Kejadian BBLR di Indonesia masih tinggi, yang berdampak terhadap infeksi, komplikasi gangguan pernafasan, susunan saraf pusat, risiko kematian serta kejadian stunting, sehingga diperlukan antenatal terpadu sebagai instrumen untuk pertumbuhan janin intrauterin karena antenatal care yang adekuat dapat kesehatan maternal sehingga meningkatkan kesehatan bayi yang akan dilahirkan. Antenatal care terpadu dilakukan dengan instrumen 10 T, sebagai upaya peningkatan pertumbuhan dan kesejahteraan janin intrauterine agar janin dilahirkan dalam kondisi terbaik dan jika janin mengalami pertumbuhan terhambat dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan cermat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas program antenatal Gizi Kia terpadu (Gikatera) terhadap pertumbuhan dan kesejahteraan janin pada ibu TM III di KabupatenSeluma tahun 2022. Desain penelitian kuasi eksperimen post test only dengan kelompok kontrol dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Kelompok perlakuan adalah ibu hamil yang menerima pelayanan antenatal Gizi KIA terpadu (Gikatera) selama masa kehamilan sedangkan kelompok kontrol adalah ibu hamil yang menerima antenatal care konvensional di Puskesmas, BPM atau posyandu. Intervensi penelitian berupa Pelayanan antenatal Gikatera yang diberikan minimal 3 kali dengan standar 10 T dimulai pada kehamilan TM I sampai TM III dengan usia kehamilan 35 minggu. Pengukuran pertumbuhan janin diukur melalui taksiran berat janin dan tinggi fundus uteri sedangkan kesejahteraanjanin diidentifikasi melalui frekuensi denyut jantung janin dan gerakanjanin. Variabel independen yaitu pelayanan antenatal Gikatera sedangkan variabel dependen pertumbuhanjanin dankesejahteraan janin. Sampel berupa ibu hamil dengan kriteria inklusi ibu hamil TM I, Kriteria eksklusi adalahibu hamil dengan riwayat bad obstetrik atau menderita komplikasi atau penyulit kehamilan saat penelitian berlangsung atau terjadi partus prematurus. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil: Ada pengaruh Program Antenatal Gikatera Terhadap Pertumbuhan janin. Ada pengaruh Program Antenatal Gizi Kia Terpadu Gikatera Terhadap Kesejahteraan Janin. Ada pengaruh status anemia dan KEK terhadap Pertumbuhan janin. Tidak ada pengaruh usia, paritas, jarak kehamilan, status anemia dan KEK terhadap kesejahteraan janin. Tenaga Kesehatan harus memberikan pelayanan antenatal Gizi KIA terpadu untuk meningkatkan kualitas outcome kehamilan dan persalinaan.

Stunting in Indonesia is still high, including in Bengkulu Province with the locus on the outermost island, namely Meok Village, Enggano District. Stunting events affect the neurological development and cognitive abilities of children. Risk factors for stunting include education. knowledge, protein intake, infection, exclusive breastfeeding, fish food restriction culture. So that efforts are needed to increase the knowledge and ability of the community in processing local fish food ingredients as a food source for toddlers. The purpose of community service activities is to increase the knowledge and skills of mothers with toddlers in processing fish-based local food ingredients as an effort to prevent stunting in toddlers. The activity targets of mothers who have children under five are 35 people. Place of implementation Meok and Apoho Village, Enggano District, North Bengkulu Regency. Activities carried out in September-December 2021. The method of activity is the preparation, implementation, evaluation, follow-up plans. The result is an increase in the average score of knowledge about stunting prevention efforts from 11.09 before the activity to 18 after the activity. Mothers who have children under five are able to process fish-based food ingredients in the form of banana fish porridge and fish rollade. It can be concluded that this community service activity can increase the knowledge and ability of toddler mothers in processing fish-based food. It is suggested to health service providers to empower cadres in health promotion for stunting prevention through processing food menus in accordance with local wisdom.

Asphyxia is one of the causes of neonatal death. The causes of asphyxia neonatorum consist of maternal factors, placental factors, fetal factors and labor factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum in Dr. M. Yunus hospital Bengkulu. Design of this study uses a case control study with a retrospective approach. The population in this study were all newborns recorded in the perinatology room register at Dr. M. Yunus hospital Bengkulu in 2020 and 2021, as many as 577 newborns. The case sample in the case sampling technique was total sampling with a total of 186 newborns with asphyxia. The control sample was taken with a ratio of 1:1 so that the control sample was 186 newborns who did not have asphyxia. The results of statistical tests showed that maternal age, amniotic fluid mixed meconium, prolonged labor and type of delivery with p value 0.05, which means that there are no relationship to the incidence of asphyxia in newborns. The most influential factor with the incidence of asphyxia was amniotic fluid mixed meconium with an OR value of 3.798. It is necessary to increase the ability of midwives in providing services and delivery assistance, especially in the event of amniotic fluid mixed meconium through education and training both internally and externally through seminars or special training.

Mother's Milk is the best food for newborns and is the only healthy food that babies need in the first months of life. Breastfeeding has many benefits for both mother and baby. One of the obstacles to breastfeeding is problems with the mother's breasts because it gives difficulties for the baby to breastfeed, including flat, sunken and blistered nipples.Research conducted by Jannah, et al (2018) thatthe duration of successful breastfeeding in the intervention group given the BBC was a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 days, while in the control group given a nipple puller it was longer, namely a minimum of 6 days and a maximum of 22 days. The statistical test results showed that there was a significant difference in the mean duration of successful breastfeeding in mothers with inverted nipples given the BBC modification with a p=0.00, the mean difference being 9.4. This means that the use of the BBC modification can accelerate the success of breastfeeding in mothers with inverted nipples 9.4 times compared to mothers with nipple puller intervention. This community service activity method uses an approach to increasing knowledge, skills through webinar zoom meetings and training. The results of filling out the pre and post test questionnaires showed that the average pretest value was 66, 76 to 85.44 with an increase in knowledge of 21.86%. In conclusion, there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of alumni to produce BBC which can be seen in the video on the process of making the BBC and there is an additional type of service at PMB, namely BBC marketing. It is recommended that PMB and alumni open businesses and have an entrepreneurial spirit so that they can create job opportunities for other alumni and provide services to breastfeeding mothers who have problems with flat, sunken and chafed nipples.

Maturation of the age of marriage (PUP) through the youth family development program (BKR) which is intended for families with teenage children as a forum and source of information for parents and adolescents to gain knowledge about PUP. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a youth family development group as an effort to increase adolescents' understanding of PUP. This community service activity aims to increase adolescent knowledge through fostering adolescent family development groups as a forum for youth in Sukaraja District Seluma Regency. The community service method is through regional development with activity stages including identification of potential partners, identification of stakeholder involvement, preparation, implementation and evaluation stages as well as follow-up. The results of this activity resulted in an increase in the average score of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents towards the acceptance of the concept of maturation of marriage age in Sukaraja District Seluma Regency. The activity went smoothly with good support and 100% attendance. It is hoped that partners will continue the activities in the form of monitoring and evaluating cadres and parents who already have the ability by involving village midwives.

The Bengkulu Capital City Mortality Rate in 2009 was recorded at 104.52 per 100,000 live births. The maternal mortality rate due to childbirth is still below the national death rate which reached 262 per 100,000 live births. One of the causes of maternal mortality is puerperal infection. Puerperal infection can be caused by perineal rupture. This study aims to determine the relationship between the degree of perineal rupture and the incidence of puerperal infection in dr. M. Yunus Hospital Bengkulu. This research is an analytic observation method with a case control design. The type of population in this study were all postpartum mothers who experienced perineal rupture at dr.M. Yunus Hospital Bengkulu in 2010-2011, totaling 1360 people with a sample of 148 people consisting of a case group, namely mothers with puerperal infection and a control group of mothers without postpartum infection taken with a random systematic technique. sampling. Comparison of case and control groups 1:1. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics using t test with 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results of this study indicate that the average degree of perineal rupture in pregnant women is grade III. Almost all (90.5%) puerperal infections occurred in mothers with grade IV perineal rupture. There is a relationship between the degree of perineal rupture with puerperal infection in dr.M.Yunus Hospital Bengkulu in 2012 with a p value = 0.00 and a mean difference of 1.16. It is recommended for health workers to pay attention to nutrition in postpartum mothers so that they can increase body resistance and accelerate the wound healing process.

More than 50% of marriages in Bengkulu Province are adolescents marriages (less than 20 years). Adolescents marriage affects low levels of education, high incidence in the household, overcoming health problems, health problems in struggling children and psychological health of children because mothers of adolescents are less capable of planning a family. Therefore, community participation is needed to increase the knowledge and attitudes of adolescent mothers in family planning, namely through empowering Posyandu cadres and family planning cadres. The research design uses quasi experiment with pretest and posttest design with control group design. Research population is all married mothers aged 15-20 years. The sample is a teenage mother selected purposively by inclusion criteria of married mother, resident of settlement in Central Bengkulu Regency, able to communicate well and can read and write. Exclusion criterion is mother suffering from severe disease and not willing to follow the research process. The sample size is 60 people consist of 30 people of intervention group and 30 control group. The independent variable is empowerment of GEMARI cadres while dependent variable of knowledge and attitude of adolescent mother. Instruments using structured questionnaires. Data analysis technique using paired simple test and independent t-test. The results found in the intervention group there was an increase in knowledge scores before (61.67) and after (78.83) mentoring was carried out by GEMARI cadres (p = 0.001), but in the control group there was no difference in the average knowledge score before (66, 83) and after (64.67) intervention (p = 0.482). In the intervention group, there was an increase in the score of mothers’ attitudes about family planning before (78) and after (80.47) accompanied by GEMARI cadres (p = 0.036), while in the control group there was no difference in the average attitude score before (78, 33) and after (80.47) intervention (p = 0.114). Assistance of GEMARI cadres effectively improves knowledge and attitude of adolescent mother about family planning. Abstrak Lebih dari 50% pernikahan di Provinsi Bengkulu merupakan pernikahan usia remaja (kurang dari 20 tahun). Pernikahan usia remaja berdampak pada rendahnya tingkat pendidikan, tingginya angka kejadian kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, tingginya masalah kesehatan reproduksi, masalah kesehatan pada anak yang dilahirkan dan kesehatan psikologi anak karena ibu usia remaja kurang mampu merencanakan keluarga. Maka dari itu diperlukan partisipasi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu usia remaja dalam perencanaan keluarga, yaitu melalui pemberdayaan kader posyandu dan kader Keluarga Berencana. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan pre test and post test with control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu menikah usia 15-20 tahun. Sampel adalah ibu usia remaja yang dipilih secara purposif dengan kriteria inklusi ibu sudah menikah, penduduk menetap di Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah, dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik, serta dapat membaca dan menulis. Kriteria eksklusi adalah ibu menderita penyakit berat dan tidak bersedia mengikuti proses penelitian. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang, terdiri dari 30 orang kelompok intervensi dan 30 orang kelompok kontrol. Variabel independen adalah pemberdayaan kader Gerakan Masyarakat Peduli (GEMARI) sedangkan variabel dependen pengetahuan dan sikap ibu usia remaja. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Analisis data menggunakan paired t-test dan independen t-test. Hasil penelitian menemukan pada kelompok intervensi terdapat peningkatan skor pengetahuan sebelum (61,67) dan sesudah (78,83) dilakukan pendampingan oleh kader GEMARI (p=0.001), namun pada kelompok kontrol tidak ada perbedaan rata-rata skor pengetahuan sebelum (66,83) dan sesudah (64,67) intervensi (p=0,482). Pada kelompok intervensi, terjadi peningkatan skor sikap ibu tentang perencanaan keluarga sebelum (78) dan setelah (80,47) dilakukan pendampingan oleh kader GEMARI (p=0,036), sementara pada kelompok kontrol tidak ada perbedaan rata-rata skor sikap sebelum (78,33) dan sesudah (80,47) intervensi (p=0,114). Pendampingan kader GEMARI dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu usia remaja tentang perencanaan keluarga.

Prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is a cause for concern. We used IFLS 2007 as secondary data in the cross-sectional study to develop a problem-solving and prevention model of stunting. The study was conducted in 2016 to predict a model from the characteristics, parents, and health care of the child. We recruited 3589 children under-five years from IFLS 2007 data as samples. The inclusion criteria are 1-5 years old children from 15-49 years old pregnant women, living with biological parents, available data of birth weight and gestational age, and do not have chronic disease. We used multiple logistic regression for modeling, and Receiver Operation Characteristic (ROC) Curve as a diagnostic test. We found that 39.5% of children under-five have stunting. Stunting protective factors are: prevention of LBW (Low Birth Weight) in infant, limitation of number of children by three, improved parenting for the boys, prevention of young-age pregnancy and stunting in the female adolescent. Other factors are completing immunization, improving maternal education and the health services of under-five children in rural areas, and improving Fe consumption for pregnant mothers. The model was able to prevent and delay the stunting in toddler by 64%, with 61.9% sensitivity and 60.9% specificity, and AUROC 65.5%. It is necessary to counsel the pregnant women with a low height and young-age pregnancy as a high risk, as well as management of the infant with LBW to prevent stunting.

Disease Pneumonia is an acute respiratory infection that attacks lung tissue, characterized by a cough accompanied by rapid breath or shortness of breath. Riskesdas in 2013 shows the incidence of pneumonia in Indonesia is 1.8% with a prevalence of 4.5%. If translated by number then at least from 23 infants who died every hour and 4 of them because of pneumonia and in 2015 there are 554,650 cases of reported pneumonia. This study aims to determine the relationship of nutritional status with the incidence of pneumonia in infants in hospitals dr. M Yunus Bengkulu Year 2017. The research method used is a quantitative survey with case control approach retrospectively. The number of samples for the case was 28 toddlers and for the control sample of 56 infants. The results of this study found that the variables of nutritional status and age there is a significant relationship with the incidence of pneumonia in toddlers with the value p = 0.00 OR = 9.2273 and p = 0.001 OR = 1.077. And there is no sex relationship with the incidence of pneumonia with p = 1.00. So the conclusion of this study is there is a significant relationship between nutritional status and age with the incidence of pneumonia in infants in hospitals dr. M Yunus Bengkulu where the variable age as an outside variable. The suggestion of this research is can be used as literature to increase the insight and information and health education, can increase the knowledge of health personnel to be more competent in handling the case of pneumonia, and hopefully the result of this research can be used as input or comparison material for subsequent researchers and Other researchers may develop research by linking other factors.

Population increase in adolescence are associated with increased overweight and obesity problems. If this problem not early intervention will have an impact on increasing hypertension prevalence and risk of death. This research aimed to explain the consequences of overweight and obesity in adolescent to hypertension in adults. The study used Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) data with a retrospective cohort study. Adolescent BMI measurements on 2007 and the risk of hypertension on 2014. Population are all adolescents aged 10-20 years in 2007. Sample of 1,697 adolescent who randomly IFLS 2007 with the inclusion criteria: biological children and a single birth, children living with biological parents, children remain alive until adulthood on 2014. Multivariate analysis used logistic regression. The study found 8.1% women and 5.6% men were overweight and obes. In adulthood, there was a 45.4% incidence of hypertension. Incidence of hypertension in men (67.3%) more than women (26.8%). The multivariate model showed adolescence BMI affects the blood pressure after controlled the BMI adult, adolescence blood pressure, area of residence, and gender.Gender interacts with adolescence BMI. The risk of hypertension in adulthood based on overweight and obese in adolescent boys is 3 times and girls is 2 times.
