Ultra-Micro Financing is government policy to support micro business development. The process of fund distribution is done traditionally with cash. Since 2021, a limited trial of fund distribution applying electronic money has been carried out for three distributors. The purpose of the study is to analyze the debtor's perception of the digital transformation using electronic money in Ultra Micro Financing. Primary is data collected by a survey using questionnaire containing questions regarding the use of electronic money, the distribution of the questionnaire was carried out during January – March 2022, and the respondents were 74 Ultra Micro Financing debtors. Tools of analysis id descriptive analysis. The result shows that the debtor's perception of the distribution of Ultra Micro Financing using electronic money is very beneficial. However, the mass use of electronic money needs to consider the debtors’ condition because the adaptability of the use of technology is quite low and requires assistance in its implementation. This research offers a new perspective on the use of electronic money in financing process. The research is limited to the debtors’ perception using electronic money in Ultra Micro Financing. Future research is needed to encourage micro business development through marketplace to promote the products.

This study aims to determine the effect of EPS, NPM, DER, CR and PER on stock prices on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the period 2008-2018 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is causal associative research. The research population is 30 companies. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 16 companies. Data analysis methods used are correlation, regression, determination, t test and F test. The results of the study show that partially EPS and NPM variables partially have a significant effect on stock prices, while DER, CR and PER variables partially have no significant effect and have a direction negative towards share prices on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the period 2008-2018 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the most significant determinants of the intellectual capital of manufacturing firms in Indonesia. Furthermore, using a regression model, it investigates whether the models proposed can provide the same explanation in Europe as in Indonesia. Multiple regression models were used during this study. Ten variables were tested statistically, using e-views of samples of 176 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during this study. The results indicate that leverage, audit committee, company size, and the independent board positively influence intellectual capital disclosure. However, leverage has a negative effect on firm size. These findings comply with the pecking order and financial agency theory, which helps understand the application of various studies on value for firms in Indonesia. This research was able to explore the IC determinants of manufacturing firms. However, more detailed evaluations could be conducted.

The main objective of this paper is to explore the most significant determinants of financial distress of manufacturing companies in Indonesia and to provide explanations on this issue by using multiple regression models. With Modigliani and Miller’s and Trade-off theories were reviewed to formulate a testable proposition on the determinants of financial distress of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Multiple regression models were used as a statistical tool to investigate the most significant profitability determinants of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The Lisrel software was used to analyze 300 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. It was found that institutional ownership, firm size, profitability, and board independence as variables had a positive relationship in an effort to avoid financial distress. Meanwhile, the board size variable had an insignificant positive relationship. The findings are consistent with the pecking order and financial agency theory which helps in understanding the application of financial distress studies for manufacturing companies in Indonesia.

This study explores the most significant determinant of capital structure towards the value of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Multiple regression models were used as statistical tools to investigate the most significant determinants of the firm value of manufacturing companies in Indonesia for a sample of 300 manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that profitability, company size, dividend, investment, and innovational performance were positively related to firm value. Debt was negatively related to firm value and dividend was an insignificant firm value determinant. Meanwhile, the influence of innovational performance variables mediating the effect of investment on firm value showed that the role of mediation innovational performance was able to increase the influence of total investment on firm value. Furthermore, empirical findings will help company managers to make decisions about the attempts to increase the firm value.

The previous studies have shown that capital market integration has increased in the ASEAN-5, implying that investors making investment diversification across ASEAN capital markets could only earn limited diversification advantages. To diversify their portfolios, equity investors must find other assets. The main focus of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of put replication, gold, and oil on hedge equities in the ASEAN-5 (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines). Protective put strategy, DCC-GARCH, and Markowitz optimization are used to measure hedge effectiveness, risk-adjusted-performance such as Sharpe ratio, drawdown, and Omega ratio. The result reveals that gold is a cheaper hedge than oil and oil-hedged strategy is more expensive in ASEAN-5 compared to oil exporting nations. Also, investors with big exposure to the oil-related portfolio should diversify to Philippine equity. From hedging effectiveness and risk-adjusted-performance perspectives, oil is less attractive than money market instruments and gold. This study also implies that risk-averse investors should prefer to put replication or guaranteed financial products compared to commodities-hedged strategy.

This study examines the effect of the independent commissioner’s composition, audit committee, firm size, and profitability toward the value of manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2013-2015 that reported a complete annual report and published in the Indonesian Capital Market Directory. Researchers used a purposive sampling method and employed 208 companies as samples, and data processing in the study used multiple linear regression. Findings. This study find that the independent commissioner’s composition and Audit Committee has no significant effect on firm value. Finding also shows that firm size and profitability has a positive significant effect on firm value. Based on those findings, investors have to use financial information, especially financial reports, as information for long-term investment decisions. The finding may be useful for the listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange since they must know their size and profitability, and those variables are important to enhance their value.

This study examines the impact of dividend policy, investment decision, and funding policy on firm value in the Indonesian manufacturing companies. This study was conducted by using 178 manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2009 - 2016. Samples were taken by using a purposive sampling method. This study aims to examine the firm value’s main determinants of the manufacturing companies in Indonesia based on the basic theory of capital structure through building a theoretical model. Partial Least Square through path analysis was used to analyze the data. The findings show that dividend policy, investment decision, and funding policy have a positive impact on the Indonesian manufacturing companies’ firm value. This study supports the theory of pecking order and agency theory.

This research employs firm value, investment opportunity set (IOS), funding and dividend as variables. Dividends in the research proxied by dividend pay out ratio (DPR), funding proxied by DER and firm value indicated by Tobin’s q, which are mediated by IOS. The sample are taken from 154 manufacturing company financial statements during 2010 to 2012. The data were tested using path analysis. The research found that dividend and funding policy positively influence IOS. Investment opportunity (IOS) positively influences the firm value. IOS was able to mediate the effect of dividends to the firm value, and also the influence of funding decisions to firm value

There are lots of alternative investing. It is started from investment real assets, securities, from conventional and manifold sharia. Islamic Capital market and conventional have some type securities which have different risk level of risks. A stock is one of securities among other securities that have the high level of risk. One of the risks that exists in the stock is fluctuations price, it is commonly called as volatility. The aim of this research is to identifiy the risk of sharia stock and conventional stock in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) by using Jakarta Islamic Indekx (JII) and LQ45 Indeks variabels. In our research, we use time series started on 1 January 2015 to 10 October 2016 from yahoo finance with ARCH/GARCH and EGARCH models processed by Eview 8. Based on research finding with GARCH and EGARCH, this research tends to EGARCH. The fist finding shows that volatility stock JII lower, 0,075 than LQ45 0,0316. If volatility is higher, it means the stability degree lower. Both of those stocks are dominated by bad news and good news. Between JII and LQ45, the news respon is higher on LQ45. It means the volatility risk impact higher on LQ45. The third finding is the JII forecasting results through EGARCH has refrection proportion JII has smaller 0,194 than LQ45 0,678. It means that JII volatility is lower than LQ45.

This research examines the effect of institutional ownership, independent board and board size to firm performance. Using fixed effect data panel regression, this research investigates 293 firms listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2010-2015. Firm performance is proxied by market measure (Tobin's Q). The findings of this research suggest that the institutional ownership, board of Independence has positive impact only to Tobin's Q value, while the board size can increase both Tobin's Q. This research also finds that the board size has non-linear relationship with investment as proxied by IOS. While the IOS variables can mediate the effect of board size to firm performance.

The purpose of this research is to proof that internal and external factor, entrepreneur skilland ethos are influence to the strategy which applied in the UKM of Kabupaten Semarangsimultaneously and partially. Micro entrepreneur has great potency in the national and localeconomic according to this free market period. However, it is ethos and competition still inthe low level. The main cause of this problem come up from environmental exertion factor,among them are internal and external factor also the entrepreneur skill. In order to solve thisproblem need an accurate strategy to survive. This research purposed to study the influenceof external and internal environment, entrepreneur skill and ethos on the micro entrepreneurstrategy in Kabupaten Semarang. A causal research has been done on 60 micro entrepreneursthrough four dependent variables and one independent variable using SPSS. The resultshown that internal and external factor, entrepreneur skill and ethos has significant influencedon the strategy that applied by the micro entrepreneur in Kabupaten Semarang partially orsimultaneously.Keyword : Performance, Entrepreneur Skill, Strategy, Invironment Factor.
