In this paper, we present new generalized wormhole (WH) solutions within the context of $f(R)$ gravity. Specifically, we focus on $f(R)$ gravitational theories formulated in the metric formalism, with our investigation centered on a power-law form represented by $f(R) = \epsilon R^{\chi}$. Here, $\epsilon$ is an arbitrary constant, and $\chi$ is a real number. Notably, this form possesses the advantageous property of reducing to Einstein gravity when $\epsilon=1$ and $\chi=1$. To obtain these novel WH solutions, we establish the general field equations for any $f(R)$ theory within the framework of Morris-Thorne spacetime, assuming metric coefficients that are independent of time. By utilizing an anisotropic matter source and a specific type of energy density associated with solitonic quantum wave (SQW) and cold dark matter (CDM) halos, we calculate two distinct WH solutions. We thoroughly investigate the properties of the exotic matter (ExoM) residing within the WH geometry and analyze the matter contents through energy conditions (ECs). Both analytical and graphical methods are employed in this analysis to examine the validity of different regions. Notably, the calculated shape functions for the WH geometry satisfy the necessary conditions in both scenarios, emphasizing their reliability. This ExoM is characterized by an energy-momentum tensor that violates the null energy condition (NEC) and, consequently, the weak energy condition as well, in the vicinity of the WH throats. Furthermore, we investigated the repulsive effect of gravity and discovered that its presence results in a negative deflection angle for photons following null geodesics. The wormhole solution in dRGT massive gravity is examined in this paper in the background of non-commutative geometry. In order to derive the wormhole model, along with the zero tidal force, we assume that the matter distribution is given by the Gaussian and Lorentzian distributions. The shape function in both models involves the massive gravity parameters m2c1 and m2c2. But the spacetime loses its asymptotic flatness due to the action of the massive gravity parameter. It is noticed that the asymptotic flatness is affected by the repulsive effect induced in the massive gravitons that push the spacetime geometry very strongly. We observed that each model violates the null energy criteria, indicating the presence of exotic matter which is necessary to sustain the wormholes. The exotic matter is measured using the volume integral quantifier. Moreover, it is discovered that the model is stable under the hydrostatic equilibrium condition by utilizing the TOV equation. Finally, our research encompassed an exploration of the repulsive influence exerted by gravity. Our findings demonstrated that the presence of repulsive gravity results in a negative deflection angle for photons following null geodesics. Remarkably, we consistently observed negative values for the deflection angle across all values of r0 in the two scenarios examined. The present work looks for the possible existence of static and spherically symmetric wormhole geometries in Rastall-Rainbow gravity. Since, the Rastall-Rainbow gravity model has been constructed with the combination of Rastall theory and the gravity's rainbow formalism. Taking advantage of the Karmarkar condition for embedding class one metrics, we solve the modified field equations analytically that describe wormholes for specific choice of redshift function. For specific parameter ranges, the solution represents a traversable wormhole that exhibits the violation of null energy condition and consequently the weak energy condition also. Furthermore, we focus on the wormhole stability via adiabatic sound velocity analysis. In this study, we investigate the role of bulk viscosity in $f(Q,T)$ gravity in explaining late-time cosmic acceleration. This model, an extension of symmetric teleparallel gravity, introduces viscosity into cosmic matter dynamics for a more realistic representation. Specifically, we consider the linear form of $f (Q, T) =\alpha Q + \beta T$, where $\alpha$ and $\beta$ are free model parameters. To assess the model, we derive its exact solution and use Hubble parameter $H(z)$ data and Pantheon + SNe Ia data for parameter estimation. We employ the $\chi^2$ minimization technique alongside the MCMC random sampling method to determine the best-fit parameters. Then, we analyze the behavior of key cosmological parameters, including the deceleration parameter, bulk viscous matter-dominated universe density, effective pressure, and the effective EoS parameter, accounting for the viscous type fluid. We observe a transition in the deceleration parameter from a positive (decelerating) to a negative (accelerating) phase at transition redshift $z_t$. The matter density shows the expected positive behavior, while the pressure, influenced by viscosity, exhibits negative behavior, indicative of accelerating expansion. Furthermore, we investigate the energy conditions and find that while the NEC and DEC meet positivity criteria, the SEC is violated in the present and future epochs. The $Om(z)$ diagnostic suggests that our model aligns with quintessence behavior. In this letter, we obtain two new embedded WH solutions by using the class-I approach in the background of newly fourth-order Ricci inverse gravity. We show that the combination of these newly calculated shape functions and Ricci inverse gravity provides us with the possibility of obtaining traversable wormholes. All the required wormhole properties are discussed, along with flaring out and flatness conditions. The embedded diagrams within the scope of upper and lower universes are provided under the effect of both newly calculated embedded shape functions. All the energy conditions are explored with valid and negative regions. The presence of exotic matter is confirmed due to the negative region in all the energy conditions, specifically in the null energy condition. The Doppler effect through the red-blue shifts function is also discussed. Several key findings from the current research are described that demonstrate the validity of these wormhole solutions in Ricci inverse gravity.

In this study we explore the astrophysical implications of pressure anisotropy on the physical characteristics of millisecond pulsars within the framework of $f(Q)$ gravity. Starting off with the field equations for anisotropic matter distributions, we adopt the physically salient Durgapal-Fuloria ansatz together with a well-motivated anisotropic factor for the interior matter distribution. This leads to a nonlinear second order differential equation which is integrated to give the complete gravitational and thermodynamical properties of the stellar object. The resulting model is subjected to rigorous tests to ensure that it qualifies as a physically viable compact object within the $f(Q)$-gravity framework. We study in detail two factors, one being non-metricity (gravitational interaction) and the other the pressure anisotropy (matter variation) and their contributions to the mass, radius and stability of the star. Our analyses indicate that our models are well-behaved, singularity-free and can account for the existence of a wide range of observed pulsars with masses ranging from 2.08 to 2.67 $M_{\odot}$, with the upper value being in the so-called {\em mass gap} regime observed in gravitational events such as GW190814. A novel finding of this work is two-fold: an increase in the non-metricity factor (fixed anisotropy) leads to a spectrum of pulsars with radii ranging from a minimum of 10 km whereas a variation in anisotropy (fixed non-metricity) restricts the radii to a narrow window between ($12 - 13.2$) km for a 450 Hz pulsar. In the standard approach to studying wormhole geometry, the presence of dark energy is unavoidable to ensure traversability. The dark energy provides the negative gravity effect to keep the throat open. The question we analyse is whether the same can be achieved without dark energy. It turns out that if we couple the trace of energy-momentum with the standard Einstein-Hilbert Lagrangian and utilise a sppecific equation of state then dark energy may be obviated. The Casimir stress energy is known to result in the violation of the null energy condition (NEC) on the energy momentum tensor. This phenomenon makes such an equation of state (EoS) an ideal candidate to generate traversable wormhole (WH) geometries. The laboratory proven phenomenon provides a mechanism to sustain an open WH throat without having to appeal to dark energy. We generate two classes of WH solutions with this in $f(R,T)$ gravity theory, where $R$ represents the Ricci scalar and $T$ is the trace of the stress-energy tensor. For the background geometry we choose a static and spherically symmetric metric, and derive the field equations for exact WH solutions. For the specific choice of the Casimir EoS relating the energy-momentum tensor components [ Kar and Sahdev: Phys. Rev D {\bf 52} 2030 (1995)] and different choices for redshift functions, we determine the WH geometry completely. The obtained WH solutions violate the NECs and all qualitative constraints demanded of physically realisable WHs are satisfied. This is demonstrated via graphical plots for a suitably chosen range of values of the $f(R,T)$ coupling parameter. The trace-free Einstein equations contain one equation less than the complete field equations. In a static and spherically symmetric spacetime, the number of field equations is thus reduced to two. The equation of pressure isotropy of general relativity, however, is preserved thus showing that any known perfect fluid spacetime is a suitable candidate for the trace-free scenario. The extra freedom in imposing two constraints may now be exploited to include polytopes, something that is difficult in general relativity. The point here is that using any known exact solution one can find a polytropic star for various values of the polytropic index. One arrives at Tolman-Oppenheimer-Volkoff type equations and can study their solutions explicitly. Two examples of well-known stellar distributions that generate polytropes with physically reasonable behaviour are discussed. These models are regular, exhibit a sound speed that is never superluminal and are adiabatically stable in the sense of Chandrasekhar. This study simulates strange stars in $f(Q)$ gravity with an additional source under an electric field using gravitational decoupling and the complete Gravitational Decoupling (CGD) technique. By employing the Tolman ansatz and the MIT bag model equation of state (EOS), we explore bounded star configurations derived from the $\theta_0^0 = \rho$ and $\theta_1^1 = p_r$ sectors within the CGD formalism. Our models are subjected to physical viability tests, and we analyze the impact of anisotropy and the electric charge parameter $E_0$ as well as the coupling parameters $\alpha$ and $\beta_1$. Comparisons are made with observational constraints, including GW190814, neutron stars PSR J1614-2230, PSR J1903+6620, Cen X-3 and LMC X-4. Notably, we achieve the presence of a lower "\textit{mass gap}" component by adjusting parameters $\alpha$ and $\beta_1$. Our models exhibit well-behaved mass profiles, internal regularity, and stability, with the absence of gravitational collapse verified through the Buchdahl--Andr\'{e}asson's limit. In addition, we present a detailed physical analysis based on three parameters, $\alpha$ (decoupling strength), $\beta_1$ ($f(Q)$--coupling) and $Q$ (surface charge). In this article, we provide a new model of static charged anisotropic fluid sphere made of a charged perfect fluid in the context of 5D Einstein-Maxwell-Gauss-Bonnet (EMGB) gravity theory. To generate exact solutions of the EMGB field equations, we utilize the well-behaved Tolman-Kuchowicz (TK) {\it ansatz} together with a linear equation of state (EoS) of the form $p_r=\beta \rho-\gamma$, (where $\beta$ and $\gamma$ are constants). Here the exterior space-time is described by the EGB Schwarzschild metric. The Gauss-Bonnet Lagrangian term $\mathcal{L}_{GB}$ is coupled with the Einstein-Hilbert action through the coupling constant $\alpha$. When $\alpha \to 0$, we obtain the general relativity (GR) results. Here we present the solution for the compact star candidate EXO 1785-248 with mass$=(1.3 \pm 0.2)M_{\odot}$; Radius $= 10_{-1}^{+1}$ km. respectively. We analyze the effect of this coupling constant $\alpha$ on the principal characteristics of our model, such as energy density, pressure components, anisotropy factor, sound speed etc. We compare these results with corresponding GR results. Moreover, we studied the hydrostatic equilibrium of the stellar system by using a modified Tolman-Oppenheimer-Volkoff (TOV) equation and the dynamical stability through the critical value of the radial adiabatic index.The mass-radius relationship is also established to determine the compactness factor and surface redshift of our model. In this exposition, we seek solutions of the Einstein-Maxwell field equations in the presence of a massive scalar field cast in the Brans-Dicke (BD) formalism which describes charged anisotropic strange stars. The interior spacetime is described by a spherically symmetric static metric of embedding class I. This reduces the problem to a single-generating function of the metric potential which is chosen by appealing to physics based on regularity at each interior point of the stellar interior. The resulting model is subjected to rigorous physical checks based on stability, causality and regularity. We show that our solutions describe compact objects such as PSR J1903+327; Cen X-3; EXO 1785-248 \& LMC X-4 to an excellent approximation. Novel results of our investigation reveal that the scalar field leads to higher surface charge densities which in turn affects the compactness and upper and lower values imposed by the modified Buchdahl limit for charged stars. Our results also show that the electric and scalar fields which originate from entirely different sources couple to alter physical characteristics such as mass-radius relation and surface redshift of compact objects. The present paper is devoted to investigating the possibility of getting stellar interiors for ultra-dense compact spherical systems portraying an anisotropic matter distribution employing the gravitational decoupling by means of Minimal Geometric Deformation (MGD) procedure within the modified theory of f(R,T) gravity. According to this theory, the covariant divergence of stress-energy tensor does not vanish, hence the movement of classical particles does not follow geodesics resulting in an extra acceleration which suffices the late-time acceleration of the universe without adopting to exotic matter fields. In this regard, we have considered the algebraic function as f(R, {\rm T})= R+2\chi T, the corresponding effective stress-energy tensor is conserved as well as the exact solutions are derived, where $\chi$ indicates a coupling constant. Moreover, the physical quantities associated with the new solutions are well-behaved from the physical and mathematical point of view as well as free of geometrical singularities, violation of the causality condition, non-decreasing thermodynamic functions. Thereafter, the physical viability of the obtained model is affirmed by performing several physical tests of the main salient features such as energy density, radial, and tangential pressure, anisotropy effect, dynamical equilibrium, energy conditions, and dynamical stability. On the other hand, we have generated the M-R curves from our solutions in the four different scenarios, including GR, GR+MGD, f(R,T) and f(R,T)+MGD, and we found a perfect fit for many compact spherical objects in these scenarios by changing the gravitational decoupling constant \alpha and the coupling constant \chi as free parameters. Solving field equations exactly in $f(R,T)$ gravity is one of the difficult task. To do so, many authors have adopted different methods such as assuming both the metric functions, an equation of state (EoS) and a metric function etc. However, such methods may not always lead to well-behaved solutions and thereby rejection of the solutions may happen after complete calculations. Indeed, very recent works on embedding class one methods suggested that the chances of arriving at the well behaved-solution is very high thereby inspired us to used it. In class one approach, we have to ansatz one of the metric potentials and the other can be obtain from the Karmarkar condition. In this paper, we are proposing new class one solution which is well-behaved in all physical points of view. We have analyzed the nature of the solution by tuning the $f(R,T)-$coupling parameter $\chi$ and found that the solution results into stiffer EoS for $\chi=-1$ than $\chi=1$. This is because for lesser values of $\chi$, velocity of sound is more, higher $M_{max}$ in $M-R$ curve and the EoS parameter $\omega$ is larger. The solution satisfy the causality condition, energy conditions, stable and static under radial perturbations (static stability criterion) and in equilibrium (modified TOV-equation). The resulting $M-R$ diagram from this solution is well fitted with observed values of few compact stars such as PSR J1614-2230, Vela X-1, Cen X-3 and SAX J1808.4-3658. The present work is focused on the investigation of the existence of compact structures describing anisotropic matter distributions within the framework of modified gravity theories, specifically f(R,$\mathcal{T}$) gravity theory. Additionally, we have taken f(R,$\mathcal{T}$) as a linear function of the Ricci scalar $R$ and the trace of the energy-momentum tensor $\mathcal{T}$ as $f(R,\mathcal{T})$=$R+2\chi\mathcal{T}$,where $\chi$ is a dimensionless coupling parameter, and the Lagrangian matter $\mathcal{L}_m=-\frac{1}{3}\left(2p_{t}+p_{r}\right)$, to describe the complete set of field equations for the anisotropic matter distribution. We follow the embedding class one procedure using Eisland condition to obtain a full space-time description inside the stellar configuration. Once the space-time geometry is specified we determine the complete solution of the modified Einstein equations by using the MIT bag model equation of state $p_{r}=\frac{1}{3}\left(\rho-4B\right)$ that describes the strange quark matter (SQM) distribution inside the stellar system, where $B$ denotes a bag constant. The physical validity of our anisotropic solution is confirmed by executing several physical tests. It is worth mentioning that with the help of the observed mass values for the various strange star candidates we have predicted the exact radii by taking different values for $\chi$ and $B$. These predicted radii show monotonic decreasing nature as the parameter $\chi$ is moved from $-0.8$ to $0.8$ progressively.
