This study analyses how formaldehyde molecules (H2CO and (H2CO)2) interact with a Al12N12 nanocluster with a specific theoretical approach (B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)). We use the GAMESS software package for all calculations. Scientists have used the Atoms in Molecules (AIM) theory to better grasp how gases stick to and interact with Al12N12 nanoclusters The Al12N12 nanocluster electronic properties change significantly when exposed to formaldehyde adsorption. Furthermore, the pure Al12N12 cluster can capture up to four single molecules and three pairs of formaldehyde, leading to a decrease in the HOMO–LUMO gap by around 37–54%. The Al12N12 nanocluster can detect formaldehyde because its conductivity changes when formaldehyde molecules are present. The Bader theory of atoms in molecules (AIM) is used to study how formaldehyde interacts with a nanocluster. The pure Al12N12 nanocluster may be a good choice for finding formaldehyde molecules. To fully comprehend each pesticide's behavior and interactions with soil and the environment, a thorough and nuanced analysis of each one is thought necessary. In this study, 10 randomly selected heterogeneous soil samples, each with distinct characteristics, were subjected to sorption trials as well as disintegration tests using biodegradation, hydrolysis, and photolysis. For sorption tests, the batch equilibrium approach was used, which revealed a dependence on the soils' physicochemical characteristics. Bifenthrin's distribution coefficient (Kd) varied from 7.27 to 25.89 μg·ml−1, with R2 values varying from 0.92 to 0.99. Each soil physicochemical characteristic was associated with the various sorptive outcomes, which suggested an exothermic adsorptive reaction based on the negative thermodynamic values. The hydrolysis, soil‐induced biodegradation, and photolysis processes had the shortest half‐lives of bifenthrin, measuring 13.5 days, 12 days, and 121.5 days, respectively. According to these findings, bifenthrin has a moderate amount of binding and stability in soil, which makes partial decomposition of parent and daughter molecules challenging. This research advances our knowledge of bifenthrin's deteriorating processes and aids in the creation of cutting‐edge strategies for ecological restoration using natural processes. This study explores novel ligands that potentially offer superior binding and stability compared to the peptidic molecules currently associated with the ribosomal RNA–protein complex. This study aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying protein–RNA interactions and their disruptions, identify potential therapeutic targets, and explore novel compounds capable of modulating these interactions for therapeutic benefit. We conducted molecular docking and dynamics simulations using advanced computational tools such as rDock and REINVENT4 to generate novel compounds. ADMET analysis confirmed the chosen compound's advantageous pharmacokinetic attributes and safety profiles. Among the generated compounds, C21, C23, C56, C120, and C195 were identified as the best candidate molecules for inhibiting protein–RNA interactions. These ligands demonstrated superior binding affinity and stability, outperforming the peptidic molecules bound to the reference protein–RNA–peptide complex structure.The ligand molecules were notable for their ability to settle into low–energy states, indicating a strong potential to outperform the peptide bound in the reference protein–RNA–peptide complex structure. These findings highlight the capability of these ligands to serve as more effective therapeutic agents and as superior alternatives to the current peptidic molecules, with implications for developing novel therapeutic strategies targeting protein–RNA interactions. The CHK2 protein regulates the cell division cycle and responds to DNA damage. Additionally, it facilitates the repair of DNA damage and maintains the integrity of its biological processes. Dysregulation of the CHK2 protein is associated with a predisposition to harmful diseases. The current research protocol was designed to identify novel hit molecules as CHK2 inhibitors and disrupt the normal biological function of the CHK2 protein via a fragment‐based drug discovery approach. The protocol involved generating fragments using the MacFrag tool, followed by a chemical similarity search utilizing RDKit to identify fragment molecules analogous to previously established CHK2 inhibitor scaffolds. The bioactive molecules were constructed using the Fragmenstein tool, followed by molecular docking simulations to investigate their binding affinity. In addition, pharmacokinetic properties were analyzed, and a molecular dynamics simulation study was conducted to assess the stability of selected compounds with CHK2 protein. Finally, five novel compounds were identified as excellent CHK2 inhibitors through the FBDD and show good binding interactions at active sites of CHK2 with beneficial ADMET properties. This research work presents novel CHK2 inhibitor molecules that have the potential to be utilized in drug discovery, serving as key leads for future advancements in healthcare industries and sectors. This work describes the synthesis of novel nickel tetra substituted 6‐bromobenzothiazole carboxamide nickel (II) phthalocyanine (NiTBBTCAPc) and confirmed by spectroscopic‐microscopic methods and as well as electrochemical analysis. The electrochemical oxidation of nitrite was studied on NiTBBTCAPc‐multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNTs)/glassy carbon electrode (GCE) due to its better electron transferring ability than bare GCE and NiTBBTCAPc/GCE. As there is acceleration in surface area of GCE by multiwalled carbon nanotubes, a cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), and amperometric techniques utilized for nitrite sensor were developed. The sensor exhibited a fast response towards nitrite with a detection limit of 3.012 nM and a linear concentration range of 50–900 nM by the CV method. The fabricated sensor shows excellent electrocatalytic activity compared with the modified electrode with Pc with a composite of MWCNTs towards oxidation of nitrite. The NiTBBTCAPc‐MWCNTs/GCE shows good repeatability, stability, and high selectivity even in the presence of excess ascorbic acid (AA), dopamine (DA), uric acid (UA), paracetamol (PA), glucose, Pb (II), Cd (II), Ca (II), and Mg (II). Finally, for usage in practical applications, the modified electrode was employed to achieve quantitative detection of nitrite in drinking water and cabbage vegetable samples, respectively. Background: As the impacts of diabetes-induced reproductive damage are now evident in young people, we are now in urgent need to devise new ways to protect and enhance the reproductive health of diabetic people. The present study aimed to evaluate the protective effects of enalapril (an ACE inhibitor) and paricalcitol (a vitamin D analog), individually or in combination, on streptozotocin (STZ)-diabetes-induced testicular dysfunction in rats and to identify the possible mechanisms for this protection. Material and methods: This study was carried out on 50 male Sprague-Dawley rats; 10 normal rats were allocated as a non-diabetic control group. A total of 40 rats developed diabetes after receiving a single dose of STZ; then, the diabetic rats were divided into four groups of equivalent numbers assigned as diabetic control, enalapril-treated, paricalcitol-treated, and combined enalapril-and-paricalcitol-treated groups. The effects of mono and combined therapy with paricalcitol and enalapril on testicular functions, sperm activity, glycemic state oxidative stress, and inflammatory parameters, as well as histopathological examinations, were assessed in comparison with the normal and diabetic control rats. Results: As a result of diabetes induction, epididymal sperm count, sperm motility, serum levels of testosterone, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) as well as luteinizing hormone (LH), and the antioxidant enzyme activities, were significantly decreased, while abnormal sperm (%), insulin resistance, nitric oxide (NO), malondialdehyde (MDA), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were significantly increased, along with severe distortion of the testicular structure. Interestingly, treatment with paricalcitol and enalapril, either alone or in combination, significantly improved the sperm parameters, increased antioxidant enzyme activities in addition to serum levels of testosterone, FSH, and LH, reduced insulin resistance, IL-6, and TNF-α levels, and finally ameliorated the diabetes-induced testicular oxidative stress and histopathological damage, with somewhat superior effect for paricalcitol monotherapy and combined therapy with both drugs compared to monotherapy with enalapril alone. Conclusions: Monotherapy with paricalcitol and its combination therapy with enalapril has a somewhat superior effect in improving diabetes-induced testicular dysfunction (most probably as a result of their hypoglycemic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-apoptotic properties) compared with monotherapy with enalapril alone in male rats, recommending a synergistic impact of both drugs. A nanocomposite of (2-aminoethyl)piperazine ligand substituted with zinc(II) tetra carboxylic acid phthalocyanine (ZnTEPZCAPC) and MWCNTs was constructed and employed to develop an electrochemical sensor with outstanding sensitivity and a low detection limit. The macrocyclic complex ZnTEPZCAPC was first synthesized and then employed for the electrochemical determination of the antipsychotic drug promazine (PMZ). The as-prepared ZnTEPZCAPC and MWCNT nanocomposite was characterized using different techniques, such as Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Further, the prepared ZnTEPZCAPC@MWCNT nanocomposites were modified on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) surface, and the electrochemical activity was investigated using cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), and chronoamperometry (CA) tests in pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution (PBS) in the potential window of 0.0–1 V. The ZnTEPZCAPC@MWCNTs displayed a superior electrochemical performance because of their high electrochemical active surface area (0.453 cm2), good conductivity, and a synergetic effect. The developed electrochemical sensor exhibited a broad linear range of 0.05–635 μM and the lowest detection limit of 0.0125 nM, as well as excellent sensitivity, repeatability, and reproducibility.
