African swine fever is a viral disease that causes hemorrhagic fever in domestic pigs and wild swine worldwide. The first case of ASF in Indonesia was reported in North Sumatra Province in September 2019. A total of 20 archival samples of positive ASF collected from the Animal Disease Investigation Center of Medan during the outbreak investigation took place from 2019 to 2023, were used in this study. The partial B646L gene (p72), the full sequence of the E183L gene (p54) and the central variable region (CVR) of the B602L gene were amplified, purified, then sequenced. Web-based BLAST program and MEGA XI software were used to analyze the nucleotide sequencing results. The results of molecular and phylogenetic characterization analysis revealed that the ASF virus that infected pigs in North Sumatra Province in 2019-2023 was belonged to genotype II. Analysis of the three genes (B646L, E183L and B602L) did not show changes in the nucleotide and amino acid sequences in the isolates in the last 5 years. No novel variants were found in the CVR gene B602L. CVR analysis showed that these ASF virus strain belonged to subgroup XXXII. The results of this study revealed that the ASF virus in North Sumatra Province has high homology with ASF virus isolates previously detected in China, Vietnam and East Leste in 2019.

This study explores the disclosure practices of gender equality in sustainable development goals. It investigates the extent to which companies disclose gender equality and what factors influence the sustainable development goals related to gender equality disclosure. The study analyzed 148 sustainability reports from 75 public companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019. It used twenty-two items sourced from the Global Reporting Initiative to measure gender equality disclosure using content analysis. The results showed that the average disclosure of gender equality is satisfactory at 54.5%. However, the number of incidents of discrimination and corrective actions taken is the least disclosed. The study also highlights the impact of company characteristics, such as leverage, company size, and industry type on gender equality disclosure. Gender equality disclosure practices provide valuable insights into how businesses shape their strategies to address sustainable development goals, particularly gender-related issues. By exploring gender-specific disclosures, regulators, companies, and other stakeholders can make practical contributions to advancing sustainable development goals. Gender equality disclosures are still largely unexplored in the business literature. Previous studies have focused primarily on developed countries and have examined only the general aspect of disclosing human resources or human capital information. Our study, on the other hand, emphasizes more specific information about gender equality.

SAKTI is a treasury information system and financial report preparation newly implemented by the Ministry of Finance in 2022. The piloting phase has been conducted before official implementation to identify various challenges and the development of the application. The implementation of SAKTI heavily depends on the intention behavior and operator behavior to use the system. Therefore, the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) framework is used to examine the factors influencing behavioral intention and user behavior of the SAKTI system. The respondents involved in the study were 271 SAKTI users at the State Treasury Service Office. Hypothesis testing was conducted on the partial least squares-structural model equation (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.29 professional software. The research results provide empirical evidence that social influence and hedonic motivation do not affect the behavioral intention to use SAKTI. However, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, and habit impact the behavioral intention to use SAKTI. Facilitating conditions, habits, and behavioral intention influences the use of SAKTI. Behavioral intention to use SAKTI mediates the relationship between facilitating conditions and habit with the behavior of using the SAKTI system, with partial complementary mediation. The practical implication is that KPPN needs to provide special technical guidance for SAKTI operators to make the system easier for them to use. Enhancing security in the SAKTI application and improving internet capacity are important considerations to maximize the use of SAKTI.

The objective of the study is to investigate the relationship between corporate social and environmental responsibility expenditure, research and development (R&D) intensity, and corporate investment in 47 basic industrial and chemical companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019. The study found a positive correlation between corporate social and environmental responsibility expenditure and R&D intensity and that R&D intensity fully mediates the relationship between corporate social and environmental responsibility expenditure and corporate investment. The results suggest that R&D intensity is crucial in enhancing corporate investment performance. This study contributes to the literature on corporate social and environmental responsibility expenditure, R&D intensity, and investment in emerging markets by providing empirical evidence that R&D intensity plays a key role in boosting corporate investment.

Accountability in village fund management remains a critical challenge in Indonesia, where issues such as mismanagement and lack of transparency persist. This study aims to explore the impact of competence, community participation, and the use of information technology on the accountability of village fund management, particularly examining whether information technology moderates these relationships. The research population includes village officials, the village consultative committee, and district apparatus in Karangawen District, Demak Regency. Using purposive sampling, 108 respondents were selected to provide primary data, which were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method.The results show that competence and community participation significantly influence the accountability of village fund management. Competence improves decision-making and administrative transparency, while participation plays the most significant role by fostering accountability through inclusive planning and evaluation processes. Although the use of information technology positively affects accountability by enhancing transparency and accuracy in reporting, it does not act as a moderating variable in the relationship between competence or participation and accountability. This finding highlights the need for improved infrastructure, training, and tailored technological solutions for rural settings.The practical implications of this study include the importance of enhancing training programs to improve the competence of village officials, encouraging community participation through effective socialization, and optimizing the use of information technology. By addressing these factors, this research contributes to strengthening village fund governance and preventing irregularities in fund management in Indonesia.

This study aims to discuss the dynamics of the understanding of dayah scholars towards Qanun Number 3 of 2016 concerning the Implementation of Entertainment in Langsa City. Qonun was born as a response to public anxiety about the phenomenon of mushrooming entertainment venues and sources of violence among the people of Langsa city. However, what is interesting is whether this qanun is accepted by all circles of society, especially by dayah or Acehnese ulama. This study is empirical juridical research. The data collection techniques used in this study were interview and documentation techniques. At the same time, the analysis technique used is descriptive. This research is located in Langsa city because the Islamization movement grows strong in public spaces and governance. The informants of this research came from dayah scholars, chairpersons or members of MPU Langsa city, as well as residents of Langsa city. An important finding in this study is that there have been differences in the views of dayah scholars on the qanun issued by the Langsa city government, especially Qanun Number 3 of Langsa City in 2016 regarding the implementation of entertainment in Langsa city, namely some approve and support, some do not support and do not need the qanun. The influence of dayah ulama on Qanun Number 3 of 2016 is very large and has support from the people of Langsa city, so what the dayah ulama says in the community is a fatwa or opinion that must be followed. Studi ini bertujuan membahas tentang dinamika pemahaman ulama dayah terhadap Qanun Nomor 3 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Hiburan di Kota Langsa. Qonun ini lahir sebagai respon dari kegelisahan masyarakat terhadap fenomena menjamurnya tempat tempat hiburan dan sumber kemaksiatan ditengah tengah masyarakat kota Langsa. Namun yang menarik, apakah qonun ini diterima oleh semua kalangan masyarakat terutama oleh para dayah atau ulama Aceh. Studi ini adalah penelitian yuridis empiris. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif analysis. Penelitian ini berlokasi di kota Langsa karena di kota langsa ini gerakan islamisasi tumbuh kuat dalam ruang publik dan juga dalam tata pemerintahan. Informan penelitian ini berasal dari ulama-ulama dayah, ketua atau anggota MPU kota Langsa, serta warga masyarakat kota Langsa. Temuan penting dalam penelitian ini adalah telah terjadinya perbedaan pandangan ulama dayah terhadap qanun yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah kota Langsa khususnya Qanun Nomor 3 Kota Langsa Tahun 2016 tentang penyelenggaraan hiburan di Kota Langsa yaitu ada yang menyetujui dan mendukung, ada yang tidak mendukung dan tidak perlu adanya qanun tersebut. Pengaruh ulama dayah terhadap Qanun Nomor 3 tahun 2016 sangat besar dan mendapat dukungan dari dari masyarakat Kota Langsa sehingga apa yang dikatakan ulama dayah dalam masyarakat merupakan sebuah fatwa atau pendapat yang harus diikuti.

BMT services that are still manual cause customers difficulties in transactions, information services and consultations as a result of ineffective services. The development of BMT has succeeded in becoming a reliable microfinance institution, expected to be a substitute for loan sharking practices that are considered detrimental to MSMEs in prolonged debt. The problem in this service is that BMT services are still manual, causing customers difficulty to transact and the lack of information obtained. The service method carried out is training which aims to provide training to Gampong apparatus and Gampong Panggoi BMT administrators in terms of online-based BMT management to make it easier to transact and get wide information. As a result of this training, Gampong Panggoi has been able to manage BMT Babul Huda Panggoi online. This online management has been able to run information systems and services using technology by not ruling out sharia aspects and safeguarding customer data and applying the precautionary principle.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sebuah produk yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran serta membuktikan keefektifan, kepraktisan, dan kebergunaan media gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas V SDN 107398 Sei Rotan. Tidak variatif dan kreatifnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran menjadi problematika penelitian yang berdampak pada buruknya kemampuan menyimak dan hasil belajar siswa. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Riset dan Pengembangan (R&D) menggunakan model ADDIE dengan lima tahapan yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 107398 Sei Rotan menjadi subjek penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, validasi angket ahli desain media, praktisi pendidikan, dan tes soal. Hasil penelitian pengembangan media gamifikasi Bahasa Indonesia kelas V SDN 107398 Sei Rotan menunjukkan bahwa validator desain media mencapai skor 103 (98%) dan validator materi mendapat skor 52 (94,5%), keduanya termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Valid”, sehingga media layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Pada uji kepraktisan, respon guru mencapai skor 53 (96,3%) dengan kategori ”Sangat Praktis”. Berdasarkan uji keefektifan yang dilakukan sebelum menggunakan media gamifikasi, siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 43,87 dalam kategori “Tidak Efektif”, dan nilai rata-ratanya meningkat menjadi 84,03 dalam kategori “Efektif”. Setelah menggunakan media gamifikasi, nilai siswa berada di atas KKM pada rentang 75-79.

Abstrak – Agresivitas Pajak dan Koneksi Politik: Apakah Berperan pada Keberlanjutan Perusahaan? Tujuan Utama - Riset ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis efek agresivitas pajak dan koneksi politik terhadap keberlanjutan perusahaan dengan ukuran perusahaan menjadi pemoderasi. Metode - Riset ini diuji mengunakan metode regresi data panel. Sampel penelitian terbatas pada BUMN yang listing pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Temuan Utama - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan agresivitas pajak tidak punya dampak signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan entitas. Koneksi politik berkontribusi positif pada keberlanjutan perusahaan. Temuan ini diperkuat dengan model penelitian dengan menggunakan moderasi ukuran perusahaan menunjukkan hasil yang sama. Implikasi Teori dan Kebijakan - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan teori tinjauan berbasis sumber daya relevan dalam menelaah peran koneksi politik terhadap keberlanjutan. Investor dapat menafsirkan hasil tersebut sebagai indikasi bahwa korporasi yang memiliki koneksi politik kuat cenderung menghadapi risiko yang lebih rendah dan mampu mencapai kinerja keberlanjutan yang lebih baik. Kebaruan Penelitian – Temuan bahwa ukuran perusahaan dapat merubah arah penelitian antara koneksi politik menjadi negatif terhadap keberlanjutan perusahaan menjadi suatu kebaruan. Abstract - Tax Aggressiveness and Political Connections: Do They Contribute in Corporate Sustainability? Main Purpose - This research is intended to analyze the effects of tax aggressiveness and political connections on corporate sustainability with firm size as a moderator. Method - This research is tested using panel data regression. The research sample is limited to SOEs listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2021. Main Findings - The results show that tax aggressiveness has no significant impact on entity sustainability. Political connections contribute positively to corporate sustainability. This finding is reinforced by the research model, which uses moderation of company size to show the same results. Theory and Practical Implications - The results show that the resource-based view theory is relevant in examining the role of political connections in sustainability. Investors can interpret the results as an indication that corporations with strong political connections can achieve better sustainability performance. Novelty - The finding that firm size can change the direction of research

The study aims to identify waqf issues in Lampung and South Sumatra Provinces and explore potential solutions to develop a national waqf ecosystem that is more responsive to the development of time. This research employed empirical juridical research. The primary data was gathered through observations, interviews, and documentation with waqif (donors), nadzir (the administrators of Waqf), public figures, academics, and BWI (Indonesian Waqf Institution) of Lampung and South Sumatra. The secondary data were gathered from books, laws and regulations, judicial decisions, scientific journals, and websites. This study discovered that the challenges of Waqf in Lampung and South Sumatra Provinces comprised aspects of management and supervision, a lack of socialization and literacy, waqf fraud, and insufficient nadzir (donors) resources for creating profitable Waqf and waqf digitization. The solution is to enhance the national waqf ecosystem by reforming waqf laws to strengthen waqif, nadzir, and BWI. With the renewal of waqf law, a positive ecosystem will emerge, reducing waqf disputes and improving people's well-being.

Karya sastra lazimnya berkaitan dengan kesusatsraan, namun tak jarang juga ilmu linguistik mengambil peran dalam membedah karya sastra, hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan kajian apraisal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan mendeskripsikan sikap tokoh melalui tuturan yang terdapat di dalam novel Angin Bersyair karya Andrei Aksana agar dapat diketahui berbagai sikap tokoh. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah teks-teks atau ujaran-ujaran yang terdapat dalam novel Angin Bersyair karya Andrei Aksana. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Angin Bersyair karya Andrei Aksana. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode teknik catat dan teknik tulis. Data-data yang diperoleh selanjutnya diolah dengan tahapan mengidentifikasi, diklasifikasikan, dianalisis dan disajikan dalam bentuk deskripsi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap tokoh dalam novel Angin Bersyair Karya Andrei Aksana yang berkenaan dengan (1) sikap tokoh berdasarkan afek (2) sikap tokoh berdasarkan penghakiman, dan (3) sikap tokoh berdasarkan apresiasi dalam novel Angin Bersyair lebih didominasi oleh aspek afek positif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sikap tokoh melalui sikap kebahasaan dinilai berdasarkan evaluasi positif maupun negatif yang dituturkan dalam novel Angin Bersyair.

There are many cases of water theft from the Regional Drinking Water Company, especially in Ternate City. Article 28 letter h Regional Government of Ternate City No. 28 of 2011 on the Drinking Water Service of the Ternate City Municipal Water Company prohibits taking drinking water directly from distribution pipes or service pipes without going through a water meter. This research to analyze legal efforts against criminal acts of theft of Drinking Water Company Ternate City water committed by customers and non-subscribers through criminal and social efforts. This empirical research uses a statutory approach and a case approach. The results showed legal prevention of criminal acts of water theft can be done through penal efforts emphasizing repressive efforts (suppression/ eradication/extermination) and non-penal efforts emphasizing social and community efforts (prevention/anticipation/control). It is expected that the combination of criminal sanctions and social sanctions is expected to reduce the rate of water theft.

This study aims to investigate the influence of lifestyle and trust in the use of Shopee Paylater services on consumer behavior, taking into account the Maqashid Sharia perspective, especially for students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. This research adopts a quantitative approach through the survey method and the use of questionnaires as a data collection technique. The research sample consisted of 84 students from the class of 2021 who used the Shopee Paylater service, selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The independent variables used in this study include lifestyle (X1) and trust (X2), while consumer behavior (Y) is the dependent variable. The t-test results indicate that both lifestyle and trust individually have a positive and significant influence on consumer behavior. The F test results indicate that lifestyle and trust together have a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior. In the context of Maqashid Sharia, consumption that is carried out not only follows religious teachings, but also provides tangible benefits for individuals and society as a whole.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran SIRI dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi pada mahasiswa biologi. Penelitian eksperimen ini dilakukan dengan desain nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design dan melibatkan 98 mahasiswa biologi di Universitas Negeri Makassar dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Rubrik keterampilan komunikasi digunakan untuk menilai pernyataan mahasiswa dan hasilnya dianalisis menggunakan ANCOVA pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran SIRI terhadap peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi mahasiswa. Hasil uji LSD juga menunjukkan bahwa skor keterampilan komunikasi mahasiswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran SIRI berbeda secara signifikan dengan model pembelajaran PjBL dan Model Jigsaw. Disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran SIRI dapat meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi mahasiswa biologi.

This qualitative study intends to identify and explore the trigger factors for the practice of nikah he yokal himago (nikah siri) in the dani tribal mulsim community in Jayawijaya, Papua. This qualitative study uses an empirical legal approach. The theory of effectiveness by Sarjono Soekanto became a theory of analysis. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. Meanwhile, data analysis uses reduction, presentation, and verification. This study concludes that the factors of he yokal himago marriage vary, among others, the weak legal culture that assesses he yokal himago marriage has implications for financial attachment and social prestige for the woman. Then the low legal awareness that considers marriage as a private matter, and also yokal himago can be a solution for marriage that gets formal legal barriers. Furthermore, the role of non-legal legal structures is in the form of the role of religious figures in the implementation of he yokal himago marriage. The theoretical implications of this study show that serial marriage can be triggered by the complexity of the factors behind it, both socioeconomic, cultural, legal and religious. The limitations of this study have not examined the obstacles or challenges of government agencies, religious leaders and community leaders in preventing or minimizing he yokal himago marriage in the Dani tribal Muslim community in Jayawijaya

Law No. 11/2006 on the Government of Aceh (Aceh Government Law) has mandated Aceh Qanun No. 11/2018 on ShariaFinancial Institutions. A thorough and integrated regulatory infrastructure must support the Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions. The Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions regulates that all Sharia Financial Institutions operating in Aceh must transition from the conventional to the Sharia system. However, in reality, many norms still need to be synchronised with national rules so that Sharia Financial Institutions do not run optimally. This study aims to map and harmonise legal issues and purification of Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions in the future. The method used is normative juridical with a qualitative approach and uses secondary data. The study found that first, the mapping of Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions still has articles that overlap and need to be more technical with the inclusion of the year that has passed. In addition, an article includes administrative sanctions that are not implemented. Then, there are ambiguous norms that cause multiple interpretations. Second, Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions needs harmonisation with higher laws and regulations. In addition, several Governor and Regent Regulations and other technical rules are required to maximise the implementation. Third, purification is needed by revising articles that overlap with the rules above and harmonising them with national regulations in Islamic finance.

Using the frameworks of the Theory of Use and Gratification (UGT) and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2), this study explores the factors that influence individual behavior and behavioral goals in the adoption of digital banking. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) is used in the analysis of research data using the program SmartPLS 3.2.9 professional. There are 432 people in the research sample that filled out questionnaires. The results show that behavioral intentions are strongly influenced by the integration of UGT-UTAUT2 by 60.3%. Performance and effort expectations are influenced by cognitive needs, effort expectations are influenced by affective needs, and social influence is impacted by social needs. Behavioral intentions for the use of digital banking are shaped by a combination of factors such as price value, hedonic motivation, habits, facilitating conditions, and effort expectations. The relationship between behavioral intentions, affective and cognitive needs is mediated by effort expectations. In the context of using digital banking, habits and behavioral intentions are important factors that influence behavior; in contrast, cognitive needs, affective needs, performance expectations, and social influence have no direct effect on behavioral intentions.

Thyroid storm is an acute, life-threatening, hypermetabolic state in children with thyrotoxicosis. Before the thyroid storm occurs, the patient falls into a “warning stage” called impending thyroid storm. Rapid diagnosis and prompt treatment of an impending thyroid storm are crucial to prevent further life-threatening impacts. We describe a pediatric patient who experienced two episodes of impending thyroid storm with negative COVID-19 tests during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui validitas, praktikalitas, dan efektivitas Bahan Ajar Membaca Kritis Kreatif berbasis Model Somatic Auditory Visual and Intellectual. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Reseach and Development) yang menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan 5 langkah penelitian yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SDN 106867 Bintang Timur. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu pedoman wawancara guru dan peserta didik, angket validasi materi dan media, angket validasi desain dan materi, angket praktisi pendidikan, dan soal tes. Berdasarkan uji keefektifan Bahan Ajar Membaca Kritis Kreatif Berbasis Model Somatic Auditory Visual and Intellectual yang dikembangkan, nilai peserta didik meningkat dari awal sebelum menggunakan Bahan Ajar Membaca Kritis Kreatif Berbasis Model Somatic Auditory Visual and Intellectual peserta didik mendapat nilai rata-rata 60,48 meningkat menjadi 89,36. Dari penelitian dan data yang ditemukan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan Bahan Ajar Membaca Kritis Kreatif Berbasis Model Somatic Auditory Visual and Intellectual ini sudah valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah.

Salah satu bidang favorit di kompetisi Olimpiade Sains Nasional adalah bidang Matematika. Dalam kompetisi ini, siswa memerlukan pemahaman konsep yang mendalam dan ide kreatif terhadap soal-soal olimpiade yang dihadapi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan pemahaman siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal olimpiade. Metode yang dilakukan berupa ceramah, diskusi, dan latihan mandiri. Penyampaian materi yang paling ditekankan adalah bagaimana memahami soal dan memberikan tips penyelesaian. Untuk mengukur kemampuan dan pemahaman siswa, diberikan soal-soal yang relevan dengan olimpiade. Soal tersebut berupa pretes dan postes merupakan soal yang sama dengan tujuan untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh sesudah dilaksanakan pelatihan. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui hasil pretes dan postes yang diperoleh, dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon, yaitu ada berpengaruh pelatihan terhadap kemampuan dan pemahaman siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal olimpiade. Dari 21 siswa, 17 siswa mengalami peningkatan dan 4 siswa memiliki nilai yang sama. Nilai minimum dan maksimum yang diperoleh pada saat pretes adalah 0 dan 40 poin, sedangkan saat postes adalah 20 dan 60. Rata-rata total peningkatan nilai sebesar 28.571. Selain itu, hasil evaluasi peserta terhadap seluruh rangkaian kegiatan pelatihan disimpulkan baik dan sangat baik.

Limbah padat hasil penyulingan minyak nilam banyak dijumpai diindustri penyulingan minyak nilam terutama dikota Lhokseumawe. Besarnya volume limbah padat penyulingan nilam belum termanfaatkan secara optimal. Dengan memanfaatkan limbah tersebut menjadi produk yang berguna dan mempunyai nilai tambah yang nyata. Keberadaan limbah padat nilam sangat berpotensial untuk diolah menjadi asap cair karena memiliki komponen senyawa organik yaitu selulosa, hemiselulosa dan lignin. Penelitian ini sudah dilakukan sebelumnya, yang belum adalah penggunaan limbah padat nilam sebagai bahan baku pembuatan asap cair dengan menggunakan metode pirolisis yang menghasilkan lebih banyak yield asap cair. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pembuatan asap cair serta pengaruh suhu dan waktu pirolisi terhadap yield, densitas dan pH asap cair yang dihasilkan. Metode penelitian menggunakan proses pirolisi yang dilakukan pada suhu 250oC, 300oC dan 350oC dengan variasi waktu pirolisis 60 menit, 90 menit, 120 menit dan 150 menit. Asap cair diperoleh dari kondensasi asap hasil dekomposisi senyawa organik pada proses pirolisis. Dari penelitian diketahui bahwa yield asap cair cenderung meningkat seiring naiknya suhu dan waktu pirolisis. Yield asap cair tertinggi diperoleh sebesar 16,16%. Densitas terbaik diperoleh dari asap cair hasil pirolisis sebesar 0,9916 gr/ml. pH asap cair terbaik diperoleh dari asap cair hasil pirolisis sebesar 3,32. Kandungan asap cair pada uji menggunakan GC-MS adalah fenol sebesar 46,14% dan benzene sebesar 15,55%.

The transformation of mining law policy in Law No. 3 of 2020 concerning Minerals and Coal has broad implications for mining, including illegal tin mining. The high dependence of the tin extractive economy in Bangka Belitung has changed the landscape of this archipelago province as an area with environmental damage and social disasters. This research was conducted using socio-legal method to gain a comprehensive comprehension related to the environmental and social impacts of illegal tin mining after the amendment of the mineral and coal law. The results of this research showed that the transition of mining authority from the central government to the local government has direct impacts on illegal mining activities. Substantive changes in the mineral and coal law are not strategic solution as the ongoing power struggle results in the persistent allocation of authority for community mining permits to local governments. Meanwhile, the unpreparedness of local governments has resulted in the unresolved marginalization of mining communities and widespread environmental damages. The lack of fair decision-making processes for mining licenses is indicative of ineffective tin mining management in Bangka Belitung. The results of this research can be used as a reference and consideration in the formulation of strategic policy to promote ideal and sustainable tin mining ecosystem.

BACKGROUND: Type 1 diabetes (T1D) mostly occurs due to the destruction of pancreatic beta cells due to autoimmune processes. Diagnosis of T1D can be established by examining the c-peptide levels and the markers of pancreatic autoantibodies, including glutamic acid decarboxylase 65 autoantibodies (GAD-65). However, the association between c-peptide and anti-GAD-65 toward patients’ clinical manifestations needs to be further explored. Hence, the aim of current study was to identify the association of anti-GAD65 with c-peptide and clinical characteristics in children with T1D. METHODS: Case-control study involving 47 T1D children (T1D group) and 41 healthy children (control group) younger than 18 years old was conducted. Secondary data regarding subjects’ demographic characteristics and medical history were collected from subjects, and serum blood was drawn from each subject for the anti-GAD65 and c-peptide measurement. Anti-GAD65 and c-peptide levels were measured using an Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) methods. RESULTS: Anti-GAD65 antibody was detected in 78.7% T1D group, while only 2.43% were detected in control group subject (p=0.0000). The c-peptide level of T1D group was 0.07±0.19 nmol/L and control group was 1.5±0.77 nmol/L (p=0.0000). The total daily dose of insulin in subjects with positive anti-GAD65 was greater than in the negative anti-GAD65 (p=0.012). The sensitivity and specificity of the anti-GAD65 were 85.4% was 66.7%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The results of this study show that anti-GAD65 was associated with total daily dose of insulin requirement in children with T1D. Blood is a good growth medium for bacteria by preventing the accumulation of toxic oxygen (peroxide and superoxide) and increasing the growth ability of these bacteria. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the ability of lysed sheep blood and lysed cow blood as a substitute for lysed horse blood on Campylobacter growth media, as well as evaluate the growth of Campylobacter from chicken meat samples on culture media supplemented with lysed sheep blood and lysed cow blood compared to the media cultures using lysed horse blood supplements. The concentration of lysed sheep blood, lysed cow blood, and lysed horse blood used was 5% each. The chicken meat samples used in this study were 30 samples. Based on the results, 14 samples of C. jejuni bacteria showed the ability to grow up to 107 and 16 samples up to 106. In the media added with lysed cow blood supplement only one sample was able to grow up to 106, 17 samples grew up to 105, and 12 samples grew up to 104. These results statistically used the one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test indicating a significant difference significant (P0.05). Further tests using post hoc least significance different (LSD) showed a comparison of the average growth in lysed horse blood, lysed sheep blood, and lysed cow blood significantly different (P 0.05), while the average value of each treatment was the addition of lysed horse blood supplements, lysed sheep blood, and cow blood consecutive lysis was 8.551 ± 0.340, 7.117 ± 0.544, and 5.265 ± 0.548. The addition of lysed sheep blood and lysed cow blood to bolton broth media in this study can be used for C. jejuni isolation. However, the blood of lysed sheep had a higher effectiveness in the ability to grow C. jejuni, which was close to the ability to grow with the addition of lysed horse blood as a control, compared to the addition of lysed cow blood.

As part of reformation outcomes, the substitute heir in Islamic inheritance law has been long heeded by Indonesian jurists. However, amidst the facet of the traditional scheme, Indonesian Religious Court judges (judex factie) have not shared the same implementation of this succession. This article endeavors to examine the practice of substitute heir in the field. Relies on the Religious Court decisions as the primary source, this article argues that the norm of substitute heir (Article 185 of The Compilation of Islamic Law) has been implemented restrictedly according to The Compilation and the Supreme Court consensus. Restricted interpretation means the descendants of the pre-deceased side-relative was not accounted as substitute heir. It implies that the state reformation attempt in Islamic inheritance law has not come into play in the way the state desires. [Sebagai bagian dari hasil reformasi, substitute heir dalam hukum waris Islam telah lama diperhatikan oleh para ahli hukum Indonesia. Namun, di tengah sisi skema tradisional, hakim Pengadilan Agama Indonesia (judex factie) belum memiliki kesamaan pelaksanaan suksesi ini. Artikel ini mencoba mengkaji praktek penerapan substitute heir di lapangan. Berpijak pada putusan Pengadilan Agama sebagai sumber data utama, artikel ini berargumen bahwa norma ahli waris pengganti (Pasal 185 Kompilasi Hukum Islam) telah dilaksanakan secara terbatas menurut Kompilasi dan konsensus Mahkamah Agung. Penafsiran terbatas berarti keturunan dari kerabat menyamping yang telah meninggal dunia terlebih dahulu tidak diperhitungkan sebagai ahli waris pengganti. Ini menyiratkan bahwa upaya reformasi negara dalam hukum waris Islam belum diterapkan sesuai yang diinginkan negara.]

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Collaborative Nested Action Research (C-NAR) sebagai upaya menghasilkan guru adaptif di Sekolah Dasar (SD). Penelitin ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas berkelanjutan dengan pendekatan C-NAR. Dalam pelaksanaannya, selain guru melakukan perbaikan perkelanjutan dalam pembelajaran, dosen dan guru pamong melakukan perbaikan berkelanjutan dalam pembimbingan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Data penelitian dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan model alir mulai dari reduksi data, penyajian data, hingga pada penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan C-NAR mampu menghasilkan guru yang adaptif di sekolah dasar sesuai dengan tuntutan perkembangan revolusi industri 4.0 dan society 5.0. Dengan demikian, pendekatan C-NAR layak dipertimbangkan sebagai pendekatan mutakhir dalam menghasilkan guru adaptif di SD.

Deaerator berfungsi untuk menghilangkan gas-gas yang terkandung dalam air umpan yang akan dialirkan di dalam boiler. Gas-gas tersebut berupa gas O2 dan CO2 yang dapat menyebabkan korosi pada boiler apabila tidak dihilangkan. Pada proses deaerator, level merupakan variabel yang penting untuk dikendalikan agar dapat menjaga kestabilan proses sesuai dengan set point yang dikehendaki. Jika level air terlalu tinggi akan menyebabkan pemisahan oksigen kurang sempurna, hal ini membuat air masih banyak mengandung oksigen yang dapat menyebabkan korosi bagi boiler. Jika level air terlalu rendah dapat merusak komponen lain seperti pompa dan menghambat proses suplai air ke boiler.Oleh karena itu diperlukan pengendalian level menggunakan metode tuning PID Response Surface Methodolog. pada Deaerator untuk meminimalkan kerusakan pada perusahaan dengan cara memodelkan terlebih dahulu, kemudian melakukan uji optimasi dan uji set point. Untuk mendapatkan parameter tuning PID dilakukan uji central composite design (CCD) yang nantinya akan mendapatkan nilai Kc, τI, τD dari masing-masing controller. Dari nilai parameter tuning akan dilakukan uji Set point dan optimasi. Adapun dari analisa Optimasi yang telah dicoba terlihat perbandingan antara uji sebelum perubahan Set point (SP) dan setelah perubahan Setpoint (SP), atau naik turun (±) nya Set point. bahwa Respon time (t) terdapat pada uji penurunan set point -10%. Dengan kondisi awal 68% menjadi 58% dan nilai Optimasi = 1,0659 menit. Dan nilai max Overshoot (lonjakan) yang paling terendah terdapat pada uji set point -5% sebesar 3,1746 % .

Briket bioarang adalah bahan bakar padat sebagai sumber energi alternatif pengganti bahan bakar minyak yang berasal dari limbah pertanian yang melalui proses karbonasi kemudian dicetak dengan tekanan tertentu baik dengan atau tanpa bahan pengikat (binder) maupun bahan tambahan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan bioarang yang berasal dari limbah padat penyulingan minyak nilam dengan temperatur dan waktu pirolisis yang optimum sehingga diperoleh bioarang dengan nilai kalor yang tinggi. Penelitian pemanfaatan produk samping dari proses pirolisis pada limbah padat hasil penyulingan minyak nilam untuk pembuatan briket bioarang memiliki variabel berat bahan baku 600 gr, 1200 gr dan 1800 gr dengan variabel waktu 60, 90 dan 120 menit. Limbah padat yang terlebih dahulu telah dipotong menjadi ukuran yang kecil dan dikeringkan dibawah sinar matahari terlebih dahulu kemudian dimasukkan kedalam alat pirolisis untuk dikarbonisasi sesuai dengan variabel yang telah ditentukan, hasil dari pirolisis kemudian dimasukkan kedalam desikator untuk didinginkan selama 30 menit lalu dilakukan uji kadar air, uji kadar abu, uji kadar zat terbang, uji kadar karbon terikat, uji nilai kalor, uji SEM, dan juga uji laju pembakaran. Adapun hasil penelitian kadar air terbaik diperoleh pada berat bahan baku 600gr dan waktu 150 menit sebesar 5,72%, kadar abu terbaik diperoleh pada berat bahan baku 1800gr dengan wasktu pirolisis 60 menit adalah 4,28%, zat terbang terbaik diperoleh pada berat bahan baku 600gr dengan waktu pirolisis 150 menit adalah 9,11%, laju pembakaran tertinggi sebesar 0,1486 gr/menit, nilai kalor yang didapat pada berat baku 1200gr dengan waktu pirolisis 120 menit sebesar 5.291 cal/gr, berdasarkan uji SEM yang dilakukan dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat pembesaran pori-pori pada arang setelah aktivasi dibandingkan dengan pori-pori sebelum aktivasi. Kalor yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa briket bioarang limbah padat nilam dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan bakar alternatif yang dapat diperbaharui. AbstractThis study analyses the relationship between sustainability performance, convention signatures, sustainability offices, sustainability research, teaching programs, student clubs, financial statements, and the extent of sustainability reporting in higher education institutions (HEIs). The sample of this study was 153 unit of analysis of 57 HEIs which are registered in the Global Reporting Initiative database during the period 2010–2020. Descriptive, content, and multivariate regression analysis were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The level of sustainability performance, convention signatures, sustainability offices, sustainability research, teaching programs, student clubs, financial statements have a significant effect on the extent of sustainability reporting. Moreover, the random effect model is the best approach for estimating the model. The study contributes to a better understanding of the determinants of HEIs sustainability reporting. Several previous studies only used one theoretical lens. The originality of this research is using a metatheoretical approach, namely stakeholder and legitimacy theory. The theoretical implication of these findings is that the combination of legitimacy and stakeholder theory is able to explain more broadly the model of HEIs sustainability reporting. Policymakers such as the government and other key stakeholders can use these findings as the basis for assessing an educational institution’s sustainability performance.

The research aims to help the basic problems of students in determining their choice of majors in Extracurriculars by using Multiple Intelligence-based selection. The research was conducted at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School in the Jalaluddin Ar-rumi area using a qualitative approach with field research. Data obtained from interviews and observations. Data analysis was preceded by interviews with the Head of Santri Resources & Management, chairman of the Association for Organization Rumi (AFORMI), and the students. The results of the study show that the selection of students based on Multiple Intelligence (MI) is very helpful in determining the extracurricular class of the dormitory, it is even very helpful in procuring activities so that the administrators are able to carry out procurement according to the needs of the talents & interests of the students. The stages of the selection implementation consist of conducting questionnaire tests, giving briefings, and delivering material on Multiple Intelligence. The use of Multiple Choice questions was maintained because the administrators considered that the use of these questions was still effective for students. The Multiple Intelligence-based student selection model is very important to develop because Multiple Intelligence emphasizes the individual intelligence of students, which is considered suitable for the current approach to students.

Minyak bumi di Indonesia yang berasal dari bahan bakar fosil diperkirakan hanya cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam negeri hingga 9 tahun kedepan. Maka kita perlu energi alternative sebagai pengganti bahan bakar fosil seperti hidrogen. Salah satu cara untuk menghasilkan hidrogen yaitu dengan metode elektrolisis air laut dan merupakan metode yang paling menjanjikan untuk menghasilkan gas hidrgoen yang murni. Elektrolisis membutuhkan energi listrik yang besar untuk menguraikan ion-ion maka pada penelitian ini menggunakan (Photovoltaic) PV sebagai sumber energi melalui sinar matahari. Air laut dengan volume 3500 ml, volume katalis NaOH yang ditambahkan 175 ml, dan kondisi operasi (waktu ambien). Adapun yang menjadi variabel bebas yaitu tegangan (5, 10, 15, 20) volt, waktu (15, 30, 45, 65) menit dan konsentrasi katalis (0,1 ; 0,25 ; 0,5 ; 0,75) M. Hasil flowrate gas hidrogen yang paling tinggi di dapat pada tegangan 20 volt pada menit ke 60 menit pada konsentrasi 0,1 M sebesar 12,8 ml/s sedangkan kadar natrium hipoklorit nilai tertinggi terdapat pada 20 volt, waktu ke 60 menit pada konsentrasi 0,75 M. Hasil kajian waktu elektrolisis terhadap penguraian ait laut menjadi gas hidrogen tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Semakin tinggi tegangan yang diberikan maka flowrate dan kadar NaOCl yang dihasilkan semakin besar dan semakin tinggi konsentrasi yang diberikan maka akan semakin rendah gas hidrogen yang dihasilkan namun kadar NaOCl semakin tinggi. Sehingga nilai kadar NaOCl tertinggi pada konsentrasi 0,75 M, waktu 60 menit pada tegangan 20 V sebesar 0,184%.

North Aceh has many old Dutch heritage wells that still have the potential to be reactivated. Reactivation aims to regulate management so that there is a need for innovation to optimize the management of old wells whose innovation starts from the management concept to the technology used to make it more efficient, effective, and economical. This activity was carried out in the form of a public hearing on the draft Qanun of North Aceh Regency on the management of old oil wells involving the local government, DPRD, religious leaders, and community leaders. The public hearing results assessed that the management of old oil wells requires clear rules to avoid illegal drilling and tapping. Communities around the former drilling areas conduct mining in old oil wells, which are no longer economical for corporations. It is necessary to improve the legal basis that supports the establishment of a Draft Qanun on the management of old Dutch-owned oil wells in North Aceh District.

Water is a natural resource that is very important for life in the world for humans, animals and other living things. In a settlement, there are two ways to provide clean water, namely piped and non-piped systems. The piping system itself is managed by the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM), which is a local government company that carries out the service function to produce drinking water and clean water for the community. The current problem occurs in the community and is detrimental to the community itself, namely the manual recording system of water usage meters, often the fees charged by the community are not in accordance with the usage meter used. For this reason, an automatic monitoring of water usage was designed. This tool uses a Waterflow to detect the amount of water consumption which is controlled with NodeMCU Esp8266, later monitoring of usage can be seen on the LCD and Thinger.io as a database. Testing this final project using a measuring cup as a comparison of the real water volume with the volume of the results read by the sensor. The test results of the final project will read the volume of water and the rate for usage fees with an error percentage of 0.3%. The resulting data can be monitored in real time through the thinger.io website and smartphones to make it easier to monitor remotely.

This study aimed to determine the effect of each component of cultivation technology application on the production of rice (Oryza Sativa L.) in South Sulawesi. This research was carried out in three rain-type sectors within South Sulawesi Province, namely Maros for the West Sector, Bone for the East Sector, and North Luwu for the Transitional sector. A study was conducted from December 2019 to January 2020 in the form of a survey (study literature, observation, and interviews), with the selection of samples carried out purposively to 90 respondents. Data analysis employed multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results showed that the average rice production in Maros, Bone and North Luwu regencies, South Sulawesi, was still relatively low, Maros Regency was 7,032 kg per ha, Bone was 5,020 kg per ha and North Luwu was 6,497 kg per ha. The multiple regression equation for rice production in Maros, Bone and North Luwu Regencies, South Sulawesi is Y = 3354,185 -17,751X1 – 4,044X2 +36,839X3 . Factors from the aspect of cultivation technology application can increase rice production. Variables of cropping system, irrigation system, and fertilizer dose had a significant effect on rice production, while the variables of varieties and harvest time did not have a significant effect on rice production.

Glukosa cair adalah produk yang dihasilkan dari proses hidrolisis dan merupakan hasil olahan dari polisakarida seperti pati dengan menggunakan asam kuat atau enzim. Bahan baku yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah ubi jalar kuning dengan hidrolisis menggunakan katalis asam klorida (HCl). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi hidrolisis tepung ubi jalar kuning menjadi glukosa dengan menggunakan katalisator asam klorida, mengevaluasi pengaruh suhu dan waktu reaksi terhadap jumlah glukosa yang dihasilkan dan mempelajari karakteristik glukosa yang dihasilkan yang meliputi organoleptik, kadar air, kadar glukosa dan densitas yang diperoleh. Temperatur pada saat proses hidrolisis yaitu 100oC. Perbedaan konsentrasi HCl dan lama waktu hidrolisis memberikan pengaruh yang tidak nyata terhadap parameter uji organoleptik bau dan warna, tetapi memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap parameter uji oganoleptik rasa. Rasa manis tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan konsentrasi HCl 0,8 N, sedangkan pada pengaruh lama waktu hidrolisis, organoleptik rasa tertinggi terdapat pada lama waktu 120 menit. Kadar air dan densitas terendah diperoleh pada konsentrasi HCl 0,8 N dengan waktu hidrolisis 120 menit yaitu 4,39% dan 0,992 gr/ml serta diperoleh kadar glukosa 4,79%. This research study examined the influence of financial market development on the shadow economy and the moderating effect of country risk (political, economic, and financial) in this nexus in Pakistan. Using data from 1995 to 2018, the study applied the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) and Phillips-Perron (PP) unit root tests, followed by the F-bounds test to investigate stationarity and cointegration in the series, respectively. The study utilized the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) approach to estimate the long-run relationship, and to examine the possible causal relationship among the variables, the study employed Breitung and Candelon's (2006) spectral test. The study identified that financial market development is negative, and the country's risk determinants are positively associated with the shadow economy's size. Moreover, the study found that country risk positively moderates the influence of financial market development on the shadow economy. The results also highlighted a unidirectional relationship from economic and financial risk towards the shadow economy. Finally, based on the empirical findings, the study recommends some policy implications to the regulators of financial markets and the shadow economy.

The norm of sanctions outlined in the 2020 Mining Law, shaped by irrational legislative policies, can lead to criminal disparities and contribute to criminogenic factors. This research emphasizes the need for reformulation of sanctions related to reclamation obligations within the community mining category. The primary aim is to realign the rationale behind criminalizing post-mining reclamation responsibilities. The discussion centers on reformulating provisions specifically for the reclamation obligations of community mining. Employing normative legal research methods, the study identifies the reclamation obligation sanction as an omission offense, characterized as both a passive and formal crime. The proposed reformulation is grounded in the principle of balancing a double-track system of sanctions, where criminal penalties serve as a last resort if action sanctions are disregarded. Action sanctions are prioritized to focus on restoring post-mining environmental conditions, and it is recommended that criminal sanctions and fines within the community mining category be less severe to encourage compliance and sustainability.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of cognitive behaviour therapy with mindfulness techniques through group counselling to increase the confidence of high school students who experience a broken home, through experimental research with a single group pretest post-test design. The sample selection in the study was the purposive sampling technique, which obtained 8 samples from 12 populations that became the research sample. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test to determine the increase in self-confidence before and after the intervention and the Mann Withney U Test to determine the differences between the intervention groups. The results of experiments that have been carried out show an increase in the self-confidence of students who experience a broken home after being given group counselling on cognitive behaviour therapy with mindfulness techniques.

This study aims to optimize the learning of Islamic Religious Education with Google Classroom. This type of research is quantitative. The population as well as the sample is 4 teachers. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire via Google Form. Assessment of the questionnaire using the Guttman scale. Next is the interpretation of the calculation results. This study shows that the teacher's perception, ease of access, and the benefits of Google Classroom are on average 4.15 or 83.18%, this indicates that it is very good. Thus, Google Classroom can optimize online learning in blended learning on Islamic Religious Education subjects. This study recommends teachers to use Google Classroom in online learning or distance learning as an alternative application.

This study aims to describe and elaborate family problems and aspects of resilience reflected in children with an intact family background. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research design of case study type. The location of data collection in this study is located in Bangkalan Regency. The form of data in this study is in the form of verbal utterances regarding resilience or the acceptance process. The data source in this study uses primary data or data obtained directly from participants as children with an intact family background. The analysis of the resilience factors of the three research subjects refers to the theory of resilience by Reivitch and Sahtee, which includes emotion regulation, empathy, reaching out, impulse control, self-efficacy, optimism, and problem cause analysis. The results of this study indicate that of the three research subjects, subjects 1, 2, and 3 have the same family problems, namely victims of parental divorce, and have ways to rise from adversity that are similar at first glance, although there are visible differences. It is hoped that this research can provide additional references and insights into resilience in a person.

The logistic model can be applied in the field of biological studies to investigate population growth problems and some important aspects of the ecological situation. This model is a growth model with a limited population growth rate, and ecologists describe this rate as carrying capacity. Carrying capacity can be interpreted as the ideal population size, where individuals in the population can live properly in their environment. The growth rate of a population can be influenced by the harvesting factor, in this case, it is assumed that harvesting is not constant. The effect of the harvest on the growth rate can be analyzed mathematically by using the Holling type III functional response. In this paper, describe the formation of a logistic model taking into account the effects of harvesting, using the Holling type III functional response. Then, perform a nondimensional process in the model, namely simplifying a model that has four parameters to a model that only has two parameters. Next, determine the equilibrium point of the model, perform a stability analysis at that equilibrium point, and investigate the possibility of bifurcation. As result, first obtained a logistic model which has two non-dimensional parameters, where one of the equilibrium points is zero and is unstable. Next, determine another equilibrium point through an implicit equation and investigate its stability through simulation. Finally, obtained two equilibrium points, which are fold bifurcation.

Brand attitude has been the primary concern for corporation sustainability for a long. Studies have focused on various attributes concerning brand attitude comprising of many research articles. This study focuses on bibliometric analysis of brand attitude examining 1497 documents published for the years 1944–2021. The purpose of this study is to examine historic research trends, developments, and future conduits based on co-authorship and co-occurrence analysis using VOSviewer. The study highlights the most prolific articles containing the most productive authors and their affiliations, keywords, and influential journals, along with future research trends. The result shows that the number of publications follows a very slow trail until 2008, mildly until 2012, following which the cumulative growth in publication increased manifold. Further, results show that researchers from the United States, South Korea, and Taiwan extended many efforts to the global knowledge of literature leading other countries. The emerging hotspot keywords analysis suggests that brand avoidance, subtle, brand betrayal, consumer ethnocentrism, environmental sustainability and policy, brand activism, brand authenticity, consumer brand engagement, and brand competence are the key areas that attract researchers' attention policymakers as future research boulevards. In the case of consumers' brand attitudes, there is a scarcity of studies that investigated the consumers' implicit and explicit brand attitudes.

This study examines the relationship between a company's external financing activity and earnings management and enterprise risk management as moderation variable. The sample of the study was 271 companies listed in the Bloomberg database in 2018. The results of this study show that: First, external financing activities of both debt and equity are positively associated with accrual earnings management and real activity earnings management. Second, enterprise risk management has a significant influence on the relationship between external funding activities and earnings management. The results of this study make a significant contribution to stakeholders to strength managers to augment the company's risk management functions in an effort to prevent earnings management practices.

Kecamatan Sampoiniet dan Setiabakti Kabupaten Aceh Jaya merupakan daerah yang dilanda Gempa dan Tsunami pada 26 Desember 2004. Dampak dari Tsunami telah mengubah geomorfologi pada sebagian wilayah pesisir Kecamatan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menganalisis dan membandingkan perubahan garis pantai berdasarkan data citra satelit secara multi temporal memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) info pada tahun sebelum Tsunami yaitu Tahun 2004 dan tahun setelah Tsunami yaitu Tahun 2008 dan 2017. Dampak kerusakan akibat dari Tsunami terutama terjadi pada kawasan pesisir. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Deskriptif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data citra pada periode yang berbeda pada tahun 2004, 2008 dan 2017. Wilayah kajian meliputi kawasan pantai yaitu kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Sampoiniet dan Kecamatan Setiabakti. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengamati perubahan panjang garis pantai secara multitemporal yaitu pada tahun 2004, 2008 dan 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pebubahan Panjang garis pantai dari Tahun 2004 yaitu 50,42 km, menjadi 54,68 km pada tahun 2008 dan bertambah menjadi 55,30 km pada tahun 2017.

Although the number of Islamic co-operatives' memberships only amounted to 2.51 million people (11.19%) to the total membership of co-operatives in Indonesia nationwide, but it has shown a rising trend in its membership by 76.11% over the last decade (Ministry of Co-Operatives SMEs, 2019). These figures raise an essential research question: what drives the decision of Indonesian citizens to patronage Islamic co-operatives? Specifically, this study explores pertinent determinants of decision-making made by the members to select Islamic co-operatives in Aceh, Indonesia. A number of 280 members and non-members of Islamic co-operatives were selected as the sample of the study using a purposive sampling technique. Based on the logistic multiple regression technique, the study recorded that the members' decision-making in selecting Islamic co-operatives was mainly determined by their shari'ah compliance and characteristics' uniqueness. Meanwhile, physical facilities and services quality provided by the Islamic co-operatives have insignificant effects on the people's decision-making to become the memberships of Islamic co-operatives. This empirical evidence suggested that to attract more memberships, the Islamic co-operatives should improve their shari'ah compliance and characteristics' uniqueness.

The complexity of mining business governance affects rational actions to tackle mining crime using the criminal policies in a progressive legal dimension. This research focuses on dealing with mining crime using criminal policies and rational efforts in the progressive legal dimension. It was conducted using normative legal research method using secondary data obtained from primary and secondary legal materials. The urgency of this research is to provide guidance towards the application of appropriate rules of mining for the actors in the business. It was also directed to provide references in mining law enforcement through an integral policy. The results showed that criminal policy through penal means in the formulation stage has the ability to regulate licensing crimes, corporate crimes, crimes against reclamation, and criminal obstruction of mining businesses. Moreover, the application stage involves the legal construction of material and formal offenses while the execution stage requires integral law enforcement. It is also important to note that the non-penal means which focuses on prevention maps potential actors with the ability to create the victims while the secondary prevention maps the mining areas with potential conflicts. This means the progressiveness of mining criminal policies rationally in the progressive law dimension enforces certainty and basic ideas underlying the norms.

Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of the continuous mentoring process as an effort to produce students, Field Supervisors (DPL), and Civil Service Teachers (GP) who are reflective in the implementation of PPL PPG Prajabatan at UNIMED. The type of research used is Collaborative Nested Action Research (C-NAR). In its implementation, in addition to guiding and being directly involved in Class Action Research (PTK) conducted by students, DPL and GP also conduct Guidance Action Research (PTB) to find the best sustainable ways or innovations in carrying out mentoring. The results showed that through the C-NAR, students, DPL, and GP PPG Prajabatan have succeeded in carrying out various continuous improvements in mentoring, among others. (1) exemplifying interactive learning patterns by GP virtually even though they are not from partner schools, (2) developing supplementary learning tools in the form of interactive teaching materials, interactive media, interactive worksheets, and interactive quizzes as interactive learning resources for students, and (3 ) facilitate parents with guidebooks for using supplementary teaching materials so that they are helpful in guiding students to study at home.

Formulasi syarat pelaksanaan diversi menghendaki ancaman pidana dibawah tujuh tahun dan bukan pengulangan pidana. Paper ini bertujuan mengkaji pelaksanaan diversi agar sesuai dengan nilai dan asas dari ide dasar sistem peradilan pidana anak. Persoalan yang muncul apakah syarat diversi sudah sejalan dengan ide dasar tersebut? Lalu bagaimana tawaran reformulasi syarat diversi? Terhadap syarat diversi melakukan pengulangan pidana tidak memiliki makna berarti bahkan berpotensi mengurangi makna ide dasar utamanya prinsip ultimum remedium. Reformulasi syarat diversi menitikberatkan pada perbuatan kategori tindak pidana serius seperti terorisme, pembunuhan berencana, pemerkosaan, dan peredaran narkoba.

Problematika kekerasan terhadap anak sering terjadi di sekolah, terdapat faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan anak menerima perlakuan berupa kekerasan fisik maupun psikis disekolah sehingga akan diurai berbagai kebijakan non-penal yang dapat diterapkan untuk meminimalisir permasalahan itu. Di sekolah anak sering menjadi objek kekerasan fisik dan psikis, terutama di saat anak melalaikan kewajibannya, atau tidak mematuhi aturan yang ditetapkan di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu yuridis normatif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menjawab permasalahan kekerasan terhadap anak yang terjadi di sekolah dengan perspektif hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa faktor yang menyebabkan anak menjadi korban kekerasan fisik dan psikis di sekolah dikarenakan anak melakukan kesalahan atau pelanggaran disiplin. Kekerasan dianggap oleh guru sebagai tindakan pendisiplinan anak didik serta mampu menjadikan anak didik yang melakukan pelanggaran disiplin atau kesalahan menyadari kesalahan yang telah dilakukannya dan tidak mengulangi lagi perbuatannya, serta dimaksudkan agar anak didik yang lain, tidak mengikuti melakukan perbuatan yang sama. Rekomendasi dari permasalahan itu, agar berbagai sekolah melakukan langkah preventif terhadap potensi kekerasan pada anak dengan melakukan edukasi kepada guru dan peserta didik.

Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) is one of the most infectious diseases and causes of death in children in developing countries. Based on the researchers' initial survey, it was found that the number of ARIs in Madat Community Health Center was 1971 people. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors associated with the implementation of the behavior of prevention of ISPA in infants in Madat District Health Center, East Aceh. The research design used in this study was Cross Sectional. The population in this study were 362 people and samples taken by accidental sampling were as many as 52 people. Data collection methods are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used is binary logistic regression test. The results showed that knowledge had a sig-p value of 0.010 The conclusion in this study is that there is the influence of knowledge, ventilation and health services with the application of community behavior in the prevention of ARI, while the variables of occupancy density and family history of women do not have an influence on community behavior in the prevention of ARI.Keywords: behavior factors, disease prevention, acute respiratory, ISPA
