RESUMEN: Como objetivo principal de este trabajo se encuentra analizar la oferta hotelera de lujo en Grecia, el nivel de satisfacción por parte de los clientes respecto a los hoteles de 5 estrellas en Grecia. A la hora de llevar a cabo este estudio, se han empleado de referencia las puntuaciones de aquellos huéspedes que han aportado sus opiniones en Trivago respecto a diferentes servicios ofertados en dichos hoteles. Los hoteles en los que se ha basado el estudio han sido localizados a través de Booking debido a su mayor cantidad de hoteles ofertados. Como paso previo al análisis de las valoraciones de los clientes en Grecia y para facilitar su comprensión, se ha realizado un estudio sobre el lujo y el turismo, tanto a nivel global como en el caso de Grecia, para de esta manera contextualizar el estudio. A través de Trivago, se han obtenido valoraciones de los clientes en referencia a 10 de los servicios ofertados por los hoteles. Estos son, la ubicación, las habitaciones, el servicio, la limpieza, la relación calidad-precio, el confort, las instalaciones, el edificio, el desayuno en la habitación y las comidas. Este estudio ha ayudado a concluir que los servicios más valorados por los turistas, aquellos a los que le dan más importancia, son la limpieza, el servicio y el confort, mientras que, por otro lado, aquellos servicios menos valorados son el desayuno en la habitación y las comidas. ABSTRACT: The main objective of this proyect is to analyze the Luxury hotel offer in Greece, the customer satisfaction level regarding 5 star hotels in Greece. At the time of carrying out this study, the scores of those guests who have contributed their opinions in Trivago regarding different services offered in these hotels have been used as reference. The hotel son which the study has been based have been located through Booking due to it´s greater number of hotels offered. As a preliminary step of the análisis of customer ratings in Greece and to facilitate their understanding, a study on Luxury and tourism has been carried out, both globaly and in the case of Greece, in order to contextualice the study. Through Trivago, customer ratings have been obtained in reference to 10 of the services offered by the hotels. These are, the location, the rooms, the service, the cleanliness, the value for money, the comfort, the facilities, the building, the breakfast in the room and the meals. These study has helped to conclude that the services most valued by tourists, those that give more importance, are cleanliness, service and comfort, while, on the other hand, those services les valued are the breakfast at the room and the meals.
