This study aims to analyze the effect of the role of financial literacy on personal financial management. The method in this study uses a systematic method by identifying, finding, and discussing selected research journal articles. Data were obtained from scientific articles relevant to the topic of this research. Through the process of finding, discovering, and interpreting the results, the researcher concludes that financial literacy has three main roles, namely: 1) financial literacy plays an important role in a better financial planning process; 2) financial literacy plays an important role in making finances more precise. decisions and their real implementation; and 3) financial literacy plays a role in achieving financial prosperity. The role of financial literacy will adjust to the needs of financial professionals. This can be seen from the dependence of the purpose of the financial plan on the level of financial literacy possessed by financial planners.

State defense has a broad spectrum in various scopes such as politics, social, economic and cultural fields. State defense and national security It is an attitude that every citizen must have. Every citizen especially the younger generation is the next generation of sustainability in the nation and state. The spirit of nationalism, patriotism, and defending the country can fade partly due to the low awareness of defending the country, not yet optimal synergy in fostering awareness of defending the country in the digital era. Seeing the current era of technology increasingly advanced, from this, the awareness of citizens, especially the younger generation in the digital era in terms of defending the country still needs to be improved, where with progress technology makes it easy for everyone to access, create or share information that is not necessarily clear. Saat ini, pengendali Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) digunakan secara umum untuk mendapatkan solusi optimum. Solusi dikatakan optimum apabila output di kehidupan nyata sesuai dengan output yang telah ditentukan. Oleh karena itu, pengendali adalah suatu hal yang dibutuhkan. Tantangan dalam menggunakan pengendali adalah tuning parameter untuk mencari konstanta parameter PID seperti Proporsional Gain (KP), Waktu Integral (KI) dan Waktu Derivatif (KD). Untuk memaksimalkan kinerja motor DC, pengaturan pengendali PID yang tepat merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Desain pengendali PID sebagai pengendali motor DC sudah sering dilakukan. Penggunaan pengendali PID membutuhkan pengaturan parameter yang tepat untuk mendapatkan kinerja yang optimal pada motor. Metode yang umum dalam menentukan parameter pengendali PID adalah trial and error. Namun hasil yang didapat tidak membuat pengendali PID optimal dan justru akan merusak sistem. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan salah satu metode penalaan parameter PID dengan menggunakan metode cerdas berbasis Genetic Algorithm (Algoritma Genetik) untuk mengoptimasi dan menentukan parameter yang tepat dari PID. Algoritma genetik adalah salah satu algoritma yang menggunakan genetika sebagai model algoritmanya. Algoritma genetik terinspirasi dari meniru proses seleksi alam, yaitu proses yang menyebabkan evolusi biologis. Konsep inilah yang diadaptasi dan diterapkan dengan baik untuk menala parameter PID. Penggunaan metode algoritma genetik dapat memberikan hasil yang lebih baik pada setiap iterasinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa overshoot yang dihasilkan karena adanya respon kecepatan setelah penambahan PID adalah kurang dari 10%. The challenge in using the controller is tuning parameters to find constants of PID parameters such as Proportional Gain (KP), Integral Time (KI) and Derivative Time (KD). In order to maximize the performance of a DC motor, proper PID controller settings are crucial. The design of PID controllers as DC motor controllers has often been done. The use of a PID controller requires setting the right parameters to get optimal performance on the motor. The common method for determining PID controller parameters is trial and error. However, the results obtained do not make the PID controller optimal and will actually damage the system. Therefore, this study uses one of the PID parameter tuning methods by using an intelligent method based on Genetic Algorithm to optimize and determine the appropriate parameters of PID. Genetic algorithm is an algorithm that uses genetics as a model algorithm. Genetic algorithms are inspired by imitating the process of natural selection, the process that causes biological evolution. This concept is well adapted and applied for tuning PID parameters. The use of genetic algorithm methods can give better results in each iteration. The results showed that the resulting overshoot due to the speed response after the addition of PID was less than 10%.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are community associations that carry out entrepreneurial activities closely related to the economic field. Through MSMEs, it is easier for people to collaborate with one another. One of the villages that strongly supports the development of SMEs is Gilangharjo Village. The great numbers of local MSME actors in the culinary field have greatly advanced the village economy. However, almost every day these MSME actors produce various kinds of waste from merchandise production. These problems can actually be handled by processing waste into creative crafts with economic value. The purpose of the service program is to increase the economic value of waste as an additional income for MSME actors. The socialization, training, and marketing assistance were coducted to assist them. The results of the program show that MSME waste can be processed into trinkets in Gilangharjo Village, and potentially increase the income of MSMEs in Gilangharjo Village.

The research consists of two parts, the first one is to design the dynamic plant model of polishing unit using artificial neural network (ANN) type backpropagation, and the second one is to design a simulation of a close loop control system on Simulink consisting of logic solver, control valve and ANN polishing unit. The ANN polishing unit was trained and obtained the best model structure 4-24-3 with four inputs chemical oxygen demand (COD) influent, oil in water (OIW) influent, urea, and triple superphosphate (TSP), twenty-four hidden layer nodes, and three outputs (OIW effluent, COD effluent and dissolved oxygen (DO)). The mean square error (MSE) and root mean square error (RMSE) from ANN trained were 0.00485 and 0.06964, obtained by the second iteration. From the simulation results on Simulink by giving several scenarios in the logic solver condition table, the action is brought in the form of urea and TSP nutrition issued by the control valve. The values are used to achieve the DO setpoint (2 mg/L), among others: when COD and OIW influent exceed the quality standard, COD exceeds the quality standard, and OIW does not exceed the quality standard, and the DO error is below zero.

Regional autonomy refers to the authority that regulates the community's interests or acts as a regulator in areas where the federal government empowers local governments to manage their own government. This research technique utilizes five book sources in order to learn about regional autonomy, its various forms, and legal foundations. Community engagement in governance, particularly at the village level, is one of the foundations of regional autonomy that requires attention in this regard. Concerning the village government system's role in development implementation, many village development initiatives have been conceived and determined primarily on considerations and techniques from above, without involving the community being developed.

The continuous use of boilers in the manufacture spun pile concretes company causes increased exhaust gas emissions such as NOX gas from boiler combustion. In order to reduce NOX gas emission, clean water is used in the absorption process to tie the gases. The water resulting from the NOX gas binder will change color to become more concentrated which makes the water saturated in binding NOX gas. It is necessary to change the water in the tub shelter. Meanwhile the process of replacing cloudy water from tub shelter is still done manually. Therefore, in this research, a monitoring and control system for water turbidity is designed to improve the performance of the NOX gas binder. The monitoring system designed using a 16x2 LCD as a GUI will display the turbidity value on the NTU scale, while the control system designed uses Arduino Uno as a microcontroller and then uses a solenoid valve as an actuator to regulate the flow rate of water. Turbidity sensor type SEN-0189 is used as a water turbidity sensor and using a float switch to control the water level in the reservoir. The results show that the system is able to reduce the turbidity of the water from 250 NTU on the to 114 NTU.

Masyarakat desa Gilangharjo, Kecamatan Pandak, Kabupaten Bantul, DIY memiliki berbagai macam potensi salah satunya potensi dalam bidang kuliner daerah atau berbasis kearifan lokal. Potensi kuliner tersebut jika diolah dan dikembangkan dengan baik akan ikut menyokong pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat desa terlebih di era revolusi industri seperti yang terjadi pada saat ini. Namun berdasarkan hasil survei kondisi di lapangan. Banyak masyarakat yang mengeluh dan menyampaikan pendapat terkait dengan kesulitan mereka dalam mengolah dan mengembangkan potensi tersebut. Maka dari itu perlu adanya solusi untuk menanggulangi hal tersebut. Salah satunya dengan mengembangkan desa wisata yang bernuansa sentra kuliner berbasis kearifan lokal. Dalam artikel ini akan dibahas tahap-tahap pengembangan sentra kuliner berbasis kearifan lokal di desa Gilangharjo. Metode yang kami lakukan berupa sosialisasi, renovasi tempat, pelatihan-pelatihan, pembukaan sentra dilanjutkan dengan pagelaran produk hasil masyarakat desa Gilangharjo. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan mulai dari bulan Agustus hingga November 2020. Dalam artikel ini akan diuraikan bagaimana tahap-tahap pengembangan desa wisata sentra kuliner berbasis kearifan lokal di desa Gilangharjo, melalui Program Holistik Pembinaan dan Pemberdayaan Desa (PHP2D) Kemdikbud, kegiatan tersebut dirasa ikut membantu meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat terlebih pelaku UMKM di desa Gilangharjo.

Tidur merupakan salah satu kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi bayi, karena kualitas tidur yang baik membantu proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang optimal. Salah satu cara yang digunakan untuk memperbaiki kualitas tidur bayi dengan pemberian baby massage. Teknik baby massage adalah memberikan sentuhan lembut pada kulit bayi agar merangsang peredaran darah dan menambah energi gelombang oksigen yang lebih banyak ke otak sehingga memacu sitem sirkulasi dan respirasi yang lebih baik. Rasa rileks dan nyaman akibat sentuhan massage mampu meningkatkan kualitas tidur bayi, meningkatkan imunitas atau kekebalan tubuh serta meningkatkan berat badan bayi. Tujuan program penyuluhan ini untuk mengetahui manfaat baby massage dalam meningkatkan kualitas tidur bayi usia 11 - 25 bulan. Metode kegiatan penyuluhan dengan memberikan edukasi di posyandu harapan bunda dan melakukan kunjungan ke rumah para ibu untuk pemberian baby massage serta membagikan kuisioner. Hasil kegiatan penyuluhan ini didapatkan tingkat pengetahuan pengetahuan para ibu tentang peran fisioterapi dan manfaat baby massage dalam kategori kurang dengan persentase 59% serta kualitas tidur pada balita rata – rata dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 73%. Simpulan dari kegiatan penyuluhan ini bahwa pemberian baby massage mampu meningkatkan kualitas tidur bayi usia 11 - 25 bulan.

The operational conditions of the anaerobic bioreactor can be predicted using three parameters, such as biogas pressure, biogas mass flow rate, and methane gas content. This research will present a monitoring system for the operational conditions of an anaerobic bioreactor through the measurement of those operational parameters based on knowledge data. The knowledge-based monitoring system is equipped with an interface for connectivity with pressure sensor, mass flow rate and methane gas content sensor, so that it can monitor the condition of the bioreactor in real time. The implementation of bioreactor monitoring is applied at bioreactors in Pakal Benowo Forest, Surabaya. The trial test was carried out under three different conditions: In the morning (around 08.00 AM) indicated information on the methane gas content of 72.5% LEL, biogas pressure 7.3 kPa and mass flow rate biogas 0.3 liters per minute. The second one during the day (around 11.00 AM) indicates information on the methane gas content of 56.5% LEL, biogas pressure 1.1 kPa and biogas mass flow rate of 0.3 liters per minute. The last, in the afternoon (around 03.00 PM) indicates information on the methane gas content of 51.1% LEL, biogas pressure of 1.1 kPa and biogas mass flow rate of 0.3 liters per minute. From those results, our monitoring system is able to identify the operational conditions of the anaerobic bioreactor.

Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) controllers are used in general to control a system, for example a DC motor system. The difficulty of using the controller is parameter tuning, because the tuning parameters still use the trial and error method to find the PID parameter constants, namely Proportional Gain (KP), Integral Gain (KI) and Derivative Gain (KD). In this case, the genetic algorithm method is used which can give better results in each iteration. Genetic algorithms are one of the smart methods inspired by the process of natural selection, the process that causes biological evolution, this concept is applied to tuning PID parameters. This research uses the Matlab simulation method and applies the simulation results to the DC motor hardware using the Arduino Uno. The genetic algorithm method gives a system that has a better steady time and a smaller maximum spike than the Trial and Error method. The test process produced the two best data with an overshoot value = 2, settling time = 13.5 and rise time of 2.7872 and the PID parameter value for mutation of 1 was KP = 3.7500; KI = 1.3184 and KD = 0.2051. Then the value of the best PID parameter on Crossover is 0.4, which is KP = 4.2090; KI = 1.2012 and KD = 0.2539 with an overshoot value = 2, settling time = 18 and rise time = 2.6462.

Incomplete combustion process from boiler in palm oil processing industry usually discharged into the air in the form of black smoke due to the high water contain in the fuel of the boiler which will pollute the air. With this problem the research was conducted of designing a simulation of fuel dryer to dry out the boiler fuel before it used by utilizing the exhaust heat of the combustion system in the boiler. The simulation design of the fuel dryer is based on computational fluid dynamic (CFD) with parameters control are air velocity and heat temperature of fuel dryer. The results obtained the distribution of air velocity in the dryer has a value range of 0-40 m/s with the highest velocity occurring when hot exhaust air enters the dryer while the temperature distribution inside the dryer has a value range of 90-270 °C with the highest temperature appearing around hot air inlet exhaust and the lowest temperature appears in the hot air outlet section of the dryer.

Obesity, one of the risk factors for mtype 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), is known to cause low-grade inflammation and increase T2DM morbidity.
