Relationship beliefs (i.e., destiny and growth beliefs) are associated with important relationship outcomes. Destiny beliefs describe the belief that a relationship is meant to be while growth beliefs describe the tendency that relationships can be cultivated and maintained through effort. Based on a longitudinal sample of people in romantic relationships (N = 904 couples), we examined whether destiny and growth beliefs predict current levels and trajectories of relationship satisfaction across 2 years. Using dyadic growth curve models, we found that individuals with stronger destiny beliefs generally reported higher initial relationship satisfaction. Furthermore, those with higher growth beliefs experienced a slower decline in relationship satisfaction over time. Vice versa, higher relationship satisfaction also predicted increases in growth beliefs, but not destiny beliefs over time. These findings were also supported when directly asking participants about their subjectively perceived trajectories of relationship satisfaction: Growth beliefs, but not destiny beliefs, went along with the perception that relationship satisfaction has increased in the past and will further increase in the future. The findings suggest that relationship beliefs are relevant for long-term outcomes and could have important implications for developing interventions to help couples maintain relationship satisfaction in the long term. Plain language summary: In relationships, relationship satisfaction tends to decrease over time, but what we believe about love can shape our satisfaction. This study of over 900 couples looked at two kinds of beliefs: "destiny beliefs" (love is meant to be) and "growth beliefs" (love grows with effort). We found that those who believe in destiny generally feel more satisfied at the start. However, people who think love grows with effort tend to see less decline in their satisfaction over 2 years. Interestingly, more satisfied couples tend to develop stronger growth beliefs over time. This suggests that our beliefs about love not only reflect our relationship satisfaction but also influence its future course. The absence of moral didacticism in the Lives of the Caesars is one of the most notable features of Suetonius' biographies. If Suetonius believes that an emperor who acts virtuously secures himself and the body politic, why does he not actively encourage the imitation of virtue? Suetonius does not offer moral exhortation because his account of the role an emperor's character or nature plays in their political and private actions suggests that the potential for moral instruction and improvement is severely circumscribed. Therefore, this article explores the political implications of Suetonius' account of the relationship between an emperor's character and their political fate to illustrate the potential limitations of the mirror-for-princes genre. Drawing on extreme work and transactional stress literature streams; this paper investigates the mechanisms used by public sector nurses to cope with their extreme work conditions in the fragile state context of Egypt. Our findings, which are based on 24 qualitative interviews, show that, to cope with their extreme job duties, nurses engage in the following four strategies – reassertion of professionalism, submission and fatalism, cronyism, and temporalism. Moreover, we found that the low availability of social, physical, and psychological resources and the perceived inadequate provision of entitlements also played a role in this context. Finally, our study is among the first to link the fragile state environment with extreme work conditions in healthcare sector while simultaneously highlighting the related coping mechanisms. But the words and grammar for thinking the struggle are lacking. Luckily, taking a hint from Heidegger, the language of "implication" suggests how to think struggle as justice – and thus, to speak to the question of the meaning of being, of beings such as ourselves and of our struggle to be. Objectives: Despite their documented significance in type 2 diabetes (T2DM) management, social determinants of health (SDOHs) including material needs security and mental health outcomes are understudied in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. This study aims to assess the relation between material needs security and mental health outcomes in Lebanese adults with T2DM. Methods: Subjects with T2DM (N = 300) were recruited from primary health care centers in Lebanon. Sociodemographic, material need variables, depression measured by Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9), and diabetes fatalism measured by Diabetes Fatalism Scale (DFS) were collected. Results: Most of the participants were men, married and with lower educational levels. Multivariate analyses revealed that having material needs security was associated with diabetes fatalism (β = -0.63(-1.13; -0.12)), and depression (β = -0.46(-0.78; -0.13)). Also, higher age (β = 3.49(0.91; 6.06)) and education (β = 3.42(1.18; 5.66)), and lower income (β = 3.25(0.62; 5.88)) were independently associated with diabetes fatalism. Being male was the only independent variable associated with less depression (β = -1.56(-2.97; -0.14)). Conclusion: Our study highlights the importance of material needs security on mental health outcomes for adults with T2DM in the MENA region. Clinicians are encouraged to assess the impact of material needs on mental health outcomes. No-one could have predicted that the relationship between the South American nation and the rising world economic giant would flourish and reach strategic levels, yet this is exactly what came about. The relationship between Venezuela and China went from being "strategic" to becoming a "strategic partnership," evolving into one of "comprehensive strategic partnership," and then to an "all-weather strategic partnership." Enshrined in many collaboration agreements, the relationship now covers almost every aspect of Venezuela's economy. From the very start, the leaders of both nations have always understood their collaboration as integral to the emergence of a multipolar geopolitics, an objective they are vigorously constructing. The rise of a multipolar world has been aided by the simultaneous decline of the United States and the meteoric increase in the economic ascendancy of China. Chávez's development of his country's relations with China helped open the gates to the building of strong relations between China and Latin America. The current study analyzes how the two facets of justice beliefs (GBJW and PBJW) relate to victim‐blaming in a recent man‐made disaster that occurred during the Halloween Festival in Seoul, South Korea. We also explore the psychological mechanism that underlies the link between justice beliefs and victim‐blaming by analyzing the mediating role of fatalism. We conducted a two‐wave survey over the first 10 days of the disaster (N = 185 and 154 for Time 1 and Time 2, respectively). We found that the GBJW positively predicted victim‐blaming at both Time 1 and Time 2, and this relationship was mediated by fatalistic cognitions about life. By contrast, the PBJW was not related to victim‐blaming across the two measurement points. This study examined factors that distinguish adolescent weapon carrying in school compared to only in the community. We look at how experiences (offending, victimization, and gang-involvement) and perceptions (school, neighborhood, individual) toward violence are associated with self-reported weapon carrying in these two locations. Data came from two waves of the University of Missouri – St. Louis Comprehensive School Safety Initiative, a longitudinal study on the causes and consequences of school violence. Multinomial logistic regression was used to predict weapon carrying among three mutually exclusive categories: those who do not carry, those who carry only in the community, and those who carry both in school and in the community. We find that victim/offenders are more likely to carry weapons regardless of context, but school weapon carrying is positively associated with fatalism and gang-involvement. One school factor, school commitment, impacted carrying both inside and outside of school. This article delves into a comparative analysis of the metaphysical concept of the human person in the Yoruba tradition versus Western philosophy. It explores the tripartite nature of the human person in Yoruba culture, consisting of the body (ara), the soul (emi), and the significant element known as the ori (inner head) that influences destiny. The Yoruba view emphasizes predetermined destiny through the ori, in contrast to the body-soul division commonly found in Western thought. Aim: This study was conducted to determine the relationship between fatalism and level of hope in surgical cancer patients. Material and Methods: This descriptive study was conducted with the participation of 314 patients from the surgical clinics and oncology department of the Ondokuz Mayıs University Health Practice and Research Hospital between October 2021 and March 2023 in Turkey. All patients aged 18 and over who did not have communication problems, had cancer surgery, spread or radiation therapy, and did not agree to participate in the study were included in the study. Personal Information Form, Fatalism Tendency Scale, and Dispositional Hope Scale were used to collect data. Results: The mean age of participants was 59.45±10.16 (minmax: 27-80). The mean Fatalism Tendency total score of patients was 82.8 ± 12.2, and the mean Dispositional Hope total score was 52.3 ± 7.2. It was determined that there was a significant difference between the Fatalism Tendency total score average, and the marital status, education level, place of residence, person living with, and seeing spirituality as important (p<0.05). It was determined that there was a statistically significant positive correlation between fatalism tendency and continuous hope levels in oncology patients (r: 0.124, p<0.05). Conclusion: Understanding the significance of surgical cancer patients' hope levels and fatalistic tendencies during surgical treatment and care can provide support to patients for treatment decisions, psychosocial assistance, experienced quality of life, and care planning. The tragedy is a type of dramatic literature from ancient Greece that was performed on the stage, Aristotle was one of the first to talk about tragedy in his book "The Poetic" and introduced its elements and components that play an important role in the quality, attractiveness and superiority of tragedy. The story of Siavash in Ferdowsi's Shahnameh is one of the most significant works of Persian literature, which converges with the characteristics of tragedy in ancient Greece and Aristotle's perspective. The need to recognize and introduce Persian literary works as much as possible in the world led the authors of this essay to do this to further acknowledge and introduce these outstanding works of Persian literature in terms of their dramatic capacities (tragedy and its characteristics), so as not to not only to show the sameness of valuable and great works of Persian literature but also to bring to the fore the ability and competence of famous Iranian writers more and more; Therefore, the current research was carried out to explain the structural similarities and differences of Siavash's tragedy from Ferdowsi's Shahnameh and Hippolytus' tragedy by Euripides using a descriptive-analytical method and has shown this convergence. The research findings show the two works' alignment in the important elements of tragedy with a slight difference in the way of showing destiny and catharsis, which is caused by the difference in their literary type. This Viewpoint article responds to the Policy and Practice Call for Contributors on 'Development Education Silences', briefly considering how silence may be a root cause as well as a symptom or effect. It brings the sociology of ignorance to consider the broader context of financialised higher education. The discussion reflects on silences surrounding Palestine, connecting silencings of neoliberal restructuring and climate crisis, following on from a silenced pandemic. Pointing to the central arguments emerging at the high-level 2022 Transforming Education Summit, the discussion links problems of silences and silencing in and through education to the silencing of critical questions about education's fundamental purposes, and how it is to be funded. Silencing may lead to moral injury as contradictions mount amidst a global order in a state of disintegration. The article returns to embrace Freire's pedagogies of oppression, freedom and hope, to critically counter emerging threats from silenced inaction and its political correlate, liberal fatalism. This article asks why Stanley Kubrick's longstanding wish to direct the film version of Louis Begley's 1991 novel Wartime Lies never came to fruition. In Begley's novel, the protagonist Maciek recounts the experience of living in hiding under a false identity in Nazi-occupied Poland. Kubrick drafted a series of quite different plotlines and conclusions for the film version, to be called Aryan Papers, in which Maciek's aunt Tania takes a highly dramatic role in their destiny. The more Kubrick changed Aryan Papers, in response to the pressure of Hollywood expectations and the cultural valorization of active Holocaust resistance, the less it resembled the very work he had chosen to adapt. Obesity as assessed by body mass index (BMI) is associated with increased risk of chronic disease. Health fatalism, defined as the belief that health outcomes are outside of one's control, is also associated with chronic disease risk. The purpose of this cross-sectional study was to understand the relationship between health fatalism and BMI in healthy adults. Secondary outcomes assessed the relationships between health fatalism and diet quality and health fatalism and physical activity. Healthy individuals aged 18 to 65 years were recruited via ResearchMatch, electronic mailing lists, and social media. Participants completed online questionnaires on demographic characteristics, diet quality, physical activity, and degree of health fatalism. Regression models were used to assess the primary and secondary outcomes. For the primary outcome, the model of health fatalism (predictor) and BMI (outcome) was also adjusted for diet quality, physical activity, and demographic characteristics. Participants (n = 496) were 38.7 ± 14.3 years old and primarily female (76%) and White (81%), with a BMI of 25.1 ± 5.2 kg/m2. Most participants had a college or post-college education (74%), stated that they always had sufficient income to live comfortably (90%), and were moderately to highly active (91%). There was no relationship between health fatalism and BMI (p > 0.05) or health fatalism and physical activity (p > 0.05); however, there was a significant relationship between health fatalism and diet quality (beta coefficient: −0.046; 95% confidence interval, −0.086 to −0.0058; p = 0.025), such that a higher degree of fatalism predicted a slight decrease in diet quality. Although health fatalism did not predict BMI in this population, fatalistic beliefs were associated with poorer diet quality. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The study examines how market knowledge resources lead to competitive advantage for collaborative travel agencies (CTAs) via process innovation capabilities and value co-creation competence of CTAs. Data collection comes from key managers of travel agencies, and the partial least squares (PLS) were used for model analysis. Shared symbolism and ideology at dark heritage sites construct the narrative of a collective national destiny. Visitors' experiences with such sites necessarily involve decoding signs and symbols. The commonality in interpretative practices is rooted in "collateral knowledge" and forms the identity of place. Yet, cultural materiality, collective identities, and semiotics have been overlooked by dark tourism academia. In broader tourism studies, semiotic attempts lack methodological homogeneity and congruence and efforts to transpose Charles Peirce's semiotic theory into practical experiential methodologies are scarce. This study introduces a practical, systematic, and replicable semiotic methodology for reading the identity of dark heritage sites. This methodology revolves around three interconnected Peircean concepts: the sign, the collateral knowledge, and the sign's relationship to its dynamical object. It is proposed that reading the indexical, iconical, and symbolical functions of signs through the filter of collateral knowledge can ensure a systematic meaning-making process and reveal subtle influences. Leaders in international relations often exhibit fatalism, or the belief that events are guided by forces beyond their control. In some cases, fatalism may reflect reality, or be rhetoric to boost support. But there is also an important psychological explanation: fatalism can help leaders avoid responsibility for costly outcomes and protect their self-image. Fatalism is more likely: (1) in regard to bad outcomes versus good outcomes; (2) when war is seen as imminent versus far-off; and (3) in nondemocratic regimes versus democratic regimes. The concept of fatalism is central to philosophy, religion, medicine, sociology, and psychology, but has been neglected by scholars in international relations. Fatalism may be an important cause of war, especially when combined with a perceived window of opportunity. This research contributes to democratic peace theory by helping explain the lack of war between representative regimes. If elected leaders are less prone to extreme fatalism about war, democracies may have more room to maneuver in a crisis. At the end of the Pacific War (1941–1945) in Papua and New Guinea and the restoration of Australian rule, the Australian Labor government anticipated a self‐governing colony. It was not an act of decolonisation per se. Rather it was a step toward a self‐governing colony under the umbrella of Australia. Independence was for the future. Murray in 1952 by Donald Cleland, further weakened the momentum for reform as envisaged by the previous Labor government. Investigating an ancient doctrine is an inherently complex task, particularly when examining a principle that not only makes its earliest textual appearances in the first millennium BCE but also spans a vast array of cultures around the world. One such doctrine, deeply intertwined with our daily actions, is the Indian principle of karma. Delving into this doctrine is challenging due to its multifaceted nature, encompassing cultural, historical, religious, textual, and philosophical dimensions. This complexity presents several challenges to understanding and accepting the principle of karma. The first type of challenge concerns understanding the doctrine within its textual and historical contexts, such as textual diversity, interpretative variability, and its development over time. The second type of challenge deals with moral issues surrounding the justice of karma, particularly its implications for suffering and destiny. Addressing these challenges is crucial for a comprehensive understanding of karma's role in both historical and contemporary contexts. In this essay, we will consider and respond to some of these challenges, demonstrating how the Mahāyāna Buddhist understanding of karma remains relevant and meaningful today. First, I will offer an explanation of what I mean by the principle of karma, setting the groundwork for subsequent discussions. Second, I will explore the first type of challenges related to the textual aspects of understanding the doctrine of karma and respond to them. Third, I will discuss the moral challenges related to the justice of karma, particularly how it pertains to suffering and destiny, and provide responses to these challenges. By examining these aspects, this essay aims to offer a nuanced understanding of karma that respects its complexity and acknowledges its relevance in both ancient and modern contexts. Previous research suggested the negative implications of fatalism for mental health. The present study addressed more nuanced associations between fatalism and mental health by taking the multidimensionality of fatalism and socioeconomic status (SES) into consideration. Students in an introductory undergraduate course (208 included; mean age: 19.3 [SD = 3.9]) completed an online questionnaire related to demographic characteristics, fatalism, and mental health. Their data was analyzed using sets of regression models to examine whether the five dimensions of fatalism, such as helplessness and (low) internality, mediated the associations of SES with depressive symptoms and perceived stress and whether SES moderated the associations between each fatalism dimension and these mental health outcomes. The mediation was found for helplessness, but not for the other fatalism dimensions, in which lower SES predicted higher helplessness, which in turn predicted greater depressive symptoms and perceived stress. In addition, the moderation of SES was found only for the association between internality and depressive symptoms: internality predicted greater depressive symptoms for those with lower SES. This indicated negative implications of internality contrary to previous findings. This article explores the concept of qadar (destiny) and how it can interplay with contemporary risk management practices, particularly at the personal level. The belief in qadar has implications for how Muslims perceive and approach risks in their everyday lives as they try and find the balance between acting on human free will while surrendering to the will of God. The article examines the perspectives of the Maturidi and Ash’ari schools of thought, which both offer similar but yet nuanced differences on what it means to have free will while believing in qadar. Furthermore, the migration of Prophet Muhammad from Mecca to Medina (hijra) is presented as an example of effective risk management in the Islamic tradition. The article concludes by advocating for a better understanding of qadar and the implementation of risk management practices in order to achieve optimal outcomes while recognising the ultimate authority of God. The ecological crisis is a sign of the times, demanding adequate understanding, appropriate interpretation, and pastoral action in light of the Christian faith. Scholarly discourse on the ecological crisis continues to inspire partnership and collaborative actions in Africa. Sometimes, these efforts have yielded significant results, though amid uncharted territories. Scholars appeal for humans to embrace a mutually enhancing relationship with creation to build a common home for all creatures. A suitable and sustainable ecological vision that supports a communitarian approach to resolving the ecological crisis is Thomas Berry's cosmology. Berry's cosmological vision reclaims a creation theology that fosters a mutual relationship between humans and other creatures. Humans are beings in communion and beings in relationships created by God and thus from a common origin and moving toward a common destiny. This cosmological presupposition of Berry aligns with the ecological vision of Pope Francis in his encyclical Laudato Si'. The Pope calls humanity to a new cosmic relationship that would foster interdependency of the ecosystem and respect the intrinsic value of every creature. Given the unprecedented ecological challenges, humans have a unique role as intelligent beings toward other creatures, for future generations and the common good of the earth. This human responsibility toward the earth can be realized through an ecological ethics that fosters interdependence, interconnection, and mutuality in the human–earth relationship. The aim of the article is: to analyze her discourse about women in the Boletín de la Escuela Moderna. To do this, the issues published between 1901 and 1909 are examined. These are kept at the Fundación Ferrer i Guàrdia and at the Historical Archive of Barcelona (Spain). The documentary analysis reveals that the rationalist discourse includes two spheres: public and private. Within the private space, women’s freedom is conditioned by marriage and maternity. Rationalism seeks female emancipation through the free union between the sexes. Likewise, it is committed to a conscious, voluntary maternity and protected by public powers. In the public sphere, rationalist education and salaried work are key to the social liberation of women. We examined the role of locus of control and negative coping in influencing the relationships between fatalism and Chinese college students' depression, anxiety, and stress. Participants were 525 college students, who completed an online questionnaire. The results showed that fatalism, locus of control, negative coping, depression, anxiety, and stress were positively correlated with each other. Further, locus of control and negative coping serially mediated the influence of fatalism on depression, anxiety, and stress among college students. It is important to determine the attitudes of employees towards occupational accidents and diseases and whether these events are perceived as inevitable or out of control. Inaccurate interpretation of the perception of fatalism towards occupational accidents and diseases may lead to more occupational accidents and diseases. The use of scales to determine the perception of fatalism in the context of occupational accidents and diseases allows for a quantitative assessment of these issues. This approach makes it possible to objectively measure and analyze the perception of fatalism, thus paving the way for a more in-depth examination of related phenomena. This study is a scale development study to determine the level of fatalism towards occupational accidents and diseases. This methodological study was conducted between October 2021 and June 2023. The scale was shaped by taking expert opinions for the scale items prepared by making use of the literature, pre-applied and pilot applied with 75 people; Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis were conducted with 242 people; and all evaluated with validity and reliability analyzes. In the exploratory factor analysis for the developed scale of fatalism towards occupational accidents and diseases, it was seen that the scale items were gathered under 4 factors and the explanatory coefficient was 53.68%. In order to measure the applicability of exploratory factor analysis for the scale, KMO value was 0.854 and Bartlett's Test of Sphericity value was χ2=1996.527; df=153, p<.05. Confirmatory Factor Analysis of the scale was also significant (X²/df= 2.044, RMSEA=.066, AGFI=.858, IFI=.931, TLI=.916, GFI=.894, and CFI=.930). Considering the fit indices, it was concluded that the fit indices of the scale were between good fit and acceptable fit index values. According to Cranbach Alpha value, the internal consistency coefficient of the scale was 0.81. The scale developed to determine the level of fatalism towards occupational accidents and diseases has a high validity and reliability. Consisting of 18 items, the scale is a 5-point Likert-type scale and consists of 4 sub-dimensions. The highest score that the respondent can get is 90 and the lowest score is 18. This scale will contribute to the determination of fatalistic perceptions about sudden occupational accidents in the workplace or work-related diseases caused by the nature of the work or its environment risk factor. Supplication is the true worship that indicates that the one who does it is turning his face to God, turning away from everything else and not hoping for or fearing anyone but Him, and the supplicant does not begin to supplicate except Him. If he knows in himself the need for that desired thing and that he is unable to achieve it, and he knows that his Lord, Blessed and Most High, hears the supplication and knows the need and is able to deliver it to Him, then there is no doubt that the servant’s knowledge of himself of inability and deficiency and his knowledge of his Lord of ability and perfection are among the greatest acts of worship. Then the researcher presented the issue of the destiny of God Almighty, the general belief of the Sunnis in the chapter on destiny, the infidels’ protestation of destiny, the concealment of destiny and the dislike of delving into it, the impact of the doctrine of destiny on the Muslim’s personality, and the relationship between belief in destiny on the one hand and taking reasons on the other hand. It must not be overlooked that the servants are commanded to take the causes while relying on God Almighty and believing that in His hand is the kingdom of all things and that the causes do not produce results except with the permission of God Almighty. So the one who created the causes is the one who created the results. If the supplication occurs and what God wanted is accomplished, then it is His will. It is linked to the servant’s supplication, as God taught it before. If we had known what was destined for us, there would have been no meaning to the obligation, and the movement of life would have ceased. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach. Written by Ben Hecht and directed by Jack Conway, Lady of the Tropics (1939) tells the story of Manon DeVargnes (Hedy Lamarr), a young woman of mixed-race who dreams of a life in Paris, and Bill Carey (Robert Taylor), an American bon vivant who falls in love with her. They marry in Saigon in the 1930s, but their return to New York, where Bill resides, is thwarted by Pierre Delaroch (Joseph Schildkraut), an influential local official and businessman who refuses to let her go. The film is loosely based on Antoine François Prévost's novel Histoire du Chevalier des Grieux et de Manon Lescaut (1731) and features a pivotal scene at the opera, where Manon and Delaroch attend Puccini's Manon Lescaut. This scene underscores a significant parallel between the cinematic Manon and her operatic counterpart. Examining the film through the lenses of intertextuality, intermediality, gender, race, and stardom, this article argues that the cinematic portrayal of Manon prompts a reinterpretation of her operatic predecessor's character and destiny, thereby complicating and enriching the debate on the intersection of opera and film. In dialogue with Stanley Cavell, whose claim that cinema inherits opera has greatly influenced this debate, the article positions Lady of the Tropics within a category of films, including Norman Jewison's Moonstruck (1987) or Istbán Szabó's Meeting Venus (1991), where a specific opera "enters the substance of a film." However, unlike Cavell, this article contends that cinema has the potential to dismantle rather than perpetuate the fantasies that connect opera and film via notions of inheritance and destiny. Polarization, delegitimization, and fatalism act as psychosocial barriers to peace in Colombia and are part of the ethos of conflict. This qualitative study aimed to understand the social beliefs of citizens of nine urban centers in Colombia regarding the Peace Process between the Colombian State and the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia-Ejército del Pueblo (FARC-EP). There were 256 subjects, 127 women and 129 men, who participated in a semistructured and in-depth interview during the second half of 2018 and the first half of 2020. The results were organized according to four categories that emerged in the analysis: (a) An idealized conception of peace that opposes a concrete and real political negotiation of the armed conflict; (b) delegitimization of the adversary, which turns them into an absolute enemy to be eliminated; (c) polarization, which was exacerbated by politics; and (d) fatalism that expresses impotence in the face of a naturalized violence. All this results in a conflict ethos that becomes a psychosocial barrier to peace. Public Significance Statement: One of the most significant difficulties in consolidating peace processes in the world is transforming the beliefs and narratives that communities and societies construct, which become psychosocial barriers that hinder political negotiation and peacebuilding. These psychosocial barriers arise from the rhetoric of the media and political leaders, who are committed to various interests. This research seeks to make visible the social beliefs about peace that Colombian citizens express in different circumstances. The aim is to facilitate discussion, criticism, and deconstruction of these beliefs, as well as to promote reflection from scientific research to assume its commitment to needed transformations and the promotion of a favorable environment for peacebuilding in Colombia.
