This presents difficulties in the diagnosis and treatment of CTD-ILD. Early detection and treatment of CTD-ILD using a multidisciplinary approach have been shown to enhance patient outcomes. This exercise aims to explore clinical components to develop a screening tool for pulmonologists for early detection of CTD in ILD and to provide a framework for a multidisciplinary approach in managing CTD-ILD. This in turn will lead to early treatment of CTD-ILD in collaboration with rheumatologists. A panel of 12 leading rheumatologists from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region met virtually to select the most relevant clinical findings to aid in identifying CTD-ILD. Twelve panellists opted to investigate seven of the most common inflammatory autoimmune disorders. The panel discussed how to improve the early detection of CTD-ILD. Clinical characteristics were categorized, and a nine-item questionnaire was created. A biphasic algorithm was developed to guide early referral to a rheumatologist based on the presence of one of nine clinical features of CTD (Phase 1) or the presence of CTD-specific antibodies (Phase 2). A brief questionnaire has been developed to serve as a simple and practical screening tool for CTD-ILD detection. Purpose: This research aims to identify some female entrepreneurs and their relationship profiles with their families, which are categorized by families having a prominent part in influencing their decisions, activities, and behavior. Methodology: The qualitative technique was used as it is well suited to examining the experiences of different people. Open-ended Interviews with Pakistani female entrepreneurs using a semi-structured questionnaire were used to obtain data. The research allowed us to focus on one of the most pressing concerns affecting female entrepreneurs: integrating life with family, work, and their goals related to their profession. Findings: Evidently, knowing and understanding the importance of the household in the entrepreneurial experiences of women is critical to deciphering the reasons why enterprises that are owned by women thrive or crash, as family relations will invariably influence their performance. Conclusion: The research revealed that female entrepreneurs and their families have a significant linkage with their entrepreneurial experiences i.e., individual decisions of women to become entrepreneurs and the features of their businesses cannot be fully comprehended unless the family dimension is also considered.

This study explicated the mediating role of leader–member exchange (LMX) and identification with the leader linking authentic leadership and innovative work behavior. The data were collected from the three sectors of the service industry. The final sample size obtained was 347. The data were collected both through the Google form and pen-filled questionnaires. SPSS was used to compute demographic profiles and conduct a hierarchal regression, while Smart-PLS was used for evaluating the constructs for their psychometric properties and testing the structural relations as proposed in the model. This study found LMX and identification with the leader to mediate between authentic leadership and the innovative work behavior of the employees.

The study was conducted to ascertain the role of talent management practices in promoting green corporate entrepreneurship through the median of organizational engagement in the context of COVID-19. The study is quantitative and deductive in nature. The data was collected from 323 employees working in the large manufacturing industry. The data was collected through a self-administered survey and the data analysis was done through Smart-PLS, both measurement and structural models were evaluated. The study found that talent management is related to green corporate entrepreneurship. The study also confirmed the mediating role of organizational engagement relating talent management with green corporate entrepreneurship. This study will develop insight for the corporate managers and decision-makers to understand the intricacies of the talent management process and its interplay with green corporate entrepreneurship, and organizational engagement. Talent Management is concerned with the process of hiring, developing, and retaining highly competent incumbents for pivotal positions. Hence, the role of the talent management process invariably affects the organizational processes and outcomes like creativity and innovation, which come under the umbrella of corporate entrepreneurship. This study will not only add value in empirical research of the chosen concepts and constructs, but it will also bridge the theoretical gap between talent management and corporate entrepreneurship. It is the first study that related talent management practices to green corporate entrepreneurship. Furthermore, it is the first study that examined the mediating role of organizational engagement relating talent management to green corporate entrepreneurship.

The current study was undertaken to ascertain the mediating role of meaningfulness linking servant leadership (SL) to job crafting behavior (JCB) of the employees. The study also endeavors to find the association between meaningfulness and JCB. This study collected data from 689 service sector employees through survey design. Data were processed and analyzed through PLS-SMART and SPSS. mainly. The findings manifested a relation between meaningfulness and employees’ job crafting behavior. Similarly, SL significantly impacted both meaningfulness and employees’ job crafting behavior. The results also unraveled the mediating role of meaningfulness between SL and JCB of the employees. The research has ascertained the previously unexplored mediating role of meaningfulness between SL and JCB. It is also the first study that attempted to explore meaningfulness as a stimulus to job crafting behavior.
