In many real-world applications, it is more realistic to predict a price range than to forecast a single value. When the goal is to identify a range of prices, price prediction becomes a classification problem. The House Price Index is a typical instrument for estimating house price discrepancies. This repeat sale index analyzes the mean price variation in repeat sales or refinancing of the same assets. Since it depends on all transactions, the House Price Index is poor at projecting the price of a single house. To forecast house prices effectively, this study investigates the exploratory data analysis based on linear regression, ridge regression, Lasso regression, and Elastic Net regression, with the aid of machine learning with feature selection. The proposed prediction model for house prices was evaluated on a machine learning housing dataset, which covers 1,460 records and 81 features. By comparing the predicted and actual prices, it was learned that our model outputted an acceptable, expected values compared to the actual values. The error margin to actual values was very small. The comparison shows that our model is satisfactory in predicting house prices.

These conflicts can take place in a visible way as well as in an invisible way, as they can occur in small contexts such as the conflict between individuals or in large contexts such as international conflicts (Bandoura & Weiss, 2000: 476). Undoubtedly, the university student is a supreme and influential value in society and its path on the scientific, social and cultural levels, and can push a great deal towards cognitive and intellectual development.

The current research aims to measure the variable of superior mental arousal among distinguished and ordinary students in the preparatory stage in the province of Najaf, as well as to know the differences in measuring the variable according to (study category, gender, school stage). (400) male and female students as a sample for the research distinguished male and female students, (100) students from regular schools and the same number of females in a stratified random manner. After applying the scale to the sample members by researchers and collecting data using the statistical package (spss) to analyze those data and using statistical means (percentage, percentage weight, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient) the following results were obtained: 1- The sample is characterized by high mental excitability. 2- There are statistically significant differences in the level of super mental arousal between the distinguished students and their normal peers in favor of the ordinary students. 3- There are statistically significant differences in the level of super mental arousal according to the gender variable in favor of females. 4- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of super mental arousal according to the stage variable between the fourth and fifth stages.

Most consumers consider banking a daily necessity, and it is best to avoid it. If they can take a creative approach to bank marketing, that idea can change. Especially when bank marketing integrates creative bank marketing ideas such as gamification, automation, chatbots, and rewards to encourage potential customers to use banking services, therefore; this study uses a decision tree algorithm with the best trash old decisions to perform a classification process on kaggle.com's bank marketing dataset. The classification process uses Python 3 to find the accuracy value of the decision tree algorithm calculation using K-Fold and scale data. This survey achieved classification results with 82% accuracy, 84% recognition, and 85% accuracy with recommendations and creative marketing solutions.

UD Murti Aji adalah laboratorium dispensing optik yang terletak di Kota Cirebon, yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan berbagai jenis lensa kacamata dan tempat khusus melakukan pemotongan lensa pada bingkai kacamata sesuai dengan ukuran yang ditentukan dalam resep kacamata. Saat ini proses pencatatan di laboratorium masih dijalankan secara manual menggunakan media kertas dalam pencatatannya, setelah itu baru dimasukkan/di-entri ke komputer, sehingga terkadang sering menimbulkan masalah. Masalah yang timbul diantaranya rawan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan transaksi penjualan yang disebabkan pegawai mengalami kesulitan dalam mencari catatan sehingga pekerjaan menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat aplikasi Point of Sales untuk mempermudah pegawai dalam melakukan pencatatan transaksi penjualan secara langsung dan pembuatan laporan transaksi penjualan secara berkala. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitin ini adalah Agile Development. Pengumupulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, pengamatan serta dokumentasi pada tempat penelitian. Bersumber pada hasil pengumpulan data, maka dibuatlah rancangan sistem, database dan tampilan antarmuka. Setelah itu rancangan dapat diimplementasikan ke dalam coding untuk membuat aplikasi Point of Sales menggunakan android native java, PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Setelah aplikasi selesai dibuat, maka dilakukan pengujian terhadap aplikasi menggunakan black box testing. Pengembanganan aplikasi Point of Sales ini diharapakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pihak UD Murti Aji dalam mengatasi masalah yang terjadi selama ini.

Information systems are the most important part in a company or institution, one of which is an accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements, which are usually used as support for decision making by management. BUMDes Agung Mandiri, which is engaged in services and trade, where the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements is still manual, therefore a computerized information system is needed to make work easier. The method used for reference in this research includes data collection techniques and system development techniques. Data collection techniques were observations, interviews, and literature research. Meanwhile, the system development technique uses a waterfall development model which consists of analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. This research resulted in the design of cash receipts and disbursements accounting information systems that would facilitate the finance department in processing reports and also be used as a support for management in making decisions.

Informasi perkembangan akademis biasanya hanya dapat diperoleh oleh wali murid pada saat pembagian raport, sehingga sulitnya orang tua dalam memantau kemajuan akademik anak-anak mereka setiap saat. Sedangkan saat ini orang tua sudah paham dengan perkembangkan alat komunikasi. Demikian pula, pihak sekolah sudah memiliki koneksi internet dan memanfaatkan dari kemajuan teknologi informasi untuk pengolahan data akademik. Oleh karena itu, muncullah gagasan untuk merancang suatu media informasi yang dapat dipergunakan pada smartphone dengan berbasis android. Aplikasi android ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode aglie dengan pendekatan berorientasi objek di mana pengembangan perangkat dilakukan secara berurutan dari fase perencanaan, pemodelan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Kemudian aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan PHP & HTML untuk sisi server sedangkan sisi client aplikasi dibuat menggunakan android studio untuk membangun aplikasi berbasis android. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, sekolah memiliki media informasi perkembangan akademika siswa yang dapat membantu orang tua siswa dalam mengawasi perkembangan putra-putrinya.

This study based on the laboratory experiments and numerical analysis to study the configuration of the local scour downstream of hydraulic structure result by free water jet. This jet will have a high kinetic energy making it able to transport the sediment particles downstream of the impinging area, thereby forming a scour hole. The purpose of conducting this study was to evaluate the minimum distance of scour hole from the nozzle jet. One hundred and thirty-eight runs were carried out to investigate the local scour downstream the hydraulic structure under clear-water conditions with different discharges, tail water depths, and jet angles. Two types of jets were used, normal jet and dispersion jet. Results indicated that minimum distance of scour increase with increasing densimetric Froude number and jet velocity. The increase in tail-water depth decrease the distance to the scour hole until access to a critical depth at which the scour hole is largest possible after that the distance back to become large when the depth is overstepping the critical value. The optimum jet angle depends on the jet velocity, with a value of 20° for jet discharges 60 and 80 L/min and 40° for jet discharges 100 and 120 L/min. The dispersion jet technique where used to investigate its effects on the scour processes where its observed that the scour hole resulted small than the scour hole from case of normal jet, Also, the numerical simulation was used by (FLOW3D) software program to investigated from the result of the experimental work, the results showed an acceptable agreement with the experimental results with percentage of error equal to (% 6.28). http://dx.doi.org/10.30572/2018/kje/100204

Objective: The objective of the two pharmacokinetic studies reported here was to compare the relative bio availability and bio equivalence of an ibuprofen 400 mg tablet from National Company (SDI) as a test with a reference formulation. Study Design: Evaluation of two open, randomized, cross-over studies, one single dose in healthy male volunteers. Methods: 20 healthy volunteers were randomized in a cross-over design to single dose of Profedin 400 mg produced from National Company, ibuprofen formulation, as a test and a reference formulation produced from Pharmacia & Upjohn, Ibuprofen 400 mg. Ibuprofen and standard of ibuprofen were analyzed by utilizing HPLC, the sample extracted from 0.5ml of plasma with an organic solution of isooctane and 2-propanol. The mobile phase consisted of 44% acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1 ml/min. The analytical column was a C-18, 5um packing size. Detection of Ibuprofen and the internal standard occurred by UV absorbance at wavelength of 220 nm. Results: A single-dose study demonstrated that the bio availability of ibuprofen for both formulations was not significantly different. In addition, mean plasma levels of ibuprofen predictive of clinical efficacy were achieved within 1.5- 2.0 hours and the elimination of ibuprofen tablets is virtually complete in 12 hours after the single dose. The serum half-life is 1.8 to 2.0 hours. The Cmax, Tmax, Kelemin.0.5 were calculated for the test and reference. They were not significantly different. Conclusions: Blood levels predicted that the present slow-release formulation of ibuprofen should offer reliable day and night control of pain and fever and is associated with a favorable safety profile.

During the last five decades, a huge amount of water pollutants has been recorded in all water resources around the world. Therefore, the water quality has become an important indicator affecting the vitality and productivity of plants, which requires an effective technique to monitor all these pollutants. The main objective of this study is to assess the validity of groundwater for wells located within the boundaries of the Green Belt area in Karbala city/Iraq for irrigation of palm and olive trees. Whereas, the use of saline groundwater as an alternative to available fresh water will promote the sustainable development of water resources. The technique of Water Quality Index (WQI) is a reliable and widely used tool for assessing water quality for various sources, including groundwater. In this study, the Canadian water quality index (CWQI) model was applied to provide a database for planning and monitoring the quality of groundwater in wells located in the study area. Groundwater samples were taken from these wells and tested to find seven parameters which were; pH, CL, Mg, HCO3, EC, Na and Ca. The CWQI values of groundwater for the studied wells ranged from 30 to 35. According to the CWQI scale, the groundwater of all wells is classified as poor water. Therefore, the groundwater of all wells in the study area must be treated before it is used for the purpose of irrigation of palm and olive trees. This study concluded that to ensure good irrigation management in the study area, future changes of groundwater in the study area must be monitored.

Let \(G=(V,E)\) be a simple connected undirected graph. In this paper, we define generalized the Liouville’s and Möbius functions of a graph \(G\) which are the sum of Liouville \(λ\) and Möbius \(μ\) functions of the degree of the vertices of a graph denoted by \(\bigwedge(G)=\sum_{v\inV(G)}λ(deg(v))\) and \(M(G)=\sum_{v\inV(G)}μ(deg(v))\)respectively. We also determine the Liouville’s and Möbius functions of some standard graphs as well as determining the relationships between the two functions with their proofs. The sum of generalized the Liouville and Möbius functions extending over the divisor d of degree of vertices of graphs is also given.
