Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurden Polyalkylcanoacrylat-Nanokapseln zunächst mittels Grenzflächenpolymerisation synthetisiert. Bei der Synthese wurden verschiedene Faktoren wie die Monomerzusammensetzung der beiden Monomere n-Butylcyano-acrylat und Propargylcyanoacrylat sowie die Tensidmenge und die Art des Stabilisators (Natrium-1-dodecansulfonat, Dodecyltrimethylammonium-chlorid (DTAC)) variiert. Eine Kapselmembran, bestehend aus jeweils 50 mol% der beiden Monomere, welche mittels DTAC stabilisiert wurde, wurde anschließend systematisch in ihrer Durchlässigkeit mittels PFG-NMR charakteri-siert. Die Größe der Kapseln wurde mittels Particle Tracking bestimmt. Als Sondenmoleküle bei den PFG-NMR Messungen wurden Polyethylenglykole in einem Molmassenbereich von 600 g/mol bis 15000 g/mol verwendet. Weitere meist organische Sondenmoleküle im Bereich von 18 g/mol bis 200 g/mol wie verschiedene Alkohole, Diole oder organische Phosphorverbindungen wurden genutzt, um die Membran hinsichtlich ihrer Durchlässigkeit für Moleküle verschiedener Größenordnungen und Polaritäten zu beschreiben. Es konnte gezeigt werden, dass die Membran für größere Polyethylenglykole weniger durchlässig ist als für kleinere Moleküle dieses Typs. Bei der Unter-suchung mit den verschiedenen organischen Sondenmolekülen zeigte sich bevorzugt eine Korrelation zwischen der effektiven Permeabilität dieser Moleküle und dem Wasserstoffbrückenbindungsparameter nach Hansen. Je größer dieser Parameter eines Moleküls ist, desto langsamer permeiert dieses durch die Kapselhülle. Im weiteren Verlauf wurden die Membranen der Kapseln durch chemische Vernetzung modifiziert. Mittels der Vernetzung konnte die effektive Permeabilität für alle Sondenmoleküle erheblich gesenkt werden. Durch Modifizierung der Kapselhülle mit einem positiv geladenen Azid konnte über eine Click Reaktion ebenfalls eine Reduktion der effektiven Permeabilität erreicht werden. The objective of this work was to synthesize poly(alkyl cyanoacrylate) nanocapsules using surface polymerisation. During synthesis, different parameters such as the relative monomer composition of both monomers n-butyl cyanoacrylate and propargyl cyanoacrylate as well as the type and amount of surfactant (sodium-1-dodecane sulfonate, dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride (DTAC)) were adjusted. The DTAC-stabilized capsule membrane, which consists of 50 mol% of each monomer, was characterized in its permeability via PFG-NMR. The size of the capsules was determined using particle tracking. Polyethylene glycols with a molar mass ranging from 600 g/mol to 15000 g/mol were used as tracer molecules for the PFG-NMR measurements. Furthermore, some other, mostly organic tracers in a range of between 18 g/mol and 200 g/mol, e.g. different alcohols, diols or organic phosphor compounds, were used to analyze the membrane with regard to its permeability in respect to the different molecules and their varying sizes and polarities. It was shown that the membrane is less permeable for bigger polyethylene glycols than for smaller molecules of this class. Using the different organic tracer molecules, it was furthermore established that a correlation exists between the effective permeability for the molecules and their Hansen’s hydrogen bonding parameter. The higher this parameter of a molecule, the slower it permeates through the capsule membrane. Over the course of the experiment, the membranes of the capsules were modified using chemical crosslinking. An increasing degree of crosslinking leads to an extensive reduction in the effective permeability. Likewise, the use of a positively charged azide to modify the capsule membrane via click reactions again leads to the expected reduction of the effective permeability. Ziel und Inhalt der Dissertation war die Erkennung und Zusammenfassung von Merkmalen, die zur AIH-Diagnosestellung bei Patienten in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern führen. Dabei wurden die Untersuchungsergebnisse teils über mehrere Jahre einer klinischen Beobachtungszeit detailliert ausgewertet. Zusätzlich wurden unterschiedliche Therapiestrategien überprüft und ausgewertet sowie abschließend die Effektivität einer Behandlung hinsichtlich Remission, Teilremission sowie Therapieversagern eingeordnet.

What mechanisms allow us to direct a precise saccade to a remembered target position in space? The cerebellum has been proposed to be involved not only in motor and oculomotor control, but also in perceptual and cognitive functions. We used functional MRI (Echoplanar imaging at 1.5 T) to investigate the role of the cerebellum in the control of externally triggered and internally generated saccadic eye movements of high and low memory impact, in six healthy volunteers. Memory‐guided saccades to remembered locations of 3 targets (triple‐step saccades) in contrast to either central fixation or to visually guided saccades activated the cerebellar hemispheres predominantly within lobuli VI‐crus I. The same areas were activated when an analogous visuospatial working memory task was contrasted to the triple‐step saccades. Visually guided saccades activated the posterior vermis and the triple‐step saccades, contrasted to the working memory task, activated predominantly the posterior vermis and paravermal regions. Our data confirm the primary involvement of the posterior vermis for visually‐triggered saccadic eye movements and present novel evidence for a role of the cerebellar hemispheres in the mnemonic and visuospatial control of memory‐guided saccades.
