ÖZBu çalışmanın amacı, matematik dersinde kullanılan öğretim programlarının ve ders kitaplarının öğrenci görüşlerinegöre incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemi olarak Doğu Anadolu bölgesinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı resmi ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan 14 matematik öğretmeni ve bu kurumlarda öğrenime devam eden 375 öğrencindenoluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın verilerini elde etmek için, öğretmenlere yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu uygulanmış,görüşme formu aracılığı ile toplanan veriler ses kayıt cihazı ile kayıt altına alınmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerinise yazılı veri toplama formu ile görüşleri alınmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Katılımcılar öğretim programının iyileştirilmesi için görüşlerini belirtmiş ve tavsiyelerde bulunmuşlardır. Veri analizi ile derskitaplarının verimli bir şekilde kullanılmadığı, eksikliklerinin giderilmesi ve iyileştirilmesi için görüşlerin olduğu ortayakonulmuştur. Öğretim programın yenilenme sürecinde ve ders kitaplarının daha etkin ve verimli kullanılması için önerilerde bulunulmuştur. ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is to examine the curriculums and textbooks used in the mathematics course according to students’ views. The sample of the study consists of 14 mathematics teachers working in official secondary schools affiliatedto the Ministry of National Education in the Eastern Anatolia region and 375 students who continue their education inthese institutions. In order to obtain the data of the research, the semi-structured interview form was applied to the teachers and the interview was recorded with a tape recorder and collected. Data on student views were collected throughwritten documents. Descriptive in the analysis of data analysis method was used. By examining the results of the analysis,it was revealed that there were opinions and recommendations for the improvement of the curriculum, that the textbookswere not used efficiently, and there were opinions for the elimination and improvement of the deficiencies. Suggestionswere made for the renewal process of the curriculum and for the more effective and efficient use of the textbooks.

Bu çalışmada, 10. sınıf matematik öğretimindeki fonksiyonlar konusunda online tasarlanmış ters yüz sınıf modelinin akademik başarıya, matematik dersine yönelik tutuma etkisini ve öğrencilerin uygulamaya yönelik görüşlerini incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada karma yöntem araştırmalarından açıklayıcı ardışık desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın nicel boyutu öntest-sontest kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desene göre tasarlanmıştır. Uygun örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak araştırmacının çalışmış olduğu Aksaray iline bağlı resmi liseden 10. sınıf seviyesinde 28 öğrenci çalışma grubu olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışma grubundaki 15 öğrenci deney grubunda, 13 öğrenci kontrol grubunda yer almıştır. Araştırma 2020-2021 eğitim-öğretim döneminde yürütülmüştür. Dersler, deney grubu ile ters yüz sınıf modeline göre EBA platformu üzerinden de paylaşılan videolar yardımıyla Zoom üzerinden online ortamda işlenirken kontrol grubunda geleneksel yöntemlere göre online ortamda Zoom üzerinden 5 hafta boyunca 25 saat işlenmiştir. Araştırmada nicel veriler; araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan akademik başarı testi ve başka araştırmacılar tarafından daha önce hazırlanmış ve kullanılması için gerekli izinleri alınmış matematik tutum ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Nitel veriler ise uzman görüşleri alınarak araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan yarıyapılandırılmış görüşme soruları ile toplanmıştır. Akademik başarı testi ve tutum ölçeği deney ve kontrol grubuna deneysel işlemden öncesinde öntest olarak uygulanmış ve grupların denk olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Deneysel işlemden sonra akademik başarı testi ve tutum ölçeği sontest olarak uygulanmıştır. Son olarak deney grubundan seçilen 6 öğrenci ile online ortamda görüşmeler yapılmış ve nitel veriler toplanmıştır. Nicel verilerin analizinde SPSS 16.0 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Nitel verilerin analizinde içerik analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgulara göre, 10. sınıf fonksiyonlar konusunda ters yüz sınıf modeline göre tasarlanmış online eğitimin geleneksel online eğitime göre öğrencilerin akademik başarılarını anlamlı düzeyde arttırdığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Deney ve kontrol gruplarındaki öğrencilerin matematik tutum ölçeğinden aldıkları puanlarda farklılık olsa da bu fark istatiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmamıştır. Ayrıca öğrenciler; ters yüz sınıf modelini benimsediklerinden, çoğu derste kullanmak istediklerinden, grup çalışmalarının arkadaşlarıyla ve öğretmenleriyle olan iletişimlerini arttırdığından ve ders videoları sayesinde derslere hazır olarak geldiklerini hissettiklerinden bahsetmişlerdir.Anahtar Kelimeler : Online eğitim, ters yüz sınıf modeli, matematik eğitimi In this study, it was aimed to examine the effect of the online designed flipped classroom model on the functions of 10th grade mathematics teaching on academic achievement, attitudes towards mathematics lesson, and students' views on practice. In the research, from mixed method research the explanatory sequential design was used. The quantitative dimension of the research was designed according to the quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest control group. Using the convenient sampling method, 28 students at the 10th grade level from the government high school of Aksaray, where the researcher worked, were determined as the study group. 15 students in the study group were in the experimental group and 13 students were in the control group. The research was carried out in the 2020-2021 academic year. While the lessons were taught online via Zoom with the help of videos shared on the EBA platform with the experimental group according to the flipped classroom model, the control group was taught online for 25 hours for 5 weeks, according to the traditional methods. Quantitative data in the study were collected with an academic achievement test prepared by the researcher and a Mathematics attitude scale prepared earlier by other researchers and the necessary permissions were obtained for use. Qualitative data were collected with semi-structured interview questions prepared by the researcher by taking expert opinions. The academic achievement test and the attitude scale were applied to the experimental and control groups as a pre-test before the experimental procedure and it was understood that the groups were equal. After the experimental procedure, academic achievement test and attitude scale were applied as posttest. Finally, online interviews were conducted with 6 students selected from the experimental group and qualitative data were collected. SPSS 16.0 package program was used in the analysis of quantitative data. Content analysis was used in the analysis of qualitative data. According to the findings obtained in the study, it was concluded that online education designed according to the flipped classroom model on 10th grade functions subject significantly increased the academic achievement of students compared to traditional online education. Although there were differences in the scores of the students in the experimental and control groups from the mathematics attitude scale, these differences were not statistically significant. In addition, students mentioned that they adopted the flipped classroom model, they wanted to use it in most lessons, group work increased their communication with their friends and teachers, and they felt that they came to the lessons ready thanks to the lesson videos.Key Words : Online education, flipped classroom model, Mathematics education

Bu çalışmada mühendis adayı öğrencilerinin integral konusundaki bilgileri, problem çözüm süreçleri, problemlere yaklaşımları, kavramsal ve işlemsel bilgileri arasında kurdukları ilişkileri ile bu ilişkileri nasıl kurdukları ve nasıl anlamlandırdıkları Bloom Taksonomisi ve performansları açısından araştırılmıştı. Belirli bir zaman dilimi içerisinde çeşitli veri toplama araçları (İntegral Testi, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği) yardımı ile genelleme yapma amacı gütmeden detaylı bir şekilde mühendis adayı öğrencilerinin integral performansları ve kavramsal-işlemsel bilgilerinin incelenmesi hedeflendiğinden araştırmanın modeli nitel yorumlayıcı paradigmaya sahip özel durum çalışmasıdır. İntegral konusu ile ilgili bilgi ve becerilerin ölçülebilmesi maksadıyla Bloom Taksonomisinin Bilgi ve Bilişsel Süreç Boyutu esas alınarak 25 matematik öğretmeni ve uzman görüşleri ile bir test geliştirilmiştir. Testin geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmaları yapıldıktan sonra farklı üniversitelerden farklı mühendislik bölümlerine ait uygun örnekleme yöntemine göre seçilen 55 mühendis adayı öğrencisine uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen nicel veriler SPSS ve Office programları kullanılarak yorumlanmıştır. Nitel veriler ise kategorileştirmeye gidilerek içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak yorumlanmıştır. Çalışmada nicel verilerle elde edilen bulgular ile öğrencilerin en iyi performansı kavramsal bilgi ağırlıklı sorularda gösterdiği en düşük performansı işlemsel bilgi ağırlıklı problemlerde gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Revize Edilen Bloom Taksonomisinin bilişsel süreç boyutuna göre sınıflandırılmış olan problemlerde öğrencilerin bilişsel basamaklar ilerledikçe performanslarının düştüğü gözlemlenmiştir. Bloom taksonomisinde en düşük performans, değerlendirme ve yaratma basamaklarında çıkmıştır. Dolayısı ile öğrencilere üst düzey öğrenme becerilerini geliştirici etkinlikler yapılması, derste çözülen soruların bu becerileri destekleyici nitelikte olması tavsiye edilmektedir. Bulgular ile elde edilen analizlerle desteklenen sonuçlara göre öğrencilerin İntegral konusunda kavramsal bilgilerinin daha güçlü olduğu, işlemsel bilgi türüne ait sorularda daha fazla hata yaparak düşük performans sergiledikleri görülmüştür. Standart olmayan gerçek hayat problemlerini çözebilmek için kavramsal-işlemsel bilginin dengeli olduğu eğitime ağırlık verilmesi gerekliliğine değinilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Revize Edilen Bloom Taksonomisi, Kavramsal Bilgi, İşlemsel Bilgi In this research the aim is to investigate the integral knowledge of the candidate of engineering students, process of problem solving, approaches to problems, the relationship between conceptual and procedural knowledge and how to constitute and explain those relations in terms of Bloom´s Taxonomy and its performance. Because the purpose is to examine the candidate of engineering students´ integral performances and conceptual-operative knowledge in detail without making generations with the help of various data collection tools (Integral Test, semistructured focus groups) in a specific time frame, the model of investigation implements qualitative paradigm. A test based on Bloom´s Taxonomy Knowledge and Cognitive Process Dimension was generated with the intention of measuring knowledge and skills about integral by 25 Mathematic instructors and expert opinions. After the reliability and validity were confirmed, it was implemented to 55 engineering students who were chosen according to the suitable sampling method and they study in different universities in different engineering faculties. The qualitative data was interpreted by using SPSS and office programs. Besides, the quantitative data was interpreted by using content analysis method with creating category. The findings of qualitative research showed that the students´ best performance was in conceptual knowledge questions and the worst performance was in operative knowledge questions. It was observed that when the students‟ cognitive steps rises, the performance of students decreases in the problems which were categorized according to revised version of Bloom´s Taxonomy with regard to cognitive process. It went down to the lowest level of performance evaluation and creation in Bloom´s Taxonomy. As a result, it is suggested that students should be implemented activities that develop their high level learning skills and the exercises that are completed in classroom should be in a supporting attribute for those learning skills. According to the results that were supported by the analysis of findings the conceptual knowledge of students are stronger and it was perceived that they perform lower by making more mistakes in operative knowledge questions. When the process of students‟ problem solving is investigated, for the necessity of solution to the general problem even if students have the required answers for correlation and formulas, it was perceived that students make calculation and reasoning mistakes by applying their knowledge. Consequently, it was emphasized that these two conceptual and procedural knowledge should be maintained together. Furthermore, it was defined that engineering students have generated affirmative emotions and beliefs about integral.Key Words: Revised Bloom‟s Taxonomy, Conceptual Knowledge, Procedural Knowledge

Bu çalışmanın amacı, matematik dersinde kullanılan öğretim programlarının ve ders kitaplarının öğrenci görüşlerine göre incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemi olarak Doğu Anadolu bölgesinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı resmi ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan 14 matematik öğretmeni ve bu kurumlarda öğretime devam eden 375 öğrencinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın verilerini elde etmek için, öğretmenlere yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu mu uygulanıp görüşme ses kayıt cihazı ile kayıt altına alınarak toplanmıştır. Öğrenci görüşlerine ait veriler, görüşme formu aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçları incelenerek öğretim programının iyileştirilmesi için görüşler ve tavsiyeler, ders kitaplarının verimli bir şekilde kullanılmadığı, eksikliklerinin giderilmesi ve iyileştirilmesi için görüşlerin olduğu ortaya konmuştur. Öğretim programın yenilenme sürecinde ve ders kitaplarının daha etkin ve verimli kullanılması için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

In this study, the opinions and expectations of teachers and students in the context of mathematics lesson of formal education support and training courses opened within the Ministry of National Education were examined. In the research, mixed method convergent pattern was applied. 15 mathematics teachers and 376 secondary education students attending these courses in the Eastern Black Sea Region were included in the Ministry of Education's formal education support and training courses. In the study, face-to-face interviews were made with a semi-structured interview form in order to determine the opinions of the teachers, and these interviews were recorded and a student interview form was applied to the students. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis method. According to the opinions of teachers participating in these courses, absenteeism means that the courses are free of charge cause absenteeism, preparation for ATY and TYT exams for 12th grades, completing the deficiencies in the course for mid-grades and increasing the motivation of the student against mathematics, and expressing that certain regulations are introduced to the courses in order to gain efficiency from the courses.It was stated by the participants that the support and training courses are sufficient in terms of supporting the lessons in the school, but they do not support them enough in preparing for central exams. It was stated that the resources provided by the Ministry of National Education for the support and training courses were insufficient by the participants. Participant students stated that the course hours are short, the lessons are taught fast, the classes are crowded, the formation of level groups in the courses, not only the solution of the questions but also the deficiency of the issues and the retelling of those subjects, the 11th grade students express that the courses should be for ATY-TYT exam, not just to supplement the lesson they meant. It was stated by the participants that the support and training courses are sufficient in terms of supporting the lessons in the school, but they do not support them enough in preparing for the central exams. It was stated that the resources provided by the Ministry of National Education for the support and training courses were insufficient by the participants., Bu çalışmada Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı bünyesinde açılan örgün eğitimi destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarının matematik dersi bağlamında öğretmen ve öğrenci görüşleri ve beklentileri incelenmiştir. Araştırmada karma yöntem yakınsayan desen uygulanmıştır. Araştırmaya Doğu Karadeniz Bölğesinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı örgün eğitimi destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarında görev alan 15 matematik öğretmeni ve bu kurslara devam eden 376 ortaöğretim öğrencisi dahil edilmiştir. Araştırmada öğretmenlerin görüşlerini belirlemek için yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile yüz yüze görüşmeler yapılarak bu görüşmeler kayıt altına alınmıştır ve öğrenciler için öğrenci görüşme formu uygulanmıştır. Veriler betimsel analiz yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Bu kurslara katılan öğretmenlerin görüşlerine göre devamsızlık, kursların ücretsiz olması devamsızlığa neden olduğunu, 12. Sınıflar için ATY ve TYT sınavlarına hazılık, arasınıflar için dersteki eksiklikleri tamamlama ve öğrencinin matematiğe karışı motivasyonunu artırma, kurslardan verim alınabilmesi için kurslara belirli düzenlemelerin gelmesini ifade etmektedirler. Destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarının okuldaki derslere destek anlamında yeterli olduğu fakat merkezi sınavlara hazırlanması konusunda yeteri kadar desteklemediği katılımcılar tarafından belirtilmiştir. Destekleme ve yetiştirme kursların MEB tarafından sunulan kaynakların katılımcılar tarafından yetersiz olduğu ifade edilmiştir. Katılımcı öğrenciler kurs saatlerinin az olduğunu, derslerin hızlı işlendiği, sınıfların kalabalık olduğu, kurslarda seviye gruplarının oluşturulması, sadece soru çözümünün değilde eksik konuların saptanıp o konuların tekrar anlatılmasını, 11.sınıf öğrencileri kursların derse takviye amaçlı değil ATY-TYT sınava yönelik de olmasıgerektiğinin ifade etmektediler. Destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarının okuldaki derslere destek anlamında yeterli olduğu fakat merkezi sınavlara hazırlanması konusunda yeteri kadar desteklemediği katılımcılar tarafından belirtilmiştir. Destekleme ve yetiştirme kursların MEB tarafından sunulan kaynakların katılımcılar tarafından yetersiz olduğu ifade edilmiştir.

© 2021. All Rights Reserved.The process knowledge gained by the student who cannot build the definition of the concept in his mind is far from permanent. Learning and teaching of the number concept is a lifelong process starting from preschool ages in terms of both conceptual and operational knowledge. In this context, the aim of the study is to examine the concept definitions of secondary education students about fraction and rational number concepts and to determine how mathematics teachers define these two concepts; It is also to investigate the way teachers handle these two concepts in their teaching processes and what they observe in students. This study is a qualitative research. The participant group of the research consisted of 188 students studying in four different schools in a province located in the Central Anatolia Region in the 9th grade level in 2018-2019 academic year and 24 math teachers working in schools affiliated to the Ministry of Education. As a data collection tool, the concept definition determination form related to fraction and rational number concepts and a semi-structured interview form to be made with participant teachers have been developed to be applied to the participant student group. Descriptive analysis of the collected data was made. The results obtained at the end of the study show that students have false definitions about fraction and rational number concepts, and these definitions are caused by teachers' inadequacy and misleading knowledge about these two concepts.

İnsanoğlu varoluşundan günümüze kadar merak ettiklerini öğrenmeye çalışmıştır, bildiklerini gelecek kuşaklara öğretmiştir. Bu öğretimin kalıcılığını ve niteliğini arttırmak için çeşitli yöntem ve teknik geliştirilmiştir. Son yüzyılda ise ‘’yaparak/yaşayarak öğrenme’ temeline dayanan öğretim yöntemleri gündemdedir. Bu yöntemlerden bir tanesi ise eğitimde senaryoların kullanıldığı bir yöntem olan Senaryo Temelli Öğrenme (STÖ) ‘dir. Senaryo ile öğretim, kazandırılacak bilgi ve becerilerin bir olaylar zinciri içinde örüntülü sunulması esasına dayanır. Literatürde Türkiye’de STÖ ile ilgili sınırlı sayıda çalışma bulunduğu dikkat çekmektedir. Bu araştırmanın STÖ ile ilgili sayılı araştırmadan farkı ise matematik öğretmeni adaylarıyla yapılmasıdır. Bu bağlamda araştırmanın amacı ortaokul matematik öğretmeni adaylarının STÖ hakkındaki görüşlerini belirlemektir. Bu çalışma nitel bir çalışma olarak tasarlanmıştır. Bu araştırmanın katılımcıları 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılının güz döneminde, bir devlet üniversitesinin ilköğretim matematik öğretmenliği bölümünde son sınıfta öğrenim gören beş matematik öğretmen adayı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya on iki katılımcı ile başlanmış, süreç sonunda senaryoların uygulanması için uygun şartlara sahip beş öğretmen adayı ile araştırma tamamlanmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak yapılandırılmış ve yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Öğretmen adaylarıyla süreç öncesinde görüşme yapılmış daha sonra bilgilendirme semineri verilmiştir. viiviiiSenaryo yazma sürecinden geçen adaylarla uygulama öncesinde ve sonrasında görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Adayların yazılı ve sözlü olarak görüşleri alınmıştır. Ses kayıtları yazılı hale getirilmiş ve içerik analizi yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Veri analizi yapılırken informal gözlemlerden de yararlanılmıştır. Öğretmen adayları ile yapılan görüşmeler içerik analizi yardımıyla analiz edilmiştir. Veri analizi sonucunda süreç başında öğretmen adaylarının STÖ hakkında herhangi bir bilgiye sahip olmadığı fakat ‘senaryo’ ve ‘öğrenme’ kelimelerinden yola çıkarak yorumda bulunabildikleri görülmüştür. Adayların STÖ’de kullanılacak senaryoların, kazanıma uygun olma, kavram yanılgısına neden olmama, öğrenci seviyesine uygun olma, anlaşılır bir dile sahip olma, eğlenceli olma, günlük yaşamla ilişkili olma, öğrencinin dikkatini çekebilme, vb. gibi özelliklere sahip olması gerektiğini belirtmişlerdir. Uygulama sonrasında sınıf yönetimi ve istenilen sonucu elde etme konusunda sorunlar yaşadıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Öğretmen adaylarının çoğunluğunun beklentisi karşılanmamasına karşın, hepsi meslek hayatlarında STÖ uygulamaları kullanmak istediklerini ifade etmişlerdir.Anahtar Kelimeler : Senaryo Temelli Öğrenme, Matematik Eğitimi Mankind has tried to learn what they are curious about since its existence, and has taught what they know to future generations. Various methods and techniques have been developed to increase the permanence and quality of this teaching. In the last century, teaching methods based on ’learning by doing / experiencing ir are at issue. One of these methods is Scenario Based Learning (SBL), which uses scenarios in education. Teaching with scenario is based on presenting the knowledge and skills to be gained in a chain of events. It is drawn attention that in the literatüre in Turkey there are limited number of studies related to the SBL.The difference of this research from the research about SBL is that it is conducted with prospective mathematics teachers. In this context, the aim of the study is to determine the opinions of prospective secondary school mathematics teachers about SBL. This study was designed as a qualitative study. The participants of this study consisted of five pre-service mathematics teachers who were studying in the elementary mathematics department of a state university in the fall semester of the 2018-2019 academic year. The study was begun with twelve participants, and at the end of the process, the research was completed with five prospective teachers who had suitable conditions for the implementation of the scenarios. Structured and semi-structured interview technique were used as data collection tool. Prospective teachers were interviewed before the process and then an information seminar ixxwas given. It was interviewed with candidates who passed scenarios writing process before and after the implementation. The written and oral opinions of the candidates were obtained. Voice recordings were written and analyzed by content analysis method. Informal observations were also used during data analysis. As a result of the data analysis, it was seen that pre-service teachers did not have any information about SBL but they could make comments based on the words ‘scenario’ and ‘learning’. The scenarios that will be used in the SBLs of the candidates are suitable for gain, not causing misconceptions, being appropriate to the level of the student, having a comprehensible language, being entertaining, being related to daily life, being able to attract the attention of the student, etc. they should have such features. They stated that they had problems in class management and achieving the desired result after the application. Although the expectations of the majority of teacher candidates were not met, they all stated that they wanted to use SBL practices in their professional lives.Key Words : Scenario Based Learning, Mathematichs Education

Öğretim programı, bir toplumun kişiliğini ve kültürünü eğitim sistemine uygulanmasını sağlayan bir ögedir. Toplumu iyi ifade eden, istikrarı sağlamış bir öğretim programı hedefleri gerçekleştirmede atılan en önemli adımlardan biridir. Bu programların uygulayıcıları olan öğretmenlerin görüşleri, önerileri ve tavsiyeleri programın iyileştirilmesi için dikkat edilmesi gereken bir husustur. MEB bünyesinde okullarda okutulan ders kitapları, öğretmenlerin ve öğrencilerin en temel materyali görevi üstlenmektedir. Ders kitaplarından alınan verimin en üst düzeye çıkarılabilmesi için bu kitaplardaki eksikliklerin belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Dolayısı ile bu çalışmada, sürecin içerisinde olan öğrencilerin ve matematik öğretmenlerinin görüşleri alınarak öğretim programındaki ve ders kitaplarındaki eksikliklerin belirlenmesi, öğrencilerin beklentilerinin incelenmesi ve öğretmenlerden çeşitli öneriler alınması amaçlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın problemi “Matematik dersi öğretim programı ve ders kitapları ile ilgili öğretmen ve öğrenci görüşleri nelerdir?” şeklinde ifade edilmiştir. AraştırmaviErzurum ilinin Oltu ilçesinde yapılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında MEB ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan 14 matematik öğretmeni ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu uygulanmıştır ve görüşme kayıt altına alınmıştır. Öğrencilerin görüş ve beklentilerini belirlemek amacıyla 375 öğrenciye öğrenci görüş formu uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizi yapılırken betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçları incelenerek öğretim programının iyileştirilmesi için görüşler ve tavsiyeler, ders kitaplarının varsa eksikliklerinin giderilmesi ve iyileştirilmesi için görüşler ortaya konmuştur. Son kısımda ise elde edilen verilerden ve sonuçlardan faydalanarak programın ve ders kitaplarının düzenlenmesi adına önerilerde bulunulmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler : Öğretim programı, ders kitabı, öğretmen görüşleri, öğrencibeklentileri, matematik, matematik eğitimi. Curriculums are the components which applies the character and the culture of society to education systems. A curriculum which states the society and becomes permenant is one of the most important steps for achieving goals. The opinions, suggestions and advices of the teachers who are the appilers of the curriculum are important points to improve the curriculum. The textbooks which are used at schools under MEBs organization are the most fundamental materials for teachers and students. To maximize the efficiency of the textbooks, the lacks of the textbooks must be determined. In this study, the main goal is to determine the lacks of the curriculum and the textbooks, examine the expectations of the studens and to get some suggestions from the teachers by getting the opinions of the students and the teachers who are in the main process. In this context, the main problem of this study is stated as “ The examination of Mathematic Curriculum and Mathematic Textbooks”. This research is applied to 14 teachers who work at high schools under MEBs organization by using a semi-structred interview form which is recorded in Oltu,ERZURUM. To determine the opinions and expectations of the studens, a survey and an open-ended question format is applied to 375 students. To analyse the data, the descriptive analysis method is used. Codifications and themes are formed. By examining the results of the analysis, the opinions and suggestions are put forth to resolve the lacks if exists and to improve the curriculum. In the last part, some advices are made to organize the curriculum and the textbooks by exploiting from the data and results.Key Words : Curriculum, textbook, teacher opinions, , ideas of teachers, student expectations, mathematic, math education.

Matematik öğretiminde karĢılaĢılan birçok problemin kaynağı, kavram bilgisinden ziyadeiĢlem bilgisine odaklı bir sürecin yürütülmesidir. Kavramın tanımını zihninde inĢaedemeyen öğrencinin kazandığı iĢlem bilgisi de kalıcılıktan uzak olmaktadır. Sayıkavramının öğrenimi ve öğretimi gerek kavramsal gerekse iĢlemsel bilgisi yönüyle okulöncesi çağlardan baĢlayarak yaĢam boyu devam eden bir süreçtir. Bu süreç matematikleilgilenen herkes için beraberinde birçok kavram kargaĢası ya da kavram yanılgısınıtaĢımaktadır. Sayılar konusuyla ilgili alan yazında yapılan çalıĢmalar incelendiğinde en sıkkarĢılaĢılan kavram yanılgısının kesirler ve rasyonel sayılar konusunda olduğugörülmektedir. Ancak çalıĢmaların pek çoğu -kesrin iĢlemci anlamını temel alarakkesirlerdeiĢlemler ya da -kesir kavramını rasyonel sayı yerine kullanma suretiyle- rasyonelsayı iĢlemleri üzerine odaklanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda araĢtırmanın amacı ortaöğretimöğrencilerinin kesir ve rasyonel sayı kavramları hakkındaki kavram tanımlarını incelemekve matematik öğretmenlerinin bu iki kavramı nasıl tanımladıklarını tespit etmek ayrıcaöğretmenlerin öğretim süreçlerinde bu iki kavramı iĢleme biçimlerini ve öğrencilerde nelergözlemlediklerini araĢtırmaktır. Bu çalıĢma nitel desenli bir araĢtırmadır. AraĢtırmanınkatılımcı grubu, 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılı içinde, 9. Sınıf düzeyinde, Sivas ilinde dörtviifarklı okulda öğrenim gören toplam 188 öğrenci ve Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlıokullarda çalıĢan 24 matematik öğretmeninden oluĢmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak,katılımcı öğrenci grubuna uygulanmak üzere kesir ve rasyonel sayı kavramları ile ilgilikavram tanımı tespit formu ve katılımcı öğretmenler ile yapılmak üzere yarıyapılandırılmıĢ mülakat formu geliĢtirilmiĢtir. Toplanan verilere içerik analizi yapılmıĢtır.ÇalıĢmanın sonunda ulaĢılan sonuçlar, öğrencilerin kesir ve rasyonel sayı kavramları ileilgili yanlıĢ tanımlamalara sahip olduklarını ve bu tanımlara öğretmenlerin bu iki kavramile ilgili bilgilerinin yetersizliğinin ve yanlıĢ yönlendirmelerinin sebep olduğunugöstermektedir.Anahtar Kelimeler : Kesir, rasyonel sayı, kavram tanımı The source of many problems encountered in mathematics teaching is the execution of aprocess focused on process knowledge rather than concept knowledge.The processknowledge gained by the student who cannot construct the definition of the concept inhis/her mind is also far from being permanent.Learning and teaching of the concept ofnumber is a lifelong process starting from preschool ages in terms of both conceptual andoperational knowledgeThis process brings many confusion or misconceptions to anyoneinterested in mathematics. When the studies in the field of numbers are examined, it is seenthat the most common misconception is about fractions and rational numbers. However,most of the studies focus on the operations of fractions -based on the operatorrepresentation of the fraction- on rational number operations or -with the use of the conceptof fraction instead of rational numbers-. In this context, the aim of the study is to examinethe definitions of the concepts of fraction and rational number of secondary school studentsand to determine how mathematics teachers define these two concepts, and also toinvestigate how teachers process these two concepts in their teaching processes and whatthey observe in students. This study is a qualitative study. The participant group of thestudy consists of 188 students who were educated in four different schools in Sivas in theix9th grade level in the 2018-2019 academic year and 24 mathematics teachers working inschools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. As a data collection tool, conceptdefinition form for fraction and rational number concepts and semi-structured interviewform for participant teachers have been developed for the participants.Content analysis hasbeen performed on the collected data. The results obtained at the end of the study showthat students have misconceptions about fraction and rational number concepts and thatthese definitions are caused by the inadequacy of teachers' concept definitions about thesetwo concepts and misdirectioning of them.Key Words : Fraction, rational number, concept definition

Dershanelerin kapatılmasıyla birlikte MEB örgün eğitimi destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarına olan talep ve ihtiyaç artmıştır. Kurslardaki matematik dersinden alınan verimin en üst düzeye çıkarılabilmesi için bu kurslardaki eksikliklerin belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Dolayısı ile bu çalışmada, sürecin içerisinde olan öğrencilerin ve matematik öğretmenlerinin görüşleri alınarak kurslardaki eksikliklerin belirlenmesi, öğrencilerin beklentilerinin incelenmesi ve öğretmenlerden çeşitli öneriler alınması amaçlanmıştır. Sonuçta bu çalışma ile bu eksikliklerin belirlenmesi, öğrencilerin ve öğretmenlerin beklentilerinin ortaya konması, kurslarda yapılacak olan iyileştirme çalışmalarına ışık tutacağı düşünülmüştür. Nicel ve nitel araştırma yöntemlerinin bir arada kullanıldığı bu çalışmada öğrencilerin görüşlerini ve beklentilerini belirlemek amacıyla içerisinde açık uçlu soru bulunan anket, öğretmenlerin görüşlerini belirlemek için ise yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmış ve bu görüşmeler kayıt altına alınmıştır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Bu yöntemle kodlamalar yapılmış ve bunlardan da ortak temalar belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen verilerin analizi ile öğretmenlerin ve öğrencilerin bu kurslar hakkındaki görüşleri ve beklentileri ortaya konmuştur. Son olarak, bulgular ve sonuçlardan yola çıkılarak MEB örgün eğitimi destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarında düzenlemelere ilişkin öneriler sunulmuştur. Along with the closure of the private teaching institutions, the demand and the need for the support and training courses for MONE formal education have increased. In order to maximize the efficiency of the mathematics courses in these courses, it is necessary to identify deficiencies in these courses. Therefore, in this study, it was aimed to identify the possible deficiencies in the courses, to examine the expectations of the students and to take various suggestions from the teachers by taking the opinions of the students and mathematics teachers in the process. Therefore, the research problem of this study is expressed as "What is the official structure of MONE formal education support and training courses, the contents of mathematics courses in these courses, and the opinions and the expectations of teachers and students about mathematics courses?" In conclusion, with this study it was thought to identify these shortcomings, to highlight the expectations of learners and teachers, and to highlight the improvements that will be made in the courses. Within the scope of the research, as participant, a questioner was applied to 376 students who study in math classes in the support and training courses of MEB in Rize and an interview was made with the 15 in-service teachers who work there. In this study, in which quantitative and qualitative research methods are used together, a questionnaire with an open-ended question and a semi-structured interview form were used to determine the views and expectations of the students and these interviews were recorded. The obtained data were analyzed by content analysis method. Coding has been done with this method and common themes have been determined. The analysis of the obtained data revealed the opinions and expectations of the teachers and the students about these courses. Finally, some advices were made for the regulations of supporting and training courses of MEB according to symptoms and results.

Bu çalışmanın amacı ortaöğretim öğrencilerinin problem çözmeye yönelik inançları ile akademik özyeterlik algılarının bazı değişkenler açısından (okul türü, sınıf düzeyi ve cinsiyet) incelenerek aralarında anlamlı bir ilişkinin olup olmadığını araştırmaktır. Araştırmada çeşitli demografik verileri elde etmek amacıyla araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan Kişisel Bilgi Formu, öğrencilerin problem çözmeye yönelik inançlarının saptanmasında Problem Çözmeye Yönelik İnanç Ölçeği, akademik özyeterlik inançlarının belirlenmesinde Akademik Özyeterlik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini 2016-2017 Eğitim Öğretim yılı 2.döneminde İç Anadolu Bölgesi bir il merkezinde öğrenim görmekte olan farklı lise türünden öğrenciler oluşturmuştur. Ticariolarak alınan Lewatit VP OC 1600 partiküllerine üreaz enzimi immobilizasyontekniği uygulanılarak partiküle immobilize edildi. Enzimimmobilizasyonlarında araştırma parametrelerinden biri olan enzimin tekrarkullanılabilirliği immobilze olan partikülün kullanılması ve sonuçlarınalınması enzimin ticari alınan lewatit partiküller üzerine immobilize olduğunu gösterdi.Lewatit VP OC 1600, metakrilik esterlere dayanılarak küresel boncuk biçimindemacropor içeren ve divinilbenzen (DVB) ile çapraz bağlanmış polimerdir. LewatitVP OC 1600’ün maksimum üreaz immobilize etme kapasitesi 480 mg.g -1‘dir.Serbest ve immobilize olan enzimler, 7.5 ve 6.5 gibi farklı optimum pH'larsergiledi. İmmobilize olan enzimin optimum sıcaklığı 60 oC'ekayarken, serbest enzim 50 oC olarak belirlendi. İmmobilize olanenzim ile serbest enzim yüksek sıcaklıklara maruz bırakıldığında tutuklananenzim serbest enzime göre sıcaklığa daha fazla direnç gösterdiği tespit edildi.Tutuklanan ve serbest enzimin kinetik parametreleri belirlendi. Buna göre,serbest enzimin substrata ilgisinin tutuklanan enzimin substrata olanilgisinden düşük olduğu gözlemlendi. Tutuklanan enzimin, termostabilitesi,tekrar kullanılabilirliği ve depolama parametrelerinin serbest enzime kıyasladaha yüksek bir etkinlik gösterdiği tespit edildi.
