Anterolateral uyluk flebinin bölünüp, şimerik paternde geniş doku defektlerinin rekonstrüksiyonu son yıllarda popülerlik kazanmıştır. Olgumuzda 55 yaşında kadın hasta alt ekstremitesinde mevcut geniş açık yara ile kliniğimize başvurdu. Düzgün sınırları olmayan açık yara için, defekte uygun Anterolateral uyluk flebi dizayn edilerek bölündü. İyileşme sürecinde hastada herhangi bir problem yaşanmadı. Çalışmanın amacı; 4 yıllık bir süre boyunca ayak bileği bölgesinde meydana gelmiş kompleks yaraların tedavi süreci ve komplikasyonları ile ilgili faktörlerin analizidir. Mevcut retrospektif çalışma, Ocak 2011- Ocak 2015 yılları arasında ayak bileği defektlerinin serbest fleplerle onarımı yapılmış 20 hastayı kapsamaktadır. Bütün vakalar demografik yapı, oluş mekanizması, yerleşim, eşlik eden yaralanmalar, flep seçimi, flep boyutu, alıcı vasküler yapılar, anostomoz sayısı, hastanede yatış süresi ve post operatif komplikasyonlar açısından analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmamızda ayak bileği defektleri için 20 hastaya toplam 22 serbest flep yapılmıştır. 6 hastada anterolateral uyluk flebi, 6 hastaya lateral kol flebi, 4 hastaya latissimus dorsi kas deri flebi, 3 hastada radial ön kol flebi ve 1 hastada yüzeyel femoral arter perforatör serbest flebi kullanılmıştır. Vakalarda başarı oranının %85 olduğu görülmüştür. Alt ekstremite rekonstrüksiyonunda birincil amaç fonksiyonun geri kazanılması ve korunmasıdır. Uygun tedavi planının yapılması hayatidir ve bu tip yaralanmalarda serbest flep ile rekonstrüksiyon en ideal tercihtir. Özellikle kemik, tendon ya da eklemi açıkta bırakan distal parmak doku defektlerinin rekonstrüksiyonu cerrahi açıdan zorlayıcıdır. Literatürde pulpa rekonstrüksiyonu için tanımlanmış birçok teknik bulunmaktadır. Ters akımlı digital arter flebi kozmetik kalitesin yüksek olması, post operatif olarak mobilizasyonun hemen sağlanabilmesi, minimal donor alan morbiditesi ve pulpanın duysal yastıksı yapısının sağlanabilmesi ile diğer tekniklerin bir adım önüne geçmektedir. Çalışmada Semmes-Weinstein testinde bütün hastalar için normal duyu oranı %81.8, 2 nokta ayrım testinde ise iyi ve orta dereceli skorların bütün hasta grubuna oranının %95.4 olduğu görüldü. Flebin parmak pulpasının benzersiz yapısını ideale yakın rekonstrüksiyonuna imkanını vermesi, duysal geri dönüşünün yüksek olması ve minimal donör alan morbiditesine sahip olması sebebiyle cerrahın geniş pulpa defektlerinde ilk tercihidir. Fibula flap and iliac flap have been maintained their popularity over the years, whereas radial forearm flap and scapular flap have become alternatives in case of complex defects where the soft tissue component is prominent.

Çalışmanın amacı; kliniğimizde Ocak 2014 – Ocak 2015 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilen 16 Anterolateral uyluk (ALT) flebi vakasının retrospektif olarak incelenmesidir. Çalışmamızda 4’ü kadın, 12’si erkek hasta olmak üzere toplam 16 hasta değerlendirildi. Mevcut defektlerin rekonstrüksiyonunda Anterolateral uyluk flebinin,13 olguda serbest stil, 3 olguda pediküllü olarak uygulanmış olduğu görüldü. Serbest stil anterolateral uyluk flebinin; baş-boyun bölgesi defektleri ve alt ekstremite doku defektleri rekonstrüksiyonu için kullanıldığı görüldü. Uyluk bölgesi, trokanterik bölge ve perine gibi yakın bölgelerde ise pediküllü flebin tercih edilmiş olduğu görüldü. Anterolateral uyluk flebi serbest ve pediküllü olarak yumuşak doku rekonstrüksiyonunda önemli bir seçenek haline gelmiştir. Minimal donör alan morbiditesi yaratarak büyük defektlerin rekonstrüksiyonuna olanak sağlamaktadır. Cronin ve Gerow`un silikon jel ile doldurulmuş silikon torbaları meme büyütme amaçlı kullanmasından beri silikon jel implantlar 50 yıl boyunca yaygınlaştı. İmplantların yerleştirilmesiyle beraber yıllar geçtikçe implant dayanıklılığının azaldığı ve rüptür ihtimalinin arttığı birçok çalışmada gösterilmiştir. Sunduğumuz olguda; 10 yıl önce meme büyütme operasyonu geçiren bir hasta bıçaklı saldırıya uğramıştır. Sağ meme implantı rüptüre olmuş ve sağ hemopnömotoraks gelişmiştir. Meme implantının varlığı darbenin şiddetini abzorbe ederek daha dramatik bir durumun gelişmesini önlemiştir. Numerous studies demonstrated that the strength and resistance of breast implant decrease in time. In our case report; a female patient who underwent breast augmentation 10 years ago was stabbed from her chest. Right breast implant were ruptured and a hemopnomotorax developed. Breast implant absorbed the force of the attack and prevented a more serious result.

Derinin selim tümörleri klinik pratikte sık gözlenen patolojilerdendir. Yüz bölgesi, selim tümörlerin yerleşimi açısından sık görülen bölgelerden birisidir. Derinin histolojik yapısını oluşturan farklı hücrelerden çok sayıda selim tümör oluşabilmektedir. Çalışmamızda 2012-2014 yılları arasında, polikliniğimize yüzde kitleye bağlı kozmetik rahatsızlık şikayetiyle başvuran 56 hastada, tarafımızca müdahale edilen toplam 65 kitle incelenmiştir. Çalışmamız sonucunda sadece kozmetik sıkıntı yarattığı düşünülen lezyonların %87’sinin malignite ya da zemininde malignite geliştirme potansiyeli olan kistler olduğu görüldü. Epidermal kistlerin yüzde yerleşen subkutan nodüller arasında en sık gözlemlenen patoloji olduğu saptandı. Alın bölgesi ise yerleşim yeri itibari ile en sık müdahale edilen bölgeydi. Sonuç olarak yüzde varlığı selim olarak kabul görmüş, sadece kozmetik rahatsızlık nedeniyle doktora başvuru sebebi olan rin %87`sinin malign dönüşüm ya da zemininden malignite gelişme ihtimali olduğu saptanmıştır. Cleft lip and palate is one of the most common congenital anomalies worldwidely with the rate of 1/700 per birth. Primary palatoplasty is the most important step in cleft palate treatment. In our study 106 primary palatoplasty cases were evaluated retrospectively. All cases were performed in our clinic between June 2009 and June 2014. The most common operated cleft palate type was unilateral complete cleft (%67). The most preferred cleft palate repair technique was Bardach`s 2 flap palatoplasty (%33. 9). In our study; it was calculated that the oronasal fistula rate after primary palatoplasty was %10,3. It was seen that the rate of palatal fistula after primary palatoplasty in our study was lower compared to similar publications in the literature., Yarık dudak ve damak, dünya genelinde her 700 doğumda 1`lik oranı ile en sık rastlanan doğumsal anomalilerdendir. Primer palatoplasti yarık damak tedavisinde en önemli basamaktır. Çalışmamızda Haziran 2009 – Haziran 2014 yılları arasında kliniğimizde gerçekleştirilen 106 primer palatoplasti cerrahisi ve sonuçları retrospektif olarak incelendi. En sık cerrahi yapılan yarık damak tipinin unilateral inkomplet tip (%67) olduğu görüldü. Yarık damak cerrahisinde bütün damak yarıkları genelinde en sık kullanılan tekniğin Bardach 2 flep palatoplasti (%33.9) olduğu görüldü. Çalışmamızda primer palatoplasti sonrası damak fistülü oranı %10.3 olarak hesaplandı. Çalışmamızda elde edilen primer palatoplasti sonrası damak fistülü insidansının benzer yayınlarla karşılaştırıldığında düşük olduğu görüldü.

Pressure sores are common conditions, particularly seen in bed-bound patients. There are various surgical methods described for pressure sore treatment. Superior gluteal artery perforator flap (SGAP) is one of these methods which has gained popularity in the recent years. The aim of our study is to share our SGAP flap experience and to analyze the outcomes of 9 SGAP flaps performed in our clinic. 6 male and 3 female patients were operated with a 2-15 months follow up time. Among 9 flaps performed in our clinic, a seroma formation was detected in one patient and was drained. One patient suffered from a healing problem in the donor site and in one patient a total flap failure was seen. We consider that SGAP flap is an useful option for sacral pressure sores due to its advantages and similar complication rates compared to other reconstruction options., Sakral bası yarası özellikle yatağa bağımlı hastalarda oluşan ve sık görülen bir durumdur. Bası yaralarının tedavisinde çeşitli cerrahi yöntem-ler tanımlanmıştır. Özellikle son yıllarda önem kazanmış superior gluteal arter perforatör flebi (SGAP) bu yöntemlerden birisidir. Çalışma-mızın amacı; kliniğimizde bası yarası onarımında kullandığımız superior gluteal arter perforatör (SGAP) flebi deneyimlerimizi paylaşmak ve uygulamış olduğumuz 9 flebin sonuçlarının incelenmesidir. 6 erkek, 3 kadın hasta ameliyat edilmiş ve 2-15 ay aralığında takip edilmiştir. Uygulamış olduğumuz 9 flebin birinde seroma gelişmiştir, bir flep verici alanında açılma olmuştur ve bir vakada tam flep kaybı meydana gelmiştir. Sakral bası yarası onarımında kullandığımız SGAP flebinin sahip olduğu avantajları ve diğer flep seçenekleriyle benzer kompli-kasyon oranlarına sahip olması nedeniyle bu bölgenin onarımında kullanılabilecek iyi bir seçenek olduğunu düşünmekteyiz.

Giriş: El parmaklarının stenozan tenosinoviti el cerrahları tarafından değerlendirilen en sık patolojilerden biridir. Steroid tedavisi öncelikli olmakla beraber steroid tedavisine dirençli ya da ciddi hastalığı olanlarda cerrahi ilk seçenek olarak akla gelir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışma 232 hastada 289 parmakta tetik parmak cerrahi serbestleştirilmesi sonrası sonuçları değerlendirmek amaçlı yapılmıştır. Kullanılan verilere tıbbi kayıtlardan ulaşılmıştır. Bulgular: En çok etkilenen parmaklar sırasıyla 1. parmak (166 ) %57, 3. parmak (54) %19, 4. parmak (34) %12, 2. parmak (20)%7, 5. parmak (15) %5 olarak görüldü. Hastaların 20 tanesinde tetik parmak cerrahisine eş zamanlı olarak karpal tünel sendromu için serbestleştirme cerrahisi de uygulanmıştır. Sonuçlar: Hastalarda yara yeri enfeksiyonu, sinir hasarı, yarada açılma, fleksör tendonda ok-yayı deformitesi, eklem hareket açıklığında kısıtlanma komplikasyonları değerlendirilmiştir. Hastaların hiçbirinde cerrahiye bağlı gelişen komplikasyon ve yineleyici tetiklenme olmamıştır. Açık teknikle tetik parmak cerrahisinin güvenli ve etkili bir metot olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Anahtar sözcükler: tetik, parmak, açık, cerrahi,sonuç, Introduction: Stenosing tenosynovitis of the fingers is one of the most evaluated pathology of the hand. Even though steroid treatment is the primary choice, in case of resistance to steriod treatment or in severe cases surgery comes to mind as a first choice. Material and Methods: The aim of this study is to evaluate the results of 289 trigger finger releases in 232 patients. The data were collected from patients` medical records. Results: The most common affected fingers were thumb (166) %57;, middle finger (54) %19; ring finger (34) %12; index finger (20) %7; and small finger (15) %5. In twenty of patients carpal tunnel releasing was performed simultaneously with trigger finger surgery. Conclusion: Surgery related complications such as wound infection, nerve damage, wound dehiscence, bow-stringing deformity and range of motion decrease on joints were evaluated. There were no surgery related complications or recurrence was seen. Open trigger release seems to be a safe and effective choice. Keywords: trigger, finger, open, surgery, results

Periferik sinir kesisi onarımından sonra ideal sinir iyileşmesini sağlamak her zaman mümkün olmamaktadır. Sinir iyileşme kalitesini arttırmak için farklı cerrahi teknikler, malzemeler, çeşitli farmakolojik kimyasal ajanlar kullanılmıştır. Fakat sinir onarımı için mükemmel olarak tanımlayabileceğimiz bir yöntem hala bulunmamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, sıçan siyatik sinir kesisi onarım hattı çevresine sarılan yağ greftinin sinir iyileşmesi üzerine etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlandı. Bunun için, 24 adet Sprague-Dawley cinsi sıçan seçildi ve eşit 2 gruba ayrıldı. 12 sıçanın sağ gluteal bölgesinden yapılan insizyona gluteal kaslar arasından siyatik sinir açığa çıkarıldı. Sinir tam kat kesildikten sonra primer sinir onarımı aynı seansta yapıldı. Bu grup normal sinir iyileşme modeli olarak belirlendi. Diğer 12 sıçanda aynı şekilde siyatik sinir kesisi ve onarımı yapıldıktan sonra sağ poplitea posteriorundan alınan yağ grefti sinir hattı çevresine sarıldı. Bütün denekler 3.haftada sakrifiye edilerek sinir segmentleri çıkarıldı ve histopatolojik incelemeye gönderildi.Sonuç olarak çalışmada; Yağ grefti kullanımının erken dönem sinir onarımında sinir iyileşmesi üzerine makrofaj ve lenfosit infiltrasyonunu arttırarak olumlu etki yaptığı gözlemlendi. Ideal neural healing is not always possible to establish after peripheral nerve repair. Various types of microsurgical tecniques, tools, pharmalogical and chemical agents were used to increase the quality of neural heliang process. However, there is still no technique available we consider as `perfect`. In this study; it was aimed to investigate the effect of fat graft, wrapped around sciatic nerve repair coaptation zone, on neural healing. To establish this; twenty four Sprague-Dawley rats were chosen and seperated into two groups equally. In the first twelve rats, skin insicion was made on right gluteal area, after blunt muscle dissection sciatic nerve was exposed. Full thickness nerve cut was performed and primary nerve repair was also performed in the same session. First group was adressed as normal neural healing model. In the other twelve rats, same processes were performed in order to expose sciatic nerve. After nerve repair, fat graft harvested from right posterior popliteal area was wrapped around nerve coaptation zone. All the rats were sacrificed 3 weeks post-operatively, nerve segments were removed and sent for histopathological evaluation.As a result of this study; It was observed that wrapping fat graft around nerve coaptation zone had a pozitive effect on neural healing by increasing macophage and lymphocite infiltration to the repair zone. 48

Since Cronin and Gerow began to use a silicone bag filled with silicone gel for breast augmentation, silicone gel breast implants have been widely used for over 50 years. There are several undesirable complications for this procedure. One of them is implant rupture. There are several studies focusing on implant rupture rates. The incidance is changing between %3.1-5.7. We present a case of a 30-year-old patient admitted to our department for bilateral breast augmentation procedure. During the placement of a 240 ml anatomic implant to the left breast, the implant ruptured. We believe that implant rupture during implant placement is a rare entity., Cronin ve Gerow`un silikon jel ile doldurulmuş silikon torbaları meme büyütme amaçlı kullanmasından beri silikon jel implantlar 50 yıl boyunca yaygın olarak kullanıldı. Bu prosedür için çeşitli istenmeyen komplikasyonlar mevcuttur. Bunlardan bir tanesi de implant rüptürü-dür. İmplant rüptür oranları üzerine bir çok çalışma yapılmıştır. İnsidans %3.1 - 5.7 arasında değişmektedir. Kliniğimize bilateral meme büyütme amacı ile başvuran 30 yaşında kadın hasta sunmaktayız. 240 ml`lik anatomik implantın sol memeye yerleştirilmesi sırasında rüptürü gerçekleşmiştir. Bu durumun nadir görünen bir durum olduğu görüşündeyiz.

Çalışmamızın amacı; kliniğimizce baş ve boyun rekonstrüksiyonu amacı ile yapılan 33 serbest flep olgunun sonuçlarının incelenmesidir. 33 flebin 28`i tümör rezeksiyonuna, 5`i travmaya bağlı oluşan defektlere uygulandı. Kliniğimizin serbest flep kaybı oranı %9 olarak bulundu. Baş ve boyun rekonstrüksiyonunda en sık kullanılan flebin serbest radial ön kol flebi olduğu görüldü (%54). Cerrahi müdahale yapılan hastaların mortalite oranı %9, morbidite oranının %33 olduğu görüldü. Yüksek serbest flep başarı oranı görülmesine rağmen operasyon sonrası takip periodunda yüksek mortalite ve morbidite olanları dikkat çekmiştir., The aim of our study was to investigate the outcomes of 33 free flap cases performed for head and neck tissue defect reconstructions in our clinic. 28 of 33 free flaps performed for the reconstruction of the defect due to tumor resection whereas 5 of them was due to trauma. The total flap failure rate of our clinic was %9. The most commonly used free flap was free radial forearm flap (%54). The mortality rate of patients who underwent surgery was %9, the morbidity rate was %33. Despite of high flap survival rate, high mortality and morbidity in follow-up period were noticed.

Dupuytrens contracture is a benign fibroproliferative disorder of palmar fascia of hand and digits characterized by abnormal scar tissue formation. We analyze 87 patients retrospectively who underwent surgery between July 2009 to December 2013 at our department. 74 of 87 patients were men (%85); 13 of 87 patients were women. Twelve patients had bilateral hand involvement. Seventy- five patients had one hand involvement. forty (53%) of them were operated from the left hand; 35 of them (47%) were operated by the right hand. 74 of the pa-tients were male (85%). 13 (15%) were female. (Male / female ratio 5.6 / 1). The youngest one of patients was 25 years old and the oldest one was 83 years old. 99 hands of 87 patients were examined by gender and hand-held frequency of the fingers. Mean age was 58 in men and 53 in women. Our study aimed to contribute to the prevalence studies of Dupuytrens disease in Bursa., Dupuytren kontraktürü elin palmar bölgesi ve parmakların fleksör yüzlerinde anormal skar dokusu oluşumu ile karakterize, palmar ve dijital fasyanın benign fibroproliferatif bir hastalığıdır. Bu çalışmada Temmuz 2009- Aralık 2013 yılları arasında kliniğimizde Dupuytren kontrak-türü nedeniyle opere edilen 87 hasta hastane kayıtları ve ameliyat notları taranarak retrospektif olarak incelendi. Hastaların 74ü erkek (%85); 13ü (%15) kadın idi. 12 hasta (%13.8) çift taraflı el tutulumu nedeniyle; 75 hasta (%86.2) tek taraflı el tutulumu nedeniyle ameliyat edildiler. Tek taraflı el tutulumu olanların 40 tanesi (%53) sol elinden; 35 tanesi (%47) sağ elinden opere edildi. Hastaların 74ü erkek (%85); 13ü (%15) kadın idi. (erkek/kadın oranı: 5.6/1). Hastaların en küçüğü 25 yaşında; en büyüğü 83 yaşında idi. Toplam 87 hastada opere edilen 99 elde tutulan parmakların cinsiyete göre sıklığı incelendi. Erkeklerde yaş ortalaması 58 yaş; kadınlarda 53 yaş olarak bulundu. Bu çalışma-da kliniğimizde opere edilen hastalar retrospektif olarak incelenerek Bursa ilinde Dupuytren kontraktürünün prevelansına katkı yapmak amaçlandı.

Evaluation of 23 (21 female, 2 male ) finger located glomus tumor patients who underwent surgery in our clinic between 2005–2011. Pati-ents were investigated with respect to recurrens and postoperative complications. The excision materials were sent to immunohistological investigation. These cases were retrospectively analyzed. In our investigation, mean age was estimated 44,5 years (18-73). Mean follow up time was 27 months ; range 3–65 months. The lesion was located on the right hand in 7 patients (%30) and on the left in 14 patients (%70). Tumor excision were made from the pulp in 4 patients. In 18 patients, after tumor removal, longitudinal insicion has been made to nail bed and after tumor excision, nail was used as splint. Also, in only 1 patient interosseous glomus tumor has been curated with subungual appro-ach. 5. finger located AV malformation excision has been made beside 4.finger glomus tumor excision in another patient. Only 1 patient (%4,3) experienced recurrence post operatively and needed surgery. After second operation clinical cure has been secured. It should be kept in mind that severe finger tip pain especially during palpation has the posibility of being glomus tumor., Kliniğimizde 2005–2011 yılları arasında cerrahi tedavi uygulanan, parmakta glomus tümörü yerleşimli 23 hasta (21 kadın, 2 erkek ) çalış-mamıza dahil edilerek nüks ve komplikasyon açısından incelendi. Çıkarılan materyallerin tamamı immünohistolojik incelemeye gönderildi. Bu olgular retrospektif olarak incelendi. Çalışmamızda ortalama yaş 44,5 (18–71) olarak hesaplandı. Toplam 21 kadın, 2 erkek olmak üzere 23 hasta 27 ay (3–65 ay) ortalamasıyla takibe alındı. 7 hastada lezyon sağ elde(%30), 14 hastada sol elde (%70) olduğu görüldü. Toplam 4 olguda pulpadan tümör eksizyonu yapıldı. 18 hastaya tırnak çekilmesi sonrası tırnak yatağından yapılan insizyona tümör eksizyonu uygulan-dı. Sonrasında tırnak splint olarak yerleştirildi. Ayrıca 1 hastada interosseoz yerleşimli lezyon subungual yaklaşımla kürete edildi. 1 hastada glomüs tümörüne ek olarak 5. parmakta bulunan AV malformasyonu eksize edildi. Postoperatif dönemde sadece 1 olguda rekürrens görüldü (%4,3) ve cerrahi uygulandı. İkinci ameliyattan sonra klinik iyileşme sağlandı. Parmak uçlarında özellikle temas sonucu şiddetli ağrısı olan hastalarda glomus tümörü olasılığı akla gelmelidir.

Self-cutting injuries have a low mortality rate, but this type of injuries has special clinical significance because they have the potential of leading to devastating disability and repeated suicide attempts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the nature and outcomes of wrist-cutting injuries. A retrospective study was designed in order to investigate 41 suicide attempts by wrist cutting attended to Uludag University Faculty of Medicine Emergency Department between June 2008 and December 2014. The patients were analyzed for age, gender, alcohol intake, psychological state, prior suicide attempts, and clinical features such as injury side, injury pattern, and used tool. It was seen that the severity of wrist-cutting injury variates between gender and age. Alcohol or drug consumption and having a diagnosed psychiatric disorder create a higher risk for extensive wrist lacerations. It was seen that skin only lacerations were most likely to repeat the act and therefore are most in need of psychiatric intervention. Level III, retrospective study.

Pressure sores are common conditions, particularly seen in bed-bound patients. There are various surgical methods described for pressure sore treatment. Superior gluteal artery perforator flap (SGAP) is one of these methods which has gained popularity in the recent years. The aim of our study is to share our SGAP flap experience and to analyze the outcomes of 9 SGAP flaps performed in our clinic. 6 male and 3 female patients were operated with a 2-15 months follow up time. Among 9 flaps performed in our clinic, a seroma formation was detected in one patient and was drained. Yarık dudak ve damak, dünya genelinde her 700 doğumda 1`lik oranı ile en sık rastlanan doğumsal anomalilerdendir. Primer palatoplasti yarık damak tedavisinde en önemli basamaktır. Çalışmamızda Haziran 2009 – Haziran 2014 yılları arasında kliniğimizde gerçekleştirilen 106 primer palatoplasti cerrahisi ve sonuçları retrospektif olarak incelendi. En sık cerrahi yapılan yarık damak tipinin unilateral inkomplet tip (%67) olduğu görüldü. Yarık damak cerrahisinde bütün damak yarıkları genelinde en sık kullanılan tekniğin Bardach 2 flep palatoplasti (%33.9) olduğu görüldü. Çalışmamızda primer palatoplasti sonrası damak fistülü oranı %10.3 olarak hesaplandı. Çalışmamızda elde edilen primer palatoplasti sonrası damak fistülü insidansının benzer yayınlarla karşılaştırıldığında düşük olduğu görüldü. Cleft lip and palate is one of the most common congenital anomalies worldwidely with the rate of 1/700 per birth. Primary palatoplasty is the most important step in cleft palate treatment. In our study 106 primary palatoplasty cases were evaluated retrospectively. All cases were performed in our clinic between June 2009 and June 2014. The most common operated cleft palate type was unilateral complete cleft (%67). The most preferred cleft palate repair technique was Bardach`s 2 flap palatoplasty (%33. 9). In our study; it was calculated that the oronasal fistula rate after primary palatoplasty was %10,3. It was seen that the rate of palatal fistula after primary palatoplasty in our study was lower compared to similar publications in the literature.
