente and Menina escrevendo com pai, by João Anzanello Carrascoza, focusing on the relationship between memory and writing while also approaching the ideas of conveyance, heritage and identity. Both novels are part of the trilogy called Trilogia do adeus, which is concluded by the book A pele da terra (not included in this analysis) and, as the name itself suggests, is connected to the notions of loss and absence, but also remembrance. Both books present a search for presence in the face of loss, through memories and the act of writing, which may unravel what was inherited in the course of one's life or may be, in the case of writing, a type of inheritance itself. Although each of these novels has a different narrator and takes place at distinct points in time, both center themselves upon the same familial relationship: the bond between João, narrator of the first book, and his daughter, Bia, narrator of the second one. Surrounding this affective bond, there is always the impendence of absence – through the passage of time and the proximity of death – and the cultivation of remembrances by way of memorialistic writing. In Caderno de um ausente, João writes a notebook for Bia, who is a newborn, as a memory inheritance for her to read when he becomes absent in her life. The notebook is also used as a personal means of reflection upon the situation he is living: becoming a father at an advanced age, knowing he won't be able to be present in the entirety of Bia's trajectory. Menina escrevendo com pai is narrated by Bia. At twenty years-old and having recently lost her father, she reflects on her own upbringing and her life history, at the same time she handles her own grief. Taking into account the importance of remembering and writing for both narratives, this thesis seeks to analyze in which way the evocation of memory appears in the novels, especially in its relation to the writing that unravels (and limits) it and to the heritage that is continuously referred by the narrators as part of their identities. João and Bia recreate, time and again, their life experiences through their writing. In that sense, the elaboration through language receives much importance, becoming full of similes and metaphors, which explore the creative potential of remembering. This analysis will attempt to understand in which ways these memories, through writing, receive new meanings and significance, and in which ways this recovery involves a mixture of affection and symbol, voluntary and involuntary memory, presence and absence. Furthermore, it will seek to reflect on the ways this memorialistic writing is linked to the appreciation of daily experience and of the attitude of "reading the world", thinking of this exchange as also a type of inheritance that is passed from João to Bia. As the theoretical basis, this thesis utilizes ideas from authors such as Aleida Assmann (2011), Jeanne Marie Gagnebin (2006), Joël Candau (2012), Paul Ricoeur (2007) e Walter Benjamin (1987).

Ao olhar para a geração dos avós, poder-se-ia dizer que um português era aquele que procurava identificar a sua vida com as verdades de fé, as quais atuavam como referente objetivo que dava significado aos seus comportamentos. Porém, a geração dos jovens já não é assim e não é por não serem autênticos, mas porque os contextos em que vivem, as famílias que têm, a escola que os forma, as perguntas que fazem são agora muito diferentes das dos seus avós. Posto isto, este estudo, através de uma metodologia quantitativa e qualitativa, a partir de dados primários e secundários, visa analisar a forma como os jovens vivem a sua dimensão religiosa. Através do Inquérito Social Europeu de 2014, concluiu-se que, na sociedade portuguesa, quatro em cada dez jovens não têm qualquer vínculo ou relação com a religião católica, fator que manifesta uma tendência para o esmorecimento da identidade sociocultural de matriz católica em Portugal. Por outro lado, através do inquérito sinodal, concluiu-se que a expressão religiosa dos jovens católicos evidencia que a sua identidade cristã não está alicerçada numa vivência assídua dos seus princípios e valores, mas é essencialmente fruto de uma herança cultural e familiar que não está ancorada em práticas religiosas regulares., Looking at the generation of grandparents, one could say that an authentic Portuguese was one who sought to identify his or her life with the truths of faith, which acted as an objective referent that gave meaning to their behaviors and attitudes. But the generation of young people is no longer so, and not because they are not authentic, but because the contexts in which they live, the families they have, the school that forms gthem, the questions they ask now are very different from their grandparents. That said, this study, using a quantitative and qualitative methodology, based on primary and secondary data, aims to analyze how young people live their religious dimension. Through the 2014 European Social Survey, it was concluded that, in Portuguese society, four out of ten young people do not have any link or relationship with the Catholic religion, a factor that shows a tendency towards the demise of the socio-cultural identity of the Catholic matrix in Portugal. The religious expression of young Catholics shows that their Christian identity is not based on an assiduous experience of their principles and values but is essentially the result of a cultural and family heritage that is not anchored in regular religious practices.

EnglishThis essay analyzes the figure of the Andalusian woman as tutor and curator of the minor children. Mothers administered the assets inherited by their daughters and sons. To do this, have been observed some notarial sources from the 18th century, they are kept in the Provincial Historical Archives of Cordoba and Jaen. In particular, it is studied the importance of the legal representation for the transaction of the properties administered by the widows, because of the legal inability to act of the children.

Durante mucho tiempo miembros del clero y la nobleza acumularon y atesoraron reliquias engastadas en preciosos relicarios, para su uso devocional en oratorios privados, que hoy forman parte de distintas colecciones europeas y americanas. Entendemos que os objetos seriam capazes de fazer o elo com o futuro pelo poder inerente de transmitir trajetórias de vida. A etnografia foi escolhida como método de pesquisa, complementada pela observação participante junto à família proprietária da Pousada, acompanhada em diário de campo e por entrevistas semiestruturadas. A pesquisa realizada a campo buscou conhecer a percepção dos sujeitos pesquisados sobre o objeto de estudo apresentado. Como resultados tem-se que na percepção dos sujeitos da pesquisa, os objetos são patrimônio familiar na medida em que se constituem num representante da memória histórica para os mesmos. Nesse sentido, possuem um valor de vida social, descrevem histórias de vida e, ainda, exercem função mercantil, quando transformados em produto de consumo turístico.

[Resumen] La Banca Privada es un sector que ha pasado por una gran evolución en los últimos años, tanto en términos cuantitativos como cualitativos. Por lo tanto, a lo largo de este trabajo se pretenden reflejar aquellos aspectos más relevantes con respecto a estos cambios, presentando inicialmente los aspectos teóricos necesarios para entender su funcionamiento Además de lo anterior, el objetivo es poner en contexto la situación actual de la Banca Privada en España, encuadrándola dentro de un modelo de negocio a seguir por la mayoría de las entidades, con unas estrategias determinadas que cada entidad adquiere y explota, en función de sus propios recursos pero siguiendo un patrón común: crecimiento, captación y fidelización de clientes, perfeccionamiento operativo, etc. Por lo tanto, el objetivo es reflejar todos estos aspectos de una forma clara y práctica, teniendo en cuenta el análisis de la oferta y las tendencias actuales de productos en los que se puede invertir, así como un análisis de la evolución de los mismos, en términos de rentabilidad, partícipes y patrimonios gestionados. En conclusión, el segmento de Banca Privada evoluciona muy rápidamente, y por lo tanto las entidades deben contar con los recursos (económicos, técnicos, humanos, etc.) suficientes para poder anticipar o adaptarse a los mismos, de manera casi inmediata y sin dejar de ser competitivas. [Abstract] Private Banking is a sector that has undergone a great evolution in recent years, in quantitative and qualitative terms. The most important aspect in relation to this changes are reflicted in this work, initially presenting the theoretical aspects necessary to understand its operation. Besides the above, the objective is to contextualize the current situation of private banking in Spain, encuadrándola within a business model to be followed by most institutions with strategies determined that each entity acquires and exploits, according from its own resources but following a common pattern: growth, customer acquisition and retention, operational improvements, etc. Therefore, the aim is to reflect all these aspects in a clear and practical way, taking into account the analysis of supply and current trends of products that can be invested, and an analysis of the evolution of the same in terms of profitability, participants and assets managed. As a conclusion, the Private Banking’ segment evolves very quickly, and therefore institutions should have the resources (financial, technical, human, etc.) sufficient to anticipate or adapt to them, almost immediately without leave to be competitive. This article focuses on the family estate and the natural fact as death does not end the legal relationships that have led to the heritage that formed the family heritage, this transcends the subject. Therefore, the law regulates the transfer of the rights goods and obligations of the deceased in favor of the person that are his successors. In conclusion, death generates legal consequences. El presente artículo versa sobre el patrimonio familiar y como un hecho natural como la muerte no culmina las relaciones jurídicas que han dado lugar al patrimonio que formó, sino que ésta trasciende al sujeto, y por ello el Derecho regula la transmisión de los bienes derechos y obligaciones de la persona fallecida a favor de los que resulten sus sucesores. Es decir, la muerte genera consecuencias jurídicas.

Neste artigo procede-se a uma descrição dos obstáculos jurídicos e dogmáticos que têm impedido à admissibilidade da propriedade fiduciária enquanto meio de orgaização e tramitação mortis causa do património familiar, tanto no ordenamento jurídico francês como português. Ao mesmo tempo, ensaiam-se argumentos para os tais obstáculos - do princípio da tipicidade dos direitos reais ao princípio da proíbição de patrimónios separados - sejam ultrapassados. This article intends to describe the legal obstacles, in both French and Portuguese Law, to the admissibility of trust property as a means of organizing the family assets, in a mortis causa scenario. At the same time, it has the purpose to present the grounds on which such obstacle - from the mumerus clausus principle to the prohibition of separate assets - are exceeded.
