Cybercrime presents a significant threat to global society. With the number of cybercrimes increasing year after year and the financial losses escalating, law enforcement must advance its capacity to identify cybercriminals, collect probative evidence, and bring cybercriminals before the courts. Arguably to date, the approach to combatting cybercrime has been technologically centric (e.g., anti-virus, anti-spyware). Cybercrimes, however, are the result of human activities based on human motives. It is, therefore, important that any comprehensive law enforcement strategy for combatting cybercrime includes a deeper understanding of the hackers that sit behind the keyboards. The purpose of this systematic review was to examine the state of the literature relating to the application of a human-centric investigative tool (i.e., profiling) to cybercrime by conducting a qualitative meta-synthesis. Adhering to the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, this systematic review focuses specifically on cybercrime where a computer is the target (e.g., hacking, DDoS, distribution of malware). Using a comprehensive search strategy, this review used the following search terms: “cybercrime”, “computer crime”, “internet crime”, “cybercriminal”, “hacker”, “black hat”, “profiling”, “criminal profiling”, “psychological profiling”, “offender profiling”, “criminal investigative analysis”, “behavioral profiling”, “behavioral analysis”, “personality profiling”, “investigative psychology”, and “behavioral evidence analysis” in all combinations to identify the relevant literature in the ACM Digital Library, EBSCOhost databases, IEEE Xplore, ProQuest, Scopus, PsychInfo, and Google Scholar. After applying the inclusion/exclusion criteria, a total of 72 articles were included in the review. This article utilizes a systematic review of the current literature on cyber profiling as a foundation for the development of a comprehensive framework for applying profiling techniques to cybercrime—described as cyber behavioral analysis (CBA). Despite decades of research, our understanding of cybercriminals remains limited. A lack of dedicated researchers, the paucity of research regarding human behavior mediated by technology, and limited access to datasets have hindered progress. The aim of this article was to advance the knowledge base in cyber behavioral sciences, and in doing so, inform future empirical research relating to the traits and characteristics of cybercriminals along with the application of profiling techniques and methodologies to cybercrime.

This article aims at providing information about Romanian emigrants in terms of destinations and integration on the labour market at the destination and, at the same time, at tackling with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mobility and eventual return of Romanian emigrants. For these explorations, we use quantitative data from various sources. The Repatriation of the Work Force is a research conducted in 2020, in which the local authorities from 3,181 administrative units in Romania were contacted and asked a series of questions regarding, among other topics, migration from and return migration to their locality. 742 answers were obtained, which were complemented with statistical information from Eurostat – Romanian citizens residing abroad, and the Romanian Border Police – traffic in an out Romanian borders since the beginning of the pandemic, compared to similar periods in 2019. The data provides an image of Romanian migrants abroad that is in line with what previous studies show, in terms of favourite destinations (Italy, Spain, Germany, Great Britain) and occupations at the destination (constructions, agriculture, housekeeping). Data from the Romanian Border Police show that return to Romania had some spikes in 2020, and suggests circularity and complex mobility trajectories.

Introduction. The article considers archaeobotanical data obtained as a result of the analysis of plant macro- and microremains from the settlements of the Golden Horde epoch in the central part of the Saratov Volga region. Methods and materials. The results of the analyses of flotation samples allow us to obtain data on the plant food of the settled population. The interpretation of spore-pollen analyses allows us to trace the process of growth of the territory of monuments, the nature of the lands surrounding them, and the natural conditions and occupations of the population. Analysis. Finds of ear fragments were noted – traces of the threshing of cereals by the population of the studied monuments. On the Bagaevka settlement, six samples from trench I of 2012 were studied by the palynological method, and according to the results of the analysis, three spore-pollen complexes were allocated. Results. The rural economy of the settled population of the Saratov Volga region in the Golden Horde time was quite well developed; millet, wheat, rye, barley, oats, peas, and lentils were mainly cultivated here. Palynological data propose the agriculture at the Bagaevka settlement in all stages of its existence. The available materials indicate that the population of these monuments engaged in farming and had the opportunity to cultivate the nearby fertile black soils. Authors contribution. L.F. This research paper endeavours to underscore the genuine context of globalization through an examination of its ideological implementation, chronological progression, and, last but not least, its potential to serve as a convergence of multiple perspectives. From the standpoint of critical thinking, every benefit will be emphasized, while the necessity for a fresh approach to progress will be underscored by highlighting every drawback that has resulted from globalization as a process or paradigm. In conclusion, this paper will discuss the insights that globalization provides regarding the empowerment of developed economies and the development of emergent economies, including cooperation and rising living standards.

The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the vulnerability and disrepair of international food supply chains. Food insecurity, especially among the poor, has worsened because of rising prices brought on by transportation bottlenecks and supply chain breakdowns. Because both sides in the Ukraine conflict are major exporters of food, fuel, and fertilizer, the situation has worsened. A crisis is often signalled by a shift in economic variables, as a bad economy makes it harder for businesses to produce goods and services and for consumers to spend their money. The global financial crisis is the primary focus of our investigation because of the continued relevance of its causes, effects, responses, and lessons to the modern financial system. The aim of our research is to pay special attention to the global financial crisis because its causes, effects, response, and lessons are most applicable to the current financial system. The research method used is the documentary analysis doubled by an in-depth investigation of the specialized literature. The main findings were that long-term economic reforms, with a focus on employment, should be at the top of the government's priority list. So, this measure could be a measure to prevent economic disasters, such as food insecurity. The core of any strategy to combat or adapt to climate change must be a more resilient, sustainable, and equitable food system. However, the difficulty of establishing such a system should not be understated, especially in developing nations and regions with poor soil, where arable land is scarce or degrading and natural resources like water are scarce or in decline
