Today, the level of technology compliance with logistics activities has become animportant parameter that affects competition for businesses. Transport vehicles and vehicleswhose growth momentum has increased since the beginning of the new millennium show thatthis is a period on the verge of revolutionary developments in terms of both transportation andinternational trade. One of the important building blocks of this development has been airtransportation. Again, unmanned aerial vehicles technologies constitute one of the mostimportant aspects of air transportation in recent years. In this context, the interest in UAV (Drones) has beenincreasing due to low cost and technological development.More importantly, the use of UAVs in professional logistics activities has been rising in theR&D planning of many national and international organizations. A total of 301 questionnaireswere obtained in the study. 301 UAV0-UHA1 pilots who were trained which are traininginstitutions approved by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation, participated in the study.Participants who used a UAV. In this study, it has been determined that the use of UnmannedAerial Vehicles in the Logistics sector causes a difference in the professional perceptions ofdrone pilots. According to the participants' UAV pilot license, it was observed that theperceptions of the pilots with UAV0 license regarding the perceived benefit dimension ofunmanned aerial vehicles were higher than that of UAV1. Research results show us that the agegroups, especially the 26-45 age group, are the ones who use this technology the most.Especially the young age group's interest in drone technology will create a good ground for thedevelopment of technology in our country in the coming years. UAVs show that they will bemore accepted in the logistics sector in the future with the development of infrastructure andlegal processes, Günümüzde lojistik faaliyetlerin teknolojiye uyum düzeyi işletmeler için rekabete tesireden önemli bir parametre haline gelmiştir. Yeni milenyumun başından itibaren gelişme ivmesiartan taşıma araç ve vasıtaları hem taşımacılık hem de uluslararası ticaret açısından adetadevrim niteliğinde gelişmelerin eşiğinde olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu gelişimin önemli yapıtaşlarından birisi hava taşımacılığı olmuştur. Yine son yıllarda hava taşımacılığının gelişmealanı en fazla olan boyutlarından birini de insansız hava araçları teknolojileri oluşturmaktadır.Bu bağlamda İHA’lar (Drone’lar) sektörel bazda kullanımı düşükmaliyet ve teknolojik gelişme nedeniyle her geçen gün daha da yaygınlaşmaktadır, bundan dahaönemlisi İHA’ların profesyonel lojistik faaliyetlerde kullanımı birçok ulusal ve uluslararasıorganizasyonun Ar-Ge planlamalarında daha fazla yer almaktadır. Çalışmada; bir taşımacılıkmodu olarak hava taşımacılığı içerisinde İHA’ların lojistik sektöründe kullanılabilirliğidemografik değişkenlere göre farklılık gösterip gösterilmediği profesyonel algılamalarıbağlamında değerlendirilmiştir. Demografik değişkenlerden cinsiyet, yaş, İHA pilot lisansı,İHA pilot süresi, İHA kullanım alanı çalışmada ele alınmıştır. Sivil Havacılık Genel Müdürlüğütarafından yetkili eğitim kurumları bünyesinde eğitim almış 301 İHA0-İHA1 pilotu çalışmayakatılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda İnsansız Hava Araçları’nın Lojistik sektöründe kullanılmasıDrone pilotlarının profesyonel algılamalarında demografik değişkenlerin bir farklılığa nedenolduğu tespit edilmiştir. Katılımcıların İHA pilot lisansına göre insansız hava araçlarınınalgılanan fayda boyutuna yönelik İHA0 lisansa sahip pilotların algıları, İHA1’e göre dahayüksek olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Yaş gruplarında özellikle 26-45 yaş aralığı bu teknolojiyi ençok kullananlar olduğunu araştırma sonuçları bize vermektedir. Özellikle genç yaş grubununDrone teknolojisine olan ilgisi ilerleyen yıllarda teknolojinin ülkemizde gelişmesinde iyi birzemin oluşturacaktır. İHA’lar, alt yapı ve hukuki süreçlerin geliştirilmesiyle gelecekte lojistiksektöründe daha kabul göreceğini göstermektedir.

Günümüzün giderek artan rekabet ortamında lojistik ve bu alandaki faaliyetler en önemli ekonomik faaliyetler içerisinde yer almaktadır. Lojistik merkezler, bu faaliyetleri geliştirmek için gereken ekipmanlar sağlamakta ve orada kurulu işletmeler için ortak hizmetler sunmaktadır. Lojistik faaliyetlerin etkili ve verimli olarak yürütülmesini sağlayan bu merkezler, tedarikçi ve üreticilerin küresel pazarlara girmelerini kolaylaştırmaktadır. Lojistik hizmetler, ticaretin küreselleşmesini sağlayarak ülkelere uluslararası pazarlarda rekabet gücü kazandırmaktadır. Lojistik faaliyetlerin verimli bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmesi uluslararası ticaret için kilit unsurlardan bir tanesidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Avrupa Birliği (AB) ülkelerinde bulunan lojistik merkezlerin ihracat üzerindeki etkisini 2018 yılı verileri kullanılarak yatay kesit veri analizi yöntemi ile tespit etmektir. Analiz bulguları, AB ülkeleri için lojistik merkezler ile ihracat arasında pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğunu göstermektedir., In today's increasingly competitive environment, logistics and activities in this area are among the most important economic activities. Logistics centers provide the equipment needed to improve these activities and provide common services for the businesses established there. These centers, which enable logistics activities to be carried out effectively and efficiently, make it easier for suppliers and manufacturers to enter the global markets. Logistics services provide the globalization of trade and give countries competitive power in international markets. Efficient logistic activities are one of the key elements for international trade. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of logistics centers in European Union (EU) countries on export by using 2018 data by using horizontal section data analysis method. The findings of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant relationship between logistic centers and exports for EU countries.

Çalışmanın amacı, üçüncü parti lojistik (3PL) ve dördüncü parti lojistik (4PL) firmalarının genel kapsamda incelenerek, bu alanda 2001-2018 yıllarında Web of Science veri tabanında yayınlanan 3695 adet çalışmayı bibliyometrik açıdan incelemektir. Veriler Web of Science Core Collection veri tabanında 10 adet konu başlığında gerçekleştirilen tarama ile seçilmiş ve bu verilere sosyal ağ analizi uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı bilimsel verilerin görsel olarak analiz edilmesidir. Analiz sonucuna göre; atıf sayılarında 2008 yılından sonra önemli bir sıçrama yaşanmış olup, 2013 yılından sonra ise atıf sayılarında düşüş olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışmalarda en çok atıfta bulunulan dergi International Journal of Production Economics dergisi olup, işletme ekonomisi en çok yayın yapılan bölümdür. Çin en fazla yayın yapılan ve en çok atıf patlaması alan ülkeler arasında yer almaktadır. İşbirliği yapılan kurumlara bakıldığında İlk 5 enstitünün 4’ü Çin, 1’i ABD’da yer almaktadır. Bunun yanında, en çok işbirliği yapılan enstitü Washington Üniversitesi’dir., The aim of this study is to examine the general purpose of the third party logistic (3PL) and fourth party logistic (4PL) firms, and to examine the 3695 studies published in the Web of Science database between 2001 and 2018 in terms of bibliometry. The data were selected by searching on 10 topics in Web of Science Core Collection database and social network analysis was applied to these data. The aim of this study is to analyze the scientific data visually. According to the results of the analysis; there has been a significant increase in the number of citations after 2008, and there has been a decrease in the number of citations after 2013. The most cited journal is the International Journal of Production Economics and business economy is the most number of publications. China is one of the most cited and most published countries. According to the analysis of cooperated institutions, the first 4 institutes are in China and 1 institute is in USA. In addition, the most collaborative institute is the University of Washington.

2019 yılında Çin'in Wuhan kentinde başlayan Covid-19 salgını, kısa sürede birçok ülkeye yayılarak küresel bir sağlık krizine dönüşmüştür. Salgının uluslararası ticaret üzerindeki etkileri göz önüne alındığında, birçok ülke gümrük işlemlerine yönelik önlemler almış ve bu önlemler ticarette tedarik zinciri akışında küresel değişimlere neden olmuştur. Ticaretle ilişkili pandemi önlemlerinin yol açtığı tedarik zinciri aksaklıkları, ekonomik büyümenin azalmasına, ticaretin yavaşlamasına ve finans piyasalarının zayıflamasına neden olmuştur. Türkiye de gümrük önlemleri alan ülkeler arasında yer almıştır. Bu çalışmada, ticaretle ilişkili pandemi önlemlerinin Türkiye'nin ihracat performansını nasıl etkilediğinin anlaşılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda, gümrüklerde sıkı pandemi önlemlerinin uygulanması sırasında Türkiye'nin ihracatının etkilenip etkilenmediği incelenmiştir. Considering the effects of the pandemic on international trade, many countries have taken measures of customs transactions, and these measures caused global changes in the supply chain flow in trade. The supply chain disruptions that led by trade-related pandemic measurements has caused to decrease in economic growth, the slowdown in trade, and weakening of financial markets. Turkey was among the countries that took customs measurements. In this study, it is aimed to understand how Turkey's export performance is affected by the trade-related pandemic measures. In this context, it was examined whether Turkey's exports were affected during the strict implementation of pandemic measures at customs. Afterwards, it was evaluated whether a "new normal" has emerged in exports after the pandemic measures taken at customs decreased with the normalization throughout the country.

Çalışmanın ilerlemesi için araştırmada kullanılan veriler, Web of Science (WOS), Scopus ve EBSCO veri tabanlarından toplanmıştır. Toplanan verilerle elde edilen bilgiler hava lojistiği yazınındaki eksikleri araştırmacılara göstermesi açısından önemlidir. Bibliyometrik analiz çalışmasıyla hem literatür ölçülmüş hem de ortaya çıkan yeni konuların, kavramların yorumlanmasına yer verilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgularda hava lojistiği ile ilgili en az çalışma yapılmış alanlar; hava lojistik kümelenmesi, hava lojistiğinde küresel park, hava lojistiği entegrasyonu, hava kargosu için alternatif meydan seçimi, hava kargosu üzerine elektronik düzenlemeler ve diğerleridir. Bu alanda çalışma yapacak araştırmacılara yol göstermesi açısından yapılan bu bibliyometrik analiz faydalı olacaktır., Air logistics has a significant place in logistic activities as it enables a rapid, punctual, safe and cost effective flow for goods, information and services. This study aims is to analyze papers on air logistics through bibliometrics and provide information about the literature to researchers. In this scope, studies on air logistics are descriptively analyzed and presented with the bibliometric analysis method. Data used in the study is collected through databases such as Web of Science, Scopus and EBSCO to make sure that the study proceeds. Information gathered through data obtained from studies is important because it shows the shortcomings in air logistics literature for researchers. The relevant literature was assessed and new topics and concepts were interpreted by bibliometrics. Findings indicate that the least studied fields in air logistics are; air logistics clustering, global parking in air logistics, air logistics integration, alternative area selection for air cargo, electronical arrangement on air cargo, and others. The bibliometric analysis will be beneficial for the researchers considering working in this field in terms of guiding their studies.

Natural disasters and man-made disasters in the world cause damage to many regions and loss of life and property. Reducing the damages caused by these disasters is possible by managing the pre-disaster and post-disaster processes well. Therefore; interest in disaster and humanitarian logistics has increased particularly in recent years. The aim of this study is to conduct bibliometric analysis of 854 articles conducted in the field of disaster and humanitarian relief logistics from the Web of Science (WOS) and Scopus database between 2004-2019 years and to determine the future directions of research in this field. Data of the study were collected in May 2019. With this study, it has been determined in which years the studies related to the disaster and humanitarian relief logistics, which is a field of more interest in recent years, has been increasing and revealed the general profiles of the leading countries, institutions, journals and authors in this field. The data obtained from the analyses are explained by the support of tables and figures. According to the results of the analyses, it is observed that there is more interest in disaster logistics especially after 2015, and the journal which most studies refer to is the European Journal of Operational Research. It is also concluded that the most active department in this field is the business department, the country with the highest number of publications and citation burst is the US and the country where the most work is done in recent years is the Netherlands., Dünyada yaşanan doğal afetler ve insan kaynaklı felaketler pek çok bölgeye zarar vermekte, can ve mal kaybına neden olarak büyük zararlara yol açmaktadır. Bu afetlerin ve felaketlerin verdiği zararların azaltılabilmesi afet öncesi ve afet sonrasındaki sürecin iyi bir şekilde yönetilebilmesiyle mümkündür. Bu nedenle; özellikle son yıllarda afet ve insani yardım lojistiğine olan ilgi artmıştır. Bu çalışmada amaç; 2004-2019 yılları arasında Web of Science (WOS) ve Scopus veri tabanından alınan afet ve insani yardım lojistiği alanında yapılan 854 makaleyi bibliyometrik analiz yöntemiyle incelemek ve afet ve insani yardım lojistiği alanındaki araştırmaların hangi yönde ilerlediğini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmanın verileri 2019 yılı Mayıs ayında toplanmıştır. Yapılan çalışma ile son yıllarda daha fazla ilgi duyulan bir alan olan afet ve insani yardım lojistiğiyle ilgili çalışmaların hangi yıllarda artış gösterdiğini belirlenmiş, bu alanda önde gelen ülke, kurum, dergi ve yazarların genel profilleri ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda elde edilen veriler; tablolar ve şekiller ile desteklenerek açıklanmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre; özellikle 2015’den sonra afet lojistiği konusuna daha fazla ilgi duyulduğu, yapılan çalışmaların en çok atıfta bulunduğu derginin European Journal of Operational Research dergisi olduğu, bu alanda en çok çalışan bölümün işletme bölümü, en fazla yayın yapan ve atıf patlamasının yaşandığı ülkenin ABD, son yıllarda en çok çalışmanın yapıldığı ülkenin ise Hollanda olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, X ve Y kuşağı özelinde hizmet kalitesi ile algılanan değer arasındaki ilişkide kuşağın moderatör etkisini incelemektir. Bu çalışma ile havayolu firması yöneticileri için hizmet kalitesine ilişkin potansiyel kuşak etkisini anlamanın ve kuşaklara göre etkin pazarlama stratejileri geliştirmenin önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir. Çalışma, nicel yöntem kullanılarak tasarlanmıştır. Araştırma verileri, 2018 yılında Antalya Havalimanı’nda anket tekniği kullanılarak elde edilmiş ve toplam 909 katılımcıya ulaşılmıştır. Çalışmada; güvenilirlik ve geçerlilik analizi, korelasyon analizi ve hiyerarşik regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak; fiziksel görünüm ile algılanan değer, güvenilirlik ile algılanan değer, yanıt verebilirlik ile algılanan değer ve güvence ile algılanan değer arasındaki ilişkilerde kuşağın moderatör bir etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Dünya çapında nüfusun büyük bir çoğunluğu şehirlerde yaşadığından dolayı insanların yaşam kalitelerinin arttırılmasında, kent ekonomilerinin kalkınmasında ve küresel tedarik zincirlerinin etkinliğinde şehir lojistiğinin önemli bir etkisi vardır. Özellikle yük taşımacılığındaki değişimler ve e-ticaretin yaygınlaşması ile birlikte şehir lojistiğinin etkinliği daha da önemli bir olgu haline gelmiştir. Söz konusu gelişmelerin önemli bir sonucu olarak şehirlerde insan yaşamını olumsuz etkileyecek düzeyde hava kirliliği artmakta, trafik sıkışıklıkları ve kazaları meydana gelmekte, yerel yönetimlerin şehir lojistiğine ilişkin stratejileri sekteye uğramakta ve çevresel kaygılar yaşanmaktadır. Bu durum ve yaşanan buna benzer sorunlar, politikacıların ve şehir lojistiğine ilgi duyan araştırmacıların dikkatini çekmiştir. Özellikle son on yılda şehir lojistiğine yönelik araştırmaların sayısı önemli ölçüde artmıştır. Bu nedenle bu çalışmada; 1970-2019 yılları arasında şehir lojistiği alanında yapılan araştırmaları bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi yardımıyla incelemek ve akademik yazında şehir lojistiğine ilişkin araştırmaların hangi doğrultuda ilerlediğini ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Web of Science veritabanında şehir lojistiği kavramı kullanılarak tarama yapılmış ve toplamda 680 yayına ulaşılmıştır. Yayınlar, bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak; en fazla kullanılan iki anahtar kelimenin sırasıyla “şehir lojistiği” ve “kentsel yük taşımacılığı” olduğu, en fazla ortak yazarlığı olan, en fazla yayın yapan ve en fazla atıf alan araştırmacının E. Taniguchi olduğu, en fazla yayın yapan ve en fazla atıf alan ülkenin İtalya olduğu ve en fazla yayının 2016 yılında yapıldığı tespit edilmiştir., Since the vast majority of the world's population lives in cities, city logistics has a significant impact on improving people's quality of life, on the development of urban economies, and on the effectiveness of global supply chains. Especially with the changes in freight transportation and the spread of e-commerce, the effectiveness of city logistics has become an even more important phenomenon. As a consequence of these developments, air pollution is increasing in cities at a level that affects people's lives negatively, traffic jams and accidents are occurring, the strategies of local governments regarding city logistics are interrupted and environmental concerns are experienced. This situation and similar problems have attracted the attention of politicians and researchers interested in urban logistics. Especially in the last decade, the number of studies on urban logistics has increased significantly. For this reason, in this study, it is aimed to examine the researches conducted in the field of city logistics between 1970 and 2019 with the help of bibliometric analysis method and to show the direction of the researches about city logistics in academic literature. For this purpose, the Web of Science database was searched using the topic of city logistics and a total of 680 publications were reached. The publications were examined by bibliometric analysis method. As a result, it was found that the two most commonly used keywords were “city logistics” and “urban freight transport” respectively; E. Taniguchi is the author with the most coauthorship, the highest number of publications and the most cited researchers; Italy was the country with the highest number of publications and the highest number of citations, and that the highest number of publications was made in 2016.

The primary aim of this research is to examine the moderator effect of generation on the relationship between service quality and perceived value specific to Gen X and Gen Y. With this study, it is considered that it is important to understand the potential generation effect on service quality for airline company managers and to develop effective marketing strategies according to generations. The study was designed using a quantitative method. The research data were obtained by using the survey technique at Antalya Airport in 2018 and a total of 909 participants were reached. Reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were performed in the study. Today, one of the most disputable topics of the business world is burnout. Burnout is mostly mentioned when it comes to stress, but it has more serious consequences than stress with regards to organizational structure. Students also experience burnout as much as the employees in the business life. Some of the students, who are employed in the business after their graduation from the university, both works in the business sector and continue their education as graduate or Phd students. This study aims to analyze the burnout levels of graduate students who study at Graduate Departments of Applied Sciences Faculties in Turkey. The study results showed that graduate students experienced a low level of burnout. In addition, it was found out that there were differences between the sub-dimensions of burnout based on students’ gender. However, no difference was found between the levels of burnout and whether graduate students work in a profession.

In today's world, which is referred to as a global village, the competition of national and International organizations is increasing and it has become an obligation for organizations of all scales to manufacture quality goods and to give quality service. Organizational culture is a guideline potential of the employees, managers and the behaviours and beliefs of the organization as a whole. It is evaluated that without the active participation and creative power of the employees within strategic public bodies such as the Armed Forces, institutionalization of quality efforts will not be possible. In this study, the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) Excellence Model and the Transformational Leadership Model, which is a postmodern leadership model, is synthesized and presented as the "EFQM Based Transformational Leadership Model" in order to increase employee performance and institutionalize quality culture in the Armed Forces. In this context, a theoretical analysis of EFQM Excellence Model and Transformational Leadership has been scoped out. In the following section, the EFQM Based Transformational Leadership Model which consists of the sixteen steps of Transformational Leadership and the expected results of the model in the creation of a quality organization for the efficiency and performance in the Armed Forces is proposed.

Logistic is one of the fastest developing subjects in higher education. The developments in this subject show that Logistic in on the way to become a discipline all by itself as a crucial area of both professional and technical education (associate degree) and undergraduate and postgraduate education. This research has been done on second grade students studying in logistics program of a public professional academy in education periods 2009-2010 and 2010-2011. In the research, opinions of the students regarding Logistics Management and Purchasing Management have been evaluated. Research findings show; that the concepts of Logistics and Purchasing in perception level are problematic even for second grade, that the students find it difficult to understand the terminology used in subjects regarding international processes and legal statutes especially in lessons, that the instructors teaching these lessons are not at a sufficient level of logistics education and preparedness.
