This study aims to investigate the potential underlying mechanisms between entrepreneurial traits, entrepreneurial support, entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial knowledge, and entrepreneurial capabilities of college students by using a comprehensive theoretical model. The survey data were collected from 309 college students participating in entrepreneurial activities in Hubei Province, China. Through empirical analysis methods, the collected data were tested using SPSS26.0 and AMOS24.0 software, and the mediating role of entrepreneurial support and the moderating role of entrepreneurial traits in the relationship were explored using linear regression equations. The results show that entrepreneurial support plays a mediating role between entrepreneurial support, entrepreneurial education, and entrepreneurial capabilities, and entrepreneurial traits have a moderating effect in this relationship. This study provides strong support for promoting the entrepreneurial capabilities of college students and discusses its theoretical and practical significance, as well as possible directions for future research. This research aims to determine the influence of teacher Entrepreneurial Capabilities and work climate on teacher organizational commitment and work motivation of MAS teachers in North Sumatra Province. Study This was carried out in Private Madrasah Aliyah (MA S) in North Sumatra Province with a population of 162 people and technical taking sample done with technique total sampling. The research results show that, there is positive and significant influence between teachers' entrepreneurial abilities to teacher work climate, namely equal to 0.72 , there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial ability direct to Teacher organizational commitment is 0.27 , there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation to The organizational commitment of MAS teachers who have entrepreneurship is 0.287 or 28.7% , there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation in a way direct to personal work climate of 0.26 , and there is a positive and significant influence between teacher work climate and Teacher organizational commitment is 0.27 or by 27%Â

In the contemporary digital economy, economic development increasingly relies on the innovation and dissemination of knowledge. Academic entrepreneurship, as a direct channel for knowledge dissemination into the marketplace, is significantly influenced by digital technology. Consequently, how to improve academic entrepreneurial ability has become a hot research topic. This study is grounded in the theory of reciprocal determinism within the context of the digital economy. We use the “2019 China Digital Economy Development Index White Paper” and collect data from 1843 survey questionnaires in China to conduct empirical research with a ridge regression model. It primarily focuses on the following individual factors and social environmental factors on academic entrepreneurial ability of teachers (AEAT): digital economy (DE), organizational support (OS), policy environment (PE), and personal learning growth (PLG). First, the findings show that the DE, OS, PE, and PLG have a significant positive impact on improving AEAT. Second, the results also indicate that social environmental factors relative to personal factors will have a greater impact. Finally, this study not only presents the first attempt to establish a connection between DE and AEAT but also holds significant managerial implications for enhancing AEAT within the context of the DE. Despite the increasing body of literature on academic entrepreneurship, the research domain pertaining specifically to AEAT remains fragmented and lacks comprehensive theoretical development. There is a pressing need for more systematic and thorough investigations to unveil the black box of factors influencing AEAT in the context of the DE.

Farmers' entrepreneurship is an important measure to achieve the stable development of rural areas. However, the performance of farmers' entrepreneurship is generally low. How to improve the performance to promote farmers' sustainable entrepreneurship has become the primary problem. Therefore, based on the entrepreneurial process theory, this paper takes entrepreneurial farmers who participated in the cultivation of new vocational farmers in Sichuan Province from 2018 to 2021 as the research object, collects 329 valid sample data through questionnaires, and empirically tests the impact of farmers' dual entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial performance, as well as the chain intermediary role of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial ability. The results show that: survival entrepreneurial motivation and opportunity entrepreneurial motivation both have significant positive impacts on entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurial ability, and entrepreneurial performance; entrepreneurial learning plays a complete intermediary role between dual entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial performance, entrepreneurial ability plays a complete intermediary role between dual entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial performance, and entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial ability play a complete chain intermediary role between dual entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial performance. The research expands a new perspective on the path and mechanism of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial performance, and proposes measures to stimulate farmers' entrepreneurial motivation, improve the entrepreneurial training system, and build a learning and exchange platform, which are of great practical significance to improve farmers' entrepreneurial performance. Purpose – This research would like to address the issues associated with individual entrepreneurial orientation, which involves entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial ability as the key determinants of MSME growth. It will also explore both mediating and moderating roles of employee motivation and government intervention, respectively during the pandemic situation. Design/methodology/approach – A purposive sampling technique was applied during pilot study and during the final data collection phases. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was conducted using varimax rotation to reduce a large number of variables into a smaller set of interpretable underlying factors. Further CFA and SEM are respectively applied to examine the psychometric properties of the scales and test the hypotheses of the research model. Findings – The study's findings revealed a favourable association between entrepreneurial orientation, business financing, management, market practices, and MSME growth performance. The results support the notion that government policy plays a significant role as a full moderator. Practical implications – Although the MSME sector receives government support, its implementation requires a skilled leader who can run the business profitability. The findings support this objective. Originality/value – This paper seeks to give important insights into one of the understudied but quickly expanding MSME entrepreneurship, and how this environment influences individual entrepreneurial orientation and the formation of entrepreneurial leadership. This opens up a previously unexplored area for fresh insights and future study on enhancing entrepreneurship development research and practice for the MSME sector.

The paper relies on the practice process of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities to carry out research. It summarizes the optimal models suitable for students’ employment and entrepreneurship based on statistical analysis using the probability theory. We built a pyramid structured model of college students’ entrepreneurial ability based on this model. The thesis uses statistical methods to carry out a factor analysis of various abilities. It provides a basis for the adjustment and implementation of employment-oriented entrepreneurship education models in colleges and universities.

The purpose of this study is to quantitatively analyze 34 independent papers collated from both domestic and international literature on the correlation between university entrepreneurial activities and college students’ entrepreneurial abilities by means of meta-regression analysis and to examine in detail the significant factors affecting the entrepreneurial competencies of university students. The study revealed a significant positive relationship between entrepreneurial activities in universities and university students’ entrepreneurial ability, and further explored the extent to which each of the three types of entrepreneurial activities had an impact on college students’ entrepreneurial abilities. Then, the effects of different moderating variables on the relationship are further analyzed. The results show that the type of university, economic development, gender ratio, age structure, and time to publication all significantly moderate the degree of correlation between university entrepreneurial activities and college students’ entrepreneurial abilities. Farmers' entrepreneurship is a powerful breakthrough for solving the problems associated with "agriculture, rural areas and farmers." Although studies have commonly used the same entrepreneurial activities to analyze farmers' entrepreneurship, its deep economic roots have rarely been investigated. Investigating the internal development mechanism within the same industry is helpful for understanding farmers' entrepreneurship motivation and decision making and is an important point at which to implement regional research and enrich the overall research on farmers' entrepreneurship in the Chinese context. Based on a single-case study in Q Village, Fujian Province, this work identifies the key role played by relational contracts in entrepreneurship groups: reducing transaction costs, promoting investment in asset specificity, and improving contract flexibility. Moreover, this approach is conducive for different action groups in terms of stimulating entrepreneurial motivation in the initial entrepreneurship period and improving entrepreneurship learning ability in the long term. Primary Action Group transforms exploratory intuitive learning into exploratory compilation learning, and Secondary Action Group triggers the learning effect and makes a proprietary investment by utilizing intuitive formulaic learning and compiled formulaic learning, thus reducing unforeseen, contracting and verification costs. During the pattern maturity period, Primary Action Group rationally integrates the supply chain and forms a stable entrepreneurial paradigm, while Secondary Action Group does so to maintain prior information reserves and lower information search, supervised execution, and bargaining decision costs. The value cocreation ability of the same type of commercial modularity is formed, and the whole process of farmers' entrepreneurship is completed. This study explores the expectations of enterprise recruiters regarding job seekers in terms of required competencies and how higher education should contribute to preparing students for future employment. This study employs an occupational competency-based pedagogical model. Based on in-depth interviews with ten senior workers in the aviation and education industries, a four-year longitudinal qualitative research was conducted. After the conclusion of the training program, data on the employment status of research participants were collected. Further, a holistic interpretation and validation was provided for the competency-based pedagogical model. Based on 2018 China's Human Resource Employees Survey Data, this study uses the probit model to examine the impact of entrepreneurial ability and career development on HR's entrepreneurial intention. In terms of entrepreneurial ability, the results show that the educational background of Human Resource Management, cross-disciplinary knowledge, job-hopping experience, and the number of subordinates have significant positive impacts on HR's entrepreneurial intention. In terms of career development, lack of promotion space, skill upgrading opportunities, and lower than expected income have significant positive impacts on HR's entrepreneurial intention, and these impacts are heterogeneous among different enterprises. This study suggests that potential entrepreneurs can be identified from the explicit characteristics, which reflect HR's entrepreneurial abilities, and it is necessary to face up to the influence of career development on HR's entrepreneurial intention and encourage them to participate in on-the-job entrepreneurship. This study suggests that HR's entrepreneurial ability should be regarded as an important starting point for entrepreneurial success, and it is necessary to improve HR's career development system to create more opportunities for on-the-job entrepreneurship, and government should implement differentiated and precise entrepreneurial support policies to encourage HR's entrepreneurship. Governments in emerging markets in Africa need to focus more on the factors that drive the entrepreneurial ability of the youth on the continent. This approach is required to lower unemployment levels through self-employment and stimulating entrepreneurial intentions among graduates. Considering this, the research aimed to determine the factors influencing youth entrepreneurial ability and their effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Data were collected through a cross-sectional survey from 347 youths enrolled at five universities in Botswana and analyzed through structural equation modeling to test the formulated hypotheses. The results established that perceived access to finance, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and attitude toward entrepreneurship positively influence entrepreneurial ability. In addition, entrepreneurial ability was found to positively affect entrepreneurial intentions. Therefore, it is important for universities in developing markets like Botswana to stimulate entrepreneurial thinking through curriculum development and establishing a positive mindset that will stimulate the development of goals and the understanding that failure is not always a negative outcome or characteristic. The welfare of farmers is still categorized as low. One of the causes is the ability of farmers, which on average is only limited to the aspect of cultivation (on-farm). So that it is known that the entrepreneurial ability of farmers can still be categorized as low. On the other hand, farmer institutions also tend to be positioned only as a tool for implementing projects alone, it is not an effort to strengthen more fundamental in agricultural development and there is no empowering of community social capital. This study uses a meta-analysis method to examine some previous research results regarding efforts to strengthen social capital in cooperatives to increase the entrepreneurial ability of farmers. The criteria in this study are first, research journals must discuss the topic of social capital in cooperatives. Second, choose journals that present information on agricultural cooperatives. Third, select journals that discuss the role of social capital in increasing the entrepreneurial ability of farmers. The conclusion obtained is that the ability of farmers is still minimal, especially in terms of entrepreneurship, which is one of the reasons for not maximizing farmer empowerment efforts. One of the efforts that can be increased by cooperatives in increasing entrepreneurial ability is by strengthening existing social capital. How do start-ups enhance risk tolerance and core competition through product, technology, and service development? What is the relationship between the core competitiveness of start-ups and R&D investments? Based on the perspective of entrepreneurial ability, 222 questionnaires were used to study the factors affecting the risk tolerance of start-ups and analyze the effect of risk tolerance on R&D investments. The research shows that the interactions of entrepreneur ability and start-up funds have a positive effect on the risk tolerance of start-ups, and the risk tolerance can positively promote R&D investment willingness and intensity for new products, technologies, and services. Entrepreneurship of college students has always been a hot topic in families, schools and society. Massive studies aim to explore entrepreneurial behavior. However, under the condition of the 10% success rate of student entrepreneurship, the adverse impact of COVID-19 and the changed circumstance of domestic entrepreneurship, this exploration aims to study the factors that influence college students' entrepreneurial behavior choices under the epidemic. First, through the retrieval of relevant literature and theoretical study, the variable factors that affect behavior choices are sorted and summarized. It is assumed that the factors that affect behavior choices are entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial ability, willingness to behave, and entrepreneurial environment. Second, a questionnaire is designed to investigate the choice of entrepreneurial behavior for students who are starting a business or going to start a business. The standard effect values of the survey results are calculated by using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results reveal that the effect values of the nine hypothetical results are all in line with the prediction, which prove a positive impact of the four variable factors on the choice of entrepreneurial behavior. The experimental parameters set are as follows. The standardized effect value of Hypothesis 1 (entrepreneurial motivation has a positive impact on entrepreneurial behavior choice) is 0.216; that of Hypothesis 2 (entrepreneurial ability has a positive impact on the choice of entrepreneurial behavior) is 0.221; that of Hypothesis 3 (willingness to behave has a positive impact on entrepreneurial behavior choice) is 0.284; that of Hypothesis 4 (entrepreneurial environment has a positive impact on the choice of entrepreneurial behavior) is 0.329; that of Hypothesis 5 (entrepreneurial motivation has a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention) is 0.247; that of Hypothesis 6 (entrepreneurial ability has a positive impact on willingness to behave) is 0.339; that of Hypothesis 7 (entrepreneurial ability has a positive impact on entrepreneurial motivation) is 0.357; that of Hypothesis 8 (entrepreneurial environment has a positive impact on willingness to behave) is 0.336; that of Hypothesis 9 (entrepreneurial environment has a positive impact on entrepreneurial motivation) is 0.485. This paper studies the influence of entrepreneurial spirit on college students' entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial values. Firstly, the impact of entrepreneurial psychology and entrepreneurial spirit on entrepreneurial values is analyzed. Secondly, the role of entrepreneurial values in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education (IEE) is analyzed and summarized under new media. Then, based on entrepreneurial psychology and entrepreneurial spirit, a Questionnaire Survey (QS) is designed to investigate the entrepreneurial values of students in one university in Shaanxi Province, China. The QS analysis suggests that most respondents hold a positive attitude, and their attitude is on the rise. The QS results of "Reasons for entrepreneurial failure" show that 40.37, 31.9, 25.98, and 11.75% of respondents think they lack financial support, business skills, ability, and understanding of policies and laws, respectively. The QS results of "What factors influence entrepreneurial values?" reveal that 39.43% of the respondents chose the "Models of successful entrepreneurs," successful entrepreneur models can effectively encourage students to receive IEE, followed by 28.94% who choose "Achieve their own life goals.". In terms of "Solutions against entrepreneurial risks," nearly 70% of the students have chosen the negative options. In terms of "Which is the most important entrepreneurial quality?", more students choose entrepreneurial values rather than entrepreneurial quality, proving that students generally lack entrepreneurial values. Given these problems, corresponding countermeasures are put forward to strengthen entrepreneurial psychology and IEE, in an attempt to cultivate college students' entrepreneurial values and entrepreneurial ability under the new media. Firstly, the impact of entrepreneurial psychology and entrepreneurial spirit on entrepreneurial values is analyzed. Secondly, the role of entrepreneurial values in innovation and entrepreneurship education is analyzed and summarized under new media. Then, based on entrepreneurial psychology and entrepreneurial spirit, a Questionnaire Survey (QS) is designed to investigate the entrepreneurial values of students in one university in Shaanxi Province, China. The QS analysis suggests that most respondents hold a positive attitude, and their attitude is on the rise. The QS results of "Reasons for entrepreneurial failure" show that 40.37, 31.9, 25.98, and 11.75% of respondents think they lack financial support, business skills, ability, and understanding of policies and laws, respectively. The QS results of "What factors influence entrepreneurial values?" reveal that 39.43% of the respondents chose the "Models of successful entrepreneurs," successful entrepreneur models can effectively encourage students to receive entrepreneurship education, followed by 28.94% who choose "Achieve their own life goals." In terms of "Solutions against entrepreneurial risks," nearly 70% of the students have chosen the negative options. In terms of "Which is the most important entrepreneurial quality?" more students choose entrepreneurial values rather than entrepreneurial quality, proving that students generally lack entrepreneurial values. Given these problems, corresponding countermeasures are put forward to strengthen entrepreneurial psychology and entrepreneurship education, in an attempt to cultivate college students' entrepreneurial values and entrepreneurial ability under the new media. Social capital, which is derived from psychological research, has an important value in the construction of network relationships in enterprises. It influences the direction and tendency of network connections in start-up enterprises and has gradually become an important factor in the study of entrepreneurship by scholars. However, the relationship between this and the effectiveness of innovation is unclear. In this study, the social capital is divided into bonding social capital and bridging social capital, and specific data of agricultural entrepreneurs are collected through questionnaire surveys. The results show that both bonding and bridging social capital have a significant positive effect on agricultural entrepreneurship performance. The entrepreneurial capacity of agricultural entrepreneurs regulates the relationship between social capital and creative performance. In the relationship between integrated social capital and creative performance, operational competency plays a positive role and opportunity recognition plays a negative role. On the other hand, in the relationship between bridging social capital and creative performance, the opportunity recognition plays a positive role and the operational competency plays a negative role. Finally, based on the above findings, this study proposes theoretical and practical implications and suggestions for follow-up research.

Emerging technologies are receiving more and more attention from the business community and academia. At present, the research on the entrepreneurial capabilities of emerging technology enterprises is still insufficient. In particular, how to improve the entrepreneurial capabilities of such enterprises in China, there is still no specific research. Therefore, this topic takes the emerging technology enterprises in Anshan as the starting point to study the mechanism and path of the entrepreneurial ability improvement of emerging technology enterprises and provides practical and feasible countermeasures for Liaoning Province and even related enterprises in China.

Bandung Regency is one of the tourist destinations in the Bandung area so that it can become a potential for people in Bandung Regency to become entrepreneurs. Just like what is done by the people in Cukanggenteng Village by becoming a pindang fish craftsman. But the pindang business there tends not to progress due to several factors. This study aims to determine the effect of both partially and simultaneously from the factors of economic conditions, level of education, and entrepreneurial ability to business performance for shady entrepreneurs in Cukanggenteng Village, Pasir Jambu District, Bandung Regency. This type of research uses a non probability sampling method with a type of saturated sample for data collection. This research uses quantitative descriptive method and data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis with hypothesis testing using t test and f test. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the factors of economic conditions, level of education, and entrepreneurship ability each had a significant effect on business performance. Through the f test, it was found that the factors of economic conditions, level of education, and the ability of entrepreneurship together had a positive effect on Business Performance for Pindang Entrepreneurs. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 68.90%, each of which has a large influence of Economic Conditions of 2.17%, Education Level 10.92%, and Entrepreneurial Ability of 55.81% on business performance. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the Economic Condition, Education Level, and Entrepreneurial Ability to the Business Performance of Pindang Entrepreneurs in Cukanggenteng Village both partially and simultaneously. The Entrepreneurial Ability variable has the greatest influence on Business Performance.

We often wonder why some individuals become entrepreneurs and others do not? What makes them different from each other? Whether the entrepreneurial sense is innate or the development of entrepreneurial ability is significantly influenced by the external environment. It may be true that some people are born with an entrepreneurial cord or ability, which is then encouraged or hindered by the environment. It is important for the entrepreneur to do his job with real joy not for money or fame, but for real pleasure. We examined entrepreneurial passion influences on entrepreneurial decision-making, and entrepreneurial expectation among 427 Chinese college students (female = 49.41%; mean age = 20.85 years, SD = 1.13 years). The students completed surveys on entrepreneurial passion, entrepreneurial expectation, entrepreneurial ability, and entrepreneurial decision-making. Results from path analysis indicated students with high entrepreneurial passion scores to also have high entrepreneurial decision-making scores. Students' entrepreneurial expectation mediated the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and college students' entrepreneurial decision-making. The students' entrepreneurial ability moderated the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial decision-making through entrepreneurial expectation. From the behavioral perspective, this study analyzed the entrepreneurial readiness of youth in terms of opportunity identification, motivational factors, resources, and entrepreneurial ability. The study examined the effect of entrepreneurship training on young people's readiness to engage in entrepreneurial activity and the components behind successful startups. SEM was applied to a sample of 490 students from the Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia. The findings highlight the positive effect of opportunity identification, motivation, and resources on entrepreneurship and the central role of entrepreneurship training in all factors, including entrepreneurial ability. The role of entrepreneurship training implies that young individuals are able to develop their entrepreneurial ability. The study thus shows the individual's ability to change over the course of a lifetime. For individuals interested in the startup process, this study provides information capable of influencing their new business ventures.

In the contemporary digital economy, economic development increasingly relies on the innovation and dissemination of knowledge. Academic entrepreneurship, as a direct channel for knowledge dissemination into the marketplace, is significantly influenced by digital technology. Consequently, how to improve academic entrepreneurial ability has become a hot research topic. This study is grounded in the theory of reciprocal determinism within the context of the digital economy. We use the "2019 China Digital Economy Development Index White Paper" and collect data from 1843 survey questionnaires in China to conduct empirical research with a ridge regression model. It primarily focuses on the following individual factors and social environmental factors on academic entrepreneurial ability of teachers (AEAT): digital economy (DE), organizational support (OS), policy environment (PE), and personal learning growth (PLG). First, the findings show that the DE, OS, PE, and PLG have a significant positive impact on improving AEAT. Second, the results also indicate that social environmental factors relative to personal factors will have a greater impact. Finally, this study not only presents the first attempt to establish a connection between DE and AEAT but also holds significant managerial implications for enhancing AEAT within the context of the DE. Despite the increasing body of literature on academic entrepreneurship, the research domain pertaining specifically to AEAT remains fragmented and lacks comprehensive theoretical development. With the transformation of China's economy, the new generation of migrant workers quickly entered the labor market and gradually became the main body of supply in the labor market. Based on the relevant theory of human capital investment and the survey of the current situation of entrepreneurial ability of the new generation of migrant workers, through building the human capital investment linear regression model, this paper analyzed the different variables for human capital investment of the new generation of migrant workers from the quantitative perspective. It found that the educational level is the largest factor influencing their entrepreneurial ability. This empirical study examines the extent to which risk aversion and entrepreneurial ability influence an individual's decision to enter into entrepreneurship. Precisely, it delineates the gender gap in self-employment, nascent and high growth entrepreneurship. In doing so, it utilizes the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor South Africa databases containing 19,469 usable cases sampled between 2009 and 2014. The study adopts a quantitative approach and it applies an estimator in the form of a probit model and a non-linear decomposition technique to test established hypotheses. The results indicate that lower levels of knowledge and skills among women explain a substantial part of the gender gap. Thus, the gender gap in nascent and high growth entrepreneurship would be reduced if women had similar characteristics as men. Also, their entry rates into self-employment would be high and there would be no gender difference. This shifts the emphasis from the significance of risk aversion for local entrepreneurship to accentuate the importance of entrepreneurial-specific skills required to successfully engage in entrepreneurship. The development of market economy has greatly highlighted the role of corporate culture capital in the composition of business management concept and management mode within enterprises, especially the effectiveness of entrepreneurial ability exerts significant influence on the internal control of corporate capital from the perspective of cultural capital. Based on the related literature on entrepreneurial ability and internal control at home and abroad, as well as the analysis of the impact of entrepreneurial ability on enterprises, it is not difficult to find out that the behavioral style of entrepreneurs actually determines the composition of corporate culture capital and even the internal control direction. Through studying entrepreneurial ability and internal control effectiveness, this paper proposes ways to improve the entrepreneurial ability and help enterprises accumulate cultural capital, thus enhancing their overall competitiveness and creating a dominant role in market competition.
