In this work we establish existence and multiplicity of solutions for elliptic problem with nonlinear boundary conditions under strong resonance conditions at infinity. The nonlinearity is resonance at infinity and the reso- nance phenomena occurs precisely in the first Steklov eigenvalue problem. In all results we use Variational Methods, Critical Groups and the Morse Theory.

We will study solvability of nonlinear second-order elliptic system of partial differential equations with nonlinear boundary conditions. We study the generalized Steklov Robin eigensystem (with possibly matrices weights) in which the spectral parameter is both in the system and on the boundary. We prove the existence of solutions for nonlinear system when both nonlinearities in the differential system and on the boundary interact, in some sense, with the generalized spectrum of Steklov Robin. The boundary value problem is examined for the system of elliptic equations of from $-\Delta u + A(x)u = 0 \quad\text{in} \Omega,$ where $A(x)$ is positive semidefinite matrix on $\mathbb{R}^{{k}\times{k}},$ and $\frac{\partial u}{\partial \nu}+g(u)=h(x) \quad\text{on} \partial\Omega$ It is assumed that $g\in C(\mathbb{R}^{k},\mathbb{R}^{k})$ is a bounded function which may vanish at infinity. The proofs are based on Leray-Schauder degree methods.

We are concerned with the solvability of linear second order elliptic partial differential equations with nonlinear boundary conditions at resonance, in which the nonlinear boundary conditions perturbation is not necessarily required to satisfy Landesman-Lazer conditions or the monotonicity assumption. The nonlinearity may be unbounded. The nonlinearity interact, in some sense with the Steklov spectrum on boundary nonlinearity. The proofs are based on a priori estimates for possible solutions to a homotopy on suitable trace and topological degree arguments.
