The issuance of bonds by the government attracts the interest of many investors, including foreigners. The government must understand the factors determining bond yields for managing government debt. This study aims to investigate the effect of domestic and global macroeconomic variables on government bond yields in Indonesia. The paper uses monthly data from November 2014 to December 2022. The research sample comprises government bonds with 5, 10, and 15-year tenor bonds. The GARCH (1,1) and GARCH-M (1,1) models are applied to estimate and analyze the determinants of government bond yields. Research findings reveal that Indonesian interest rates significantly affect the yield of 10- and 15-year tenor bonds. Inflation has no impact on bond yields across all tenors. The increase in foreign exchange reserves reduces bond yields in all tenors. The Indonesian stock exchange index is detrimental to long-term bond yields. The exchange rate has a positive impact on bond yields in all tenors. World oil prices significantly impact yields on 5- and 10-year tenor bonds. The Fed’s interest rate positively affects the yield on the 15-year tenor bond. The implication of these findings for the Indonesian government is the implementation of several aspects of economic and financial policies that can improve state debt management and financial market stability.

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of financial behavior, overconfidence, and risk perception on financial literacy and investment decisions in the millennial generation in Jakarta. This study was conducted using quantitative methods, structural equation modeling (SEM), and assisted by the Smart PLS 4.0 program with a total of 100 respondents with an average age of 25-35 years. The structural model was evaluated using R-square for dependent constructs, Stone-Geisser Q-square test for Q2 predictive relevance, and significance test of structural path parameter coefficients. The results of this study can be an input in the development of investment behavior theory, especially investment decision-making, as well as the mediation role of financial literacy in these relationships on individual millennial investors in the Jakarta area. The study found that financial behavior and overconfidence significantly impact the financial literacy of the Millennial Generation in Jakarta, while overconfidence did not. It is recommended that Millennial investors focus on improving their financial literacy, risk perception, and financial behavior to influence investment decisions, while avoiding overconfidence.

This study aims to determine the determinant factors that influence the career of female leaders. The determinant factors in question are divided into internal factors, namely self-efficacy and emotional intelligence, while external factors include social support and work-life balance. This study involved 150 respondents, and the criteria were female employees with echelon II, III, and IV positions in SKPDs within the scope of the NTB Provincial government. The data collection technique was a questionnaire analyzed using the Smart-PLS application. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on women's career maturity. Work-life balance can only moderate the influence of self-efficacy on women's career maturity. However, work-life balance has not been able to moderate the impact of emotional intelligence on career maturity, and it does not moderate the influence of social support on women's career maturity.

Background and objective: The Hugo RAS and DaVinci Xi systems are used for performing robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP). This study aims to compare these two platforms providing granular and comprehensive data on their intraoperative performance. Methods: The Comparison of Outcomes of Multiple Platforms for Assisted Robotic surgery—Prostate (COMPAR-P) trial is a prospective post-market study (clinicaltrials.org NCT05766163). Enrollment began in March 2023, allocating patients to DaVinci or Hugo RAS for RARP, without selection criteria, for up to 50 consecutive cases. Two experienced console surgeons performed the procedures, following the same technique. Evaluation focused on timing, learning curves, malfunctioning events, complications, and users’ satisfaction, using standard statistical methods, including the cumulative summation analysis (CUSUM) for the learning curve assessment. Key findings and limitations: Fifty patients each were enrolled for DaVinci (DV-RARP) and Hugo RAS (H-RARP) RARP. Baseline features were balanced. Aim: Infrainguinal bypass surgery stands as the predominant open surgical procedure for lower limb revascularization and is reserved for cases of intermittent claudication (IC) that have proven unresponsive to maximal medical management. Polypropylene monofilament sutures have been widely used for peripheral vascular surgery operations. Aim of this study is comparing this new type of suture with propylene sutures. Material and Methods: Between January 2022 and December 2022, two cohorts who underwent suprapopliteal femoropopliteal bypass surgery, each comprising 15 patients were included in the study. In Group I (polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) Group), PTFE served as the suture material, whereas in Group 2 (Non PTFE Group), polypropylene sutures were employed. All preoperative demographics, perioperative and postoperative data were collected carefully. Results: All patients underwent surgical interventions due to either rest pain or ischemic ulcers. Among the 30 patients, 11 fell into Fontaine class 4, while 19 were categorized as Fontaine class 3. Out of the 30 patients, 18 received cilostazol treatment. The mean age of the patient cohort was 66.97±7.4 years, with a mean body mass index of 29.03±6.2. When we compared the two groups, no statistically significant difference was found between groups according to demographic data. In the evaluation of intraoperative data, the mean operation time was 88.7±9.37 minutes, and the mean hemostasis time was 5.8±2.8 minutes. Background: While there is acknowledgment of the vital role of factors such as the status of histological grades and hormone receptor (HR) in shaping targeted treatment strategies for breast cancer (BC), comprehensive research that unifies the study of imaging features with the evaluation of HR characteristics and histopathological data is notably absent in Albania, creating a critical research gap that this study endeavors to fill. This study aimed to investigate the imaging characteristics observed in ultrasound and the possible correlations between expression levels of HRs in ductal and lobular types of BC to elucidate potential prognostic and therapeutic implications. Methods and Results: This descriptive study, conceived as a series of cases, leveraged a prospective approach to scrutinize the dynamics of the study population over four years (2019-2023) in the Mother Teresa University Hospital Center and a private oncology clinic in Tirana. The convenience sampling strategy enlisted 238 female patients (mean age 60.5±12.5 years) diagnosed with BC who had been tested for HRs and consented to participate. Diagnostic imaging was facilitated using a Chison US equipped with a 10 MH linear probe. The results were adjudged based on the BI-RADS tumor classification. HR markers were discerned through rigorous immunohistochemical analyses. Utilizing SPSS version 21.0, statistical analyses incorporated a variety of tests, including Spearman's rho to assess correlations between hormonal receptors and imaging morphological characteristics and ordinal logistic regression to evaluate the relationships between hormonal receptors and cancer grades. Analyzing the localization of the tumor revealed that a slightly higher proportion had it on the left side, accounting for 52.9% compared to 47.1% on the right side. Regarding the BI-RADS classification observed through echographic examination, a vast majority were classified as BI-RADS 5 (92.8%), followed by a smaller percentage distributed amongst BI-RADS 4 (5.9%), BI-RADS 3 (0.84%), and BIRADS 6 (0.42%). Examining the cancer grades determined that 68.3% were at Grade 2, whereas Grades 1 and 3 were noticeably less common, standing at 1.7% and 30.2%, respectively. Estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PgR) sensitivity were high in most patients, exhibiting 77.7% and 70.6% positivity, respectively, alongside a notable presence of high Ki67 levels in 75.2% of the individuals. The investigation into HER2 status demonstrated that a significant number were negative (76.1%), as opposed to 17.6% being positive and 6.3% equivocal. Remarkably, 5.5% of the patients had a triple-negative status upon biopsy evaluation. The English language for English Instructed Class students as the end-users of Higher Education is an integral part of the sustainability of globalization in Indonesia. The research investigates the relationship between brand image, price, web quality, and student satisfaction in conducting English-instructed classes. The data was obtained via an online inquiry form 105 respondents and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings show that the influence of the brand image on student satisfaction, price towards student satisfaction, and web quality on student satisfaction are significant. The results illustrate that English-instructed class students' happiness depends on how the institution creates the brand image, offers competitive tuition, and develops web quality to attract prospective English-instructed class students.

Sustainable universities play a role in evaluating and reporting on sustainable practices in developing countries. The study aims to identify human capital’s impact on sustainable university performance by implementing sustainable human resource management (sustainable HRM) as a mediating variable. The paper uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 140 employees consisting of lecturers and educational staff at Esa Unggul University, Jakarta, Indonesia. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using structural equation modeling-partial least squares with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed a positive and significant impact that was statistically proven by a direct impact of human capital and sustainable HRM on sustainable universities as well as an indirect impact of human capital on sustainable universities mediated by sustainable HRM. Furthermore, the results showed that the level of direct influence of human capital on sustainable universities has an influence value of 0.371, where the influence is categorized as weak. The level of indirect influence with sustainable HRM as a mediator between human capital and sustainable universities has an influence of 0.662 with a fairly strong/moderate influence. This proves that the role of sustainable HRM practices is an essential component in realizing a sustainable university. Empirical findings recommend increasing the capacity and quality of lecturers and education staff as the main component of university human capital to achieve sustainable higher education performance. Sustainable HRM practices need to be implemented thoughtfully by universities to improve performance from economic, environmental, and social aspects.

The determining factors that cause delays in audit reports are essential for shareholders to pay attention to when making quick decisions. Delays in audit reports receive significant attention in the capital markets where audited financial statements in annual reports are the only reliable source of information available to investors. This study aims to identify factors that cause delays in audit reports in the form of company and industry specifics consisting of profitability, company size, audit committee, audit opinion, and size of a public accounting firm. The research method uses a panel data regression model to test five hypotheses based on data collected from annual reports from 2011 to 2021. The research sample selected were 46 companies in the construction and property services sector listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. Empirical findings show that a public accounting firm’s profitability, audit opinion, and size hurt audit report lag, while the audit committee has a positive impact. Company size is the only factor that does not have an impact on audit reporting delays. The research results provide recommendations for company management and shareholders that delays in audit reports can be reduced by increasing company profits. Apart from that, audit delay lag can also be reduced by appointing a reputable or international public accounting firm and providing a quality audit opinion.

The introduction of pediatric-inspired regimens in adult Philadelphia-negative acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph-ALL) has significantly improved patients’ prognosis. Within the Campus ALL network we analyzed the outcome of adult Ph-ALL patients treated according to the GIMEMA LAL1913 protocol outside the clinical trial, to compare the real-life data with the study results. We included 421 consecutive patients, with a median age of 42 years. The complete remission (CR) rate after the first course of chemotherapy was 94% and a measurable residual disease (MRD) negativity after the third course was achieved in 72% of patients. The 3-year overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) were 67% and 57%, respectively. In a multivariate analysis, MRD positivity negatively influenced DFS. In a time-dependent analysis including only very high risk (VHR) and MRD positive cases, transplanted (HSCT) patients had a significantly better DFS than non-HSCT ones (P=0.0017). During induction, grade ≥2 pegaspargase-related hepato-toxicity was observed in 25% of patients (vs 12% in the GIMEMA LAL1913 trial, P=0.0003). In this large real-life cohort of Ph-ALL, we confirmed the very high CR rate and a superimposable OS and DFS compared to the GIMEMA LAL1913 clinical trial: CR rate after C1 94% vs 85%, P=0.0004; 3-year OS 67% vs 67%, P=0.94; 3-year DFS 57% vs 63%, P=0.17. HSCT confirms its important role in VHR and MRD-positive patients. The rate of pegaspargase-related toxicity was significantly higher in the real-life setting, emphasizing the importance of dose adjustment in the presence of risk factors to avoid excessive toxicity.

Introduction: Cardiovascular implantable electronic devices (CIEDs), including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), and cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) devices, are crucial for managing various cardiac conditions. However, their implantation is associated with a range of potential complications. This article investigates the incidence, types, and risk factors of complications arising from CIED implantation. Around 180.000 pacemakers are implanted every year in the USA [1]. Keeping in mind that pacemakers are implanted mainly in the elderly, the increasing proportion of this age group translates to a progressive increase in yearly implantations. A review of pacemakers implanted in adults shows an age interval of 69-86 years old, with 30-40% of patients >80 years old [2,3]. In a case series article, 218 patients were included in those undergoing permanent pacemaker implantation in the UHC "Mother Theresa" Tirana. Data were retrospectively collected from patients who underwent CIED implantation. The primary complications assessed included infection, lead dislodgement, device malfunction, hematoma, and vascular complications. Statistical analysis was performed to identify significant risk factors associated with these complications. Conclusions: This article underscores the importance of meticulous procedural techniques, thorough patient assessment, and post-implantation monitoring to minimize the risks associated with CIED implantation. Enhanced understanding of these complications can lead to improved patient outcomes and the development of strategies to mitigate risks in clinical practice. In the Minangkabau tradition, women hold a distinct society and cultural standing referred to as Bundo Kanduang, signifying their unique and esteemed position. This paper aims to examine the position upheld by ethnic Minangkabau women within patriarchy framework of the customary law of West Sumatra and the general Islamic law. This study is qualitative and was conducted using a comparative law approach. To achieve the study aim, data were obtained from interviews with academics, cultural and religious leaders, as well as tradition leaders. The obtained results showed a decline in the status of Bundo Kanduang within the Minangkabau customs. In this custom, the glory of women holding heirloom property was only being used as a symbol. Meanwhile, Islamic law acknowledges that granting rights to women is not contradictory or incompatible. Typically, Islam creates room for equality in the roles and functions of women and men within the Minangkabau community, allowing women (Bundo Kanduang), to have equal opportunities in the public sphere, particularly in the field of work. Based on this understanding, it is crucial to deeply instill in the younger generation an understanding of their position within the customs, religious values, family dynamics, and cultural heritage. This comprehensive education is particularly important as it ensures their awareness of functions and positions, aiming to prevent cultural disparities within the Minangkabau society.

Entrepreneurship greatly contributes to increasing competitiveness, creating jobs, gaining career opportunities, and accelerating economic growth. There have been many studies related to entrepreneurship, but unfortunately, none of them has reviewed the competency framework of entrepreneurship as a life skill, especially in pesantren (Islamic boarding schools). The purpose of this research is to provide an overview of the state of entrepreneurial literacy and skills based on its competency framework. This study describes how to obtain ideas and opportunities, map the resources owned, and take actions to map the entrepreneurial culture built by pesantren. This research is conducted at Pesantren Sirojul Huda. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. As a result, three thematic areas: (1) ideas and opportunities, (2) resources, and (3) into action, it was found that the mapping of Islamic boarding school entrepreneurial culture was going well, and synergy between the parties in the Islamic boarding school was created thanks to the interpersonal communication carried out. Interpersonal communication has a big role in making this happen.

The COVID-19 pandemic has paralyzed the economy, affected human health, and claimed human lives in the world. This deadly virus is rapidly affecting every aspect of life in all countries. Almost every area of ​​life, from economics to politics, society to culture, has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic; of course, this impact cannot be separated from the Sharia stocks sub-sector in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze and test the effects of COVID-19 on the response of Islamic stocks. Moreover, to see the difference between the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) sharia stocks and the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) in observations before COVID-19 and after COVID-19. This event study research aims to see the differences between the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) sharia stocks and the Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) in observations before COVID-19 and observations after COVID-19. The data used in this study is secondary data already available and obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of this study show a significant influence on stock prices before and after the announcement of COVID-19 in Indonesia on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). There is no significant effect on stock returns before and after the announcement of COVID-19 in Indonesia on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The research aims to determine the effect of Halal awareness, Halal certification, and social Servicescape on the purchase intention of Halal food, which is mediated by attitude towards Japanese food products. The research was conducted on 256 respondents who like Japanese ramen noodles. The determination of purposive sampling technique is used in this research. The research approach is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool. The intention to buy Halal Food still needs to be considered in several aspects, such as certification, Halal Awareness, and social services, to lead the attitude to decide to buy Halal foods. The research is only focused on one Japanese restaurant, while the object of the study still needs to be comprehensive. In the next few years, it is hoped that the government will increase the counseling related to the “Indonesia is going to be the center of world’s Halal” program and decide on new, more exciting programs related to the Halal Industry. Furthermore, producers encourage companies to implement more stringent processes for security, cleanliness, and the packaging process for goods distribution to be marketed. The value of this research is to determine the consumers' trust in continuing to visit Japanese restaurants, though there needs to be more clarity on the restaurant's Halal certification.

This study aims to examine the effect of world oil prices and other fundamental factors, which consist of the exchange rate, inflation, return on assets (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER), and current ratio (CR) to the disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSRD). The research sample is seven mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2022. The estimation method and data analysis used a panel data regression model. The study's empirical findings show that world oil prices, exchange rates, inflation, and ROA positively affect CSRD, while DER and CR have the opposite effect. Macroeconomic variables, including world oil prices, exchange rates, and inflation, significantly encourage mining sector companies to disclose CSR more broadly. The increasing liquidity causes limited CSRD and leverages financial performance, while the profitability of the impact is different.

Introduction: Bone tumors, characterized by diverse locations and shapes, often necessitate surgical excision followed by custom implant placement to facilitate targeted bone reconstruction. Leveraging additive manufacturing, patient-specific implants can be precisely tailored with complex geometries and desired stiffness, enhancing their suitability for bone ingrowth.Methods: In this work, a finite element model is employed to assess patient-specific lattice implants in femur bones. Our model is validated using experimental data obtained from an animal study (n = 9).Results: The results demonstrate the accuracy of the proposed finite element model in predicting the implant mechanical behavior. The model was used to investigate the influence of reducing the elastic modulus of a solid Ti6Al4V implant by tenfold, revealing that such a reduction had no significant impact on bone behavior under maximum compression and torsion loading. This finding suggests a potential avenue for reducing the endoprosthesis modulus without compromising bone integrity.Discussion: Our research suggests that employing fully lattice implants not only facilitates bone ingrowth but also has the potential to reduce overall implant stiffness. This reduction is crucial in preventing significant bone remodeling associated with stress shielding, a challenge often associated with the high stiffness of fully solid implants. The study highlights the mechanical benefits of utilizing lattice structures in implant design for enhanced patient outcomes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari kualitas kimia yoghurt dengan penambahan sari wortel. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan, Perlakuannya adalah yoghurt dengan penambahan sari wortel (PSW): 0%PSW), 15%PSW, 20%PSW dan 25%PSW. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah pH, asam laktat, kadar protein, lemak, dan air. Data dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam, hasil analisis yang berpengaruh nyata, dilanjutkan dengan uji Jarak Berganda Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penambahan sari wortel berpengaruh sangat nyata (P0,05) terhadap kadar air yoghurt. Kadar asam laktat pada perlakuan 25%PSW (0,39%) sangat nyata lebih tinggi dari 20%PSW (0,35%), 15%PSW (0,33%) dan 0%PSW (0,31%), sedangkan penambahan sari wortel sangat nyata menurunkan kadar protein yoghurt. Kadar protein masing-masing perlakuan adalah 0%PSW (2,45%), 15%PSW (2,29%), 20%PSW (1,77%) dan 25%PSW (1,71%). Nilai pH dan kadar lemak yoghurt juga turun dengan penambahan sari wortel. Nilai pH terendah pada perlakuan 20%PSW yaitu 4,10 dan kadar lemak terendah pada perlakuan 25%PSW (4,28%). Kadar air yoghurt yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini berkisar antara 81,10-81,70%. Penambahan sari wortel sampai 25% pada pembuatan yoghurt menurunkan nilai pH, kadar protein, dan kadar lemak, meningkatkan kadar asam laktat dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kadar air yoghurt.

The rapid development of information technology encourages small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to accelerate digital transformation to increase their sustainable competitiveness. However, improved entrepreneurial skills must also support technology readiness to adopt e-commerce. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial skills and e-commerce, which mediate the factors of technology readiness, top management support, and competitive pressure, on SME performance. The partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was applied to estimate the research model on data from 520 respondents who actively use e-commerce in their business activities in Jakarta, Indonesia. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to SME. The results showed that entrepreneurial skills and e-commerce adoption positively affect SME performance. Furthermore, technology readiness, top management support, and competitive pressure positively affect e-commerce adoption and have implications for improving SME performance. Finally, this paper provides recommendations for SME managers and practitioners to improve business performance: e.g., they should enhance their entrepreneurial skills and increase e-commerce adoption for operational efficiency.

Introduction: Stress shielding is a common complication following endoprosthetic reconstruction surgery. The resulting periprosthetic osteopenia often manifests as catastrophic fractures and can significantly limit future treatment options. It has been long known that bone plates with lower elastic moduli are key to reducing the risk of stress shielding in orthopedics. Inclusion of open space lattices in metal endoprostheses is believed to reduce the prosthesis modulus potentially improving stress shielding. However, no in vivo data is currently available to support this assumption in long bone reconstruction. This manuscript aims to address this hypothesis using a sheep model of extraarticular bone defect.Methods: Initially, CT was used to create a virtual resection plan of the distal femoral metaphyses and to custom design endoprostheses specific to each femur. The endoprostheses comprised additively manufactured Ti6Al4V-ELI modules that either had a solid core with a modulus of ∼120 GPa (solid implant group) or an open space lattice core with unit cells that had a modulus of 3–6 GPa (lattice implant group). Osteotomies were performed using computer-assisted navigation followed by implantations. The periprosthetic, interfacial and interstitial regions of interest were evaluated by a combination of micro-CT, back-scattered scanning electron microscopy (BSEM), as well as epifluorescence and brightfield microscopy.Results: In the periprosthetic region, mean pixel intensity (a proxy for tissue mineral density in BSEM) in the caudal cortex was found to be higher in the lattice implant group. This was complemented by BSEM derived porosity being lower in the lattice implant group in both caudal and cranial cortices. In the interfacial and interstitial regions, most pronounced differences were observed in the axial interfacial perimeter where the solid implant group had greater bone coverage. In contrast, the lattice group had a greater coverage in the cranial interfacial region.Conclusion: Our findings suggest that reducing the prosthesis modulus by inclusion of an open-space lattice in its design has a positive effect on bone material and morphological parameters particularly within the periprosthetic regions. Improved mechanics appears to also have a measurable effect on the interfacial osteogenic response and osteointegration.

Background: Poor management of human resources can lead to employee discomfort in the workplace, resulting in reduced productivity and diminished benefits for the company. Thus, effective human resource management is crucial to fostering a conducive work environment that enables employees to thrive. Enhanced employee productivity can significantly contribute to the company's advancement. Purpose: This study investigates the impact of work stress and organizational commitment on turnover intention, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Jakarta Aquarium Design/methodology/approach: This research method is quantitative causality, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) assisted by the Smart PLS statistical method (PLS-SEM) and a Likert measurement scale. Findings/Result: The results in this study show that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, while organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on turnover intention. Another friend revealed that work stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, while organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on turnover intention through job satisfaction. Organizational commitment influences turnover intention through satisfaction as an intervening variable. Fascinatingly, this study reveals that job-related stress does not diminish employee satisfaction, as stress can serve as a challenge, a stimulus, and a source of fascination for employees. Conclusion: Work stress demonstrates a significant positive impact on turnover intention. Organizational commitment exhibits a positive and statistically significant effect on turnover intention. Additionally, work stress is found to have a positive and important influence on job satisfaction, and organizational commitment similarly has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Originality/value (State of the art): The research uses job satisfaction which acts as a mediating variable that provides new academic insights into human resource strategies related to issues of employee retention and organizational stability. This research aims to analyze the effect of the exchange rates, interest rates, oil prices, coal prices, debt-to-equity ratio, return on asset, and firm size on the dependent variable stock returns in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 to 2021. The analysis technique in this study was carried out using a panel data regression test with the Eviews10 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables coal price, debt-to-equity ratio, and firm size have no effect on stock returns, while oil prices and return on assets have a positive impact on stock returns. On the other hand, exchange rates and interest rates have a negative effect on stock returns.

The claim for child’s nafaqah māḍiyah (past income) is often overlooked in the rulings of the Religious Court. This research aims to propose a shifting from the concept of li al-intifā’ (benefit) to li al-tamlīk (ownership) regarding child’s living costs claims in the Religious Court, employing the istihsān (juristic preference) approach. The objective is to ensure a more equitable judgment for the child. This study was conducted as a literature review using a normative juridical approach. The research findings reveal that the legal standpoint, which rejects any claim for child’s nafaqah māḍiyah in the Religious Court based on the argument that child’s living costs is categorized as li al-intifā’, contradicts Islamic legal principles regarding child’s living costs and fails to fulfill the principles of justice, as well as being incongruent with several other legislative provisions related to child protection. Therefore, this article proposes a shifting from the concept of li al-intifā’ to li al-tamlīk in determining child’s nafaqah māḍiyah in the Religious Court.

ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalisasi produksi protein mikroba rumen melalui suplementasi ekstrak tepung daun sengon (ETDS) yang mengandung condensed tannin (CT). Penelitian disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 7 perlakuan 5 ulangan menggunakan uji in vitro. Ransum yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa rumput kolonjono (Brachiaria mutica) dan konsentrat. Perlakuan yang diberikan terdiri dari P0 = Ransum tanpa suplementasi ETDS (kontrol); P1 = Ransum + ETDS 1%; P2 = Ransum + ETDS 2%; P3 = Ransum + ETDS 3%; P4 = Ransum + ETDS 4%; P5 = Ransum + ETDS 5%; P6 = Ransum + ETDS 6%. Peubah yang diamati adalah pH, populasi protozoa, dan produksi protein mikroba (PPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan taraf suplementasi ETDS yang mengandung condensed tannin (CT) tidak berpengaruh (P0.05) terhadap nilai pH, namun berpengaruh nyata (P0.05) terhadap populasi protozoa dan PPM. Terdapat pola hubungan antara taraf suplementasi ETDS dengan populasi protozoa dan produksi protein mikroba dengan model persamaan Y= -0,2896 x2 + 1,2583 x + 8,1633 (R2 = 0,84) dan Y= -0,0764 x2 + 0,41x + 0,8257 (R2= 0,67). Suplementasi ETDS di atas taraf 3% memperlihatkan terjadinya penurunan populasi protozoa. Sementara itu, produksi protein mikroba terus meningkat sampai level suplementasi ETDS pada taraf 3 % dan selanjutnya mengalami penurunan. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa suplementasi ETDS pada taraf 3% mampu menghasilkan produksi protein mikroba yang tertinggi. Populasi protozoa mengalami penurunan pada suplementasi ETDS pada taraf di atas 3%. (Optimizing the production of rumen microbial protein through supplementation sengon leaf extracts (Albizia falcataria) containing condensed tannin) ABSTRACT. This study aimed to optimize the rumen microbial protein production through supplementation of sengon leaf extract (SLE) which contains condensed tannin (CT). The study arranged in completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 7 treatments and 5 replications using in vitro test. The ration used was kolonjono grass (Brachiaria mutica) and concentrate. The treatments consisted of P0 = Ration without supplementation of SLE (control); P1 = Ration + 1% SLE; P2 = Ration + 2% SLE; P3 = Ration + 3% SLE; P4 = Ration + 4% SLE; P5 = Ration + 5% SLE; P6 = Basic Ration + 6% SLE. The observed variables were pH, protozoa population, and microbial protein production (MPP). The results showed that the supplementation of SLE containing CT did not affect (P0.05) the pH value, but significantly (P0.05) affected the protozoa population and MPP. There was a relationship pattern between the supplementation level of SLE with the population of protozoa and MPP with an equation model of Y= -0.2896 x2 + 1.2583 x + 8.1633 (R2 = 0.84) and Y= -0.0764 x2 + 0.41x + 0.8257 (R2= 0.67). Supplementation of SLE above 3% indicates a decrease in protozoa population. Meanwhile, MPP continues to increase until the supplementation level of 3% and subsequently decreases. From this study, it was concluded that supplementation SLE at the level of 3% was able to produce the highest production of microbial proteins. The protozoa population decreased in the supplementation of SLE at levels above 3%.

The research aimed to know the influence of long-term relationships, information sharing, Cooperation, and integration process in partial on the supply chain effectiveness of the EPC Steam Power Plant project in the Province of North Sulawesi. It was also to know whether enterprise risk management moderates the influence, long-term relationship, information sharing, Cooperation, and integration process toward supply chain effectiveness. The employees who became the sample in the supply chain activities of the steam power plant project in North Sulawesi were 250 people, 149 of whom were proportionally from the project owner. The research uses the data analysis technique using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square. The result of the study indicated that long-term relationships, information sharing, Cooperation, and integration process partially have a positive and significant influence on supply chain effectiveness. In addition, enterprise risk management proved to moderate the impact of information sharing. Still, it needed to moderate the effect of a long-term relationship, Cooperation, and integration process on the supply chain effectiveness of the EPC Steam Power Plant Sulut-3 project.

This research aimed to study the opinion and perspectives of Commuter Line passengers in Indonesia by using 18 attributes of service quality. There still needed to be more understanding about which service attributes were less satisfying and which were more pleasing to the Commuter Line passengers in the area of Jakarta and its surroundings. This research used factor analysis and Principal Component Analysis to select among the 18 Commuter Line service quality variables with the Varimax and Ordered Logit model rotation method. The number of samples used was 384 respondents from Commuter Line passengers in Jakarta and its surroundings. The result of factor analysis stated that the 18 attributes of service quality with three factors were the main attributes of service quality being used, namely the factor of station facilities and passenger behavior, the factor of ticket and security system, and they had reasonably strong correlations. The key finding of this research was that some service quality attributes, such as the crowd or density of trains, station stair facility, station lift facility, station seat facility, and shelter, were perceived as the attributes of service that were less satisfying. This research provided valuable insights into important factors affecting the opinion and perspective of Commuter Line passengers in Jakarta and its surroundings.

This study aims to estimate the factors determining the perceived behavioral Intention to use the QR code on a smartphone in the commuter line tap-in tap-out ticketing process as an alternative payment. The rapid growth of information technology in the last two decades had become a factor that encouraged individuals and groups to utilize information technology from devices or technological tools as effectively and efficiently as possible to facilitate the activities and business processes being carried out. This research used the probability sampling technique with a random sampling of 100 commuter line passengers. In addition, this research used the data analysis technique of the Structural Equation Model-SmartPLS3.0. The results indicated that perceived compatibility and enjoyment significantly affected the perceived ease of use and usefulness in the consumer's behavioral Intention to use QR Code technology on smartphones as a substitution for purchasing commuter train tickets. However, the three other variables, perceived convenience, self-efficacy, and enjoyment, do not significantly influence the usefulness of using QR Code Technology on smartphones as an alternative for purchasing commuter tickets, and neither do the technological knowledge and perceived compatibility.

The bus rapid transit (BRT) system has become a cheap public transportation option worldwide, including in Indonesia. The problem in the Jababeka area, Indonesia, was the unconnectedness and lack of transportation as a sustainable area with the whole residence, modal shift, and easy access for people. This research aimed to improve access to Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) based public transportation by implementing the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Model in the Jababeka area, Bekasi Regency. In this research, modeling was made by using PTV Visum with the trip assignment method and continued with the projected movement from 2022 to 2042, resulting from the people movement survey in 2022 and the SWOT strategy. The sample of this research consists of 210 respondents domiciled in nine subdistricts of Bekasi Regency. The result of this research was that the Jababeka area, Bekasi, must be planned as a TOD-based area, facilitating people to fulfill their transportation needs so that derived demand can run efficiently. Therefore, the implemented strategy must improve transportation access by developing TOD areas with a BRT system. Jababeka area was developed using the typology of regional scale city TOD, with a potential sub-city and environmental TOD typology. TOD development using the BRT system must be able to shift the intercity movement to local movement because residential areas were provided as the substitute for intercity movement.

This study investigated the impact of social media marketing on Garuda Indonesia's airline customers' brand equity (awareness, image, and loyalty) and online word-of-mouth during the epidemic (E-WOM). In part of the study, 100 frequent Instagram users and passengers on Garuda Indonesia aircraft were questioned or given questionnaires. The data was processed and analyzed by SEM-PLS and the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings of the study indicate that social media marketing increases brand recognition, brand image, and brand loyalty. Brand loyalty or reputation has one significant impact on e-WOM as well. While brand recognition has nothing to do with E-WOM. Furthermore, the results of this research definitely point to the importance of the impact on E-WOM while brand recognition has no impact on E-WOM. The study's conclusions also highlight the importance of mediating variables including brand awareness, brand image, and brand loyalty. This study can prove that almost all moderating effect variables are involved in mediating social media marketing on Garuda Indonesia's e-WOM airline, except the brand awareness variable, which has no indirect effect or has no impact on the relationship between social media marketing and E-WOM. The results of this study should be relevant to a social media strategy, particularly for Garuda Indonesia Airlines.

The research aimed to know the impact of electronic delivery orders and logistics digitalization on the import document activities mediated by logistics service quality in the national shipping lines, especially the members of Regional Container Lines. Several logistics companies in Indonesia have now begun to utilize digital technology supported by the national logistics ecosystem platform to advance logistics activities, to assist logistics processes in all sectors, including the industrial sector. Shipping, especially by sea shipping. One of the research problems, among others, is that the TSJ/T3 terminal still uses manual delivery orders. The research used the path analysis method and Sobel test with a random sample of 102 PT Bhum Mulia Prima customers. The result of the study showed that electronic delivery orders and logistics digitalization partially contribute to the import document activities through logistics service quality. Furthermore, logistics service quality as the intervening variable strengthened the contribution of an electronic delivery order to the import document activities. Testing is also needed by comparing digital systems between the shipping companies that still do not use manual documents and those that have used online processes in import activities.

Sustainable financing is one of the international issues that has been widely discussed due to the issue of climate change. Green sukuk is one of the sustainable financing instruments that are sharia-compliant. However, companies in Indonesia have not shown interest in issuing corporate green sukuk. Various problems and challenges faced by the company to be able to issue corporate green sukuk. The purpose of this study is to know the problem of issuing corporate green sukuk in Indonesia and the best solutions that can be used. The research method used is Analytic Network Process (ANP). In this study, respondents came from experts of corporate green sukuk problems. Total respondents of this research were 5 peoples who came from academia, company actors and regulators. The results show that the main problem in issuing corporate green sukuk is the lack of understanding from market participants. Meanwhile, in terms of solutions, the incentive provided by the government is the main solution to encourage the issuance of corporate green sukuk.

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused consumers to fear and feel anxious about doing activities outside their homes, such as shopping. Thus, they switched to e-commerce for sustainable consumption. This study focuses on sustainable consumption represented with the variables of perceived effectiveness of e-commerce platform (PEEP), economic benefits, interactivity, and pandemic fear. This study uses the Uses and Gratification Theory (UGT) to determine consumer motivation and purchase intentions. It explores the relationship between PEEP, economic benefits, interactivity, and sustainable consumption, with pandemic fear as a moderating variable. The analysis was conducted from February to July 2021, with e-commerce being the object of study. The study uses purposive sampling based on the criteria of respondents who have made a transaction at least once in one of the marketplaces in Jakarta, Indonesia. An online survey was employed to test 95 respondents consisting of Millennials and Generation Z who are active e-commerce users in Indonesia. The moderated regression analysis (MRA) or interaction test was applied to analyze the data. The results of the study found that pandemic fear can moderate PEEP’s relationship with economic benefits and interactivity that can increase sustainable consumption. The research findings also prove that relying on interactivity in the buying process encourages them to use e-commerce. E-commerce can help consumers who are limited in making transactions due to fear of spreading the Covid-19 virus to fulfill sustainable consumption.

Green Sukuk is a source of financing that supports the SDGs. Climate change, the growth of the Islamic finance industry, and the rise of socially responsible investing could make green Sukuk a vital tool for financing clean energy and sustainable infrastructure projects. Many studies have identified its potential and advantages. However, no companies have issued green corporate Sukuk in Indonesia yet. The purpose of this study is to determine the potential and main problems of issuing corporate green Sukuk in Indonesia, along with possible solutions and strategies. The research method used is the analytic network process (ANP). In this study, respondents are experts in the field of green Sukuk (involved experts were from academia, project actors, and regulators). The results of the study indicate that the first destination that has the potential to be financed with green corporate Sukuk is renewable energy. At the same time, the main problem is the lack of understanding from market participants. In terms of solutions, the incentive provided by the government is the best to encourage the issuance of green corporate Sukuk. Moreover, the first strategy is to issue green corporate Sukuk with ijarah contracts. From the research results, it is hoped that the Indonesian government can be more aggressive in providing incentives to green project actors.

Cost and capital structure are needed to evaluate the feasibility of the investments made by a company. This study aims to estimate and analyze the effect of the component of cost of capital (COC) and capital structure (CS) on firm value. Pulp & Paper companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) became the research sample for the 2013–2020 period. The research method applied is a moderation regression analysis approach. The empirical findings of the study prove that firm value is not influenced by the cost of debt (COD), while the cost of equity (COE) has a negative effect, and COC is positive. COC is a combination of the use of debt and equity, modeling by adding a CS variable as a moderating variable; this leads to the conclusion that COD and COE have a negative effect on firm value, whereas COC and CS have a positive effect. The finding of the role of CS as a moderating variable reveals that CS is a quasi-moderator variable and plays a role in increasing.

The focuses of this research are the visual style reconstruction of cigarette advertisements published in magazines during the colonial era of the Dutch East Indies and the expressions of lifestyle recorded in them. This study examines the visualization and visual style of cigarette advertisements published in magazines in Indonesia from 1925 to 2000. This study also aims to reconstruct the lifestyle in the visual representation of cigarette advertisements as a reflection of the process of social change in Indonesian society during the colonial to the post-colonial period (1925 - 2000). This research employed descriptive analytical methodology, with the main theory of the social history of Art and David Chaney’s lifestyle theory. The visual style of Oriental Modern Eclecticism captures the Indies’ hybrid lifestyle expression, namely: a pseudo-modernity lifestyle as a result of the integration among the colonized communities which were spread across the Dutch East Indies (1925-1942). The cigarette advertisements of that era presented an imaginary world that depicted the harmonious social interactions of various social layers which is contrary to the social reality of the segregated colonial life.

Many batik motifs have been developed in various regions, inspired by various local resources such as plants, animals, regional icons, cultural arts, etc. The objective of this study is to look for ideas in the form of teak leaves and flowers that can be developed into batik and textile motif designs. The descriptive qualitative, literature review, participatory follow-up study, focus group discussion method, and the development of craftsman creativity were all used to achieve these goals. The study took place at the Jalidin batik craft shop in Sragen. Teak plant objects, motif designers, batik craftsmen, and libraries were among the data sources. The findings of the study were the motifs in the form of teak leaves and flowers, which could be used as master designs for both batik and textiles. Then the shape of the teak leaves and flowers are arranged in various compositions to produce several designs, and the batik motif designs are applied to jarit-patterned batik, long-sleeved shirt-patterned batik, and textile/printed batik. The resulting motifs were then produced into batik according to the economic class projections of the consumers, namely the consumer’s economic class projections, using prima and primissima cloths, combination and writing techniques, synthetic and natural dyes, and synthetic and natural dyes. In addition, the motifs were produced into printed textiles/batik. Batik cloths and textiles that have been produced are then made into shirts.

The research aims to identify the influence of the shipmaster leadership style and logistics management on the operational performance of tanker ships, which is mediated by the performance of the Ship's Crew. The research used a sample of 30 tanker and ship crew members at the Indonesian national shipping company PT. Waruna Nusa Sentana. The data analysis method applies a path analysis model to test direct and indirect effects. The research results show that leadership style, logistics management, and crew performance partially influence Ship operational performance. Leadership style and logistics management are also proven to influence crew performance directly. The captain's leadership style and logistics management indirectly affect the Ship's operational performance through the performance of the Ship's Crew. Overall, the operating performance of tankers at the shipping company PT. Waruna Nusa Sentana is influenced by the captain's leadership style, ship logistics management, and crew performance, both directly and indirectly. Mobile applications about health have been widely developed but not yet effective as well as suit to user needs. It is because the design process does not involve potential users or user-centered design (UCD). This study aims to obtain information about the needs of groups of adolescents and mothers of children under five on the health application namely MoGiz (Monitoring Gizi). The method uses a qualitative approach through Focus Group Discussion with 6 and 9 informants from group of youths and mothers, respectively. Data analysis was carried out by interpreting the results of a series of transcripts, coding, and arranging the topics and themes found. The results show that teenagers want applications about adolescent health, while mothers of toddlers want applications about toddler health. Both groups expect applications to be small, attractive, containing articles and videos. In conclusion, it is recommended that the application contains health information according to the characteristics of the needs of potential users.

Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan, Perlakuannya adalah P0: tanpa penambahan sari wortel, P1: penambahan sari wortel 15%, P2: penambahan sari wortel 20%, dan P3: penambahan sari wortel 25%. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah pH, kadar protein, asam laktat, lemak, dan air. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam, jika hasil analisis berpengaruh nyata maka dilanjutkan dengan uji Jarak Berganda Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penambahan sari wortel berpengaruh nyata (P0,05) terhadap kadar air pada yoghurt. Nilai pH, kadar protein dan kadar lemak tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan P0 dengan nilai protein dan lemak tinggi dari P1, P2, P3, kadar asam laktat tertinggi pada P3 dan diikuti P2, P1, P0, sedangkan kadar air yoghurt yang diperoleh relatif sama. .Berdasarkan hasil ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa, penambahan sari wortel sampai 25% dalam pembuatan yoghurt menurunkan nilai pH dan kadar lemak dan kadar protein, tetapi meningkatkan kadar asam laktat. Kadar air dan pH yoghurt setelah diinkubasi lebih rendah dari SNI.

Earnings management practices revealed in companies are primarily determined by the role of management in providing the best performance reports for shareholders. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of managerial ability, independent commissioners, audit committees, quality of external auditors, and the application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) on earnings management practices. The research data were retrieved from manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018. These data are analyzed using a panel data regression model. The empirical findings of the study prove that managerial ability, quality of external auditors, and the application of IFRS have a positive effect on earnings management.In contrast, independent commissioners have a negative effect. The audit committee does not affect earnings management. This study also reveals that the variables of corporate governance mechanisms, which consist of independent commissioners, audit committees, and the quality of external auditors, have different effects on earnings management practices. This indicates that corporate governance principles have not been appropriately implemented in a company. The managerial ability has a dominant role in carrying out old management practices with various manipulations of financial statements.

During the research, 71 groundwater samples were collected over a 300 km2 area of Tirana-Fushe Kuqe alluvial aquifer extension (central-western Albania) and subsequently analyzed for 11 parameters (pH, K+, Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+, HCO3-, Cl-, SO42-, NO3-, TH and TDS). Both geochemical conventional (Piper and Chadha diagrams) methods of groundwater classification and multivariate statistical (principal components analysis – PCA and hierarchical cluster analysis – HCA) methods were applied to the dataset to evidence the geochemical processes controlling groundwater geochemistry evaluation through the aquifer. The conventional geochemical methods revealed four (G1-G4) hydrochemical groups where the dominant group is G2 the samples of which are from unconfined to semiconfined recharge zone and the majority of them have Ca-Mg-HCO3 groundwater. Group G3 includes the samples from the confined coastal aquifer having Na-Cl groundwater. Group G1 includes three groundwater samples of Ca-Mg-SO4 from the central part of the aquifer, while group G4, the samples of which are spatially located between G3 and G2 zones, has Na-HCO3 groundwater. The first four components of the PCA account for 85.35% of the total variance. Component PC1 is characterized by very high positive loadings of TH, Ca2+, and Mg2+, suggesting the importance of dissolution processes in the aquifer recharge zone. Component PC2 is characterized by very high positive loadings in Na+, K+, and Cl- and moderate to high loadings of TDS, revealing the involvement of seawater intrusion and diffusion from clay layers. On the basis of their variable loadings, the first two components are defined as the “hardness” and “salinity”, respectively. The HCA produced four geochemically distinct clusters, C1–C4. The samples of cluster C1 are from the coastal confined aquifer and their groundwater belongs to the Na-Cl type. The samples from cluster C2 are located in the south and east recharge areas and most of them have Ca–Mg–HCO3 groundwater, while the samples from cluster C3, which are located in the northeastern recharge zone, have Mg-Ca–HCO3 groundwater. Finally, cluster C4 includes two groundwater subgroups having Na-Cl-HCO3 and Na-Mg-Cl-HCO3 groundwater in the vicinity of cluster C1 as well as Na-HCO3-Cl and Na-Mg-HCO3-Cl groundwater next to cluster C2 and C3.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan daun bangun-bangun (Coleus amboinicus Lour) yang diproteksi tanin batang pisang. Penelitian ini mengunakan 16 ekor Kambing Peranakan Etawah bulan laktasi kedua dan ketiga. Rancangan acak kelompok digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 kelompok sebagai ulangan yaitu P0 = hijauan 70% + konsentrat 30%, P1 = P0 + 0,5% daun bangun-bangun diproteksi tanin dari ekstrak batang pisang, P2 = P0 + 1% daun bangun-bangun diproteksi tanin dari ekstrak batang pisang, P3 = P0 + 1,5% daun bangun-bangun diproteksi tanin dari ekstrak batang pisang. Peubah yang diamati adalah konsumsi bahan kering (BK), produksi susu dan efisiensi produksi susu. Data dianalisis dengan sidik ragam, jika berpengaruh nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji jarak berganda duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian daun bangun-bangun berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap konsumsi bahan kering pakan dengan rataan 1431.16 ± 67.165, berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap produksi susu dengan rataan 153.15 ± 66.11, dan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap efisiensi produksi susu dengan rataan 9.45 ± 3.84 pada Kambing Peranakan Etawah. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa penambahan daun bangun-bangun diproteksi tanin batang pisang tidak mempengaruhi konsumsi bahan kering pakan, produksi susu dan efisiensi produksi susu.

The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has had an impact on the current order of human life, so there must be a strengthening of the family by referring to the seven functions of the family. In addition, seeing pluralism in Tanjungpinang City with the character of an archipelagic community becomes something interesting to study more deeply, because the interactions that exist in people's lives have an influence on the life of an individual, both in the process of socialization and family life. The problem in this study is that there is an influence of the COVID-19 pandemic situation on the order of family life, one of which is from family income, so this is important considering the economic function in a family, and of course other family functions will also be affected. Tanjungpinang City is one of the cities that has a pluralistic society, this is certainly an interesting study considering that Tanjungpinang City, which is located on Bintan Island, is the capital of the Riau Archipelago Province. The purpose of this study was to see the strengthening of family functions during the COVID-19 pandemic in Tanjungpinang City, Riau Islands, this research focused on one sub-district, namely East Tanjungpinang sub-district with the consideration that East Tanjungpinang sub-district is the sub-district that has the highest population of 96,218 people. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach, because in this study it will describe the strengthening of family functions during the COVID-19 pandemic. The result of this study that there was a strengthening of family functions during the COVID-19 pandemic in Tanjungpinang City, especially for the research area, namely the East Tanjungpinang sub-district.

This study is to analyze the influence of the quality of information on the decision to choose CNNIndonesia.com media either directly or through the mediation of trust variables. The tremendous growth of cyber media in Indonesia, followed by the development of online media, has made people more careful in choosing online media. Meanwhile, the use and gratification theory states that the most important role of media is to meet people's needs and motivations, how certain media are sought and selected to meet their needs. This study uses a survey method through a quantitative approach positivistic. The sample was determined by an accidental sampling technique with a sample of 115 respondents. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square analysis with the SmartPLS version 3 program. The data analysis shows that the quality of information has a significant effect on increasing trust in CNNIndonesia.com media, the quality of information has a significant effect in increasing the decision to choose CNNIndonesia.com media, and trust has a significant effect in increasing the decision to choose CNNIndonesia.com media. This study also found that the trust variable was able to mediate the effect of information quality on the decision to choose CNNIndonesia.com media.

This study aims to analyze the improvement of the operational performance of Indonesia’s Soekarno-Hatta Airport train through service quality which is mediated by train passenger loyalty and passenger satisfaction. The main problems in this study are the use of the same railway for long-distance train, airport train, and commuter Line train, the limited use of airport railway with four schedules, the headway which becomes 30 minutes since the number of travels becomes 82 trips, and the tariff being applied now is considered as burdening the passengers. The research method uses a quantitative analysis approach with the technique of Structural Equation Modeling-Lisrel. Data collection is done through observation and questionnaire distribution. The respondents are 306 passengers of trains heading for Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The benefit of this study for the domestic railway company is that by improving service quality, passenger loyalty and satisfaction, it will improve the operational performance of airport trains. The result of this research indicates the significant influence of service quality variable on passenger loyalty through passenger satisfaction, the significant influence of service quality variable on operational performance through passenger satisfaction and passenger loyalty as well as the significant influence of passenger satisfaction variable on operational performance through passenger loyalty.

This research aims to analyze factors affecting e-banking user satisfaction and e-banking user loyalty during Covid-19 pandemic with e-banking service quality that consists of reliability, privacy and security, design on application or website, and customer service and assistance as the independent variables, while the dependent variables in this study are e-banking user satisfaction and e-banking user loyalty. This research was viewed based on an e-banking user perspective. This research used nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling. This research is a quantitative study using primary data based on a questionnaire distributed online to 110 e-banking users like respondents. The hypothesis testing in this study used the SPSS analysis tool through the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 22 application. The result illustrates that e-banking service quality, reliability, and design on application and website influence both e-banking user satisfaction and e-banking user loyalty. Meanwhile, privacy and security only influence e-banking user loyalty, not on e-banking user satisfaction. Furthermore, customer service and assistance have no effect on both e-banking user satisfaction and e-banking user loyalty during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficiency of Islamic Rural Banks (BPRS) and analyze the factors that determine them using a two-stage approach to Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). DEA in this study focuses on the production, intermediation, and inefficiency causes. This research was done on BPRS across Indonesia. The data were taken from a financial report for the 2013-2021 period. The source of the data was a publication from the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia. The data were analyzed using the non-parametric approach with a two-stage DEA method. The input variables were personnel costs, fixed assets, and third-party funds. The result shows that Revenue Sharing, ROA, and Growth have a significant positive effect on DEA. BOPO and inflation have a positive but insignificant effect on DEA. While NPF and FDR have negative but insignificant effects on DEA. Then CAR has a negative and not significant effect on DEA. It also shows that the variables of Revenue Sharing, NPF, ROA, CAR, FDR, BOPO growth, and inflation have a simultaneous effect on DEA.
