Abstract

IntroductionThe phenomenon of aging is distinguished by profound life transformations, with the most dependent group being constituted by elderly individuals. The responsibility for their care primarily falls on the figure of the informal caregiver. The scarcity of time, the stress associated with caregiving, the financial, work-related, and personal difficulties it entails, make it a collective with high probabilities of experiencing various psychological disorders. Interventions that have shown the best results are those of multiple components, composed of various techniques that seek to adapt to the reality of the informal caregiver.MethodThe purpose of this study is a systematic review of effective interventions on depressive symptoms, emotional wellbeing, burden, or quality of life in informal caregivers of non-institutionalized dependents from 2018 to the present. A search was conducted in November 2023, on Pubmed, Pubmed Central, Proquest, and Scielo. The final review was conducted on 11 articles.ResultsThe results indicate that multiple component interventions including cognitive behavioral techniques and psychoeducation in combination with stress coping techniques and social support are more effective on depressive symptoms, burden, quality of life, and increasing the social support network.DiscussionResults on web-based programs demonstrate their efficacy and effectiveness, but require a greater number of trials to adjust their methodological quality and content to the idiosyncrasies of the informal caregiver.

Abstract

Suicide is one of the leading causes of death worldwide, affecting numerous individuals close to the person who died by suicide, including family members, friends, and colleagues. Those affected by the suicide of someone are referred to as “suicide survivors”, and the psychological consequences they face are particularly severe. One of these consequences is grief, which is more complicated in survivors of suicide compared with those grieving deaths from other causes, mainly because of the stigma that continues to surround them. Therefore, psychotherapeutic intervention for suicide loss survivors is crucial. This study examines the efficacy of cognitive-behavioral programs for addressing grief and other related variables in suicide loss survivors. The search was conducted in databases including Psycinfo, Academic Search Premier, Medline, APA PsycArticles, E-Journals, Scopus, and PubMed. Five randomized controlled trials were selected, one of which focused exclusively on minors. The results reveal that cognitive-behavioral therapy is effective, although the methodological quality of these studies is not adequate, and the representativeness of the samples is very low. More RCTs are needed on the application of cognitive-behavioral programs to treat grief in suicide loss survivors.

Abstract

Changes in health habits were observed during the COVID-19 pandemic. An unequal distribution of responsibilities may have generated unequal levels of stress in men and women, and, therefore, this may have led to different impacts on their health habits during lockdown. This study aimed to analyze the changes in eating habits, physical activity, sleep, and body weight in women, compared to men, because of lockdown. A comparative cross-sectional study was carried out. 2834 Spanish volunteers aged 19 to 76 completed an online survey on health habits. Descriptive and inferential analyses were performed using a cross-sectional methodology to explore gender differences. Results showed that men maintained their health habits to a greater extent, performing the same physical activity, while maintaining the quantity and quality of sleep, the quality of the diet, the quantity of the intake, and their mealtimes and body weight, whereas women’s eating habits changed in relation to the quality of their diet and mealtimes, as their food intake and weight increased, and their sleep was poorer in quality and duration than it was before lockdown. This could be due to the higher levels of anxiety experienced by women as a result of working on essential jobs in addition to taking on more unpaid work associated with care and housework.

Abstract

International audience; Visible nanocrystal-based light-emitting diodes (LEDs) are about to become commercially available. However, their infrared counterparts suffer from two key limitations. First, III–V semiconductor technologies are strong competitors. Second, their potential for operation beyond 1.7 µm remains unexplored. The range from 1.5 to 4 µm corresponds to a technological gap in which the efficiency of interband quantum-well-based devices vanishes and quantum cascade lasers are not efficient enough. Powerful infrared LEDs in this range are needed for applications such as active imaging, organic molecule sensing and airfield lighting. Here we report the design of a HgTe nanocrystal-based LED with luminescence between 2 and 2.3 µm. With an external quantum efficiency of 0.3% and radiance up to 3 W Sr−1 m−2, these HgTe LEDs already present a competitive performance for emission above 2 µm.

8. Management of Residual Disease After First-line Chemotherapy in a Patient With a Nonseminomatous Germ Cell Tumor

Abstract

The case An 18-year-old male presented with a one-month history of a nonpainful right testicular enlargement. He had no family history of neoplasia, nor any relevant past medical history. The physical examination was only remarkable for an enlarged right testicle. A testicular ultrasound revealed a 2.5-cm tumor, and serum tumor markers revealed an elevated β-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG), 22 mUI/L (normal,0.06 mUI/L); elevated alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), 329 ng/mL (normal, 0-9 ng/mL); and normal lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), 135 /L (normal, 179 U/L). A right radical inguinal orchiectomy was performed. Pathological examination revealed a 2.4 cm by 2 cm embryonal carcinoma with tumor invasion into the tunica albuginea. Postsurgical tumor markers obtained 3 weeks after orchiectomy were β-hCG, 100.5 mUI/L (normal,0.06 mUI/L); AFP, 1075 ng/mL (normal, 0-9 ng/mL); and LDH, 180 U/L (normal, 179 U/L). A chest, abdomen, and pelvis CT scan showed a 2.7-cm retroperitoneal lymph node enlargement, without visceral metastasis. Given the presence of node-positive disease with S2 serum markers, the diagnosis of a stage IIIB intermediate risk nonseminomatous germ cell tumor (NSGCT) was determined, and the patient underwent sperm banking. The patient was started on chemotherapy with 4 cycles of BEP (bleomycin, etoposide, and cisplatin), with a favorable tumor marker decline according to the Gustave-Roussy nomogram. After completion of the fourth chemotherapy cycle, serum tumor markers were negative, and 8 weeks after chemotherapy, the follow-up CT showed a 1.6-cm residual retroperitoneal lymph node conglomerate.

Abstract

International audience; As nanocrystals (NCs) gain maturity, they become central building blocks for optoelectronics in devices such as solar cells and, more recently, infrared focal plane arrays. Now that proof of concept of these devices has been established, their optimization requires a deeper understanding of their electronic and optical features to engineering their optoelectronic properties accurately. Though PbS NCs have been extensively investigated, the complex optical index of PbS NC thin films remains mostly unknown. Some previous works have unveiled the optical index for this type of material optimized for solar cells (excitonic peak at 940 nm), but longer wavelengths remain scarce and surface chemistry effects, which are known to be of central importance for the layer doping, are simply unexplored. Here, we conduct a systematic investigation of the complex optical index of PbS NC thin films using broadband spectrally resolved ellipsometry. The obtained results are then compared with simulations combining Tight-Binding (TB) modeling at the NC level and Bruggeman model to expand the results to the film scale. While TB calculation gives the NC optical indices, we extract keys NC film parameters as the NC volume fraction and ligand indices by fitting Bruggeman formula to ellipsometry measurement. We also bring evidence that this joint modeling method can be conducted without the need for ellipsometry data while preserving the main feature of the experimental result. Finally, the unveiled optical indices are used to model the absorption of short-wave infrared diode stack based on PbS NCs and are relevant for state-of-the-art devices. Our electromagnetic modeling shows that the absorption within the contact is now a major limitation of the current device operated at telecom wavelength

Abstract

International audience; Nanocrystal integration into focal plane arrays requires the development of new photodiode designs combining an efficient charge dissociation with a low dark current. Previously reported architectures based on HgTe/Ag2Te stacks appear to be sub-optimal for cutoff wavelengths below 2.5 µm. Here, we show that the introduction of a thin and strongly coupled CdSe layer acting as an electron transport layer and a unipolar barrier drastically improves the electrical performances. This diode achieves a responsivity as high as 0.8 A•W-1 , corresponding to an internal efficiency above 90 % for a 2 µm cutoff wavelength. The specific detectivity is close to 10 11 Jones at room temperature and reaches 9x10 11 Jones at 200 K, the highest value reported for HgTe nanocrystal-based photodiode with operation around 2 µm. The diode time response can be as short as 200 ns and appears to be limited by band bending dynamics as revealed by time-resolved photoemission measurements.

Abstract

International audience; Thanks to their narrow band gap nature and fairly high carrier mobility, HgTe nanocrystals are of utmost interest for optoelectronics beyond the telecom window (λ>1.55 µm). In particular, they offer an interesting cost-effective alternative to the well-developed InGaAs technology. However, in contrast to PbS, far less work has been dedicated to the integrating this material in photodiodes. In the shortwave infrared, HgTe NCs have a more p-type character than in the mid wave infrared, thus promoting the development of new electron transport layers with an optimized band alignment. As for perovskites, HgTe NCs present a fairly deep band gap with respect to vacuum. Thus, we were motivated by the strategy developed for perovskite solar cells, for which SnO2 has led to the best performing devices. Here, we explore the following stack made of SnO2/HgTe/Ag2Te in which the SnO2 and Ag2Te layers behave as electron and hole extractors respectively. Using X-ray photoemission, we show that SnO2 presents a nearly optimal band alignment with HgTe to efficiently filter the hole dark current while letting the photoelectrons flow. The obtained I-V curve exhibits an increased rectifying behavior, and the diode stack presents a high internal efficiency for the diode (above 60%) and an external quantum efficiency that is mostly limited by the absorption magnitude. Furthermore, we tackle a crucial challenge for the transfer of such diode onto readout circuits which prevents backside illumination. We also demonstrate that the diode stack is reversible with a partly transparent conducting electrode on top while preserving the device's responsivity. Finally, we show that such SnO2 layer is also beneficial for electron injection and leads to enhanced electroluminescent signal as the diode is operated under forward bias. This work is an essential step toward the design of a focal plane array with an HgTe NCs-based photodiode.

Abstract

International audience; HgTe nanocrystals, thanks to quantum confinement, present a broadly tunable band gap all over the infrared spectral range. In addition, significant efforts have been dedicated to the design of infrared sensors with an absorbing layer made of nanocrystals. However, most efforts have been focused on single pixel sensors. Nanocrystals offer an appealing alternative to epitaxially grown semiconductors for infrared imaging by reducing the material growth cost and easing the coupling to the readout circuit. Here we propose a strategy to design an infrared focal plane array from a single fabrication step. The focal plane array (FPA) relies on a specifically designed readout circuit enabling in plane electric field application and operation in photoconductive mode. We demonstrate a VGA format focal plane array with a 15 µm pixel pitch presenting an external quantum efficiency of 4-5% (15 % internal quantum efficiency) for a cutoff around 1.8 µm and operation using Peltier cooling only. The FPA is compatible with 200 fps imaging full frame and imaging up to 340 fps is demonstrated by driving a reduced area of the FPA. In the last part of the paper, we discuss the cost of such sensors and show that the latter is only driven by labor costs while we estimate the cost of the NC film to be in the 10-20 € range.

Abstract

International audience; Nanocrystals have reached a high level of maturity, enabling their integration into optoelectronic devices. The next challenge is the combination of several types of devices into one complex system to achieve better on-chip integration. Here, we focus on an all-HgTe-nanocrystal active imaging setup operating in the shortwave infrared. We first focus on the design of an optimized infrared light emitting diode (LED). We show that a halide technology processing enables an increase of the electroluminescence signal by a factor of 3, while preserving a low turn-on voltage and a high brightness (3 W.sr-1 .m-2). We then unveil the degradation mechanism of this LED under continuous operation and show a shift from band edge to trap emission. This degradation process can be strongly reduced thanks to the encapsulation and the thermal control of the LED. Lastly, we image the infrared emission of the LED using a focal plane array whose active layer is also made of HgTe nanocrystals, paving the way for all-nanocrystal-based active imaging setups.

Abstract

II–VI two-dimensional (2D) nanoplatelets (NPLs) exhibit the narrowest optical features among nanocrystals (NCs). This property remains true for Hg-based NPLs, despite a cation exchange procedure to obtain them from Cd-based NPLs, which leads to structural defects (poorly defined edges and voids) inducing inhomogeneous broadening. Here, we propose an optimized procedure for which a solvent, surface chemistry, and reaction conditions are rationally considered. The procedure is applied to the growth of alloyed HgSe1–xTex NPLs with various compositions. We report a bright photoluminescence for all compositions. Structural properties being now well defined, it is possible to study the electronic properties of these objects. To do so, we combine k·p modeling of quantum-confined structures with X-ray photoemission. In particular, we clarify the origin of the similarity between CdTe and HgTe NPLs absorption spectra despite their vastly differing bulk band structures. Finally, static- and time-resolved photoemission unveil a crossover from n- to p-type behavior in HgSe1–xTex NPLs while increasing the Te content. Parental rejection and children’s psychological adjustment: The moderating role of perceived family warmth from a multi-informant perspective.Abstract: This study explores the moderating effect of children’s perceptions about family environment on the relation between parental acceptance and children’s psychological adjustment, from a multi-informant perspective. The sample consisted in 227 triads, father, mother and child from the same family (children’s mean age 12.52, Sd =1.81) divided in two groups based on children’s level of perceived family warmth. Parental Acceptance-Rejection Questionnaire (PARQ) was used to assess parental acceptance-rejection, and CBCL (Child Behavioral Checklist) and YSR (Youth Self Report) from Achenbach System were used to assess children’s psychological adjustment. Results showed that relations between parental rejection and adjustment depend on the informant used, and that the subjective perception of the child’s contextual affection moderated the effect of maternal rejection on exteriorized problems informed by the father. The need to include children, mothers, and fathers in the assessment of family relations and children´s psychological adjustment is highlighted.Key words: Multi-informant; parental acceptance-rejection; mother; father: children psychological adjustment.Resumen: El presente trabajo explora el efecto moderador de la percepción de niños y niñas sobre el ambiente familiar, desde una perspectiva multi-informante, en la relación entre rechazo parental y ajuste psicológico infantil. La muestra estuvo constituida por 227 triadas (padre, madre e hijo/a) de la misma familia (edad media de los menores 12.52 DT = 1.81). La aceptación-rechazo parental se evaluó mediante en PARQ (Parental Acceptance Rejection Questionnaire) y el ajuste mediante el CBCL (Child Behavioral Checklist) e YSR (Youth Self-report). Los resultados mostraron diferencias en la asociación entre rechazo parental y ajuste condicionadas por la fuente informante, y que la percepción subjetiva del menor del afecto contextual moderaba el efecto del rechazo materno sobre los problemas exteriorizados informados por el padre. Abstract

The "Llibre de les dones" was one of the most successful works of Francesc Eiximenis. Although this book had not the same diffusion that other works such as the Llibre dels àngels or the "Vida de Jesucrit", it made a big fortune, as proves the fact that not only six manuscripts and one incunabulum have been preserved, but also some fragmentary copies, a Spanish translation transmitted through eight testimonies and an adapted version called Carro de las donas. In spite of the book’s success, since not long ago it didn’t exist any study of the Catalan textual tradition. In this paper are shown the results of the ecdotic analysis on the first hundred chapters of the book and it is proposed a possible stemma codicum.

Abstract

Among colloidal nanocrystals, 2D nanoplatelets (NPLs) made of II-VI compounds appear as a special class of emitters with an especially narrow photoluminescence signal. However, the PL signal in the case of NPLs is only tunable by a discrete step. Here, we demonstrate that doping is a viable path to finely tune the color of these NPLs from green to red, making them extremely interesting as phosphors for wide-gamut display. In addition, using a combination of luminescence spectroscopy, tight-binding simulation, transport, and photoemission, we provide a consistent picture for the Ag+-doped CdSe NPLs. The Ag-activated state is strongly bound and located 340 meV above the valence band of the bulk material. The Ag dopant induces a relative shift of the Fermi level toward the valence band by up to 400 meV but preserves the n-type nature of the material.

Abstract

International audience; Two-dimensional colloidal nanoplatelets (NPLs), owing to the atomic-level control of their confined direction (i.e., no inhomogeneous broadening), have demonstrated improved photoluminescence (PL) line widths for cadmium chalcogenide-based nanocrystals. Here we use cation exchange to synthesize mercury chalcogenide NPLs. Appropriate control of reaction kinetics enables the 2D morphology of the NPLs to be maintained during the cation exchange. HgTe and HgSe NPLs have significantly improved optical features compared to existing materials with similar band gaps. The PL line width of HgTe NPLs (40 nm full width at half-maximum, centered at 880 nm) is a factor of 2 smaller than typical PbS nanocrystals (NCs) emitting at the same wavelength. The PL has a lifetime of 50 ns, almost 2 orders of magnitude shorter than small PbS colloidal quantum dots (CQDs), and a quantum yield of ∼10%, almost 2 orders of magnitude shorter than small PbS colloidal quantum dots (CQDs). These materials are promising for a large variety of applications spanning from telecommunications to the design of colloidal topological insulators.

Abstract

International audience; Among semiconductor nanocrystals (NCs), 2D nanoplatelets (NPLs) are a special class of nanomaterials with well controlled optical features. So far most of the efforts have been focused on wide band gap materials such as cadmium chalcogenide semiconductors. However, optical absorption can be pushed toward the Infra-Red (IR) range using narrow band gap materials such as mercury chalcogenides. Here we demonstrate the feasibility of a core/shell structure made of a CdSe core with two HgSe external wells. We demonstrate that the optical spectrum of the heterostructure is set by the HgSe wells and this, despite the quasi type II band alignment which makes the band edge energy independent of the inner core thickness. On the other hand, these core/shell NPLs behave, from a transport point of view, as a wide band gap material. We demonstrate that the introduction of a wide band gap CdSe core makes the material less conductive and with a larger photoresponse. Hence the heterostructure presents an effective electric band gap wider than the optical band gap. This strategy will be of utmost interest to design infrared effective colloidal materials for which the reduction of the carrier density and the associated dark current is a critical property.

Abstract

International audience; Among colloidal nanocrystals, 2D nanoplatelets (NPLs) made of cadmium chalcogenides have led to especially well controlled optical features. However, the growth of core shell heterostructures has so far been mostly focused on CdS shells, while more confined materials will be more promising to decouple the emitting quantum states of the core from their external environment. Using k·p simulation, we demonstrate that a ZnS shell reduces by a factor 10 the leakage of the wavefunction into the surrounding medium. Using X-ray photoemission (XPS), we confirm that the CdSe active layer is indeed unoxidized. Finally, we build an effective electronic spectrum for these CdSe/ZnS NPLs on an absolute energy scale which is a critical set of parameters for the future integration of this material into optoelectronic devices. We determine the work function (WF) to be 4.47 eV while the material is behaving as an n-type semiconductor.

Abstract

International audience; In this paper, we discuss recent progress obtained on infrared nanocrystal based on mercury chalcogenides (HgTe and HgSe). These materials can become some key building blocks for the next generation of infrared optoelectronic devices. To reach this goal, the infrared nanocrystals need to combine fine control on the optical features and efficient electronic transport. Here, we report about (i) the development of HgTe NPL for enhanced optical features (narrower and faster PL) in the near IR and (ii) about the development of self-doped nanocrystals of HgSe to demonstrate tunable intraband absorption up to the THz range.

Abstract

International audience; We investigate the electronic and transport properties of HgTe 2D colloidal quantum wells. We demonstrate that the material can be made p or n-type depending on the capping ligands. In addition to the control of majority carrier type, the surface chemistry also strongly affects the photoconductivity of the material,. These transport measurements are correlated with the electronic structure determined by high resolution X-ray photoemission. We attribute the change of majority carriers to the strong hybridization of an n-doped HgS layer resulting from capping of the HgTe nanoplatelets by S 2-ions. We further investigate the gate and temperature dependence of the photoresponse and its dynamics. We show that the photocurrent rise and fall times can be tuned from 100 µs to 1 ms using the gate bias. Finally, we use time-resolved photoemission spectroscopy as a probe of the transport relaxation to determine if the observed dynamics are limited by a fundamental process such as trapping. These pump probe surface photovoltage measurements show an even faster relaxation in the 100 ns to 500 ns range, which suggests that the current performances are rather limited by geometrical factors.

The Llibre de les dones was one of the most successful works of Francesc Eiximenis. Although this book had not the same diffusion that other works such as the Llibre dels àngels or the Vida de Jesucrit, it made a big fortune, as proves the fact that not only six manuscripts and one incunabulum have been preserved, but also some fragmentary copies, a Spanish translation transmitted through eight testimonies and an adapted version called Carro de las donas. In spite of the book's success, since not long ago it didn't exist any study of the Catalan textual tradition. Abstract

This study examines the relationships between perceived parental acceptance and children’s behavioral problems (externalizing and internalizing) from a multi-informant perspective. Using mothers, fathers, and children as sources of information, we explore the informant effect and incremental validity. The sample was composed of 681 participants (227 children, 227 fathers, and 227 mothers). Children’s (40% boys) ages ranged from 9 to 17 years (M = 12.52, SD = 1.81). Parents and children completed both the Parental Acceptance Rejection/Control Questionnaire (PARQ/Control) and the check list of the Achenbach System of Empirically Based Assessment (ASEBA). Statistical analyses were based on the correlated uniqueness multitrait-multimethod matrix (model MTMM) by structural equations and different hierarchical regression analyses. Results showed a significant informant effect and a different incremental validity related to which combination of sources was considered. A multi-informant perspective rather than a single one increased the predictive value. Our results suggest that mother–father or child–father combinations seem to be the best way to optimize the multi-informant method in order to predict children’s behavioral problems based on perceived parental acceptance.

Abstract

An array of C-aryl and C-vinyl furanosides were prepared in good yields and diastereoselectivities from C-halogeno furanosides either with aryl Grignard or with vinyl Grignard using the convenient Co(acac)3/TMEDA catalytic system. This method is illustrated by the total synthesis of the (-)-isoaltholactone.

Abstract

International audience; HgTe nanocrystals are extremely interesting materials to obtain a highly tunable absorption spectrum in the infrared range. Here, we discuss the two extreme cases of strongly confined and barely confined HgTe nanocrystals. We discuss the synthesis and optoelectronic properties of HgTe 2D nanoplatelets where the confinement energy can be as large as 1.5 eV. This material presents enhanced (mostly narrower) light emitting properties compared to spherical nanocrystals emitting at the same wavelength. Moreover, absorption spectra, majority carriers and time response can be tuned by carefully choosing the surface chemistry and applying a well-chosen gate bias. HgTe can also be used to explore the effect of vanishing confinement and to obtain quasi bulk properties with tunable absorption in the THz, up to 150 µm.

36. Capacidad de indagación científica del profesorado de primaria en formación: efectos del género y de la formación previa

Abstract

El objetivo principal de este trabajo fue determinar el nivel de competencia en indagación científica del profesorado de primaria en formación inicial. Otros objetivos fueron analizar la influencia del género y de los estudios previos al acceso a la Universidad de este profesorado sobre los diversos elementos de la indagación científica, y evaluar cuáles de estos elementos resultan de mayor dificultad. Para ello, se administró un cuestionario de indagación científica a 178 estudiantes españoles del Grado en Maestro/a en Educación Primaria. De las puntuaciones obtenidas en el cuestionario y de las pruebas estadísticas llevadas a cabo se puede concluir que: a) la capacidad de indagación científica mostrada por este profesorado en formación es baja; b) la identificación de la variable dependiente, la emisión de hipótesis y el diseño de experimentos son los elementos de mayor dificultad; c) participantes de género femenino y quienes cursaron previamente un itinerario de Ciencias o Tecnología muestran una competencia en indagación científica más alta.

37. Relación entre apego en la etapa adolescente y el acoso entre iguales

Abstract

INTRODUCCIÓN: En España, las primeras estadísticas globales de bullying indican que el acoso escolar y el ciberacoso han aumentado un 20 % en 2020-2021 y que más de diez mil casos de este tipo de abusos se producen entre estudiantes de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria. En total se estima que uno de cada tres estudiantes de España es víctima de acoso escolar (Naciones Unidas, 2020) y en la Región de Murcia tienen lugar un tres por ciento de los casos de bullying de España (Bullying sin Fronteras, 2022). Los contextos más importantes para el desarrollo de los adolescentes son la familia y la escuela, siendo este último especialmente relevante en esta etapa evolutiva puesto que en él se dan el mayor número de interacciones entre iguales (Montañes et al, 2008). OBJETIVOS: Explorar si el tipo de apego que muestran los adolescentes en la relación con sus iguales se asocia con las conductas de victimización, agresión, cibervictimización y ciberagresión. METODOLOGÍA: La muestra está compuesta por 335 alumnos de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria, con una media de edad de 14.37 (Dt=6.69). Se ha utilizado un cuestionario sociodemográfico adhoc, Adolescent Relationship Scales Questionnaire, European Bulling Intervention Project Questionaire y European Cyberbullying Intervention Project Questionnaire. Los datos se analizaron mediante correlaciones bivariadas, ANOVA y Tukey. RESULTADOS: Los resultados señalan una relación entre el apego ansioso y las conductas de victimización y cibervictimización, así como entre el apego evitativo y las conductas de victimización. Además, pertenecer al colectivo LGTBIQ (no binario) supone un factor de riesgo para ambos tipos de acoso. CONCLUSIÓN: El apego ansioso y evitativo, así como pertenecer al colectivo LGTBIQ suponen factores de riesgo para el acoso escolar. 2022-23

Abstract

International audience; For short wave infrared (SWIR) sensing, InGaAs is the leading technology combining high carrier mobility, high homogeneity and complete control over n-top doping. In the meanwhile, numerous alternative materials have tried to compete with InGaAs. Among them, colloidal nanocrystals with narrow band gap can address the current issue in designing cost-effective sensors for the SWIR range. Rather than pitting these two materials against each other, here we design a synergistic duo in which HgTe nanocrystals are used to broaden the spectral range of InGaAs while lifting the lattice matching constraints. We propose a diode geometry where a p-type HgTe NC array is coupled with n-type InGaAs wires which are used as high mobility (µ>1000 cm 2 .V-1 s-1) minority carrier extractors. This approach also demonstrates that Van der Waals heterostructures are not limited to graphene-like materials and that bulk-like III-V semiconductors can also be light sensitized by colloidal nanoparticles. This work paves the way toward further synergies between epitaxially grown and colloidally grown semiconductors for infrared detection.
