The published article presents new mathematical models that describe the dynamics of the development of manufacturing enterprises using innovative technologies. It is shown that the level of use of innovative technologies in an enterprise depends on dimensionless coefficients that describe the diffusion process of introducing technological innovations and affect the increase in output and cost reduction. The dependence of the enterprise's profit on the levels of production and transaction costs has been studied. It has been established that the formation of transaction costs arising from the search and processing of economic information, financing of negotiation procedures, conclusion of contracts with partners, protection of property rights and payment for the opportunistic behavior of employees and management of the enterprise, force the management of the enterprise to maximize not only the profit function, but also the target a transactional utility function that takes into account the redistribution of profits in the interests of the enterprise's management and for the implementation of socially-oriented programs. Dimensionless redistribution coefficients are calculated, which determine the size of the part of the profit that is used for non-production purposes. It is shown that in the presence of transaction costs, the limiting value of the enterprise's profit is not its maximum possible value, but its lower optimal value.

The published article proposes new economic and mathematical models of the dynamics of development of multifactorial enterprises, the restoration of production resources of which is ensured by the capitalization of profits. The features of these models are that to calculate the profit of enterprises, multiplicative production functions with variable resource elasticities, functions describing proportional, progressive and digressive volumes of production costs, and functions describing proportional, progressive and digressive volumes of depreciation deductions are used. To predict the volume of production costs and the volume of depreciation deductions, systems of differential equations are established. It is shown that the effectiveness of the dynamics of the development of enterprises depends on the choice of values of capitalization coefficients. An unsuccessful choice of these coefficients does not allow the company to ensure its maximum profit. A system of equations has been obtained for calculating effective capitalization ratios, using which the enterprise is guaranteed to enter the operating mode with maximum profit. Variants of enterprise development dynamics for proportional, progressive and digressive costs and proportional, progressive and digressive depreciation charges are considered. Various modes of operation of enterprises are shown, which include stable output by enterprises, temporary suspension of work of enterprises during its technical re-equipment, and temporary partial curtailment of production.

The article summarises the results of the study of the lexis of the thematic sphere ‟kitchen utensils” based on recordings of the speech of the hamlet of Borbushino of Kirillov district of Vologda Region. In the process of analysing the internal form of words and the specifics of their speech use, peculiarities of perception of the material world objects by the inhabitants of the rural Russian North are revealed. What distinguishes the dialect language picture of the world is the parcelled nature of reflection of reality, priority of the ideas of natural survival and social adaptation in the conditions of rural existence, as well as utilitarianism, traditionalism and expressiveness. The results of the study of the names of kitchen utensils presented in the article, quite confirm these conclusions - the vocabulary of this thematic sphere is extremely diverse; it is actively used by the patois speakers in the practice of describing technological processes of domestic chores.

The article is devoted to the theory and methodology of analysis of the process of formation and implementation of policy in the sphere of artificial intelligence, taking into account world experience and Belarusian political and legal realities. The explicative potential of the five-phase model of the political and administrative cycle is shown as a methodological prerequisite for the analysis of policy in the sphere of artificial intelligence in the context of digital transformation. It has been established that the Republic of Belarus needs to develop a national strategy for the development of artificial intelligence and rely on a system policy that positions artificial intelligence as one of the most important components in the formula for increasing national competitiveness. In the context of the uncertainty of the current geopolitical situation and sanctions restrictions, the issue of enhancing Belarusian-Russian cooperation in the sphere of microelectronics is on the political agenda.

In the published article the process of interaction of several related economic systems, which, on the one hand, compete with each other for fixed assets, the necessary human capital and natural resources is examined. On the other hand, they complement and develop each other and form a single complex within which joint goods are produced, goods, services and financial resources are exchanged, etc. An economic-mathematical model of the dynamics of development and interaction of related economic systems is proposed, taking into account both their competition for resources and their cooperation in the production of joint benefits. This model is a system of non-linear differential equations, which are used to calculate indicators of the dynamics of development of related systems of the economy. The values of these indicators depend on the ratio of investment investments in the production of economic systems and their depreciation deductions for the restoration of resources and costs. The peculiarity of the presented model is that the production function of each economic system containing as arguments not only its own production factors, but also the resources of all other considered related economic entities. It is shown that by controlling the choice of the rates of accumulation of internal investments of economic systems, it is possible to obtain various options for their interaction. With a certain choice of accumulation rates, economic systems can operate independently of each other. Under other norms, some systems of the economy become independent and backbone, while the rest of the systems are subsidized.

The article considers the necessity of studying the atmosphere and hydrosphere pollution due to the operation of marine transport engines and the introduction of relevant regulatory documents in the Russian Federation is substantiated. Today the problems of harmful emissions into the environment are considered haphazardly, there are few foreign authors studying the problem. Since 2016, the environmental characteristics of outboard motors in laboratory and scientific conditions have been studied at the Department of Water Transport Operation at the Astrakhan State Technical University. The results of practical measurements of harmful discharges into the hydrosphere from the Yanmar D2 outboard motor are presented. General characteristics of the Yanmar D2 engine are listed (rated power, rated speed, number of cylinders, fuel used, etc.), the general view of the outboard motor is illustrated. A detailed description of the laboratory equipment is given and the technical characteristics of control and measuring instruments (concentrator KN-3 and spectrophotometer PE-5400VI) are listed. It is pointed out that the small experimental pool of the laboratory has patents for a utility model; a schematic diagram of the pool is given. New data on discharges of film and dissolved petroleum products, phosphate ions and total phosphorus into the hydrosphere have been obtained, empirical formulas for calculating the expected level of discharges from a diesel outboard motor depending on its operation time have been developed.

Today one of the important tasks is flexible, competent and effective planning of measures for phytosanitary control in the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union of the EAEU, including in Russia. The solution of this problem is significantly hampered by the lack of funding and the lack of highly qualified personnel, insufficient equipment of laboratory quarantine phytosanitary diagnostics. Modern cargo transportation of regulated products between countries depends on geographical, political, economic and many other factors, which necessitates the search for more efficient and shorter routes. The presence of such a transport opportunity as sea transportation between the ports of the Caspian Sea makes it possible to analyze new routes for transporting products to Russia from Iran, Azerbaijan and other countries. Quarantine products imported to Russia in 2021 are listed. The importance of organizing importation and inspection of imported regulated products in the territory of the Astrakhan region is justified. The functions of the phytosanitary inspection are listed. Possibility of easy passing the customs check-in and reducing the idle time for the vehicles during phytosanitary inspection are considered. A twelve-point algorithm is recommended for use including the cargo inspection procedures before transportation. The detailed steps are proposed to speed up transport operations of organizing a sanitary inspection in the port of Olya, in particular, introducing the innovative technologies and the IRIS mini-robot. The model of a mini-robot is illustrated and the prospects of the economic efficiency of the region and food supply of the population are considered. Economic analysis of using the innovative technologies in organizing transportation of the quarantine products has been carried out.

The published article examines the influence of non-production (transactional) costs of a multifactorial manufacturing enterprise on the formation of its profit. An economic-mathematical model for calculating the profit of an enterprise is proposed, the production function of which takes into account changes in the values of elasticity for each resource, and production (transformation) and non-production (transactional) costs are also described by an exponential function. The features of the formation of profit volumes in the short-term and long-term periods of the enterprise's work are studied. A variant of the calculation model of the maximum possible profit, ignoring the role of transaction costs, and a variant of the calculation model of optimal profit, taking into account the influence of transaction costs, are obtained. The source of transaction costs is the costs of market transactions, for the implementation of which it is necessary to find a subject interested in concluding a transaction, conduct preliminary negotiations with him, prepare a contract and conditions for its implementation, etc. The resources and costs required for all this are the essence of the transaction costs of concluding a deal. It is shown that when calculating the volume of emerging profit, it is necessary to maximize not only the profit function itself, but also the transaction utility function. Numerical analysis of the results of calculations shows the unattainability of the maximum possible values of profit, since in practice the management of the enterprise maximizes not the profit itself, but its utility, expressed as the corresponding transactional function.

The article is devoted to the description of the local speech content devoted to transport and ways of communication. The speech material is collected according to the programme ‟Lexical Atlas of Russian Folkish Patois” from the words of the villagers of Borbushino of Kirillov district of Vologda Region. The oral narratives of the informants about overland travel, as well as travel by water and air, about the means of transportation of passengers and various cargoes in different natural and weather conditions are commented. It is revealed that ways of movement, vehicles, various devices for transportation of passengers and cargoes, as well as subjects that perform various functions in the transport system can be singled out within the system of ways of communication fully corresponding to the section of the programme ‟Lexical Atlas of Russian Folkish Patois”. The layer of vocabulary reflecting the system of transport means and ways of communication in Borbushino patois reveals a number of features due to both the location of the hamlet at a significant distance from water transport routes and the family histories of the villagers. The defining position of overland transport is revealed by this. What is authentic for Borbushino patois and unusual for the traditional use of means of transport in the Northern Russian rural area is the way of air transportation of passengers and goods, which has generated a number of changes in the traditional vocabulary of Vologda land’s inhabitants, but has not led to a radical restructuring of the patois speech system. The conclusion that the lexicon of the transport system of the described dialect for the most part implements the features typical for the dialect system as a whole, is made.

The article focuses on the description of the rustic dwelling as the basis of material culture in the world view of the inhabitants of Lake Beloye (White Lake) surroundings. Recordings of speech of residents of the hamlet of Borbushino of Kirillov district of Vologda Region serves as research material, Those were obtained by this paper's author in the course of conversations on the programme "Lexical Atlas of the Russian Folkish Patois" in the dialectological expeditions of 1988 – 2021. The subject of the analysis of this paper includes the common names of the space where household outbuildings and crops of one peasant family were located; as well as the living quarters and their parts, fixtures and fittings, stove heating, household outbuildings, religious buildings in the settlement itself and in its surroundings; all mentioned in folkish stories scrupulously precise and yet with elements of self-analysis; that can also give an idea of the features of spiritual world, identification "friend or foe" of the north Russian peasants. Information on the peasant dwelling vocabulary obtained through conversations with the inhabitants of the study area, is systematised on the basis of a similar theme in modern regional linguistics of the consolidated system of Russian dialects, as well as patois of separate territories. The conclusion was made that the change of the character of the villagers' labour activity had inevitably entailed the restructuring of the space of both rural Russia as a whole and an individual peasant homestead.

The authors conducted a study of the systemic relationships in the indicators of the driver's workplace ergonomics. The research focused on improving the efficiency of mining excavator control. The application of modern information processing methods, such as computer prototyping, allowed visualizing control objects with preliminary calculation of visibility, illumination, overall dimensions and the capsule-type cabin design of a mining excavator including an anthropomorphic manikin. As a result, the ergonomic designing system, that takes into account the industry-specific features of industrial mining equipment, has been developed and registered.

Introduction: under the influence of the artificial intelligence and other digital technologies and trends, the “input” of the political system inevitably receives from the environment the impulses producing variable and uncertain consequences and radically transforming the system as a whole or its individual subsystems and functions. The discourse of modern political knowledge does not seem to give due consideration to the political science understanding of artificial intelligence as a phenomenon of modern politics and administration in the context of digital transformation. Objectives: to reveal the political science foundations of artificial intelligence, to identify the features and potential of artificial intelligence for modern political theory and public administration practice in the context of world experience and Belarusian political and legal realities in the conditions of digital transformation. Methods: discourse analysis, case studies, systems methodological approach, SWOT analysis, political forecasting methodology, comparative studies. Results: political phenomena are explained, evaluated and predicted in the context of big political data analysis, Web 3.0 virtual-real interface modeling of political system, automation and intellectualization of managerial activities and political practices, proactive political decision-making and public service delivery, digital profiling and social scoring of individuals and legal entities, new deepfake tools for post-truth politics and “soft power”, etc. Conclusions: in the conditions of digital transformation, the political theory of artificial intelligence is being formed, within which the political science community of higher education develops new programs and disciplines for the specialty “Political Science” in the field of artificial intelligence. The use of artificial intelligence technologies in politics and administration, on the one hand, is predetermined by numerous significant advantages and wide opportunities; on the other hand, it is associated with a number of weaknesses, serious external risks and threats that should be taken into account when making decisions concerning the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies into the political system.

The published article proposes mathematical models for calculating the optimal profit of multifactorial manufacturing enterprises that incur both production (transformational) and certain non-production (transactional) costs, the sources of which may be forced costs of searching for economic information, measuring the parameters of various goods, negotiating and the conclusion of contracts, for the development of specifications and the protection of property rights, for the opportunistic behavior of employees and managers of the enterprise, etc. Anumerical analysis of the presented models for calculating the optimal profit of multifactor enterprises that bear transaction costs shows the unattainability of the maximum possible profit values, since in practice the enterprise management maximizes not the profit itself, but its utility, expressed in the form of the corresponding transaction function.

The published article proposes a mathematical model of the dynamics of product output by a manufacturing enterprise, whose labor resources are being replaced by digital technologies and robotics. The development of the model is based on the application of a dynamic two-factor production function of the enterprise. The structure of this function includes a variable from zero to one dimensionless logistic function of digitalization and two Cobb-Douglas functions. The first Cobb-Douglas function refers to the period of operation of the enterprise before the start of digitalization, and it uses capital and human labor resources as production factors. The second function of Cobb-Douglas corresponds to the period of operation of the enterprise, in which its digitalization is fully completed and capital is used as production factors, and human labor resources are completely replaced by digital technologies and robotics. Models of the dynamic development of an enterprise, the production of which is restoring its capacity due to the introduction of its own internal investments, are presented in the form of systems of differential equations for production factors. Stationary solutions of these systems of equations correspond to the equilibrium states of the operation of enterprises and represent the limiting values of the factors of production. It is shown that the models of output by an enterprise corresponding to the absence of digital transformation and complete digitalization of production represent the lower and upper boundaries of all possible options for displacing human labor resources.

The article describes the process of increasing power efficiency of the ship’s main engines along with reducing power losses on the drive of auxiliary mechanisms. The most common ship cooling systems with two circuits of fresh water and seawater have a disadvantage: the power consumed by the external circuit pump drive does not change when the temperature of the cooling seawater changes. The amount of energy taken from the effective power of the engine by the pump is significant. The technical solution proposed allows to regulate the speed of the mounted pump and to reduce fuel consumption. The chart of the variator in the seawater pump drive of the engine 8ChSP13/14 has been shown. The variator with automatic control is installed between the pump and the engine power take-off shaft, which helps to regulate the speed of the impeller for normal engine cooling. The maximal effect of the proposed modernization can be obtained under the vessel's operation with the seawater temperature below the calculated one. The description of the experimental stand developed in the laboratory of Astrakhan State Technical University, which is simulating the cooling system of the marine engine 8ChSP13 / 14, has been given. The graph of the change in torque versus time is illustrated at the impeller speed of 1 800 rpm. It has been stated that the mechanical characteristics of the pump for different operating modes obtained as a result of experimental studies allow to assess the economic effect from reducing fuel consumption. The results of economic design of installing a variable speed drive in the cooling system of a marine engine are presented as a case study of the vessel Moscow-169 (Astrakhan passenger motor ship).

In the published article, a generalization of the mathematical model of the diffusion of consumer innovations in the market with a variable total volume, developed by the authors, is proposed for the case of periodic seasonal changes in the number of potential buyers. A system has been built, consisting of diffusion equations for an innovative product, taking into account periodic fluctuations in the number of market participants, and equations for changing the total number of potential buyers of an innovative product.

The published article proposes a mathematical model for assessing the output, costs and profits of a manufacturing enterprise in digital transformation. The features of changes in the economic indicators of an enterprise accompanying its development in the context of digital changes are considered. The impact of digital transformations on the economic potential of the enterprise is evaluated. The patterns of temporary changes for the production, profit and costs of the enterprise with the introduction of digital technologies are established. The process of digital transformation of an enterprise is described by means of a special dimensionless digitalization function, which varies from zero to one. Using this function, it is possible to organically combine the two main components of the digital transformation of the enterprise, which are internal digitalization (digital inside) and external digitalization (digital outside). The first component corresponds to the initial stage of the digital transformation of production, management, administrative processes, and the second component corresponds to the stage of the developed digital transformation of the enterprise in terms of interaction with customers, partners, suppliers, regulators. A numerical analysis of the obtained economic and mathematical model shows that the maximum value of the enterprises profit varies over time and corresponds to the level of digital transformation of the production enterprise in question.

The published article proposes economic and mathematical models for predicting the profits of an enterprise that incurs certain transaction costs in addition to production costs. The source of transaction costs of an enterprise is the compelled expenses for the search and processing of economic information, financing of negotiations, elaboration and conclusion of contracts with partners, organization of protection of property rights, payment of opportunistic behavior of employees and managers of the enterprise, etc. A numerical analysis of the obtained economic and mathematical models for predicting the economic indicators of an enterprise having a certain level of transaction costs shows that instead of the maximum level of profit, an enterprise can only achieve its lower optimal level, which corresponds to the optimal value of the transaction utility function.

This article examines the problem of reconstructing the dialectical language picture of the world by means of another language when translating a literature work of art. Particular attention is paid to the analysis related to the formation of the temporal coordinates of the artistic chronotope, which in Vasily Belov's prose contains both grammatical and lexical dialectical units. Analyzing Belov's translations into German, it is concluded that in the translation text, the dialect elements of the temporal component are leveled to the common colloquial ones and need additional comment by means of extra-text information.

An objective to develop a labor protection engineering stand was set forth as part of the research and development work "Carrying out theoretical and experimental investigations and development of stands for demonstrating the danger of electric shock at a training ground" for visually demonstrating the danger of injuring a person by touch and step voltages in 3…35 kV medium voltage electric networks. The technical solutions for practically implementing the stand were adopted based on an analysis of regulatory documents, conditions under which dangerous touch and step voltages occur, the most typical human injury cases, and calculation results. Specialists of the National Research University Moscow Power Engineering Institute Department of High Voltage Engineering and Electrophysics, working jointly with specialists of PJSC Rosseti Moscow Region have developed, manufactured, tested, and put into operation a stand for demonstrating human injury by the touch and step voltages when a 10 kV wire falls on the ground, on a car, and when a fault of a live wire on the overhead line support occurs. With the stand having been put in use at the PJSC Rosseti Moscow Region Training Center Ground, this will allow the staff to form a clear understanding of the electric shock danger, to focus on the effects caused by voltage and current, and thereby significantly reduce electrical injuries.

The article discusses the concept of a media image prototype and analyzes the media image of St. Elijah’s day festivities in the Kirillovsky district of Vologda region. The authors present the prototype of the media image as verbally expressed description of the village holiday according to memories of people who lived in the village of Borbushino and took part in this holiday. St. Elijah’s day media image is modeled on the basis of the regional press and compared with its prototype. The study indicates significant simplification of the festivity frame, its mediation, and secondary character, as well as the influence of other forms of culture (mass culture, culture of nobility, culture of postmodernism).

The article characterizes “Childhood” as an independent and voluminous component in the regional picture of the world. The authors developed and presented a parametric model of the “Childhood” metaconcept. With its help, the stability of slots in the frame organization of separately presented situations is justified (the occurrence of being, initiation, physiological, game, educational and labor activity, death); this allows interpreting “Childhood” not as a single concept, but as a metaconcept with a branched structure.

Antlions (Neuroptera, Myrmeleontidae) along the North Caspian shore; distributional analysis and zoogeographical division of Caspian coast of Russia. Biodiversitas 21: 258-281. Zoogeographically regionalization of Northern Caspian territory, adjacent Eastern Caucasian and Volga-Ural regions were carried out by using the original cladistic program (CLA) based on faunistic investigations of Neuroptera, Myrmeleontidae. A total of 47 of elementary districts of physical geography or geobotanical mapping and 41 species of antlions were used for analyses in the Matrix. 46 elementary faunas were combined in the region into seven concrete faunas. The ConCaspian and Volga-Ural antlion faunas were mixed. Aspoeckiana uralensis Hölzel, 1969 was considered as superspecies with a complex of five subspecies with overlapping areas of distribution, associated in its origin with the spread of Northern antelopes (Saiga tatarica (Linnaeus, 1766), Gazella subgutturosa Guldenstaedt, 1780, Procapra gutturosa Pallas, 1777). At the North Caspian Shore Aspoeckiana uralensis uralensis Hölzel, 1969, and Aspoeckiana uralensis jakushenkoi Zakharenko, 1983, cohabited with the saiga antelope, using their paths for larval colonies. The dynamics of Macronemurus bilineatus Brauer, 1868 area over the past 100 years was described in detail. For some paleoenvironmental conditions of their origin and colonization of the Caspian region are reconstructed. The leading role of Turan in the formation of the fauna of the antlions is determined.

The article describes the taxonomic composition and photobionts localization specificities in above-ground lichens of the genus Cladonia. Moreover it analyzes the amount and algal species in thallus homogenates due to their age: in zones of active growth, aging zone and destruction zone; alga cells in washings from surface of thalli. Also the article analyzes the influence of the mycobiont on the photobiont species and abundance of the photobiont. It gives the comparison analysis of these data in lichens in the north taiga zone (Murmansk Region) and steppe zone (on the example of Orenburg Region). The method of direct microscopy helped to determine the taxonomic affiliation of the photobionts to the genus. Here the authors mean the size, shape of the cells, the nature of the chromatophore, etc. The number of photobionts in samples was studied both by light microscopy and fluorescence microscopy. The paper presents the comparison results of the amount and algae diversity in in the thalli of the above-ground lichens of the genus Cladonia due to their geographical location and the specificity of the age dynamics of the podecium. The research shows the fact that Asterochloris alga was the dominant group in the actively growing lichen podecia. However geographical location is not important. Chlorella, Stichococcus, Pseudococcomyxa were found in lichens algae. The authors believe that the new information about the changes in the taxonomic composition of algae, due to the age of the thallus is important for science. Pseudococcomyxa algae dominated in the old parts of the north taiga lichens and Stichococcus dominated in the steppe areas. Moreover the authors give the attempt of resynthesize lichen tallium from previously isolated cultures of the mycobiotic and photobiont. This attempt was unsuccessful at the period of the research work.

The functional characteristics of ship small-sized diesel engines are the object of study. Application of new or well-known technical solutions for improving operational characteristics of diesel engines in mass production or modernization processes has been proposed as a variant of reducing costs at designing and manufacturing small-size diesel engines. The paper presents the review of the designs of marine small-size diesels and an overview of possible measures to improve their performance characteristics. Comparative assessment of internal combustion engines quality for a certain set of their parameters refers to the problem that mechanical engineers often have to come across. There appears the need in a well-developed general-purpose methodology for comparative quality assessment of marine diesel engines, which could be used under different circumstances: quality certification, analysis of competitiveness, etc. Hence the need for solving the following partial problems: to develop a methodology for analytical determination of the value of marine diesel engines using their functional indicators given in the manufacturers’ prospectuses. Renovations and improvements require the methodology for evaluating costs and gross income resulted from the operation of the product or profits. Developing running-in coating methods is considered as a subproblem, as well as a scientific justification for these methods which reduce energy losses when overcoming friction forces in the cylinder group. The new technique will give the possibility to calculate the effective power of the main ship engine using operable indicator diagrams.

The article follows history of formation and development of scientific publishing in the State Archive of the Irkutsk Region over almost a century. Having analyzed the available documentary and historiographic sources, the authors conclude that publishing in the archive began in mid-1920s, initiated by its first directors, most of whom were professional historians directly connected with the Irkutsk State University. The 1920s–1930s publications of the archive were devoted to study and promotion of the history of the Bolshevik party and revolutions of 1905 and 1917. In late 1930s the archives were subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, becoming a part of state machinery that served interests of the ruling party. In early 1960s the situation changed, as the archives were transferred under the government agencies’ management; their research and publishing activities grew more scientific. At that period the archive published anthologies, which contained materials not only of the Bolshevik party, but also of the Social Revolutionaries, anarchist, and monarchist organizations that flourish in early 20th century Siberia. The archive’s publishing was on the increase, the number and quality of its publication grew, interactions between archival workers and professional historians of the region strengthened. In late 1980s scientific work of the archive rose to new level; several anthologies were published that comprehensively encapsulated the history of government and public institutions in the region throughout Soviet and post-Soviet period. Publication of documents collections series ‘Siberian Archive’ became a milestone in the work of the archive. Over the last 10 years the archive has published more actively than ever: materials from personal fonds, documents on participation of the Irkutsk region inhabitants in the World Wars I and II, memoirs on contemporary history. The article concludes that scientific and publishing work of the archive has always met the demands of the time; the archive has accumulated a huge experience which allows to continue its large-scale scientific projects.

The article presents models of superelastic hardening of materials with unstable phase structure at a constant temperature. The kinetic equation of the process of formation and growth of spherical nuclei of a new phase is formulated depending on the level of development of inelastic structural deformations, according to which the new phase first represents separate inclusions from embryos, developing it forms the structures of the matrix mixture in the form of interpenetrating skeletons, and finally the new phase is transformed in a matrix with separate inclusions from the material of the remains of the old phase. The influence of structural deformations on the features of phase transformations and nonlinear hardening of inhomogeneous unstable materials with different degree of connectivity of the constituent phases is studied. Various variants of the microstructure material formed in the conditions of the phase transition in the form of separate inclusions and in the form of interpenetrating components are considered. New macroscopic determining relationships for unstable microinhomogeneous materials are established and their effective elastic moduli are calculated. Macroscopic conditions of direct and inverse phase transitions are obtained, their effective limits and hardening coefficients are calculated. It is shown that the values of the macroscopic elasticity moduli of the obtained models lie inside the fork of the lower and upper Hashin-Shtrikman boundaries. Numerical analysis of the developed models has shown good agreement with known experimental data.

An annotated list of the Cossidae of the Russian portion of the Caucasus including 20 species from 11 genera and two subfamilies is presented for the first time. A new species Cryptoholcocerus daghestanica sp. nov. is also described.
