Penanganan bayi yang mengalami kondisi berat badan lahir (BBLR) perlu berbagai upaya dalam mempercepat pemulihan status gizi anak. Salah satu upaya tersebut adalah dengan memberikan edukasi gizi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku ibu bayi dalam penanganan bayi BBLR. Booklet merupakan media yang sangat efektif dalam mendukung edukasi pada ibu. Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku ibu tentang penanganan bayi BBLR menggunakan media booklet. Metode penelitian kuantitatif in berdesain Quasi Experimental with Explanatory. Subjek yaitu 27 ibu yang mempunyai bayi BBLR. Lokasi penelitian yaitu Ruang NICU RSUDZA Banda Aceh, dengan waktu penelitian mulai Juni – September tahun 2019. Pengumpulan data primer yaitu pengetahuan dan sikap serta perilaku melalui wawancara langsung dan observasi menggunakan kuesioner, data sekunder menggunakan studi dokumentasi. Pengolahan dilakukan mulai editing, koding, tabulating dan cleaning data. Analisis data menggunakan software statistik Dependent T-Test dengan CI:95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, terdapat peningkatan signfikan terhadap perubahan perilaku ibu seperti pengetahuan (p= 0.000), sikap (p= 0.000), dan tindakan (p= 0.000) dalam penanganan bayi BBLR setelah mendapatkan edukasi gizi menggunakan media booklet pada Ruang NICU RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Kesimpulan, edukasi gizi menggunakan media booklet memiliki pengaruh dalam meningkatkan perilaku ibu dalam penanganan bayi BBLR pada Ruang NICU RSUDZA Banda Aceh.

Sticks refer to snacks or cakes made of wheat flour, tapioca or sago flour, fat, eggs, and water. Sticks have a long flat shape processed with fried techniques, a savory taste, and a crisp texture. Sticks are made of raw materials and additional ingredients. The raw material is flour and is sometimes substituted by pumpkin flour. Pumpkin stick is alternative food to increase the production of pumpkin flour. This study aimed to determine the effects of using 10%, 20%, and 30% pumpkin flour on organoleptic properties (colors, smells, tastes, and textures) of sticks. This study employed an experimental design with a non-factorial completely randomized design (RAL) with three treatments and three repetitions. Moreover, 15 untrained panelists from Dayah Panjoe Village, Kuta Blang District, Bireuen Regency were involved to test the treatments. This study found that the highest nutritional value of the stick color was 3.64 (moderately liked by the panelists). The highest value of stick smell was 3.62 (moderately liked by the panelists). Meanwhile, the highest value of stick taste was 4.13 (liked by the panelists). Finally, the highest value of stick texture was 3.40 (moderately liked by the panelists). This research concluded that the substitution of 10%, 20%, and 30% pumpkin flour significantly affected organoleptic properties, such as color, smell, taste, and texture. This research suggests that further research measures the temperature of the frying pan and preferably greases the pumpkin flour with mashing.

The incidence of stunting in infants illustrates the problems felt in each country in 2017 of 22.2% (World Health Organization, 2018), the prevalence of stunting infants in Indonesia in 2017, the prevalence of stunting has differed to 29.6% (Ministry of Health RI, 2018), Lampung is located in the 10th place as a province with a very large type of stunting (40%) and Central Lampung district. Lampung is currently getting information on stunting babies which were found to be 40 babies (16.2%). The purpose of this study was to identify the Determinants of Developmental Failure (Edit) in Children in Tanjung Rejo Village, Central Lampung Regency in 2021. This type of quantitative research with a Case-control approach, The size of the illustration can be determined by the Lemeshow formula so that the sample size is 40 toddlers for the case group and 40 toddlers for the control group. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The bivariate analysis uses the Chi-Square test. and Multivariate Analysis with Logistic Regression Test. The results of the research obtained a p-value of 0.000 which means that there is an effect of birth length with Stunting Events. p-value 0.210 with OR OR 444 (95% CI0, 122-1.617) if birth weight is present with Stunting Events, p-value 0, 000. There is an effect of exclusive breastfeeding with Stunting Events. p-value 0.000, there is an effect of Breastfeeding up to 2 years with Stunting Events, p-value 0.001, there is an effect of Immunization Status with Stunting Events, p-value 0.001, there is an influence between birth spacing and Stunting Events, p-value 0.001, there is an effect of the number of children with stunting events, p-value 0.000, there is an influence of economic status with stunting events and the aspect with a very large risk of stunting is economic (95% CI 0.852-70. 346), it should be attention in terms of economic access and meeting the needs that are moderate or less for families with babies which will affect the quality of food consumption for family members. Abstrak: Kejadian stunting pada balita merupakan masalah yang dialami hampir di setiap negara Tahun 2017 sebesar 22,2% (World Health Organization, 2018), Prevalensi balita stunting di Indonesia tahun 2017, prevalensi stunting telah mengalami penurunan menjadi 29,6% (Kemenkes RI, 2018), Lampung berada pada urutan ke-10 sebagai provinsi dengan kategori stunting sangat tinggi (40%) dan kabupaten Lampung Tengah Berdasarkan hasil survei pendahuluan yang penulis lakukan di Desa Tanjung Rejo Kab.Lampung tengah diperoleh data balita stunting berjumlah 40 balita (16,2%),Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Determinan Gagal Tumbuh (Sunting) Pada Anak di Desa Tanjung Rejo Kabupaten Lampung Tengah Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Case control, Besarnya sampel dapat ditentukan dengan rumus Lemeshow, maka jumlah sampelnya 40 Balita untuk kelompok kasus dan 40 balita untuk kelompok Teknik sampling secara simpel random sampling, Analisa Bivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square. dan Analisis Multivariat dengan Uji Regeresi Logistik, Hasil penelitian dikeperoleh hasil p-value 0,000 berarti ada pengaruh Panjang badan lahir dengan Kejadian Stunting.p -value 0,210 dengan OR 0,444 (95% CI 0,122-1.617) bahwa bahwa berat badan lahir ada hubungan dengan Kejadian Stunting, p-value 0,000 ada pengaruh Pemberian Asi Eksklusif dengan Kejadian Stunting. p-value 0,000 ada pengaruh Pemberian Asi sampai 2 tahun dengan Kejadian Stunting, p-value 0,001 ada pengaruh Status Imunisasi dengan Kejadian Stunting, p-value 0,001 ada pengaruh antara jarak kelahiran dengan Kejadian Stunting, p-value 0,001 ada pengaruh jumlah anak dengan Kejadian Stunting, p-value 0,000 ada pengaruh status ekonomi dengan Kejadian Stunting dan Faktor dengan besar risiko paling besar terhadap kejadian stunting adalah Ekonomi (95% CI 0.852-70.346), Sebaiknya menjadi perhatian dari segi akses ekonomi dan pemenuhan kebutuhan yang cukup maupun kurang bagi keluarga yang memiliki balita yang nantinya akan berpengaruh terhadap meningkatknya kualitas konsumsi pangan anggota keluarga.

This study aims to analyze the effect of red chili price and production in the supplier area on its prices in DKI Jakarta using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The data used in this study are red chili price and average expenditure per month per capita in DKI Jakarta and red chili price and production in East Java, West Java, and Banten in the period January 2012 to July 2018. The model obtained was VECM (1) the price of red chili in DKI Jakarta. It showed that there was a long-term relationship (cointegration) on the first difference. The results the Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD) analysis showed that the contributions of the red chili price in DKI Jakarta and West Java, average monthly expense for red chili in DKI Jakarta, red chili production (West Java and Banten) are significant in explaining the behaviour of the red chili price change in DKI Jakarta. The results of the Impulse Response Function (IRF) analysis showed that the shock of the price of chili in DKI Jakarta and West Java in the previous month will increase the price of red chili in DKI Jakarta in the following month. Conversely, the shock of the average monthly expenditure of red chili in DKI Jakarta and red chili production (West Java and Banten) from the previous month will reduce the price of red chili in DKI Jakarta in the following month.

Agar pelaksanaan kegiatan Rancangan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Ombak (PLTO-Nagalistrik) dapat efektif bekerja serta menghasilkan energi listrik sesuai dengan desain (target yang ingin dicapai) maka diperlukan analisa prediksi gelombang jangka waktu panjang menurut rencana daerah yang dipakai sebagai kandidat penempatan PLTO-Nagalistrik . Analisa gelombang jangka waktu panjang tujuannya adalah untuk memprediksi dan merekonstruksi satu per tiga tinggi gelombang rata-rata tertinggi yang akan terjadi dalam jangka 1 tahun, 5 tahun, 10 tahun mendatang. . Sehubungan dengan kestabilan dan pengendalian dari pesawat WISE L8, maka perlu didefinisikan bahwa wahana terbang tersebut sudah memenuhi beberapa persyaratan prestasi terbang agar dapat kontiniu take off dari permukaan air. Pada paper ini diperlihatkan hasil perhitungan dengan penggunaan program Matlab terhadap keseimbangan gaya gaya dan momen momen hidrodinamika dan aerodinamika yang bekerja pada tata acuan koordinat sumbu benda Xb Zb di fase hydro planing dan mengudara. Besarnya gaya propulsi yang seimbang sangat menentukan agar wahana terbang dalam kondisi stabil, sehingga hidung tidak mendongak ke atas saat lift off dari permukaan air. Hal ini merupakan salah satu kriteria terbang yang dibutuhkan agar Pesawat WISE L8 selalu berada pada ketinggian terbang stasioner surface effect. Pada paper ini, ditampilkan kurva beberapa parameter sebagai fungsi waktu, di mana pemodelan matematika diambil alih oleh teknik Pilot dan diperlihatkan sebagai kurva diskontiniu. Data parameter hidrodinamika dan aerodinamika diperlukan untuk membuat lintasan terbang pesawat WISE L8 berdasarkan referensi.

Penyusunan menu keluarga yang beragam, bergizi, seimbang dan aman (B2SA) diarahkan pada pemanfaatan pangan lokal dan hasil pekarangan. Edukasi gizi berupa pelatihan penyusunan menu sesuai prinsip gizi seimbang pada ibu sangat diperlukan mengingat ibu merupakan ujung tombak perbaikan gizi keluarga. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan penyusunan menu B2SA dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2018 dengan kelompok sasaran adalah ibu-ibu di Desa Bung Sidom Kecamatan Blang Bintang Kabupaten Aceh Besar sebanyak 20 orang ibu. Evaluasi kegiatan menggunakan kuisioner post test menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar ibu mempunyai pengetahuan baik (85%) tentang penyusunan menu B2SA berbasis pangan lokal, dan pengetahuan ibu tentang penyusunan menu B2SA berbasis pangan lokal meningkat sebesar 10% setelah pelatihan

The surface effect flight adaptive flight control system design has been analyzed by root locus method and gain scheduling on Tune PID controller in the low speed, V and surface effect altitude, h. The several parameters in the Single Input Single Output (SISO) system that has been analyzed and gave the good level stability. The verification of the adaptive flight control system on this paper has been done during cruise phase by using back propagation computational technique on the neural networks by using the elevator deflection, δe as input control and pitch angle, θ as output response in the longitudinal mode of WISE L8. The pitch angle, θ as output response is easier than others parameter due to the hardware instrument sensory as feedback on the closed loop of adaptive control system as Pitch Attitude Hold. Rancangan sistem kendali terbang adaptif efek permukaan telah diananlisis sebelumnya dengan menggunakan metoda root locus dan gain scheduling pada kontroler Tune PID pada ketinggian, h dan kecepatan, V di surface effect. Beberapa parameter pada sistem Single Input Single Output (SISO) telah dianalisis dan memberikan respons stabilitas dengan berbagai tingkatan kestabilan yang lebih baik. Verifikasi sistem kendali terbang adaptif yang dilakukan pada tulisan ini menggunakan metoda neural networks dengan komputasional back propagation terhadap parameter defleksi elevator, δe sebagai input dan defleksi sudut pitch, θ sebagai respons output pada gerak matra longitudinal pesawat WISE L8. Hal ini disebabkan, parameter sudut pitch, θ sebagai respons output yang mudah dalam hal pemasangan peralatan instrumentasi, sebagai sensor yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem umpan balik kendali terbang adaptif sebagai Pitch Attitude Hold.

Penggunaan sabun sangat efektif membunuh virus covid-19 dibandingkan dengan penggunaan hand sanitizer, hal ini dikarenakan virus merupakan partikel nano dengan bagian terlemah berupa lemak yang disebut lipid bilayer, sehingga sabun mampu melarutkan membran lemak virus dan menghancurkan virus. Salah satu bahan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membuat sabun adalah minyak jelantah, namun masyarakat desa Tunas Muda belum mengetahui hal tersebut sehingga minyak jelantah menjadi limbah lingkungan. Pelatihan pembuatan sabun dari minyak jelantah ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat agar dapat memanfaatkan minyak jelantah menjadi produk yang bermanfaat dan menjadi salah satu upaya mencegah penularan virus covid-19 dengan rajin mencuci tangan menggunakan sabun.

Recently, the interest in renewable ocean energy has been growing rapidly among the ocean researchers in Indonesia. In this paper, the pattern of tidal current in Madura Strait was analyzed and it is used as First we present the general information of the structure of Suramadu Bridge and explain the purpose of installing tidal current turbine between its piers. Second, we develop the numerical model of Madura Strait. The bottom topography of Madura Strait is digitized from bathymetry map produced by Indonesian Navy. A nested hydrodynamic model has been developed to refine the specific area of interest around the piles of the Suramadu Bridge. MIKE-21 program is then employed to simulate the tidal current that passes between the piles of the bridge. Next, we validate the model by conducting the field measurement of the speed of tidal current between pile no. 56 and pile no. 57. We deployed ADCP and measured the current speed for 15 days. The obtained data is then compared with the numerical model. The results show that the simulated currents has similar pattern with the measured data. We also discuss the characteristics of the simulated tidal current comparing with the ADCP results. Finally we estimate the possible produced power produced from the kinetic energy of the predicted tidal current of hydrodynamic.

The measurement of unknown model to get the three dimensions of object configuration is by using the laser camera photo tracking. The three dimensions model became from solid drawing on the CATIA software. The CFX ANSYS computational fluid dynamics software is used on the 3D of Flying Boat remote control model full configuration. The rectangular and dihedral configurations of the model have Z forces value during acceleration on the water surface. The pressure distributions hydro planing have a good result also. The speeds on the simulation model are around (0 - 25) knots and Angle of Attack, α = 00. The downwash effect and vortex could be shown in the CFD results. To verify the simulation data analysis is uses the takeoff flight performance testing data during takeoff of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle “Alap alap” with the same Thrust per Weight ratio around 0.4, such as altitude height, airspeed, Z acceleration and pitch angle data. The hump drag of Flying Boat remote control model and the friction during takeoff of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle have been ignored.

Vertical-axis hydrokinetic turbines with fixed pitch blades typically suffer from poor starting torque, low efficiency and shaking due to large fluctuations in both radial and tangential force with azimuth angle. Maximizing the turbine power output can be achieved only if the mechanism of generation of the hydrodynamic force on the blades is clearly identified and tools to design high-performance rotors are developed. This paper describes an initial experimental investigation to understand more of the performance on vertical-axis turbine related to the effect of fixed-pitch and passive variable-pitch application using airfoil NACA 0018. Comparative analysis according to aspects of rotation and tip speed ratios was discussed. Information regarding the changes of foil position in passive variable-pitch during rotation at a limited range of flow velocity variations test was obtained and analyzed.
