Mining commodities are strategic commodities for the Indonesian people because they are a source of state revenue. On the other hand, mining has a significant social, economic, and political impact. Therefore, the decision to grant a mining permit needs to be considered carefully. The Minerba Law of 2009 took over some authority to the Central Government. This takeover creates a conflict in the Regional Government which wants the authority to grant permits to reside with the regional government. By using normative analysis, this study tries to see the purpose of the Minerba Law Number 4 of 2009. This research shows that apart from granting permits, other factors need to be considered, namely how the mining sector provides revenue and benefits the local community.

Clogging of Trash at the Micro Hydro-Power Plant can reduce the discharge, head, and micro-hydro production. Trash racks are currently less efficient in solving Trash clogging, so it needs appropriate technology innovation with the Horizontal Trash rack Diverter Trash (HTDT) which functions to get rid of or divert Trash. Diversion of Trash as well as increasing and stabilizing the discharge is important so that the innovation of adding a flow steering valve is needed (HTDT+V). The results of the research at β20° is the most optimal angle, the highest speed at the intake channel Cm4 V 0.7 m/s and HTDT + V β20° V 0.8 m/s occurs an increase in speed. Trash paste time β20° t 2.76 seconds, faster than the angle β0°, β5°, β30° Trash paste time t3.5 seconds. The HTDT+V installation increases the inflow velocity (V) in the intake channel by 60% and increases the discharge (Q) by 50%.

This study aims to analyze the development of the concept of "Cloud Kitchen" or "Dark Kitchen" or "Virtual Kitchen" in DKI Jakarta. In addition, exploration of each brand is carried out so that the potential of each brand can be seen. Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) also needs to be considered as one of the motives for cooperation in the concept of "Cloud Kitchen" or "Dark Kitchen" or "Virtual Kitchen" in DKI Jakarta. Actually, the concept of cloud kitchen is not a new thing in DKI Jakarta and its surroundings. Currently, in DKI Jakarta there are at least 7 cloud kitchen players, namely Dapur Bersama GoFood, GrabFood Kitchen, Everplate, Yummykitchen, Kita Kitchen, Telepot, and Eatsii. In the Stars position, the GoFood and Yummykitchen Joint Kitchens are in that quadrant. Meanwhile, in the Question Marks position, there are GrabFood Kitchen, Everplate, Kita Kitchen and Telepot. However, for Eatsii it is still difficult to map considering that it has just established since 2021. The development strategies of these players are varied, one of which is the effort to support the empowerment of MSMEs in DKI Jakarta. The large potential of MSMEs in DKI Jakarta is a strategy for cloud kitchen players to increase their market share and growth potential. However, considering that this research is still qualitative and on desk research, further research is needed.

Personal branding is an individual effort to obtain the response and perception of public audiences through social media, including Instagram. This study aimed to describe adolescents' experiences in personal branding through Instagram and the meaning of personal branding. It is qualitative research with a descriptive phenomenological approach. Data were analyzed using thematic phenomenological analysis techniques to understand the themes and patterns of personal branding. Data were collected using interviews and observation methods. Five participants were obtained through purposive sampling technique with criteria: adolescents aged 18-21 years and active Instagram users (with a consistent content theme). Results show that the personal branding process is built through stages that involve determining goals, conceptualizing content, and posting content. It is essential to concept and edit content uniquely and posts consistently at the right time and the right frequency, including the highlight menu setting. Personal branding has significant and strategic meanings for adolescents: as a medium to promote competencies, expand career opportunities, and be a useful person. Essentially, it is recommended for adolescents to do personal branding as an alternative activity that supports self-development and careers using Instagram.

Renewable energy in Indonesia is not optimally developed. Most existing renewable energy power plants come from water and geothermal, but the utilized capacity is far away from significant. Lodagung mini-hydro power plant was built by The Public Corporation, Jasa Tirta I with an installed capacity of 2x650 kW utilizing water from the Lodagung Irrigation Channel, Wlingi Dam to generate electricity in Blitar Regency, East Java. The plant has become the first to use Siphon technology in its operation. This study aims to analyse the potential power generated by Lodagung Mini-hydropower plant using primary and secondary data. The data processing was done by calculating the reliable discharge of the irrigation channel for three years since 2011 to 2013; calculating the water discharge in the siphon pipe; and calculating the estimated power generated by the plant. The findings indicate that the maximum discharge of the Lodagung irrigation channel is 13.78 m3/second, and the minimum discharge is 8.89 m3/second. The design discharge is 13.78 m3/second, and the maximum discharge in the siphon pipe is 3.96 m3/second/pipe. Based on the need, the expected power generated ranges from 16.48 kWh/day to 28.66 kWh/day.

The problem of this study is that small-scale capture fisheries business in Indonesia still faces a classic problem, namely limited sources of capital to develop the business, so a strategy is needed to overcome this problem, including working with other parties as partners in running the business. This study aims to investigate the legality of the capture fisheries business in Indonesia, and the limited partnership (Commanditaire Vennootschap/CV) as an alternative form of capture fisheries business in Indonesia. This study uses a normative juridical research method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach, the legal data used is secondary data in the form of primary legal materials, namely the Law on Capture Fisheries and the Law on CV, and secondary legal material in the form of literature related to the research problem. The data and legal materials were collected through a literature study and analyzed descriptively and analytically. The results of the study concluded that in carrying out fishery business activities, the entrepreneurs can use CV as an alternative form of small-scale capture fisheries business that allows overcoming the problem of limited capital faced by small-scale capture fisheries entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The study concludes that with the formation of CV, there will be two partners in small-scale capture fisheries business, namely complementary allies as the party who manages what is done by fishermen and limited allies are parties who include capital in small-scale capture fisheries businesses.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perusahaan pertambangan mengelola kebijakan pendanaannya dengan menggunakan kebijakan utang jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Dalam penelitian ini dibangun dua model yaitu model utang jangka pendek dan model utang jangka panjang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data panel, yaitu data berbagai variabel perusahaan dari tahun 2014 hingga 2019. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada ilmu keuangan terutama yang berkaitan dengan struktur modal yaitu pemilihan kebijakan utang. Model yang lebih mampu memberikan penjelasan tentang kemampuan berutang manajemen adalah model utang jangka pendek. Faktor profitabilitas dan likuiditas yang menjadi pendorong manajemen untuk melakukan utang jangka pendek. Ketika perusahaan memiliki profitabilitas dan likuiditas yang tinggi maka manajemen akan lebih yakin untuk mengambil utang jangka pendek. Sementara itu faktor yang mempengaruhi utang jangka panjang adalah kemampuan manajemen untuk membayar bunga utang. Abstract: This study aims to find out how mining companies manage their funding policies using short-term and long-term debt policies. This research is a quantitative research using multiple linear regression method. In this study, two models were built, namely the short-term debt model and the long-term debt model. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The data used is panel data, namely data on various company variables from 2014 to 2019. This research contributes to financial science, especially those related to capital structure, namely the selection of debt policies. The model that is more capable of providing an explanation of management's debt capability is the short-term debt model. Profitability and liquidity factors are the driving force for management to undertake short-term debt. When the company has high profitability and liquidity, management will be more confident to take on short-term debt. Meanwhile, the factor that affects long-term debt is the management's ability to pay interest on the debt.

Protection of public interests in the bankruptcy process is regulated in the Indonesian Bankruptcy Law.However, the implementation of this provision raises problems both in the concept design of the publicinterest itself and in its protection mechanisms. The bankruptcy law provides at least three concepts ofpublic interest, each of which can be identified with the interests of the wider community as creditors, theinterest in the stability of the financial services sector, and the interests of state finances. The three conceptsof public interest are protected with exclusive and prerogative powers on the regulators and supervisorsas the authority of each field. Such protection mechanisms have so far only blocked the path of creditorsand debtors, and provided immunity to special debtors, as the majority of authorities do not want to filebankruptcy requests and prefer to exercise their public powers.

The Covid-19 pandemic is able to change all aspects of people's lives, especially in Indonesia, including economic resilience of families during the pandemic period. Resilience does not only apply to industry or other business institutions, but also to the family entity. This study aims to analyze through literature review approach to develop a conceptual model of family economic resilience during a pandemic. There is a lot of literature that has explained the concept of resilience for business organizations since the 1990s, especially alongside with the introduction of the concept of business continuity. Along with the covid-19 pandemic, the development of literature related to business and organizational resilience is also increasing. Using a literature review approach, this study identifies several factors that can form the concept. Several protective factors in the psychological approach make it possible to form this concept, as well as other attributes including rebounding/ reintegration, high expectancy/family determination, positive relationship/social support, flexibility, and family self-esteem/self-efficacy. Even further also some literature finds the power of resilience for business when it was built by the family or the so-called home- based business in times of crisis. The theoretical implications and further research agenda will also be the subject of future discussion and be significant findings for other researchers and policymakers. This study investigates the relationship between brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, brand loyalty and brand purchasing intention. A total of 99 students from Budi Luhur University was used as respondents in this study based on the convenience sampling method. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and SmartPLS 3.0 software. The analysis specifies that there is a significant positive relationship among brand awareness, brand association and perceived quality towards brand loyalty and brand purchasing intention. However, there is not a significant relationship between brand loyalty and brand purchasing intention. It indicates that consumers who are satisfied with Richeese Factory products and services do not always end up making purchases. The ability of managers to understand the factors which shape consumer brand behavior is required to develop and to maintain their brand position in high competitive fast food brand competition.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis financial distress dan kebangkrutan melalui metode Altman Z-Score serta pengaruhnya terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode 2012 hingga 2017. Pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling sedangkan pengolahan data dilakukan melalui perangkat lunak Eviews dan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebangkrutan hanya terjadi di Indofarma Tbk (INAF) pada tahun 2017. Secara bersamaan, Z-score memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham dan hasil regresi data panel mengkonfirmasi bahwa Pendapatan Sebelum Bunga dan Pajak (EBIT) terhadap Total Aset memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan kontribusi 38,25% terhadap harga saham. In order to increase access to formal financial institutions, the Indonesian government has issued various national strategies. However, Indonesia’s inclusive financial index is still under other ASEAN countries. Therefore, in this study, we investigate the factors that influence financial inclusion in Indonesia. The microdata from global findex 2014 was carried out in this study by using binary logistic regression analysis. The finding indicates that there is a significant positive relationship between individual characteristics, including financial inclusion, constraints to financial inclusion, utilization of financial services motivation, and loan sources. Since the main targets of financial inclusion are the poor, this finding becomes an essential proposition for policies in the banking sector, that besides the factors of gender, age, education, and type of jobs, income is the primary factor that influences access and utilization of financial services. Mainly regarding loans, increased income will increase the opportunities of the poor to getting loans because only high-income groups have collateral in applying for loans. Indonesia’s high dependence on soybean imports as a raw material for tempeh has brought various efforts to find a substitute of this raw material. One of the most potential substitute is lupin (Lupinusangustifolius). However, the mass adoption of these beans as raw material for tempe production is still low. In this study, we test effects of several ratios between soybeans and lupine, by using mix starters on the characteristics and quality of a substituted tempeh. The results indicated that the best treatment for the substituted tempeh was a2b6 treatment with a 1: 2 ratio of soybeans and lupin by using the starter produced by Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI). Moreover, the substituted tempeh has a low water and fiber content as well as sensory acceptable.

Mangkang zoo in Semarang city is hopes to become tourist attraction and able to increase tourist amount both of local or foreign because of the strategic location, space between one coral to another is too close, and children playground completely. But there are still weakness such as this zoo management hasn’t done maximally and impact to the lack of tourist visitation. This research aims to evaluate implementation promotion development program of Mangkang zoo in Semarang city based on Input dimension , Process , Output and Outcome . Relating to this problem, it is needed societies participation through their role as tourism development object, so that they role will determine successful program of marketing development/ promotion activity. This research uses descriptive qualitative because it explains phenomenon descriptively without determining phenomenon appearing quantity, but the deep information in every phenomenon. This research focuses into evaluation program of Mangkang zoo tourism promotion program in Semarang city. Technique of data collecting is done by Triangulation through deep interview activity with many informants, questionnaire, and documentation. The lack of tourist visiting and tourism stakeholder also the raising local income relating to tourist retribution is one of indication of development program into tourism promotion that is done by Cultural and Tourism Institution in Semarang city hasn’t done optimally.

The stock trading volume is the number of shares that are traded on the capital market every trading day with a price level agreed upon by the seller and buyer through an intermediary in the capital market. Stocks will be more liquid with the amount of investment in shares. To assess the volume of stock trading, investors can evaluate net income, cash flow and cash dividends. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of net income, cash flow and cash dividends on the volume of stock trading in 10 public goods and consumption sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through a purposive sampling technique both simultaneously and partially. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously net income, cash flow and cash dividends have significant effects on the volume of stock trading of public companies in the goods and consumption sector, while partially, only net income (β = 0.485) and cash flow (β= 1.587) have significant positive effects against the volume of stock trading.

Factoring can be used by small business, as a client, as the alternative of capital source. The parties in factoring are factor, clients, and customer. Legal connection between factor and client is included in an agreement containing their rights and responsibility. One of the rights of the factor is receiving the payment from the customer. The failure of collection to account receivables from customer can be caused by customers' bankruptcy. If in financing factoring use the clause with recourse; the client is responsible. The aim of this research is to unveil the position of factor and clients in customers' bankruptcy, and to recommend Factoring Agreement Model which protects clients as small business in customers' bankruptcy. This research used socio legal approach with secondary data of legal or non-legal materials from document review. The legal materials are divided into primary, secondary, and tertiary materials. Primary data in this research was obtained by deep interview to informants in Jakarta and Semarang by purposive sampling. The validity of the data was checked using source triangulation which was continued with qualitative analysis. In this research, the position of factor in customers' bankruptcy acts as concurrent creditor, while clients do not become the creditor due to the ownership of the debts is transferred to factoring company. However, if using clause with recourse as happened in practice, clients are still responsible to the failure of collection because of customers' bankruptcy. It harms the clients. Thus, in the future, there should be a regulation for factoring agreement which can secure small business in the forms of authentic deed containing clause without recourse, the collection of account receivable can be done based on the provision of BW. The existence of third party can become the guarantor. Those party can be coming from government or insurance company. Changes in the agreement should be accepted by both parties.

The increasing number of community plantation forests in Indonesia, specializing in plywood, has improved the size of this market. Many companies succeed in this business, creating fierce competition for raw material supplies. Additionally, the Indonesian government has intensified the wood industry production in 2015 so that several fast growing and shortage timber species were introduced. However, this great opportunity is also faced with the challenge that timber exported overseas must be certified. The existence of middlemen in the business supply chain can potentially disrupt the business with unsustainable procedures and can harm the environment. In this study, we investigated the requirements of a partnership to establish a sustainable partnership with the local communities, to provide a sustainable environmental development in Lombok and to deliver profitable business prospects to the wood industries. This research focused on investigating Dharma Satya Nusantara Group (DSNG)’s challenge to obtain and to secure raw materials of wood to maintain and to sustain its future plywood manufacturing businesses. A qualitative method was employed by using snowball sampling of 17 individuals, including farmers, landowners, NGOs, middlemen, and logistic companies. Finally, a triangulation method was employed to analyze the data. Our findings proved that a mediator was needed to find mutual goals between private sectors in the local community. The mediator position should be neutral and prohibit from taking a side. DSNG as the buyer could utilize an expert practitioner that would act as a mediator to connect with the people, while the farmers would be supported by cooperation as their connector to DSNG. Finally, a collectivist culture, mutual trust, solidarity, teamwork, and education were essential factors for sustainable partnership.

A provincial financial independence is one of indicators to implement regional autonomy. The existence of regional autonomy provides flexibility for local governments to manage resources and accountable to the community in a transparent, effective and efficient manner. The sources of financial independence are derivedfrom the Own Source Revenue (PAD). In order to reduce the fund dependency, local governments should seek potential alternatives to increase its own source revenues. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of capital expenditure, special allocation fund, inflation and financing expenditure on own source revenuein Central Java Province. Until recently, its the general allocation fund increases annually even though its own source revenue increases. The type of data applied was a secondary data from 2010 until 2014. An observation method was employed to collect data from the budget realization report published by the Ministry of HomeAffairs, Ministry of Finance, and the Central Statistics Agency of Central Java. Data processing was carried out by employing multiple regression analysis. The findings indicated that significant factors affecting own source revenue of Central Java were capital expenditures (∝ 1%; coeff. = 0.690), inflation (∝ 5%; coeff. = 0,095), specialallocation fund (∝ 10%; coeff. = -0.093), and financing expenditure (∝ 1%; coeff. = 0.424). The small manufacturing sector has a large role in the processing of agricultural products and helps provide employment and business opportunities in an effort to encourage regional and rural development. The small industrial estate (PIK) of KOPTI Semanan in Kalideres Subdistrict, West Jakarta is one of the fermented soybean processing centers in Jakarta. In running its business, PIK KOPTI Semanan faces internal and external constraints so it has not been able to achieve business development as expected. The purpose of this research was to analyze the feasibility and sensitivity of small industry enterprises in Kalideres Subdistrict, West Jakarta. Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), and Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) methods were employed to calculate the financial feasibility of small fermented soybean industry enterprises. While the sensitivity analysis is done by doing the scenario of decreasing and increasing cost and price. The results of the analysis indicated that the small fermented soybean industry in Kalideres District is feasible to be implemented. However, the sensitivity analysis results indicated 3 out of 5 enterprises were sensitive to decreased revenue and increased costs.

Salak Sidimpuan yang berasal Tapanuli Selatan memiliki potensi untuk mendapatkan perlindungan hukum sebagai indikasi geografis. Penelitian ini menganalisis perlunya Salak Sidimpuan mendapatkan perlindungan hukum sebagai Indikasi Geografis Tapanuli Selatan dan upaya Pemerintah Daerah dalam rangka memberikan perlindungan terhadap Salak Sidimpuan sebagai kekayaan alam Tapanuli Selatan. Metode pendekatan penelitian yuridis empiris. Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan menjadi lokasi penelitian dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data melalui studi penelitian kepustakaan serta studi lapangan. Metode analisis dimulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Urgensi Salak Sidimpuan mendapatkan perlindungan hukum sebagai Indikasi Geografis Tapanuli Selatan karena secara ekonomis, salak sidimpuan memiliki pengaruh yang besar karena sebagian besar masyarakat Tapanuli Selatan perekonomiannya ditopang oleh buah Salak Sidimpuan. Secara Yuridis, Salak Sidimpuan yang memiliki karakteristik berbeda dengan salak daerah lain, memiliki reputasi yang baik, dan masih terjaga Eksistensinya sampai saat ini memerlukan perlindungan hukum sebagai Indikasi Geografis dan dapat dimiliki komunal bagi masyarakat Tapanuli Selatan. Upaya Pemerintah Daerah dalam memberikan perlindungan hukum terhadap Salak Sidimpuan hanya diberikan Pemerintah Daerah melalui Dinas Koperasi, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan. Pemerintah Daerah memberikan bimbingan, advokasi dan pembinaan terhadap Koperasi yang didirikan petani Salak Sidimpuan.

Hasil karya seni fotografi merupakan salah satu ciptaan yang sering digunakan pada promosi komersial. Perjanjian berbentuk tertulis pada penggunaan hasil karya seni fotografi untuk kepentingan promosi komersial sangat penting untuk memberikan perlindungan hukum dalam hubungan hukum antara pemilik dan pengguna hasil karya seni fotografi. Perlindungan hukum juga diperlukan dalam penggunaan hasil karya seni fotografi untuk kepentingan promosi komersial tanpa izin guna mengembalikan hak-hak yang seharusnya dinikmati oleh pemilik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui arti penting perjanjian tertulis pada penggunaan hasil karya seni fotografi untuk kepentingan promosi komersial dan mendalami mengenai penyelesaian penggunaan hasil karya seni fotografi untuk kepentingan promosi komersial tanpa izin dari pemilik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis empiris. Simpulan Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan hasil karya seni untuk kepentingan promosi komersial perlu diperjanjikan secara tertulis karena beberapa alasan berikut: (a) Perjanjian tertulis dapat menjadi bukti untuk melaksanakan prestasi (b) Perjanjian tertulis dapat menjadi alat bukti yang kuat (c) Untuk menentukan siapa Pencipta karya seni fotografi dalam suatu hubungan kerja (d) Sebagai dasar untuk menentukan siapa Pemegang Cipta karya seni fotogtrafi (e) Perjanjian tertulis dapat menimbulkan akibat hukum bagi pihak ketiga. Penyelesaian penggunaan hasil karya seni fotografi untuk kepentingan promosi komersial tanpa izin dapat ditempuh melalui beberapa cara sebagai berikut: (a) melalui alternatif penyelesaian perkara di luar persidangan, seperti konsultasi, mediasi, konsiliasi, dan pendapat ahli (b) Arbitrase (c) melalui mekanisme pengadilan.
