Die ressourceneffiziente Lagerstättennutzung bei der Gewinnung von Sand und Kies erfordert den schonenden und sparsamen Umgang mit Grund und Boden. Bei der Gewinnung und Aufbereitung dieser Rohstoffe fallen unverwerteter Abraum und Kieswaschschlamm an. In dieser Arbeit wird die petrographische Zusammensetzung der Reststoffe in (glazi-)fluviatilen Ablagerungen charakterisiert und die Verwendung als zementär gebundener Verfüllbaustoff und als keramischer Rohstoff anhand von zwei Fallbeispielen entwickelt., Resource-efficient exploitation of sand and gravel asks for an economical and sparing use of mining land. Quarry loam and washing slurry are not yet commercially used by-products of the material extraction and processing. This study investigates the use of fine grained materials in glacial and fluvial deposits and characterise its petrographic properties. Two possible examples of fine material's application are developed in the field of cementitious filling material and brick production.
