Objectives: A case of testicular lymphoma is described. The rarity of this condition prompted us to report on the present case. The problems encountered in making the differential diagnosis are discussed., Methods/results: The clinical history of a patient with lymphoma of the testis is presented., Conclusions: Testicular lymphoma is an extremely rare disease entity.

Here is presented the case of a young man with a biliary adenoma whose only symptoms were always those of biliary colics which were related to his diet. This case illustrates the mechanisms which play an important role in the obstruction of the cystic duct, and at the same time we will show the characteristics of this tumor and the investigative methods in its diagnosis.

Here we present the case of a patient with lesion on the tongue, during more than 6 months, which in its self required different therapeutic measures and because of a benign evolution is remitted to this center for study, which concluded with an histological diagnosis of sarcoidosis, a granulomatous disease systemic in character which in this patient only affect the tongue which reminds us daily the necessity to remember this entity by internist, gastroenterologists and dentists.

We report on a 52-year-old patient who presented with a right-sided tumor mass of the spermatic cord. We describe the operative and biopsy procedures and present our conclusions.

Ichthyosiform dermatoses comprise a heterogeneous group of cutaneous disease characterized by keratin disorder that clinically manifests as dry, rough and scaly skin. The acquired form of ichthyosis has principally been associated with neoplastic disease. It has also been described in association with other disorders and as drug-induced cutaneous manifestations. We report on a patient with a bladder tumor who developed acquired ichthyosis, a complication and presenting feature of the underlying neoplastic condition. The clinical manifestations and associated conditions are described. To our knowledge, this is the first case of acquired ichthyosis from a bladder tumor reported in Cuba.

A case of a female patient aged 72, suffering from a parotid gland lymphocytic lymphoma is presented. We have to remark the tumor significance for otorhinolaryngology, maxillo-facial and internal medicine specialists. In spite of being relatively uncommon, nowadays is more frequently reported. In this paper we also expose some of its features.
