Resumo Este artigo investiga os fatores referentes ao desempenho da função de compras da Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB), sob a perspectiva de dimensões de sua estrutura organizacional. Para tanto, a estratégia metodológica consistiu no levantamento de dados da RFB. Por meio de técnicas de sumarização e regressão, identificaram-se variáveis associadas à centralização, à formalização e à especialização da estrutura de compras, bem como suas relações com o desempenho da função na instituição. Os resultados indicaram relações significativas e positivas entre centralização e medidas de desempenho relativas ao tempo. Em contraste, a especialização ocupacional, em níveis intermediários, se associou de forma negativa com a competição, enquanto a experiência acumulada na área de compras se associou positivamente com os prazos de licitação. A formalização, por sua vez, apresentou associações que indicam um trade-off entre recursos financeiros e tempo. Consectuvamente, a pesquisa contribui para o campo da administração pública ao investigar a estrutura e o desempenho em compras numa instituição brasileira com atuação nacional, perscrutando hiatos identificados em artigos nacionais e internacionais, como os relativos ao país, à abrangência e à diversidade das compras analisadas, interpretando aspectos causais dessas associações.

O objetivo deste artigo consiste em analisar a construção dos espaços nos dois eixos temporais que estruturam a obra O outro pé da sereia (2006). O percurso investigativo adotado desenvolve-se a partir da análise dos recursos empregados na composição dos espaços que estruturam o romance e revelam os diferentes tempos históricos encenados. As contribuições teóricas de Luiz Alberto Brandão (2013), Osman Lins (1976) e Ozíris Borges Filho (2007) fornecem elementos para a compreensão da dinamicidade de que se reveste a categorial espacial na narrativa. Em O outro pé da sereia (2006), a construção dos espaços ficcionais desvela poder e opressão no passado, desolação e reconstrução no presente.

Na obra poética, Augusto de Campos disfarça o significado verbal ao adotar técnicas ou estratégias de composição que desafiam a capacidade de compreensão do leitor, chamado a descobrir a chave da leitura diferente da norma. O desenho estrutural do poema concreto implica uma leitura em que o conteúdo visual, sonoro e estrutural seja muitas vezes o fator dominante para a compreensão da composição.

This article investigates the performance of the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service's (FRS) procurement function from the perspective of the dimensions of its organizational structure. Using data collected from the FRS, the methodological strategy consisted of summarization and regression techniques, identifying variables linked to the centralization, formalization, and specialization of the procurement structure, and the relationship of these elements with its performance. The results indicated significant and positive relationships between centralization and time-related performance measures. In contrast, occupational specialization at intermediate levels was negatively associated with competition, while accumulated experience in the procurement area was positively associated with bidding times. Formalization showed associations that indicate a trade-off between financial resources and time. Consequently, the research contributes to the field of public administration by investigating the structure and performance of procurement in a Brazilian institution with national operations, looking into gaps identified in national and international articles, such as those related to the country, scope, and diversity of the purchases analyzed, and interpreting the causal aspects of these associations. In this work I want to recover some punctual contributions on the studies of memory and the writings of the trauma from the approaches of the intellectual history and the interpretation of the text, where a fruitful dialogue is evidenced between a hermeneutics of history nurtured by psychoanalysis. I will refer to the theoretical-conceptual contributions of two specialists: Dominick LaCapra, recovering some of his ideas expressed in Writing History, Writing Trauma (2001), and Paul Ricoeur, focusing on his early reflections on Du texte á l'action (1986, translated into Spanish only in 2001), putting historiography and psychoanalysis into dialogue from the category of trauma (Davoine and Gaudilliere, 2011). In this scenario, from our university teaching space we set out since 2020 to address the study of political violence in Latin America from audiovisual production, taking as sources for its study films, documentary or not, in order to be able to analyze variables such as general information about the film (year, director, cast), the plot of the film, the explanation of the historical context in which the story of the film takes place, the description of the theme(s) it addresses and explanation of the production context of the film, the relationship of the film with said context and the intentionality of the directors and producers of the film and, specifically, the vision it proposes about state or civil violence, a crucial aspect that intertwines issues around the story , memory and public uses of the past.

No contexto do debate entre a perspectiva do racismo estrutural (Almeida, 2019) e o fascismo da cor (Sodré, 2023), desenvolvemos, neste artigo, várias inferências sobre o fascismo na perspectiva da midiatização. Num primeiro momento, cotejamos as duas contribuições, numa abordagem em que se acentuam os contraditórios, sem necessariamente antagonizá-los. Na segunda parte, apresentamos a matriz que desenvolvemos sobre a midiatização enquanto semiose social. Na terceira seção, apresentamos inferências conclusivas para pensar as relações entre fascismo, racismo e midiatização.

The papers on this Special Issue of the Journal of Contemporary Administration promote an important discussion in the Brazilian digital marketing field. In this editorial, we explain how the authors build bridges between digital marketing, marketplace, consumers, and firms' applications by means of empirical investigations. As new technologies force marketing to constantly change to adjust to social platforms in the digital environment, insights about Brazilian digital marketing are missing. Considering the digital economy, consumer behavior, and technological culture, the five papers raise interesting questions about how viral advertising and image/video/ audio platforms affect consumer response measures (e.g., online purchases) and create social media experiences. Such experiences include omnichannel environments that connect and create ecosystems across firms, consumers, governments, stakeholders, and marketing professionals in organized networks. Uno de los problemas señalados habitualmente para criticar distintas formas de representacionalismo es la dificultad encontrar definiciones que no sean semánticas ni realistas en un sentido simple. El presente trabajo aborda esta clase de críticas desde un punto de vista contextualista, asumiendo los aspectos semánticos necesarios para un concepto de representación, pero mostrando que las relaciones semánticas de representación no deben ser estáticas, ni estrictamente referenciales en un sentido clásico y realista. Dos distinciones son cruciales para nuestra propuesta: Por un lado, tenemos la distinción entre sistemas cerrados y abiertos; por otro, una distinción tripartita entre representaciones estructurales, informacionales y semánticas. Con esto, entendemos las representaciones en términos de variaciones asimétricas entre modelos contextuales.

Phoradendron strongyloclados Eichler é uma hemiparasita vulgarmente conhecida como erva-de-passarinho. Representantes do gênero Phoradendron são utilizados na medicina popular, porém pouco se sabe sobre P. strongyloclados, inclusive sobre a sua estrutura anatômica. O presente trabalho objetivou descrever a anatomia dos órgãos vegetativos aéreos de P. strongyloclados. Para tal fim foi utilizada metodologia usual em anatomia vegetal. As folhas possuem cutícula espessa, epiderme uniestratificada, estômatos paracíticos e mesofilo isobilateral. O catafilo é bilobado, com mesofilo homogêneo e vascularização. O caule possui secção transversal elíptica em estrutura primária. Em estrutura secundária, mantém os tecidos fotossintetizantes e a epiderme. A medula é esclerificada. O lenho é desenvolvido, rígido, fibroso, com elementos de vaso curtos e placa de perfuração simples. Os raios são heterocelulares e suas células podem conter cristais prismáticos. O arranjo compacto das células parenquimáticas, cutícula espessa, alta lignificação e a baixa relação superfície/volume; folhas pequenas, carnudas e espaçadas caracterizam xeromorfia.

A definição de corrupção é extensa, relacionada a qualquer ação humana que compreenda alguma espécie de desonestidade, porém no presente artigo restará limitada e associada às atividades do Estado, de seus cidadãos e de seus governantes. A corrupção é derivada de práticas socioculturais bem balizadas, com destaque para o patrimonialismo, o clientelismo, o personalismo e o nepotismo, que surgem no bojo de ações egoístas dos indivíduos. Conclui-se que a corrupção é sistêmica porque envolve, normalmente, um padrão persistente, não episódico, de relacionamentos, abrangendo um conjunto recorrente de interações, obedecendo a um ciclo que se retroalimenta indefinidamente. O método utilizado constituiu-se em um exercício jusfilosófico qualitativo e interpretativo de todo o material acadêmico compilado.

Tropical montane cloud forests in northern Peru are severely fragmented and degraded by land use change with the consequent loss of important plant biodiversity. This research had the objective of analyzing the composition, diversity and structure of the arboreal vegetation in an area of tropical montane cloud forest above 2100 m a.s.l in northern Peru. In a 1-hectare permanent plot, all trees with diametrer over 10 cm were marked and recorded. Diversity, floristic composition and structure of a relict cloud forest were analyzed. A total of 792 individuals of 81 species, 48 genera and 33 families were recorded. The most species-rich families were Lauraceae (25 species), Euphorbiaceae (five species), Melastomataceae, Clusiaceae and Rubiaceae (with 4 species each). Cyathea sp. and Miconia punctata were the most abundant and frequent species. These results show the high ecological value of the forest studied from the point of view of conservation. The use of systems modeling as a tool to simulate the dynamics in vegetal communities as responses to disturbances constitutes an alternative for management in protected areas. The objective of this study is to develop a model to simulate the possible self-organizing dynamics in the composition and functional structure of the microphyllous semi-deciduous forest under different disturbance scenarios. Population change equations for dynamogenetic species were determined based on the Leslie matrix, considering functional type and age structure. A conceptual model of the system is defined, that integrates the previous information available on functional composition, structure and interactions. The results of the simulations showed that disturbances occurred in some sectors of the area led the system to equilibrium states very different from the conserved states. The composition, structure, and functional interactions defined in the forest, together with local disturbances, condition the self-organizing dynamics of the system, which can lead to more than one state of equilibrium through different successional trajectories. The presence of musical lexicon, representations and images in Boccaccio's Decameron is a well-known and recurrent element in the development of the work, despite its traditional consideration as one of the decorative elements of the plot. In this article we will try to highlight how this presence constitutes a principle of internal cohesion in the text that contributes to the maintenance of its unitary structure. With this objective, we will analyze different steps of Boccaccio's work, related to music, highlighting the structural function they develop in the narrative. The result of these analyses confirms the centrality that music acquires in the narrative frame of the work, where Boccaccio's literary project and the narrative purpose of the ten protagonists are expressed. Finally, some conclusions on the Decameron musical plot will be presented, indicating its relevance for an organic reading of the literary configuration of this book. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

As constantes mudanças que ocorrem no mundo dos negócios impõem às organizações um rápido movimento para mudança organizacional, buscando maior eficiência nos processos e melhores resultados. O estudo da mudança organizacional se faz, então, uma ferramenta para o aperfeiçoamento das empresas em meio a este cenário compreendendo a necessidade de constante adaptação ao ambiente em que estão inseridas. Diante disto, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo descrever o processo de mudança organizacional desencadeado pela regionalização de três cooperativas para a formação da Cooperativa de Crédito Unicred Centro-Oeste, analisando as mudanças ocorridas na estrutura organizacional, nas lideranças e nos processos internos. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa descritiva e qualitativa por meio de um estudo de caso. Os resultados apontaram os motivos que levaram a mudança, as modificações ocorridas nas lideranças, nos processos internos que foram informatizados e na estrutura organizacional incorporando as três cooperativas singulares. Os resultados da mudança foram avaliados como muito positivos pelos gestores.

O trabalho consiste em compreender o racismo estrutural na sociedade brasileira e a exclusão dos Negros em quem ainda sofrem as consequências que perpassa por gerações vinda de um pensamento ocidentalizado e de uma cultura que ainda reproduz em seu seio nas diversas formas de violências visíveis e invisíveis contra as pessoas negras. Dessa forma, cabe perceber a gênesis do racismo, mas também as consequências e impactos em relação o que é ser negro no Brasil? e, por outro lado, as lutas para que a cultura negra seja reconhecida em seus direitos. Portanto, deve-se levar em conta que ainda prospera uma concepção europeizadas da figura do negro e muitas atrocidades ainda são cometidos em nome dessa forma pensar, que é fruto do processo de colonização.

Ainda que de modo introdutório, dizemos que existe um sujeito, o perverso, no interior da filosofia de Deleuze. Mais, que é tornando-se este sujeito, fazendo do perverso um filósofo, que Deleuze dá início à sua filosofia em Diferença e repetição e na Lógica do sentido. Ou seja, que existindo um devir-perverso do próprio Deleuze, este devir condiciona uma abordagem à relação do seu pensamento com o tema da perversão, e isto por ser justamente a criação deste heterónimo, o perverso, que está na origem da sua filosofia.

Muitos trabalhos em história da filosofia, eminentemente em história da filosofia medieval, são marcados por uma oposição metodológica entre três abordagens: a ênfase na estrutura interna de um pensamento; a ênfase na investigação de um tema ou conceito; a ênfase na inserção de um pensamento em seu contexto histórico-filosófico. No entanto, é possível defender a aproximação dessas três abordagens, e mesmo a combinação delas, em vista de um ganho de inteligibilidade dos pensamentos estudados. É o que pretende o presente artigo, procurando apontar para a artificialidade da oposição entre as três abordagens e defendendo um modelo comunicacional que a supere. Os exemplares transitórios, temporários e pragmáticos de arquitetura demonstram integrar técnicas eficientes de resposta a diversas situações. Essa nova modalidade de arquitetura, com fins temporários, recebe o nome de Arquitetura Efêmera, Portável ou Remontável. Com a pandemia do Coronavírus (COVID-19), declarada em março de 2020 pela Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS/ONU), o espaço construído hospitalar passou a se adaptar às circunstâncias de isolamento dos pacientes, assegurando conforto, saúde e higiene dos usuários, uma vez que se trata de uma doença infectocontagiosa de comportamento ainda pouco conhecido que vem causando grandes danos à população mundial. Neste cenário, o presente artigo faz uma pesquisa exploratória dos principais exemplares tipológicos da Arquitetura Efêmera em diversos países, que demonstrou ser uma forte aliada aos sistemas de saúde, facilitando a implantação de novas estruturas e reutilização de espaços já existentes, aumentando o número de leitos e ofertando espaços especializados no tratamento de pacientes. Fomenta-se um novo legado de estruturas temporárias adequadas ao tratamento de doenças infectocontagiosas. As considerações são apoiadas na classificação defendida por Peres (2013), o qual divide a arquitetura de emergência em seis sistemas construtivos, sendo eles o sistema modular, sistema Flat-Pack, sistema tênsil, sistema de divisórias, construção in loco e sistema pneumático. Foram levantados os dados de vinte e três hospitais de campanha em onze países diferentes, verificando-se que os sistemas modular, de divisórias e tênsil como os mais recorrentes. O material que subsidia este artigo serve de suporte para desenvolvimento da proposta projetual de um hospital de campanha.

This study aimed to confirm the multifactorial structure of the Beliefs Toward Cure of Homosexuality Scale (BTCHS) - (ECCH in Portuguese) and to verify evidence of its validity based on external variables. To this end, two studies were carried out. In Study 1, there were 214 university students, with an average age of 24 years (SD = 9.15). These students answered the HCBS and demographic questions. The results indicated a satisfactory fit for multifactorial modeling. Study 2, in turn, presented 430 university students with an average age of 23 years (SD = 7.90). In addition to the HCBS, the participants responded to the measures of sexual prejudice (MSP) and attitudes towards gays and lesbians (ATGL) questionnaires. Performing correlation analyses between the variables, we found significant correlations between the HCBS and the MSP and ATGL. In conclusion, the HCBS presented an adequate data-model fit for its multifactorial structure and evidence for its validity based on external variables. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The communication structure of a government is an area barely studied. This article intends to present academic perspectives to shape a structural organizational model of communication that is used as a reference in the evolutionary analysis of the communication of the Puerto Rico central government. It is concluded that the communication structure of the Government of Puerto Rico has presented significant structural modifications during six administrations that contain efficiencies, deficiencies and challenges for the management of its public communication. The Functional Theory of Values (TFVH) understands values as general guiding principles, transcending specific objects or situations. The objective was to test the hypothesis of the content and structure of TFVH. There were 634 university students (Mage=22.6), the majority female (51.3%). The hypothesis was tested with confirmatory factor analysis (e.g., IFC=0.97, TLI=0.96, and RMSEA=0.04). The hypothesis of the structure was also tested with confirmatory multidimensional scaling (Proxscal), indicating that values can be represented in a 3 X 2 space where the 3 refers to the type of orientation - personal, central and social - and the 2, the type of motivator - materialistic and idealistic. We concluded that the TFVH gathered evidence of its suitability in the studied scope and can be used to understand human values and their correlates. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The objective of this article is to analyze the construction of spaces in the two temporal axes that structure the work The other foot of the mermaid (2006). The investigative path adopted is developed from the analysis of the resources used in the composition of the spaces that structure the novel and reveal the different historical times staged. The theoretical contributions of Luiz Alberto Brandão (2013), Osman Lins (1976) and Ozíris Borges Filho (2007) provide elements for understanding the dynamics of the spatial category in the narrative. In The other foot of the mermaid (2006), the construction of fictional spaces reveals power and oppression in the past, desolation and reconstruction in the present.

Resumo A Teoria Funcionalista dos Valores Humanos (TFVH) compreende os valores como princípios-guia gerais, transcendendo objetos ou situações específicas. Objetivou-se testar as hipóteses de conteúdo e a estrutura da TFVH. Participaram 634 universitários (M idade =22,6), sendo a maioria mulheres (51,3%). Com a análise fatorial confirmatória (e.g., CFI=0,97, TLI=0,96 e RMSEA=0,04), testou-se a hipótese de conteúdo. Com o escalonamento multidimensional confirmatório (Proxscal), testou-se a hipótese de estrutura, indicando que os valores podem ser representados em um espaço 3 X 2 em que o 3 refere-se a tipo de orientação - pessoal, central e social - e o 2, a tipo de motivador - materialista e idealista. Concluiu-se que a TFVH reuniu evidências de sua adequação no contexto estudado, podendo ser utilizada para compreender os valores humanos e seus correlatos.

Em seu livro de 2008, A estrutura dos objetos, Kathrin Koslicki defende uma teoria mereológica de cunho aristotélico para descrever a natureza dos objetos concretos. Tal teoria tem como coração a ideia de que objetos compostos são fusões de partes materiais e partes formais, ou seja, ela é uma espécie de neo-hilemorfismo. A principal motivação para a adoção de tal tese é se opor a certas teorias de composição, principalmente o universalismo mereológico, defendido por David Lewis (1986 e 1991). Entretanto, pretendo defender que nenhum dos argumentos de Koslicki é satisfatório para a postulação das partes formais. Isso porque os motivos que a levam ao comprometimento com essas entidades não apenas são injustificados, mas também é possível resolver os problemas levantados pela autora sem o apelo à própria noção de parte formal.

A part of an investigation regarding the position value and its didactics is presented. A study was designed to explore the didactic potential of a relation-structure approach to positional value. The research was made by means of the application of a course. This enabled the student to attend the relations between components of positional value structure. The didactic application was made in two groups of 3rd. of elementary school. In one of them the location of the units of each order of magnitude in the space arranged in the work sheet with adjacent fields was used. In the other group the representation of the units in the abacus was used. The research purpose is to present effects of the didactic course respect. To the meaning that the students give to the relations attended to each order of magnitude. This is necessary for students to evoke and understand these relationships. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The aim of this study was to evaluate the hygienic-sanitary and structural quality of butcher shops in the cities of Vale do Guaribas, in the State of Piauí, using a 40-item checklist based on Brazilian sanitary legislation. This observational, qualitative and quantitative descriptive field research evaluated ten butchers located in different municipalities of Vale do Guaribas, in the State of Piauí, in the period of April 2021. As a result, it was observed that 80% of the locations verified were classified as deficient, with unsatisfactory hygienic-sanitary and physical-structural conditions, considered inadequate according to the standards of current legislation. Only 20% of the places fit regular, reaching a percentage of adequacy between 51 and 75% of the total investigated items. As a result, most butchers are inadequate in terms of the requirements of the current legislation, which can be considered a means that are conducive to the contamination of meat and a risk to the health of consumers. No início era a dor. Com este sintagma propomos revisar a dor no luto, da sua versão freudiana à aposta de Lacan, para passar do fenômeno ao problema estrutural. Nos interessa particularmente indicar algumas coordenadas psicanalíticas para pensar a dor, uma vez que se apresenta como afeto intransmissível, incomunicável e próprio, e seu paradoxo: é possível de interpretar-se e provocar empatia. Com uma breve análise de duas partes do filme, Land (2021) e Pieces of a woman (2020), introduziremos o problema da alteridade e do Outro, para sublinhar e ao mesmo tempo questionar o seguinte argumento: certas ambiguidades do luto freudiano o apresentaria como solidário ao discurso neoliberal. Uma leitura estrutural da dor se apresenta como chave para convocar os falantes, onde os laços parecem desvanecer-se.
