Summary: The observability of power systems during the parallel restoration of subsystems is one of the most important issues for system operators to accomplish the restoration task as quick as possible. Thus, this article proposes a coordinated optimal plan to solve the observability and sectionalizing problems by determining the locations of phasor measurement units (PMUs) and subsystems. Also, the impact of renewable energy resources on power system sectionalizing and the reliability value of power generation are taken into account in the proposed model. The objective functions that are considered in the optimization problem are the cost of wide‐area measurement system (WAMS), the worst observability index among all subsystems and the lowest value of quality among all subsystems based on the reliability of subsystems. Since there are three contradictory objective functions, a multi‐objective problem (MOP) is proposed as a mixed‐integer nonlinear problem (MINLP). The Pareto curve of the proposed MOP is extracted by using a particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. Two standard power grids are considered to validate the suggested technique. The outcomes of simulations confirm that the observability value of all sections is enhanced during the parallel restoration of the system. Installing new energy sources as redundant black-start (BS) units is an efficient way to enhance the speed of power system restoration, especially when there is a high risk that the available power plants considered as BS units fail to operate. In this regard, this paper provides a new optimal design for the placement of the Gas Turbine (GT) as the redundant energy source to improve the power system performance during both restoration and normal conditions. In doing so, there will be contradictory objective functions to be minimized. Therefore, a multi-objective problem (MOP), as a mixed integer linear programming (MILP), is defined. The Pareto optimal solutions of the MOP are obtained by using a new population-based meta-heuristic technique, called Crow Search Algorithm (CSA). Two power systems are used for the validation of the proposed method. The simulation results show that the system can benefit from this method not only to increase the capability of black-start generation, but also to improve the power system performance in normal conditions. During the restoration process, it also provides the optimal start-up sequences of non-black-start (NBS) units with the optimal transmission paths. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In the field of religious studies, study of previous religions and orders is important, because divine religions have a one truth and essence; Judaism, Christianity and Islam are relative religions and have a common history. All three are attributed to religion of Abraham, Hence are called the "Abraham religions". All three of them have Semitic origins; therefore they are called the "Semitic religions". All three believe in one God, and for that, they are called "monotheistic religions". Though Islam subscribes the past of Jewish, does not necessarily defends all the Jewish teachings and holy books in its current form. However, these two religions are very similar and that is the value that they have given to religion. So that, none of the major live religions of the world have not such esteem. Many similarities in principles of the two relative religions have provided a suitable ground for comparative studies. In the field of law studies also found many similarities between two religions. The scriptures as a source of laws, criminal law, criminalization and punishments and ... all are of the important law issues that the way of their expression in both religions have many similarities. Since religion has a special place in Judaism and Islam, this research aims to review the principles and elements of criminal as well as some penalty goals in the religious teachings sphere of these two religions. In this regard, verses of The Quran, authentic hadiths (traditions) and The Torah should be known as the main sources of recognition of these two religious orders . Although Torah has been distorted, but this does not mean that everything is distorted in Torah. There are many juridical and ethical rules in Torah that cannot doubt in their divinity. In the other hand, many of the adventures happened to the Moses Prophet and the Israelites have been mentioned with slight variations in The Qur'an which is immune to any distortion. In the juridical doctrines of religions, Jewish and Muslim have common concepts of criminal law which sometimes are in compliance and in some points is divergence. Requirements and criminal responsibilities have been defined what the holy legislator has set for criminals or sinners of this world, whether their crime is related to a sin which has a particular punishment or to other sins, whether criminal punishment is corporal or financial. Among the principles of Requirements in criminal law is the principle of legality of criminal offenses. Despite misconceptions about the founding this principle, what history shows is that this important principle in criminal law of Judaism and the criminal law of Islam is emphasized by clear wordings of The Qur'an and The Torah. Another principle of this case emphasized is "personal being of the punishment" which has also been emphasized in The Qur'an in many verses. The remarkable point about this is the apparent differences between The Qur'an and The Torah about this principle that these subjects should not be inconsistent with the principle of "personal being of the punishment". Because these verses are intended to express the conditional and hereditary effects of sin, and transferring the evil to future generations, not transferring apparent punishment and penalties to them. Criminal responsibilities sometimes are missing in the objective form and sometimes in the subjective form. In some cases, the legislator, for some reason, removes the title of criminal from the action, on the others, the causes of disclamation and deterioration most lie in the criminal person not in transition. These factors, with some variations have come in both religions. Penalty goals in both religions have also many similarities in many aspects among which may be cited protection of Divine sanctuary, concealing the effect of the sin, restraining the offender and his family and friends. The 5R planar parallel manipulator is a valuable manipulator for positioning a point on a plane. The manipulator has simple structure, base-fixed actuators, high accuracy and relatively large workspace. However, it is known to have singular loci within its workspace affecting its use. In this paper, to avoid the singularities, kinematic redundancy is applied on the 5R manipulator and a new kinematically redundant planar parallel manipulator, the RPRRRPR, is obtained. The manipulator is originally a symmetric 5R planar manipulator to whom two extra active prismatic joints are added. After introducing the manipulator, its inverse displacement problem discussed. Next, its workspace is obtained geometrically and compared with the nonredundant counterpart. Then all types of singularities of the RPRRRPR and 5R manipulators are analyzed and their geometrical interpretations discussed. Finally, based on a geometric measure of proximity to singular configurations, it is shown that the proposed redundant manipulator can avoid singularities while following a path. Background: It is now confirmed that mental health promotion policies need innovations beyond the scope of the health sector. In this study, an attempt was made to identify the most effective stakeholders of the public sector in the field of mental health promotion in Iran to help the policy-makers and to encourage inter-sectoral collaboration and further involvement of these effective sectors in mental health promotion plans., Methods: This was a mixed-methods study. From the first step (literature review and a survey), the names of public agencies affected by mental health promotion were extracted. In the next step, a checklist for identifying the main stakeholders was developed. The data of this step were analyzed by the simple additive weighting method. Ultimately, a table was plotted in the form of institutional mapping in order to summarize the organizations affecting each risk factor of mental health promotion., Results: The Islamic Consultative Assembly, the Ministry of Interior, the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare, and the Ministry of Education were identified as the five institutions with the greatest impacts on the social determinants of mental health in Iran., Conclusion: Significant impacts can be exerted by institutions such as the Islamic Consultative Assembly (as the legislator), the Ministry of Interior, and its subsidiary entities such as municipalities and governors (as the administrators of homeland security and support for safe and appropriate urban and local facilities), the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (as the national media), the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare (as the institution in charge of employment, job security, and social welfare), and the Ministry of Education (as the educational institution of the country)., Competing Interests: The authors declare that they have no competing interests., (© 2024 Iran University of Medical Sciences.)

Background: In this study, the basic criteria, models, and indicators of intersectoral collaboration in health promotion were investigated to facilitate the implementation of collaboration., Methods: This scoping review was conducted using datasets of Embase, Web of Science, Scopus, and PubMed, and search engines of Google, Google Scholar, and ProQuest., Results: 52 studies were included, and 32 codes in Micro, Meso, and Macro level, were obtained. Micro-level criteria had the highest frequency. Among the models used in the reviewed studies, social network analysis, Diagnosis of Sustainable Collaboration, Bergen, and logic models had the highest frequency. Among the indicators studied, the number of participants and the level of collaboration as well as its sustainability were the most frequent indicators., Conclusion: The findings identified the most important and widely used criteria, models, and indicators of intersectoral collaboration in health promotion which can be useful for decision-makers and planners in the domain of health promotion, in designing, implementing, and evaluating collaborative programs., Competing Interests: Conflict of interest The authors declare that there is no conflict of interest., (Copyright © 2021 Amir Esmaili et al. A trichobezoar is a ball of swallowed hair that collects in the stomach and fails to pass through the intestines. Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy is usually useful for diagnosis and retrieval of a portion of the gastric Trichobezoars but can have complications. Upper airway obstruction may occur during removal of bezoar. This complication may be life threatening. We report the case of a 17-year-old girl who presented with severe anaemia and hypoproteinaemia. During diagnostic upper GI endoscopy, a large piece of hairball compressed the upper airway, leading to cyanosis, respiratory arrest and cardiovascular collapse. The patient was immediately intubated and transferred to the operation room for emergency esophagoscopy. In the operation room, after haemodynamic stabilization the otolaryngologist removed the large piece by esophagoscope. Then the patient was transferred to ICU ward with spontaneous ventilation. The day after, she became stable and conscious.
