Any socio-economic systems, as they function, are subject to various changes and self-organization processes occur in them at a certain stage of development. In the methodology of the evolutionary-synergetic direction of the system analysis of economic systems, the problems of self-organization occupy a central place. The emergence of new needs or the creative creativity of society is of particular importance for launching the processes of selforganization. The article deals with the theoretical foundations of the processes of self-organization in socioeconomic systems, it is proved that such systems are under the influence of fundamental factors and energy interactions. The authors construct a scheme of the movement of the socio-economic system to self-organization, consider the options for the development of socio-economic systems at the enterprise level in states close to the bifurcation points, and identify the main attractors of their self-organization. The author also substantiates the emergence of a synergistic effect in the joint influence of attractors on the development of socio-economic systems and defines the main provisions of socio-economic synergetics.

LABOR unions ,INDUSTRIAL management ,PLURALISM ,SNOWBALL sampling - Abstract
The practice of trade union pluralism at an enterprise level is seen as problematic for both the management of enterprises and the trade union movement. The problems arise from inter-union rivalries, competition and disputes over demarcations of privileges and rights. This article explores the practice of trade union pluralism at the enterprise level in Ghana with the aim of creating awareness of the effect of the practice on the general trade union movement. This qualitative study employed a cross-sectional design and used purposive and snowball sampling methods in selecting the participants. The data was analysed thematically. The findings from the study show that union pluralism is stimulating the decline in general union membership, the breakaway of local unions from the federations, and employers' classification of workers based on their qualifications once they are employed by organisations, and their assignment to specific unions (automatic membership at enterprise level). It is suggested that employment laws encourage union breakaways, which weakens the unions especially at the enterprise level. It is recommended that the state, labour officials and policy-makers should enforce labour laws, especially regarding freedom of association, and consider revisiting or amending some labour laws to curb their abuse. The government and labour institutions need to work together to operationalise the implementation of legal provisions on freedom of association or consider amending the provisions to curb the existing abuse. Innovation processes are an integral part of modern economic system. They are observed at all levels of production. When analyzing possible measures to improve the efficiency of production of goods or services, the most promising ones were those that relate to the intensification of innovative processes in the organization's management due to their immateriality. In the article the authors highlight a number of historical aspects that affect the economic content of the elements of the production chain, briefly discuss the evolutionary stages of transition from mass production to quality, increasing the value of internal motivation in these processes. The authors compared two models of behavior of economic entities: the neoclassical economic person and the innovator; and the conclusion was drawn about the advantages of choosing the latter. The authors explained the importance of innovative search, as well as its opportunities and prospects at the enterprise level, as well as at the industry and macro levels. The authors consider the factors of the external environment that influence the introduction of innovations in management, identifies and explains the endogenous factors that affect innovation processes, and draws conclusions about the need to form certain norms to stimulate innovative activities.

Зінчук Т . О ., Левківський Є . В . CONVERGENCE OF AGRO-BUSINESS STRUCTURES IN THE NEW MODEL OF GLOBALIZATION ECONOMY Purpose. The aim of the article is analysis and substantiation of possibilities of adaptation of agro-business structures to effective integration, intertwining of economic activity, convergence and unification (convergence) of their potentials that will promote overcoming of social and economic negative consequences of functioning of vertically integrated structures of holding type and strengthening of advantages of various organizational forms of enterprises small and medium agrarian business. Methodology of research. The methodological and theoretical basis of the study is theories and views presented in the works of foreign and domestic scientists. The results of the study are obtained using both general and special (economic) methods of scientific knowledge. The general historical context of convergence is considered on the basis of the historical and dialectical method; the method of analysis and synthesis is used in identifying global problems against the background of the economic crisis. Argumentation of theoretical provisions that characterize the patterns of convergence and the relationship of organizational forms of management in the agricultural sector, formed on a systematic analysis, the laws of logic, the method of scientific abstraction. Statistical, tabular and graphical methods are used for comparative analysis of economic performance of agricultural enterprises. Findings. The advantages and disadvantages of the existing agro-business structures in the conditions of new requirements of globalization, anticipated consequences of the economic crisis and orientation on the goals of sustainable development, on the basis of which objective conditions for the convergence process are formed, are revealed. Originality. It is substantiated that under the condition of convergence of different categories of enterprises the minimization of social and economic differences between them is ensured and inequalities in entering the domestic and foreign markets are levelled. Contrary to the existing radical views on the exceptional damage from the activities of agricultural holdings, a methodological approach is proposed, according to which transformational changes based on convergence will anticipate and minimize risks, especially in small and medium agribusiness, which will occur during pandemics and economic crisis. This approach will promote the cohesion of forms of management in the agricultural business, which reflects the experience of best management practices of developed countries. Practical value. The proposed scientific ideas and views on convergence, as a process of convergence and integration of potentials and resources of existing forms of management, can be used at the enterprise level, which will ensure a synergistic effect of their scale and compliance with sustainable development goals in a favourable institutional environment. Building or transformation of an enterprise software system is an onerous process which requires a precise definition of business demands. Then to enable the satisfaction of business requirements, the well-thought-of and convenient software architecture must be determined and designed. According to common sense, there are two methods to be followed in order to find the right solution for a problem. One is to handle the problem as a whole; like the traditional monolith architecture. The second method is to divide the problem into easily understandable and soluble fine-grains. If the second path is chosen in the software world, microservices architecture can be shown. When the entire enterprise-level system design is considered, to the best of our knowledge, there is no any leading empirical research on the evaluation of software architectures, selection of communication protocol, data formats, and database. In this paper, an easily scalable, maintainable, highly-available, reliable and observable software system is designed by comparing variant architectures, communication methods, and data models that would help to choose the most appropriate architecture or model for the right purpose. All the paper is about designing a backend API system. The client types or technologies are out of scope., Kurumsal bir yazılım sisteminin oluşturulması veya dönüşümü, iş ihtiyaçlarının tam olarak tanımlanmasını gerektiren meşakkatli bir işlemdir.

Sustainable development is a socioeconomic development that respects environmental protection. It can be analyzed at a macro- and microscale. The goals of sustainable development are realized by ordinary people, politicians, organizations, and enterprises. At the enterprise level, sustainable development means an improvement in quantitative and qualitative conditions of running a business, the use of pro-ecological standards and solutions, and support of employee development. The sustainable development of enterprises depends on several factors, including macroeconomic conditions. The main aim of this paper is to show the impact of the macroeconomic stabilization on the sustainable development of the manufacturing enterprises in the Central and Eastern European Countries (CEECs). We examine only the CEECs which are the members of the European Union. Considering this, we focus on the eleven counties (i.e., Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, the Slovak Republic, and Slovenia) in the period from 2008 to 2018. The main hypothesis is formulated as follows: Macroeconomic stabilization has a statistically significant impact on the sustainable development of manufacturing enterprises in the period from 2008 to 2018. The results of the study indicate that in all analyzed countries there is a statistically significant relationship between the indicator of sustainable development (SISDE) and the indicator of macroeconomic stabilization. The highest level of correlation was observed in Czechia, Poland, and Hungary, while the lowest in Estonia.

Most commercial transactions, marketing activities, e-mail contact with employees or contractors are carried out using virtual space. The purpose of the article is to identify and analyze selected costs for cybersecurity of an enterprise. Costs related to cybersecurity constitute a new category in the management of an enterprise. Considering the costs at the enterprise level, two areas should be discussed: on the one hand, those incurred to prevent cyber threats and on the other one, the costs of offsetting the negative effects of cyber-attacks. For the sake of stable operation and at the same time development in the future, the management should strengthen activities in the field of information security, which is related to costs that will minimize the risk of cyber-attacks.

Introduction. Maintaining and strengthening the market position of enterprises makes it necessary to find ways to increase their competitiveness. One of them is to substantiate the evaluation characteristics of the overall competitive position of the enterprise and to create a system of managing the competitive state of the entity in the market of the entity, which necessitates the study, analysis and evaluation of competitiveness. At the enterprise level, competitiveness is an independent category that reflects the degree of realization of the goals of the enterprise in its interaction with the environment. At present, there is no commonly accepted definition of the concept of "competitiveness". A number of scholars interpret one entity using different terms and vice versa Modern science presents a wide range of methods for assessing competitiveness, but despite this, the process of modifying them and creating new options continues. Purpose. Development of theoretical foundations, scientific and methodological recommendations and practical tools for managing enterprise competitiveness. Method (methodology). The basis of research consists of general – scientific and specific scientific methods (economic – statistical, methods of strategic analysis and planning), traditional methods and techniques of economic analysis (tabular, comparison). To select and substantiate the enterprise's competitive strategy, a scientific approach is used, based on the separate definition of tactical, strategic competitiveness and competitiveness, which will allow the company to make sound management decisions in the conditions of competition. The factors used in describing the logic behind constructing segmentation of competitive strategies are the results of assessing the competitiveness and competitiveness of the enterprise, a comprehensive study of which allows to divide strategic competitiveness into a number of segments, correlated with each other in the form of a special matrix. Results. The processes of formation and management of enterprise competitiveness are investigated. The essence of the enterprise competitiveness and the specificity of its formation are determined. The classification of the types of competitiveness of the enterprise, which form the basis of methodological principles, is developed. Regardless of the intensity of competition for each business, it is necessary to develop an effective strategy that will outweigh the competitors. It is noted that such factors as accidental events, activity of state power structures and the degree of privatization of enterprises in this sector should be included in the system of determinants. The peculiarities of enterprise competitiveness management are determined on the basis of strategic approach.

Introduction . There are different academic approaches to definition and delineation of services sectors that cover tourism, accommodation and restaurant area. There are so strong links between some of these sectors that they often conglomerate separate groups, which are been considered to be independent industries (in particular, tourism, hospitality et.al.). At the same time, the hotel and restaurant industry are treated both separate industries and components of tourism or hospitality. The scientists point out the problem of a formation of industry structure of services sector. Purpose . The purpose of the research is to identify theoretical and methodological approaches (conceptual principles and criteria) for definition and delineation of tourism, accommodation and restaurant industry aggregations of services sector of Ukraine. Results . The modern theoretical and methodological approaches of industry structure formation of services sectors are generalized. Deficiencies in defining the basic conceptual principles and criteria for delineation sectoral groups in national regulatory framework have been identified. It is established that in domestic regulatory base there is no clear definition of certain criteria (for the tourism and accommodation sectors - technology, processes and resource; for the restaurant sector - services). Originality . The conceptual principles and criteria for definition and delineation of tourism, accommodation and restaurant industry aggregations of services sector of Ukraine are reveal. It is suggestion to use this methodological approach to clear unanimous definition and delineation of industry groups and sectoral complexes (which are linked to tourism, accommodation and restaurant services sector of Ukraine) that providing an opportunity for progressive changes, impact on the development of industries, for effective management of the activities of enterprises in their environment. Conclusion . Services sector constitutes the engine of economic growth. It is impacted by tourism, accommodation and restaurant industry aggregations. But there are so versatile links between these that there is not any invariable, permanent industry structure. The application of modern approaches to the sectoral structure formation has provided an opportunity to identify gaps in the domestic regulatory documents regarding the established criteria for the sectoral restriction of tourism, accommodation and restaurant industry aggregations. This representation of information provides new opportunities for economic development at country and enterprise level in the context of modern trends.

Based on the micro-enterprise data of the nine cities in the PRD in the database of China’s industrial enterprises from 1998 to 2007, from two aspects of innovation input and innovation output, this article analyzes the impact of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan capital entering the Pearl River Delta region on the innovation capabilities of enterprises in the region. The empirical results show that at the enterprise level, the company’s R & D investment and new product output decrease with the increase of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan capital entry. At the industry level, the deeper the entry of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan-funded industries, the stronger the inhibitory effect on corporate R & D investment and new product output. Combining the results of these two aspects, the estimation results of this article show that the entry of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan capital into the Pearl River Delta region has a negative effect on the innovation ability of enterprises.

Software Architectural Smells (SA smells) are design problems in the internal structure and behavior of an SA. These can be seen as a specific category under the umbrella concept of Technical Debt (TD). TD is a central concept in software development projects and having the means to detect and measure the smells is important to understand impairments they may cause. However, TD is only limited to the technical aspects and does not describe smells found on an enterprise level. Enterprise Architecture Debt (EAD) expands the concepts of TD beyond the technical aspects such that it covers the debts that can be found in all layers of an Enterprise Architecture (EA). EA smells give a measurement for EAD, by providing means for detecting the smell, hence enabling a method to quantify the level of debt. The goal of this paper is to find EA smells derived from existing SA smells. This has resulted in three new EA smells that could be used as measurements for the quality of an EA. They can also be used in the future as a basis for automatic EA smell detection.

The main challenge for security information and event management (SIEM) is to find critical security incidents among a huge number of false alerts generated from separate security products. To address the alert fatigue problem that is common for security experts operating the SIEM, we propose a new alert screening scheme that leverages artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted tools to distinguish actual threats from false alarms without investigating every alert. The proposed scheme incorporates carefully chosen learning algorithms and newly designed visualization tools to facilitate speedy alert analysis and incident response. The proposed scheme is evaluated on an alert dataset collected in the security operation center of an enterprise. With a recall rate of 99.598% for highly critical alerts and a false positive rate of 0.001% reported, the proposed scheme demonstrated very promising potential for real world security operations. We believe the proposed scheme is effective in addressing the alert fatigue problem, and therefore paves the way for a consolidated security solution for network security at the enterprise level.

- Abstract
The method of material flow analysis (MFA) is used to trace flows and stocks of goods and substances within different systems, such as cities and regions, enterprises and industrial processes. However, detailed MFA on an enterprise level hardly exist. The goal of the present paper is to apply MFA on a blast furnace process and to discuss the challenges arising. In particular, heavy metal flows (Chromium, Mercury) through the process are modelled. In a first step transfer coefficients (TC) of the heavy metals have been determined for one particular year (2009) and checked for plausibility. In the second step, these TC have been applied to simulate the heavy metal flows in the outputs of the blast furnace process for the year 2011. These flows have subsequently been compared with the outputs measured. The results show that the application of TC for Cr delivers plausible results for the output flows. Also for Hg the application of the TC seems to be justified, although a detailed investigation of the Hg balance indicates significant differences between the total input and output of Hg. As the amount of Hg detected in the output is larger than in the input (mass balance error greater than 80%), this difference originates most likely from nondetectable Hg contents (concentrations below the limit of quantification) in different iron bearing input flows. Research background: The relevance of the research on corporate culture in the conditions of changes is substantiated and its elements, which are important for effective transformations, are defined. The influence of corporate culture on the company performance and its elements is identified. The article deals with hierarchical levels of corporate culture which identify elements of corporate culture and "hidden" factors that allow establishing relationships with the outside world and promote productive work. Purpose of the article: The objective of the article is to identify the elements of the organizational culture at the enterprise level, which influence the effectiveness of its activities under the changes and generalization of its components that determine its ability to transform the existing state in accordance with the established world experience and practice. The research is based on the experience of gas transportation companies in Ukraine. Methods: The McKinsey 7S model was used to describe the enterprise to assess the state of the proposed levels of formation and to change its corporate culture. The McKinsey 7S Framework used in this study as analytical tool to explore a system of interrelated elements which improve the organization's work, raising the level of employee culture and generating common values. The expert method was used to assess the qualitative indices of enterprise internal environment, including "style/culture" and "common values", based on the questionnaire of the experts' group. The survey was conducted at three levels of management for the gas transportation companies, located in different regions of Ukraine. The three levels of management for the mentioned above enterprises — top, middle and low managers were taken into account. The use of the fuzzy logic method makes it possible to investigate the influence of the corporate culture elements on the results of the enterprises and to identify those elements which are important for the implementation of changes at the enterprise and without which it is impossible to achieve effective transformations. Findings & Value added: Taking into account the results of the assessment of corporate culture elements at the investigated companies, the directions of corporate culture development for enterprises that are in a state of changes are pointed out, namely: use of different management styles; support of employees in making innovative decisions; development of cooperation and elimination of conflicts between workers; formation of general corporate values; creating trust between employees and top managers; promoting the development of young workers; use of the mechanisms of education and maintenance of a high level of morality and culture of workers.

The never-ending menace of botnet is causing many serious problems on the Internet. Although there are significant efforts on detecting botnet at the global level which rely heavily on finding failed queries and domain flux information for botnet detection, there are very few efforts being made to detect bot infection at an enterprise level. Detecting bot-infected machines is vital for any organization in combating various security threats. This work proposes a novel anomaly-based detection technique which considers hourly hosts DNS fingerprint and attempts to find anomalous behavior which is quite different from normal machine behavior. This work successfully demonstrates the DNS Anomaly Detection (named BotDAD) technique for detecting bot-infected machine in a network using DNS fingerprinting.
