BLOCKCHAINS ,ELECTRONIC commerce ,INTERNET ,DEALERS (Retail trade) ,CONSUMER behavior - Abstract
The high use of the internet has a significant effect on human activity and one of the most affected is online sales via the internet. Many conveniences result from e-commerce both for sellers and for buyers. However, in e-commerce transactions, the customer's position is weak in the sense that customers cannot monitor their transactions transparently so that e-commerce transactions harm customers, such as the goods sent by the seller do not match what was ordered, the seller cancels the transaction unilaterally and so on. Meanwhile, blockchain technology offers a high level of transparency and security based on peer to peer transactions, so blockchain technology can protect customers in ecommerce transactions. The purpose of this research is to protect customers in e-commerce transactions using blockchain technology. The research method uses a qualitative approach through literature review and observation of e-commerce transactions and identification of problems and solutions using blockchain technology. One of the biggest investments in hotel equipment such as devices in the living room, bedroom, bathroom and all devices that will be used by customers during their stay in hotels that require investment, monitoring and maintenance with a large budget. Problems arise when the process of supervision, maintenance and replacement is done manually which has an impact on the inefficiency of the hotel equipment supplies process and will indirectly have a negative impact on hotel customer satisfaction. On the other hand, IoT or Internet of Things is a technology that can integrate all types of devices into a computer network. So, the purpose of this research is to help hotel management to monitor hotel equipment and improve the efficiency of hotel equipment supplies by adopting Internet of Things technology. The research method uses a qualitative approach through observations about the inefficient conventional hotel supply chain process which has a negative impact on the overall hotel performance. Literature study is used to identify alternative solutions with information technology. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Some of the advantages of E-learning lead to the implementation of e-learning at different levels of education and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process. However, e-learning cannot be implemented properly for disabilities, one of which is blind disability. The purpose of this research is to build an e-learning model for blind disabilities so that the knowledge transfer process can be carried out effectively and efficiently for the blind disability community. The research method uses a qualitative approach by interviewing disability and experts to get problems and solutions as considerations for creating a model. The result of this research is an e-learning model for blind disabilities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

BLOCKCHAINS ,ACADEMIC achievement ,ORGANIZATIONAL transparency ,QUALITATIVE research ,EMPLOYEES - Abstract
The relationship between higher education as a provider of labour services from graduates has a strong relationship with industry as an institution that uses labour services from graduates of higher education. Track records of student academic achievements are stored either in higher education or when students or prospective employees/employees have certificates of expertise/professionalism, work experience letters are only stored in the company and there is no integrated system that stores these track records while the industry is a user of labour services. Employers really need valid information about prospective employees who will work in their company. Therefore, a system that integrates universities, students/prospective employees, employees, and industry is needed. On the other hand, blockchain is a technology that offers a high level of security and several other advantages that can be used to build an integrated system. This research aims to build an employee tracking system model that integrates higher education, prospective workers/students, workers, and industry in a single system based on block chain technology. The research method uses a qualitative approach through literature studies and observations to find problems and alternative solutions.. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

KNOWLEDGE management ,COVID-19 pandemic ,INSTRUCTIONAL systems ,GENERATION Z ,QUALITATIVE research - Abstract
The pandemic has an impact on all aspects of human life and activities, including learning activities. Student learning activities that should be carried out at school are forced to be done online because of regulations that limit activities outside the home which require students and teachers to carry out online learning activities. On the other hand, today's students are Generation Z who have unique characteristics that require different learning patterns from the previous generation so that online learning methods are needed that suit their needs. Adaptive learning is a teaching and learning process that is made according to the needs of students through appropriate learning resources and quick feedback and direction between teachers and students. The purpose of this research is to build an adaptive learning model to support the learning process of students and teachers during a pandemic. The research method uses a qualitative approach through literature study and observation to find out the unique character of Generation Z and relate it to their learning needs. Literature review is also used to identify alternative solutions so that the learning process for Generation Z in the pandemic era can run effectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

SMALL business ,ORGANIZATIONAL performance ,BIG data ,JOB creation ,MARKETING - Abstract
SMEs are an important part of the nation's economy because of the great contribution they make to such a close human relationship in the SME business, the ability to create job opportunities, flexibility and high adaptability to market changes. Another strength in running an SME business is that there is no hierarchy and control that is too rigid like most large companies, which allows employees to have a wider range of motion and can contribute their ideas. A business with a small scale and having more freedom than a big business allows its employees to freely channel creative and innovative ideas that do not have many competitors. However, SMEs have problems related to capital, human resources, product development and marketing access, introduction and penetration of export markets that have not been optimal, lack of understanding of product design in accordance with market characteristics. On the other hand, Big Data can be used as an SME to recommend solutions for some SME problems. The purpose of this research is to help solve the problem of SMEs with a Big Data approach. The research method uses a qualitative approach through observation and interviews to identify problems and alternative solutions with Big Data. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The high level of medical malpractice has a negative impact on patients with a very serious risk of loss. One of the causes of medical malpractice is an error in carrying out medical actions because knowledge about medical actions such as the surgical process comes from theories and concepts not on actions on real objects, even if they are carried out on real objects, they are limited to high costs. Augmented reality (AR) is an interactive experience of a real-world environment where the objects that reside in the real world are enhanced by computer-generated perceptual information. The purpose of this research is to build a mobile learning model with augmented reality technology for medical personnel to reduce practice malls. The research method uses a qualitative approach through literature review and observation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
