eLoran is considered as the most promising backup for Global Navigation Satellite System in maritime applications. A proposal study to establish eLoran navigation system for Egyptian maritime harbors is presented to act as an international and national backup to GPS for marine navigation, and other applications using MATLAB. The required levels of Integrity as a requirement of the International Maritime Organization had been verified over all the Egyptian harbors.
