It is aimed to examine the burnout levels of employees in special education and rehabilitation centers (SERC) and therisk factors leading to burnout. A cross-sectional study was conducted in the Kayapınar district of Diyarbakır betweenJune – September 2018. All individuals (n=410) working in 42 SERC constituted the population of the research. It wasaimed to reach all individuals, but the study was completed with 351 people (85.6%). A personal information formprepared by the researcher and containing information about socio-demographic, Professional knowledge and workingenvironment, and Maslach Burnout Scale (MBS) form were administered through a face-to-face questionnaire. In theanalyses, descriptive statistics, t test when comparing two independent groups, ANOVA test when comparing the meanof more than two groups, and post-hoc Tukey tests were used to determine where the difference originated. 52.4% ofthe participants were women, 67.2% were single, 64.4% were under the age of 30, and the mean age was 29.9±7.9years. The mean score of emotional exhaustion is 13.8±7.0, the mean score of depersonalization is 3.8±3.1, and themean score of personal achievement is 8.9±4.1. Amaç: Özel eğitim ve rehabilitasyon merkezinde (ÖERM) çalışanların (öğretmen, fizyoterapist, psikolojik danışmanlık ve rehberlik uzmanı, psikolog, uzman öğretici) demografik ve mesleki özelliklerine göre tükenmişlik düzeylerini incelemekti.Gereç ve yöntem: Araştırma, kesitsel tipte tanımlayıcıdır. Haziran – Eylül 2018 tarihlerinde yürütüldü. Kayapınar İlçesi'ndeki, 42 ÖERM'de görev yapmakta olan tüm bireyler (n=410) araştırmanın evrenini oluşturdu. Özel eğitimde kendi isteğiyle çalışmayanlar, ailelerin aşırı beklenti içinde olduğunu ve mesleğinde verimsiz olduğunu düşünenler daha çok tükenmişlik yaşarken; iş arkadaşlarından destek görenlerle, üstlerinden takdir görenler daha az tükenmişlik yaşamıştır. Engelli bireylerin aileleri hem eğitsel hem de psikolojik açıdan desteklenmelidir. Aim: It is aimed to examine the burnout levels of the employees working in (SERC) special education and rehabilitation center (teacher, physiotherapist, psychological counseling and guidance specialist, psychologist, specialist instructor) according to their demographic and professional characteristics. Materials and Methods: The present research is a descriptive and cross-sectional. It was conducted between June and September 2018. The population of the study were all employees (n = 410) working in 42 SERC in Kayapınar District of Diyarbakır. It was aimed to reach all individuals but it was conducted on 351 people (85.6%). The personal information form prepared by the researcher and including socio-demographic, occupational information and working environment and the Maslach Burnout Scale form were applied through a face-to-face questionnaire. Necessary permissions and approvals were obtained from Provincial Directorate of National Education and the Non-Interventional Clinical Research Ethics Committee of Dicle University Faculty of Medicine, also volunteer consent form filled in participants who agreed to the present study. The data collected within the scope of the research was evaluated through the SPSS program. Statistically T test, ANOVA post-hoc Tukey were used.Results: 52.4% of the participants were female, 67.2% were single, 64.4% were under 30 years of age and the mean age was 29.9 ± 7.9. 95.2% were undergraduate graduates, 52.4% were teachers, 24.2% were physiotherapists and 23.4% were other employees. The mean score of emotional exhaustion (DT) was 13.8 ± 7.0, the mean score of depersonalization (D) was 3.8 ± 3.1 and the mean score of personal achievement (BP) was 8.9 ± 4.1. Bu çalışmanın amacı elit oryantiring sporcularında farklı rota seçiminin performans üzerindeki etkisini değerlendirmekti.Çalışmaya 14 elit oryantiring sporcusu (yaş: 25,79±5,09 yıl, boy: 177,71±4,39 cm, vücut ağırlığı: 73,00±4,99 kg, spor yaşı: 8,71±1,86 yıl) katıldı. Sporcular aynı parkurda iki farklı rotayı, yarış parkuru (sporcu tarafından belirlenen rota) ve optimum yarış parkurunu (uzman tarafından belirlenen rota), üç gün ara ile iki kez koştu. Oryantiring sporcularının 60 ve 180 °/s açısal hızlarda dizin fleksör (Hamstrings) ve ekstensör (Quadriceps) kaslarının izokinetik konsentrik kuvveti ve maksimum oksijen tüketimi (VO2maks) koşulardan bir hafta önce ölçüldü. Her iki parkurda sporcuların koşu öncesi, koşu bitimi, koşu sonrası 5. 15. ve 30. dakikada kalp atım hızı (KAH) ve kan laktat (LA) ölçümleri yapıldı.Oryantiring sporcularının ortalama maksimal oksijen tüketim değerleri 53,70± 4,61ml/kg/dk bulundu. İzokinetik kuvvet değerlendirildiğinde, 60 °/s açısal hızda H/Q oranı sağ bacakta %64, sol bacakta %60, 180 °/s açısal hızda sağ bacakta %68, sol bacakta %64 bulundu. Hem extensör hem de fleksör kuvvette her iki açısal hızda sağ ve sol bacak arasında fark bulunmadı (p>0,05). Sporcuların yarış parkuruna göre optimum yarış parkurunu daha az süre ve daha kısa mesafede koştuğu belirlendi (p0,05). KAH, her iki parkurda yarış öncesine göre koşu bitimi, koşu sonrası 5., 15., ve 30. dakikalarda dinlenime göre yüksekti (p0,05). Hipervalent iyot bileşikleri birçok reaksiyon türünde kullanılabilme özelliklerinden dolayı önemli bileşiklerdir. Son yıllarda kiral hipervalent iyot bileşiklerinin geçiş metallerinin yerine çeşitli transformasyonlarda kullanılması özellikle tercih edilmektedir. Bu çalışmada binaftil temelli yeni kiral hipervalent iyot bileşiklerinin sentezi ve bu bileşiklerle olefinlerin enantiyoseçici alilik oksidasyonu hedeflendi. Bunun için (R)-(+)-1,1'-binaftil-2,2'-diamin çıkış bileşiği olarak kullanıldı. Ardından çeşitli türevlerde kiral oksidantlar sentezlendi ve karakterize edildi. Daha sonra sentezlenen bu oksidantları test etmek için alken olarak siklohekzen seçildi. Siklohekzen ile bu oksidantların reaksiyonu sonucunda ilgili alilik hidroperoksit ürünü elde edildi. Hypervalent iodine compounds are an important class of compounds as they have the characteristic to be used in many reaction types. In recent years, it is preferred especially that chiral hypervalent iodine compounds are used instead of transition metals in a variety of transformations. In this study the synthesis of binaphtyl-based new chiral hypervalent iodine compounds and by this compounds the enantioselective allylic oxidation of the olefins were targeted. (R)-(+)-1,1?-binaphtyl-2,2?-diamine was used as rising compound for this aim. Then, chiral oxidants were synthesized and characterized in various derivations. Later cyclohexene was chosen as the alkene to test these oxidants which were synthesized. At the end of the reaction of these oxidants the related allylic hydroperoxide product was synthesized by cyclohexene. 77

06.03.2018 tarihli ve 30352 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayımlanan “Yükseköğretim Kanunu İle Bazı Kanun Ve Kanun Hükmünde Kararnamelerde Değişiklik Yapılması Hakkında Kanun” ile 18.06.2018 tarihli “Lisansüstü Tezlerin Elektronik Ortamda Toplanması, Düzenlenmesi ve Erişime Açılmasına İlişkin Yönerge” gereğince tam metin erişime açılmıştır. Geçmişte ekonomik bunalımlar, sermaye yetersizliği, savaşlar gibi nedenlerle devletler ekonomik hayata müdahale ederek teşebbüsçülük rolünü üstlenmişlerdir. İlerleyen dönemlerde devletin ekonomiye bu şekilde direk müdahil olması serbest piyasa ekonomisine geçişte bir engel olarak görülmeye başlamıştır. Piyasa ekonomisinin gelişmesiyle devletin işlettiği bu kuruluşlar bu hızlı gelişmelere ayak uyduramamışlardır. Sonuç olarak bütçeye aşırı yük getiren bu kuruluşların özelleştirilmesi gündeme gelmiştir. Özelleştirmeler, devletin elindeki kuruluşların verimliliğini ve etkinliğini yitirmeden özel şirketlere devredilerek gerçekleştirilmesi halinde başarılı bir şekilde sonuçlandırılmış olacaktır. Bu sürecin problemsiz atlatılabilmesinde kuruluşlarda çalışan personelin olaya bakış açıları ve beklentileri ayrı bir önem arz etmektedir.Araştırmada çalışanların özelleştirmeden beklentileri ortaya konmaya çalışılmış, bu beklentilerin nelere yol açabileceği belirlenmeye çalışılarak, olumsuz etkilerin giderilmesine yönelik satıcı konumundaki kamuya ve alıcı konumundaki özel şirket yöneticilerine öneriler sunulmaya çaba sarf edilmiştir.Araştırma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, KİT' lerde ortaya çıkan sorunlara bağlı olarak gündeme gelen özelleştirme kavramı ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise çalışanların özelleştirmeye bakış açıları ve beklentileri onların öncelikli olarak motivasyonlarına etki edeceğinden motivasyon kavramına değinilmiş, motivasyon süreci, özellikleri, ilkeleri, yararları ve motivasyonu etkileyen faktörler açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise, özelleştirme kapsamındaki bir KİT' te çalışanlar ile anket tekniği yardımı ile gerçekleştirilen araştırmaya ait SPSS yazılımı ile elde edilen istatistiksel bilgi ve bulgular bulunmaktadır. Anketin güvenilirliğini ölçmek için Cronbach Alpa testi, cinsiyet, unvan, statü, eğitim düzeyi, hizmet sınıfı, çalışma süresi değişkenler bazında cevaplardaki değişkenliği ölçmek için bağımsız grup t testi ve tek yönlü varyans (Anova) analizi kullanılmıştır.Çalışma sonucunda, çalışanların özelleştirmeden beklentilerinin olumsuz yönde olduğu görülmüştür. Sorulara verilen cevapların cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi, hizmet sınıfı, çalışma süresi değişkenleri bazında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı, unvan ve statü değişkenleri bazında ise, önemli ölçüde farklılıklar olduğu saptanmıştır. In the past, because of reasons such as economic crises, lack of capital and wars, the states assumed the role of entrepreneurship by intervening on economic life. In later periods in this way the directly intervention of the state on the economy has begun to be seen as an obstacle in the transition to free market economy. With the development of market economy these state-owned organizations could not keep pace with rapid developments. As a result, the privatization of these institutions has been noted, because they over-burden the budget. Privatizations would be concluded successfully by implementation of the delegation these state-owned institutions to private companies without losing its efficiency and effectiveness. Perspectives and expectations of the staff in these organizations about this incident have great importance on overcoming this process smoothly.In the study by executing the expectations of the staff in privatized institutions it is aimed to determine what could these expectations cause and it has been strived to present proposals to state as a seller and to business executives as buyers for resolving negative impacts.The research consists of three parts. The first part is discussed the concept of privatization of SOEs? depending on emerging issues on the agenda. In the second the concept of motivation, motivation process, characteristics, principles, benefits and the factors that affect motivation had been explained, because the perspective and expectations of employees on privatization will primarily have an effect on their motivation. In the third section there are the research findings of the survey that conducted with employees of SOE within the scope of privatization and statistical information obtained by using SPSS software. To measure the reliability of the questionnaire the Cronbach Alpa-Test and to measure the variability with the answers on the basis of variables as gender, title, status, education level, class of service, working time independent group t test and one-way variance (ANOVA) analysis were used.As a result of the study it has been observed that the privatization had a negative effect on employee expectations. Answers to the questions have no significant relationship on the basis of variables as gender, education level, class of service, the working time; on the basis of variables as title and status it is determined that there are significantly differences.
