Bu çalışmada, mısır silajının, inokulant ve organik asit ilave edilerek yeniden silolanmasının silaj kalitesine etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlamıştır. Araştırma materyalini Nisan ayında biçilmiş 2. ürün mısır (DKC6777) oluşturmaktadır. Fermantasyon süresinin 150. gününde açılan mısır silajı 3 muamele grubuna ayrılmıştır. Muamele grupları; 1-Kontrol, 2- Lactobacillus buchneri (LB) 3- Organik Asit (OA)'tir. Katkı maddelerinin ilavesinden sonra silajlar 0, 6, 12 ve 24 saat süre ile oksijene maruz bırakılmıştır. Bu işlemden sonra yaklaşık 500 g numune plastik poşetlere konularak tekrar silolanmıştır. Her grup için beşer adet olmak üzere toplam 60 paket silaj, laboratuvar koşullarında 60 gün süreyle fermantasyona bırakılmıştır. Silajların tamamında silolamadan sonraki 60. günde kimyasal ve mikrobiyolojik analizler yapılmıştır. Silolama periyodunun sonunda silajlar 7 gün boyunca aerobik stabilite testine tabi tutulmuştur. Sonuç olarak, organik asit ilavesi yeniden silolanan mısır silajlarının pH, suda çözünebilir karbonhidrat, amonyak azotu, bütirik asit ve propiyonik asit değerlerini arttırmş, kuru madde ve kuru madde kayıplarını azaltmıştır. Ayrıca organik asit yüksek anti bakteriyel aktivite göstererek silajların 7 günlük aerobik dönem boyunca maya sayıları ile CO2 üretimlerini düşürmüş ve aerobik stabilitelerini geliştirmiştir. This study aimed to determine the effect of re-ensiling and the use of microbial inoculants andı organic acids on the quality of corn silage. The research material consisted of 2nd crop corn (DKC6777) opened in April. Corn silage opened on the 150th day of the fermentation period was divided into 3 treatment groups. Treatment groups;1-Control, 2- Lactobacillus buchneri (LB) 3- Organic Acid (OA). After the addition of additives, the silages were exposed to oxygen for 0, 6, 12 and 24 hours. After this process, approximately 500 g of samples were placed in plastic bags and re-ensilaged. A total of 60 packages, five for each group, were allowed to ferment for 60 days in laboratory conditions. All silages were sampled for chemical and microbiological analyses on day 60 after ensiling. At the end of the ensiling period, silages were subjected to an aerobic stability test for 7 days. As a result, organic acid added to the re-ensiling corn silage increased decreased the pH, water soluble carbohydrates values, ammonia nitrogen, butyric acid and propionic acid the silages, while decreasing the dry matter, dry matter losses. However, the silage preservative showed high antibacterial activity, decreased the yeast counts and CO2 production of the silages during the 7-day aerobic period and improved their aerobic stability.

The goal of this study is to analyze this technology’s content, history, working principles, challenges and limits, fields of application, as well as its implications on the life standards of people with disabilities. Son yıllarda hızla gelişmekte olan ağ bilimi uygulamaları ve bu ağlara bağlanabilen cihazların çeşit ve sayılarının artmasıyla giderek daha çok dikkat çeken “Nesnelerin İnterneti” konusu hayatımıza süratle girmekte. İnternete bağlanan cihazların kullanım sıklığının artması sebebi ile pek çok yeni iş fikrini de doğuran “Nesnelerin İnterneti” ayrıca hayatı kolaylaştıran çözümleri ve uygulamaları da bize sunmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı teknolojinin içeriği, tarihi, çalışma prensipleri, karşılaştığı engeller ve kullanım alanlarının yanı sıra engelli insanların yaşam standartları üzerine etkilerini incelemektir.
