Changes in composition of the order Eoblattida at the Permian–Triassic boundary are discussed. A new species of Blattogryllidae, Baharellinus orenburgensis sp. nov., is described from the Lower Triassic of the Petropavlovka locality (Orenburg Region, Russia). The family Gorochoviidae (known from the Dzhailoucho locality; Middle or Upper Triassic of the Kyrgyzstan) is transferred from the order Reculida to Eoblattida. Family Batkentakidae fam. nov. is erected for the genus Batkentak Aristov, 2015 from the Dzhailoucho locality. The family Tococladidae is transferred to the order Eoblattida. The family consists of three Permian genera: Tococladus Carpenter, 1966 from USA, France and Russia, Tshekardocladus Rasnitsyn et Aristov, 2015 from Russia and Elmocladus gen. nov. (type species Opistocladus strictus Carpenter, 1976) from the Lower Permian of USA. Opistocladus kargalensis Rasnitsyn et Aristov, 2013 from the middle Permian of Russia is redescribed and transferred to the genus Tococladus. A key to the genera of Tococladidae is provided. New representatives of the order Eoblattida, Anakitala intermittens gen. et sp. nov. (Mesorthopteridae) from the Anakit-1 locality (Vyatkian of Krasnoyarsk Region) and Baharellinus elegans sp. nov. Based on description of the new species Cacurgus avionensis sp. nov., the genus Cacurgus and the family Cacurgidae are revised, excluded from Gerarida, and restored in Panorthoptera. Cacurgidae are restricted to the single genus Cacurgus. Protodictyon pulchripenne is redescribed, excluded from Cacurgidae, and put in the archaeorthopteran stem group of the Panorthoptera. We restore two genera, Kochopteron and Protoblattina, in Paoliidae. The genera Suksunus, Ideliopsis and Kitshuga, currently placed in Cacurgidae, are not Archaeorthoptera but Polyneoptera of uncertain positions, to be revised in the future. The type genus Eoblatta of the family Eoblattidae and of the superorder Eoblattida, is also restored to Archaeorthoptera. The whole set of Eoblattida taxa needs complete revision based on accurate homologies of wing venation. Lastly, Aviologus is excluded from 'Cnemidolestina' and restored to Archaeorthoptera. Westphalopsocus is restored in the Acercaria: Psocodea. We propose Paleoischnoptera nom. nov. as a replacement name for Ischnoptera Béthoux & Nel, 2005 (non Ischnoptera Burmeister, 1838). New taxa of the order Reculida (Insecta: Gryllones): imagines of Chauliodites babiy sp. nov. (family Chaulioditidae), Stegopterum kabalum sp. nov., S. pashka sp. nov., Permoshurabia tshasha sp. nov., Permuliercula chimaera gen. et sp. nov. (family Geinitziidae), Khosara ultima sp. nov. (family Liomopteridae), and Permotoma aba gen. et sp. nov. (family Skaliciidae) and a nymph of Tarakanikha satura gen. et sp. nov. (Gryllones incertae ordinis) have been described from the Upper Permian Babii Kamen' locality (the Vyatkian Stage of Russia). New caddisflies, reculid and eoblattid insects from the Mesozoic of Asia are described. Caddisflies of the families Philopotamidae (Mesoviatrix paradoxa gen. et sp. nov. and Kempia piotri gen. et sp. nov.) and Polycentropodidae (Polylongevus eskovi gen. et sp. nov.) from the Upper Jurassic-Lower Cretaceous of the Kempendyai locality in Yakutia are described. A short review and comparison of fossil members in these families are provided. New nymphs of the gryllones insects (Insecta; Gryllones) Iblatta attrepida gen. et sp. nov. (Eoblattida incertae sedis) and Tshekardushka artenatis gen. et sp. nov. The insect fauna of the Lower Permian Tyulkino locality in the Perm Region of Russia is considered. New members of the orders Trichoptera and Eoblattida are described. Members of the primitive family Microptysmatidae (suborder Protomeropina) are typical of the Lower and Middle Permian deposits of Eurasia and are represented by the two genera: Microptysmella Kukalová-Peck et Willmann, 1990 and Kamopanorpa Martynov, 1928. Locustoblattina segmentata gen. et sp. nov. and L. marginata gen. et sp. nov., new members of the family Mesorthopteridae (Eoblattida) are described from the Middle Triassic of the Madygen locality (Ladinian Stage of the Kyrgyzstan). New members of the Alexarasniidae (Embiida), Alexarasnia limbata Aristov, sp. nov. and Nestorembia shcherbakovi sp. nov., are described from the Upper Permian Isady locality in the Vologda Region and the Madygen locality, respectively. Parastenaropodites fluxa Storozhenko, 1996 (Mesorthopteridae) is redescribed from Madygen. A new replacement name Permulidae nom. n. is proposed for the Permian family Aliculidae Storozhenko, 1997 (Insecta: Grylloblattida). A review of Permulidae is given. All genera and species are redescribed and illustrated. A key to genera of Permulidae is given. New taxa of Permulidae are described: Permula edemskii sp. n., Sojanopermula rasnitsyni sp. n., Kazanalicula reducta gen. et sp. n., Mezenalicula connata gen. et sp. n., all from the Soyana locality (Middle Permian, Kazanian Stage; Arkhangelsk Region, Russia), and Mezenalicula conjuncta sp. n. from the Isady locality (Upper Permian, Severodvinian Stage; Vologda Region, Russia). New combinations are proposed: Sojanopermula minor Aristov, 2004 = Permula minor (Aristov, 2004), comb. n.; Sojanopermula tshekardensis Aristov, 2004 = Permula tshekardensis (Aristov, 2004), comb. n. A new genus Acropermula gen. n. (type species: Permula acra Kukalová, 1964, from the Lower Permian of Czech Republic) is established in the family Ideliidae. Neraphidia Novokshonov & Novokshonova, 1997 is transferred from Aliculidae to the order Eoblattida as a genus of uncertain taxonomic position inside this order.

New taxa of the order Eoblattida are described from the Lower Permian of the United States and Russia. Pryg absurdus gen. et sp. nov. of the family Prygidae fam. nov. is described from the Leonardian of Elmo (Kansas, United States). Parapryg alogus gen. et sp. nov. of the same family is described from the Vyatkian of Nedubrovo (Vologda Region, Russia). Kamamica promota gen. et sp. nov. of the family Tillyardembiidae is described from the Ufimian of Tyul'kino (Perm Region, Russia). The similarity of the new family with Tillyardembiidae and with basal earwigs, especially Bardacoleidae, is discussed. New taxa of the insect order Eoblattida from the Upper Carboniferous of Russia are described, including Narkemina kata sp. nov., Narkeminopsis inversa sp. nov., Carbonokata storozhenkoi gen. et sp. nov., Tshunoptera ampla gen. et sp. nov., and Evenkiophlebia collucata gen. et sp. nov. from the Chunya locality (Krasnoyarsk Region), Narkemulla sibirica gen. et sp. nov. from the Chunya and Izykhskie Kopi localities, Khakassia (all Cnemidolestidae), and Izykhia tridentis gen. et sp. nov. from Izykhskie Kopi (?Spanioderidae). Narkeminuta permiana gen. et sp. nov. (Cnemidolestidae) is described from the Kedrovka locality (Kemerovo Region; Lower Permian), and Issadische maximum gen. et sp. nov. Permian Eoblattida, which include the families Tillyardembiidae, Protembiidae (=Sylvardembiidae), Soyanopteridae, and Idelinellidae, are reviewed. The latter family is revised; it includes Idelinella macroptera Storozhenko, 1997 from the Middle Permian (Lower Kazanian Substage) of northern European Russia, Permostriga augustalis Novokshonov, 1999, Sylvastriga miranda Aristov, 2004, Strigulla cuculiophora (Aristov, 2002) comb. nov., Cucullistriga cucullata Aristov et Rasnitsyn, gen. et sp. nov., Scutistriga scutata Aristov et Rasnitsyn, gen. et sp. nov. from the Lower Permian (Kungurian Stage) of the Urals, Permeoblatta borealis Rasnitsyn et Aristov, 2010 from the Upper Permian (Upper Severodvinian Substage) of northern European Russia, and probably also Rasstriga americana Aristov et Rasnitsyn, gen. et sp. nov. from the Upper Carboniferous (Desmoinesian Stage) of Illinois.
