Aims: Copper oxide nanoparticles (CuO NPs), which have potential hazards for organisms and the environment in a number of applications, have emerged as a prominent class of nanomaterials. Study Design: This study aimed to investigate the effect of copper oxide nanoparticles in rat liver and kidney tissues. Methodology: A total of 20 adult male rats were assigned randomly to 2 groups [1st, control; 2nd, CuO NPs (400 mg/kg body weight/day) intraperitoneally for 4 weeks]. Results: Current results revealed significant increases in serum ALT, AST, urea, creatinine, potassium ions and liver and kidney tissue damage after CuO NPs administration when compared to control group. Conversely, statistical significant decreases were detected in serum albumin, total proteins, calcium and sodium ions levels in CuO NPs group as compared to control group. Conclusion: We can conclude that; CuO NPs induced toxicity and injury in rat liver and kidney tissues.

Silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs or nanosilver) have pulled in expanding interest because of their novel physical, substance, and organic properties contrasted with their full scale scaled partners. The goal of this study was to investigate if Avena sativa (AVS) extract could ameliorate Ag NPs toxicity-induced alterations in liver structure and function, DNA damage, apoptosis, and oxidative stress. Twenty adult male rats were assigned randomly to four groups: control, AVS (intragastrically, 5 g/Kg body weight/day) for 2 weeks, Ag NPs (400 mg/kg body weight/day) for 1 week as acute toxicity and Ag NPs + AVS (same therapy of Ag NPs as acute toxicity with AVS). This study demonstrated a statistical significant increase in serum levels of liver function tests (AST, ALT, ALP and globulin), liver DNA damage, apoptotic P53 and Malondialdehyde after Ag NPs administration when compared to control group. Conversely, statistical significant decreases were detected in serum albumin, total proteins, liver reduced glutathione, catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione S-transferase and anti-apoptotic Bcl

Background: Since the discovery of breast cancer susceptibility genes BRCA1 & BRCA2 and the availability of genetic testing, a considerable amount of research has been conducted to evaluate rates of genetic test acceptance and to understand the psychological and behavioural impact of genetic test results on both patients and their family members. This study aims to explore the experience of women who tested positive for a cancer-predisposing gene, and to identify risk reduction interventions patients had or planning to have and study if patients communicated genetic test results with at-risk family members and intervention made by the family members. Methods: A questionnaire was designed to assess socio-demographic factors, personal and family history of cancer, genetic test results and family notification of testing, and subsequent testing in relatives. Participants were invited to participate in the study during their visit to their oncologist clinic, in addition to patients that were invited via Teleclinic using different meeting platforms. Results: Ninety-nine patients with the pathogenic BRCA 1 or BRCA 2 mutations, who were diagnosed with breast cancer between the years 2005 and 2020, were enrolled in the study. The Mean age of participants was 45 years (range from 27 to 77 years). The patients reported different emotional reactions to the positive results of cancer genetic testing; 39 (39%) experienced feelings of anxiety, 69 (69%) were afraid about the risk of their children carrying the disease. While 24 (24%) of participants reported they felt comforted because they can take preventive measures for them and their family members and only 5 (5%) were worried about health insurance coverage. Thirteen (13%) of the patients reported that their social status had been affected by the genetic testing results. The majority (n=74, 74%) believed in the importance of communicating the results with their families. Ninety-eight (98%) patients have informed their family members of the results and only 1 (1%) did not inform anyone of the results. In total, 922 relatives were informed of the results of genetic testing and only 31 (3.3%) underwent genetic testing in response. A total of 379 first degree female relatives (mother, sister, and daughter) were informed about the genetic testing results and only 24 (6.6%) underwent genetic testing for BRCA mutations and only 8 (2%) patients underwent a prophylactic mastectomy. The reasons that prevented the informed family members from undergoing the genetic testing were diverse. As reported by the patients participating in the study, the cost of testing was the most reported reason in 54% of the time. And 52 patients (52%) considered fear from having a positive test as the main reason. The social stigma of carrying a cancer gene was also a factor in 16% of cases. Conclusion: Despite the high rate of communicating BRCA results with family members, there is lack of awareness of the proper preventive measures to be followed to decrease the risk of breast cancer. All textile integrated dual-band monopole antenna with an artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) is proposed. The proposed design operates at 2.4 and 5.8 GHz for wearable medical applications to monitor the heartbeat. A flexible and low-profile E- shaped CPW dual-band textile antenna is integrated with a 4 × 4 dual-band textile AMC reflector to enhance the gain and specific absorption rate (SAR). The SAR is reduced by nearly 95% at both 1 and 10 g. The design was measured on the body with a 2 mm separation. The simulated and measured results appear in high agreement in the case of with and without AMC array integration. The measurement was performed in the indoor environment and in an anechoic chamber to validate the design based on reflection coefficient and radiation pattern measurements.

Aims: Silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) are an important class of nanomaterials used as antimicrobial agents for a wide range of medical and industrial applications.Current study was performed to study the therapeutic effects of chitosan nanoparticles extract towards the treatments with Ag NPs in rat induced kidney and liver damage. Study Design: A total of 60 male adult albino rats were equally divided into six groups (G1, Control group; G2, chitosan group; G3, Ag NPs group as acute toxicity; G4, acute Ag NPs+Chitosan group; G5, Ag NPs group as chronic toxicity; G6, chronic Ag NPs+Chitosan). Results: Current results revealed that; a significant increase in the levels of serum ALT, AST, ALP, urea, creatinine, sodium, potassium, chloride ions and MDA in liver and kidney tissues after treatments with Ag NPs (in case of acute and chronic toxicity) as compared to control group. In contrast; a significant decrease in serum albumin, total proteins, calcium ions, SOD, catalase and GSH in liver and kidney tissues after treatments with Ag NPs as compared to control groups. Treatment of Ag NPs with Chitosan nanoparticles (Ch NPs) improved this change in liver and kidney functions as compared to Ag NPs. Conclusion: These findings suggested that the misuse of silver nanoparticles may contribute to continuous hepatic and renal damage. This shows that the desired dose of Ag NPs can safely be used with Chitosan in improving hepatic and renal damage in toxic group in young rats.

This paper presents a compact dual-band filtering antenna without extra employing of filter structures. The antenna is designed using a planar dual-composite right/left-handed (D-CRLH) transmission line unit cell, where the filtering function is achieved through current cancellation between the D-CRLH resonators. The antenna is designed to function at 3.0 and 5.1 GHz, which can serve different WLAN applications. The antenna is a co-planar waveguide fed with a very compact size of only 30 × 16 mm2. Compared to the conventional patch antenna, the antenna size is only 17% at 3.0 GHz and 31% at 5.1 GHz. Despite the small size, the antenna preserves a good omni-directional radiation pattern at the two resonant frequencies with a measured realized gain of 2 and 2.7 dB, respectively. At the stopband in-between the two resonant bands, the reflection coefficient is almost 0 dB at 4.25 GHz and complete non-radiation is proved with a −11 dB measured realized gain. The different antenna filtering functions are verified by full-wave simulation and measurements.

Introduction: The Syrian crisis, started in 2011, has had a profound impact on the entire region. Jordan, a low-middle income country with limited resources is ranked first in the region in relation to the number of refugees hosted. The latest national census reported over a million Syrian refugee in the country. Lack of sufficient funding, from either the host country or international refugee aid organizations, may lead to suboptimal treatment of cancer patients. The total number of Syrian cancer patients registered at King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) hospital-based cancer registry was 510 patients. Local and regional funds covered the treatment of almost two thirds of these patients. In this study, we report on patterns of presentation and management of Syrian patients with breast cancer treated and followed at our institution. Patients and methods: This is a retrospective data collection of Syrian refugees who presented to our institution with a diagnosis of breast cancer from January 2011 to December 2019. Adult patients aged 18 year or older with pathologically-confirmed diagnosis of breast cancer were required to have at least one medical encounter. Data was collected from the electronic medical records for eligible patients. Management was compared against our approved clinical practice guidelines (CPG). Results: During the study period, a total of 147 adult Syrian refugee patients with breast cancer had at least one medical encounter at our institution. All were females and median age (range) at diagnosis was 47 (21-84) years. Thirty-four (23.1%) patients did not complete the work up and missed subsequent visits and will be excluded from analysis. The remaining 113 patient had biopsy proven invasive (n=110) or ductal carcinoma in situ (n=3) and continued their treatment and follow up; 39 (34.5%) had early stage disease, 48 (42.5%) locally advanced and 26 (23.0%) presented with metastatic disease. Estrogen receptors (ER) were positive in 75 (66.4%) patients while 63 (55.8%) had positive progesterone receptor (PR). HER2 positive disease was documented in 31 (27.4%) while 18 (15.9%) patients had triple negative disease. Eighty (70.8%) patients underwent surgery, 60 (75.0%) were at KHCC. The median time from first encounter to surgery for those who underwent upfront surgery was 2 months. Breast conserving surgery (BCS) was done for 27 (45.0%). However, only 11 (35.4%) of the 31 patients eligible for breast reconstruction underwent such procedure. Adjuvant radiation was given to 49 (77.7%) of 63 candidate patients and some were delayed. Systemic treatment with chemotherapy was given to 103 patients; as neoadjuvant (n=37, 35.9%), adjuvant (n=45, 43.7%) and palliative (n= 21, 20.4%). Among the 31 patients with HER2-positive disease, only 11 (35.5%) patients received it. Additionally, only 3 (30.0%) of 10 patients who were candidates for CDK4/6 inhibitors received it. Genetic Testing and counselling were also suboptimal, only 8 (12.3%) of 65 candidate patients underwent genetic testing. Across all needed treatment, 37 (32.7%) patients had significant deviations when judged against our institutional CPGs. Conclusions: Syrian refugees with breast cancer had late presentation and more advanced-stage disease. They are more likely to receive delayed and suboptimal surgeries, genetic counseling and systemic therapy highlighting the urgent need for international systematic approach for cancer care among such unprivileged population. An ultrathin, compact, and highly efficient antenna based on the $\Pi $ -section composite right/left-handed (CRLH) methodology is presented. It operates at 2.45 GHz of the Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) band with a physical size of 25 mm $\times25$ mm, a realized gain of 2.34 dBi, and a total efficiency of 87% in free space. Nevertheless, to maintain resonance at 2.45 GHz with body-loading scenarios, a high separation was required, leading to an overall large size. To circumvent that, an all-textile $2 \times 2$ artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) array was placed in-between the antenna and the human body. In free space, the low-profile integrated design exhibited a gain of 7.63 dBi (enhancement of 5.29 dBi) and total efficiency of 96.4%. The integrated design achieved a gain and total efficiency enhancements by 14.88 dBi and 72.4%, respectively, as well as, lower specific absorption rate (SAR) levels, in comparison with the CRLH antenna alone, for human loading cases. Results are achieved through circuit model and full-wave electromagnetic simulations. In addition, the CRLH antenna and AMC array structure were fabricated and measurements were undertaken, which agreed well with the simulated ones. Therefore, the integrated design is highly suggested to be recognized in wireless body area network (WBAN) and medical applications.

The compact and robust high-impedance surface (HIS) integrated with the antenna is designed to operate at a frequency of 2.45 GHz for wearable applications. They are made of highly flexible fabric material. The overall size is $45\times \,\,45\times 2.4$ mm3 which equivalent to $0.37\lambda \text{o}\times 0.37\lambda \text{o}\times 0.02$ mm3. The value of using HIS lies in protecting the human body from harmful radiation and maintaining the performance of the antenna, which may be affected by the high conductivity of the human body. Besides, setting the antenna on the human body by itself detunes the frequency, but by adding HIS, it becomes robust and efficient for body loading and deformation. Integrated antenna with HIS demonstrates excellent performance, such as a gain of 7.47 dBi, efficiency of 71.8% and FBR of 10.8 dB. It also reduces the SAR below safety limits. The reduction is more than 95%. Therefore, the presented design was considered suitable for wearable applications. Further study was also performed to show the useful of placing antenna over HIS compared to the use of perfect electric conductor (PEC). The integrated design was also investigated with the worst case of varying the permittivity of body equivalent model which shows excellent performance in term of reflection coefficient and SAR levels. Hence, the integrated antenna with HIS is mechanically robust to human body tissue loading, and it is highly appropriate for body-worn applications.

Background: Acute Calcular Cholecystitis (A.C) is inflammation of the gallbladder and is the most common complication of gallstones, requiring hospital admission and prompt intervention. Its Symptoms include right upper abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and occasionally fever. Often gallbladder attacks (biliary colic) precede acute cholecystitis without appropriate treatment, recurrent episodes of cholecystitis are common. Complications of acute cholecystitis include gallstone pancreatitis, common bile duct stones, and inflammation of the common bile duct.Aim of The Work: To assess surgical outcome from laparscopic and open cholecystectomy in acute calcular cholecystitis by assessment and differentiate between both of them in these parameters as regards: 1-Hospital stay, 2-Wound infection, 3-Bilary fistula, 4-Missed stone, 5-intestinal injury.Patients and Methods: Type of Study: prospective clinical trial. Study Setting: This study will be carried out, at Ain Shams hospitals. Study Period: This study will be carried out during the period between October2018 and October 2019. Study Population: This study will include 30 patients with diagnosis of acute calcularcholycystitis.Results: The present study was a prospective, clinical, trial that included30 patients diagnosed with acute calcular cholecystitis attended to surgery theatre at Ain Shams hospital. The patients were divided into two groups: Group I including 15 patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy during the first week of their presentation. Group II including 15 patients underwent open cholecystectomy during the first week of their presentation.Conclusion: Cholecystectomy during 1st week of acute cholecystitis should be attempted by laparoscopy at first in condition that there are no complications as gangerenous gall bladder. as, post-operative morbidity and hospital stay are reduced by laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Moreover, intestinal injury and wound infection rate are reduced by laparoscopy. A positive trend exists in operating time favoring laparoscopy, however more studies are necessary. Severe hemorrhage and bile leakage rate are not influenced by the technique.

Proposed is a wideband, low profile, fully flexible, and all-textile-based slotted triangular antenna loaded with a 2 × 2 textile-inspired artificial magnetic conductor to be worn on the wrist. The integrated antenna design is designed to cover the frequency band from 3.1 to 6.5 GHz. The integrated design has two main resonances, where the first one is at 3.5 GHz, which can serve the WiMAX communication standard, while the second is at 5.8 GHz, which can serve the Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM)-band. The incorporated textile materials are composed of the conductive and dielectric fabrics that are realized by ShieldIt and Felt, respectively. When simulated against the human model wrist, the integrated antenna design displayed a realized gain of 6.71 dBi and radiation efficiency of 79.1%, at 3.5 GHz. Furthermore, at 5.8 GHz, it displayed a realized gain of 7.82 dBi and total efficiency performances of 66.1%. Moreover, it accomplished very low SAR levels within the antenna frequency band. Averaged over 1 g of tissue, it exhibited maximum SAR levels of 3.28 × 10−6 and 9.37 × 10−7 W/kg at 3.5 and 5.8 GHz, respectively. For the bent scenarios, the integrated antenna design displayed robustness when bent at an angle of 20 and 40°. Finally, measurement results are illustrated and analyzed. Based on the presented results, the suggested all-textile integrated antenna design might be designated for integration with the wristband to monitor the user health conditions through many possible frequency channels.

Background: In the modern treatment of breast cancer, the Sentinel Lymph node biopsy indication is present in many clinical circumstances, instead of classical axillary lymphadenectomy. It presents the advantage of conservative surgery, which significantly decreases the rate of postoperative complications, offering the patients a better quality of Life and reducing the costs of patients care after surgery. Sentinel Lymph node biopsy (SLNB) vs. axillary Lymph node dissection (ALND) in the current surgical treatment of early stage breast cancer.Aim of the Work: The aim of the present study is to evaluate staging the axilla with sentinel lymph node biopsy after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in previous clinically node positive axilla in breast cancer to avoid the morbidity of an ALND.Patients and Methods: This was a prospective cohort study was held in El Demerdash hospital Ain Shams University hospitals, Cairo, Egypt started with one hundred and twenty female patients with clinically node positive axilla in breast cancer. Approval of the Ethical Committee and written informed consent from all participants were obtained. Patient selection was achieved through a number of inclusion and exclusion criteria.Results: Our study showed that SLNB is acceptable in cN1/2 patients who become cN0 after neoadjuvant therapy: particularly in those with no residual disease in the breast, because SN status maintains its expected prognostic role, but also in cases with residual disease, because Axillary dissection (AD) has no influence on outcomes.Conclusion: Sentinel lymph node biopsy will replace axillary lymph node dissection (ALND) in those patients with clinically node positive axilla without compromising their oncologic outcomes. Especially, rates of pathologic complete response (pCR) after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) have increased. In the neoadjuvant setting, SLN after NAC is feasible and accurate in clinically node positive patients as a continuous effort to avoid the morbidity of ALND.

Aims: Lead is well known environmental pollutant, which can cause toxic effects in multiple organ systems. Lead originates from various industrial and/or household sources, and enters the body through food and fluid intakes, as well as by inhalation. No sufficient information present about the toxic effect of acute lead nanoparticles on kidney and liver. Accordingly, current study was performed to study the therapeutic effects of Oats extract towards the injection of lead nanoparticles (Pb NPs) in rat induced kidney and liver damage by increasing kidney and liver functions, and electrolytes. Study Design: A total of 40 male adult albino rats were equally divided into four groups (Control group, Oats group, Pb NPs group as acute toxicity and last group is Pb NPs +Oats). Results: Current results revealed that; a significant increase in the levels of serum aspartate transaminase (AST) and alanine transaminase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), urea, creatinine, potassium and chloride ions after injection with Pb NPs as compared to control group. In contrast; a significant decrease in serum albumin, total proteins, and sodium ions in Pb NPs as compared to control groups. Treatment of Pb NPs with Oats improved this change in liver and kidney functions as compared to Pb NPs group. Conclusion: These findings suggested that; lead nanoparticles injection induced hepatic and renal damage. This shows that the desired dose of Pb NPs can safely be used with Oats in improving hepatic and renal damage in toxic group in young rats.

An inspired metamaterial-based highly efficient monopole antenna displaying wide-/dual-band resonances along with self-filtering properties is presented. The monopole has high out-of-band suppression characteristics that lead to very close to 0 dB band-stop between the antenna dual resonant bands. The antenna operates at the two WLAN services of 2.65–3.25 and 5–7 GHz with stopband with total reflection at 4.5 GHz. The designed filtering characteristics are based on current coupling for the dual-band functions and current neutralization for the stopband function. Moreover, the proposed antenna has a very high radiation efficiency of 97 and 99% at 3 and 6 GHz, respectively. Furthermore, the proposed antenna exhibits an omni-directional radiation pattern with coplanar waveguide feed for simple integration with passive/active devices. Moreover, the antenna properties are achieved with a compact antenna size (30 × 30 mm2). With all presented results, the proposed antenna is very competitive over recent relevant antennas. In addition, a very good agreement between theoretical, full-wave simulations and measurements is achieved.

A compact monopole antenna backed with a 1 × 2 textile-based artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) array is proposed. Textile was mainly selected for the AMC materials according to an investigation that took place between different AMC substrate materials, where it was settled that the textile one displayed the highest antenna gain and efficiency. The monopole antenna and the AMC, distanced apart by 5 mm, combined form the integrated design. It operates at 2.4 GHz, which was particularly selected as the resonant frequency for wirelessly sending the subject's symptoms data via Wi-Fi, with realized gain and total efficiency of 6.76 dBi and 88.4%, respectively, in free space. Separated by 3 mm from the specific anthropomorphic mannequin human hand model, it displays a realized gain and total efficiency of 4.06 dBi and 44.39%, respectively, in a flat condition. Furthermore, it exhibits a specific absorption rate (SAR) of 1.8 W/kg averaged over 10 g of tissue. When bent over the human hand model, it performs well and exhibits a maximum SAR of 0.521 and 0.406 W/kg, averaged over 1 and 10 g of tissues, respectively. As a result of such outcomes, the proposed integrated design can be nominated for wearable hand/wrist and Wi-Fi applications.

A high gain, low specific absorption rate, oval-shaped monopole antenna is presented. It is backed by an all-textile 3 × 3 array of electromagnetic bandgap (EBG) unit cells. The antenna is printed on the thin Rogers ULTRALAM 3850 substrate, while the EBG array is composed of the conductive ShieledIT Super and dielectric substrate felt. The design operates at 2.45 GHz of the Industrial, Scientific, and Medical band. Due to the close distance between the extended grounds of the co-planar waveguide feeding configuration and the oval-shaped monopole antenna, current-coupling was achieved, leading to gain enhancement. However, with body-loading cases, resonance at 2.45 GHz was attained at a separation of 30 mm. By incorporating the EBG array, as an isolator, this issue was resolved. In free space and over a gap of 3 mm from the human body, gain enhancements by 2.68 and 11.54 dB were achieved at 2.45 GHz, respectively. Simulated and measured results are benchmarked. Furthermore, SAR simulation study showed reductions by 99.5%, averaged over 1 and 10 g of tissue.

Background: Breast cancer is by far the most common cancer among women of both developed and developing countries and the leading cause of cancer death in females. The incidence of multifocal breast cancer has increased due to the improvement in imaging studies and the use of MRI. Multifocal breast cancer was previously considered a contraindication for breast conservative surgery. However, with the recent progress in the neoadjuvant systemic therapy Together with development of oncoplastic surgeries breast conservation is being increasingly performed for multifocal cases. Skin sparing mastectomy can also be used for multifocal cases with superior aesthetic results without compromising the oncological safety. Aim of the work: This study aims to compare conservative breast surgery and skin sparing mastectomy in multifocal breast cancer regarding local recurrence. Patients and methods: This is a prospective randomized clinicaltrial study conducted in Ain-Shams University Hospitals Breast surgery unit over 30 patients with minimal follow-up of 18 months.2 groups of patients; Group A: composed of 15 patients that undergoing conservative breast surgery for multifocal breast cancer. Group B: composed of 15 patients that undergoing skin sparing mastectomy for multifocal breast cancer. An informed consent will be taken from all patients who will accept to participate. Results: The percentage of local recurrence were found to be comparable in both groups. Also the aesthetic results and patients’ satisfaction were similar in both groups. However, postoperative wound complications were higher in the skin sapring mastectomy group.Conclusion: This study suggests that any of the two procedures can safely be done to cases with multifocal breast cancer however the cosmetic results in skin sparing mastectomy group was more superior than in the conservative breast surgery group.

The urban development and rapid urbanization that the West Bank, including occupied East Jerusalem and Gaza Strip have recently encountered have adversely affected the quality and availability of open spaces inside the Palestinian urban and rural areas. Public spaces are fundamental in the lives of any community striving to achieve a sustainable and inclusive environment and improve the quality of life of its inhabitants. In that respect, the prevailing planning practices fall short in terms of adequately addressing the provision of public spaces. Laws and regulations are designed to focus on limited physical properties of buildings (e.g. building design, elevation, heights, setbacks, parking, etc.,) with little or no attention to the residual space, inevitably, created between those blocks. Lands are chiefly privately owned, and considered of a very high value due to the artificial land scarcity phenomenon resulted from the geo-political classification of the West Bank Existing public spaces are not welcoming to the general public. Spaces are misplaced and scattered, they offer pre-defined activities and an inflexible environment. Many parts of the society feel alienated to such public spaces, created by a top-down process with minimal integration of their needs and aspirations.

Background and Objective: Monosodium glutamate (MSG) is identified as an Accent that is used in the food industry as a flavour enhancer with an umami taste that intensifies the meaty, savoury flavour of food. The present study aimed at evaluating the protective and ameliorative role of rocket seeds extract against monosodium glutamate-induced hepatic renal toxicity and oxidative stress in the male rat. Materials and Methods: A total of 60 male adult albino rats were equally divided into six groups (G1, Control; G2, rocket seeds (RS); G3, ACCENT or MSG; G4, Co- treated (RS+MSG); G5, Post- treated (MSG+RS); G6, Self-treated MSG). Results: Current results revealed that; a significant increase in serum ALT, AST, ALP, AFP, Urea, Creatinine, potassium ions, chloride ions, cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL, and LDL levels in MSG as compared to control and RS groups. In contrast; a significant decrease in serum albumin, total proteins, catalase, GSH and SOD in liver and kidney homogenates in MSG as compared to control and RS groups. Co- or post-treatment of MSG with rocket seeds improved this change in liver and kidney functions, with best results for co-treatment than post and self-treatment. Conclusion: These findings suggested that the misuse of monosodium glutamate may contribute to continuous hepatic and renal damage. This shows that the desired dose of monosodium glutamate can safely be used with grapes seed in improving hepatic and renal damage in monosodium glutamate in young rats.
