The transformation of the village into a living habitat which is socio-economically leveraged through the creativity of its citizens makes the village empowerment program find a certain foothold in the various themes of development strategies. The Desa Wisata (Tourism based Village) formation is one of the current models that is widely replicated in both the concept and activities of its empowerment program. The study of modeling the Desa Wisata Alam dan Budaya (Natural and Cultural based Tourism Village) master plan in Dukuh Tegal Balong, Desa Bimo Martani, Kapanewon Ngemplak, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta in this case study will highlight the findings of conflicts and spatial negotiations that occurred during the designing process. The applied qualitative tools of analysis on the social space transformation processes would involves three variables: (1) the role of the actor/agent of transformation; (2) patterns of production and consumption of social space; and (3) conflict and negotiation of social space. The master plan design process, which was carried out using the participatory method, has opened up a learning space for the development of community competencies in initiatives governance, conflicts management, and collaborative collective teamwork work models. Analytical studies of Masterplan modeling of the Desa Wisata Alam dan Budaya will critically reconstruct the social space as a communal creative space. Hopefully, by this masterplan modelling, it will transform Dusun Tegal Balong into a competitive and creative village .

Kelompok Wanita Suka Maju berdiri pada tahun 2007. Kelompok ini dibentuk dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga melalui kegiatan usaha para wanita desa Ngemplak, Kecamatan Kalikotes, Kabupaten Klaten. Daerah ini masih banyak warga mempunyai kebun cukup luas yang ditanami pohon pisang. Namun selama ini setiap panen pisang, pohon pisang hanya dibiarkan begitu saja bahkan dibuang. Apabila pohon pisang tersebut diolah menjadi makanan yang bernilai tinggi dan dapat dipasarkan atau dijual maka akan dapat menambah penghasilan ibu-ibu anggota kelompok Wanita Tani Suka Maju. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini memberikan motivasi kepada anggota kelompok dan memberi pelatihan dalam memanfaatkan limbah pohon pisang yang selama ini tidak dimanfaatkan menjadi bahan olahan pangan yang mempunyai nilai lebih. Rencananya, bagian pohon pisang yaitu pelepah pisang tersebut akan dibuat menjadi keripik. Pengolahan bahan yang selama ini menjadi limbah tentunya membutuhkan pelatihan dalam pengolahan, pengemasan dan pemasaran. Dengan adanya pengabdian ini berharap bisa menggerakkan minat berwirausaha terutama pada ibu-ibu kelompok Wanita Tani Suka Maju. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, pendampingan dan monitoring. Hasil dari pengabdian ini bahwa Kelompok Wanita Suka Maju dapat mengolah keripik pelepah pisang menjadi olahan pangan yang gurih, renyah dan enak. Pembuatan kemasan yang baik dan rapi agar penjualan meningkat dan dapat menambah penghasilan sehingga menjadi usaha baru bagi kelompok Wanita Tani Suka Maju.

Bicycles are an alternative transportation as well as a means of exercising. Starting in May 2020 the public interest in cycling has increased. This has been seen since the Covid-19 pandemic. In the past, bicycle taxes were a source of Regional Cash Income, which is now known as Regional Original Income (PAD). The bicycle tax has the potential to increase PAD. This study aims to test and analyze how the public's perception of the bicycle tax as a source of PAD in the DIY Provincial APBD. The method used is a mixed method, namely testing quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitative testing uses variables of knowledge (cognition) and experience with perceptions using descriptive statistical analysis tools and correlation tests. The qualitative method uses descriptive analysis tools with a codification model on the interview transcripts. The data was collected through filling out a questionnaire (google form) and interviews. The quantitative test results show that most respondents have a deal perception that bicycle tax can be used as a source of PAD in the DIY Provincial APBD. Meanwhile, the qualitative test results show that: (1) bicycle users should be appreciated for reducing carbon emissions; (2) it is necessary to improve the governance of local tax collection because it is not optimal yet; (3) regions must increase transparency and accountability in APBD management; and (4) enhancing the human resources of regional tax officials must be carried out, in order to explore the potential that can increase PAD.

This study aims to explore the relationship between the accountability of political parties and the electability of political parties. Political parties are public institutions that should accountable for public funds they use in order to be a means of aspiration for society in politics and government. The accountability variables used in this study are political party compliance with regulation of election campaign fund reporting and the amount of campaign fund, while electability is measured by vote acquisition during the election. The exploration of the relationship will provide an overview of party accountability and public understanding of accountability that is a requirement for the realization of good governance. Keywords: accountability, electability, political parties, compliance audits, campaign funds ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan eksplorasi mengenai hubungan antara akuntabilitas partai politik dengan elektabilitas partai politik. Partai politik adalah lembaga publik yang seharusnya memberikan pertanggungjawaban atas dana publik yang mereka gunakan dalam rangka menjadi sarana aspirasi bagi masyarakat dalam hal politik dan pemerintahan. Variabel akuntabilitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepatuhan partai politik atas regulasi pelaporan dana kampanye pemilu dan besaran dana kampanye, sedangkan elektabilitas diukur dengan perolehan suara selama pemilu. Eksplorasi hubungan tersebut akan memberikan gambaran mengenai akuntabilitas partai dan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai akuntabilitas yang merupakan syarat perwujudan good governance.
