Technological advancements are increasingly transforming personal and social relationships. Despite the efforts that have been made to promote the use of technologies in education, there are still hardships when it comes to incorporating them into teaching practice. This study aims to identify some digital educational platforms targeted at primary and secondary education in Brazil. The platforms were analyzed as to the relevance of their contents to primary and secondary education, as well as to the dynamism of those environments regarding virtual learning objects and content creation features made available to students and/or teachers in such digital environments. The study outlines topics such as 21st century education and society, and digital information and communication technologies, in addition to a discussion section and some final remarks. As a result, it shows evidence of the need for new platforms that would not only provide content, but also allow authorship and protagonism among primary and secondary education students as regards the creation of content and virtual learning objects. Cada vez más, los avances tecnológicos están transformando las relaciones personales y sociales. Si bien existen muchos esfuerzos para promover el uso de las tecnologías en la educación, aún existen dificultades a la hora de incorporarlas a la práctica docente. Este estudio tiene como objetivo identificar algunas plataformas educativas digitales dirigidas a la educación básica en Brasil. Las plataformas fueron analizadas en cuanto a la relevancia de sus contenidos para la educación básica, así como al dinamismo de esos ambientes respecto a los objetos virtuales de aprendizaje y a las posibilidades de creación por parte de estudiantes y/o docentes en dichos ambientes digitales. En el estudio, se presentaron temas como la educación y la sociedad del siglo XXI, y las tecnologías digitales de información y comunicación, además de discusiones y de consideraciones finales. El resultado evidencia la necesidad de nuevas plataformas que no solo brinden contenido, sino que permitan la autoría y el protagonismo de los estudiantes de educación básica en lo que respecta a la creación de contenidos y objetos virtuales de aprendizaje. Os avanços tecnológicos vêm transformando as relações pessoais e também sociais. Embora haja muitos esforços para promover as tecnologias no ensino, ainda existem dificuldades de incorporá-las na prática pedagógica. Este estudo tem como objetivo identificar algumas plataformas voltadas à educação básica no Brasil. As plataformas foram analisadas observando a pertinência dos conteúdos para a educação básica; o dinamismo dos ambientes quanto aos objetos virtuais de aprendizagem e a possibilidade de criação pelos estudantes e ou professores nos respectivos espaços digitais. São apresentados temas como educação e sociedade do século XXI, tecnologias digitais da informação e comunicação, seguindo pelas discussões e as considerações finais. Como resultados, este estudo mostra evidências da necessidade de novas plataformas que possam não apenas disponibilizar conteúdos, mas que permitem a autoria e o protagonismo dos estudantes da educação básica quanto à criação de conteúdo e objetos virtuais de aprendizagem.

This research was carried out in the Masters in Education, in the research line School Practices and Public Policies. It addresses the use of Educational Portals and Digital Resources by PEG trainees in Vocational Education. How these tools are used in school practices in vocational and technological education by trainees. The focus will be on open educational resources (OERs) and educational portals as the teacher portal, and how interacting with these resources provides the building of knowledge. Among the resources are hypertexts, videos, simulations, animations. Search for different educational resources. The specific objectives are: Check which digital resources PEG students use in oriented teaching. Justify the importance of the use of varied digital resources and the teacher's portal in teaching. To report experiences of PEG students in stage III, how they used the resources in their classroom practices, their challenges and possibilities. The methodological perspective will be the "Research-Action" defined by the authors Elliott (1978), Kemmis and Mctaggart (1992), Carr and Kemmis (1988), It will also be documentary through the student training dossiers of PEG. The field research will be with PEG stage III students. The research was conducted in three cycles. In the first cycle, we performed an initial diagnosis through documentary analysis of the ESE III reports from 2016 to 2018. At this stage we concluded that the REDs most used by Student Interns were videos taken from Youtube and google images, and only one used resource public portal, a simulation of the MEC Teacher Portal. In the second cycle, through participant observation with ESE II Student Interns in the second half of 2018, we examined the didactic sequences (planning sets) to see what resources they chose to mediate their practices in ESE III in the subsequent semester. As a result the most cited resources were videos, images from Youtube and google and one student cited activity with smartphone. In the third cycle we conducted an educational intervention in an ESE III class, in order to encourage the use of digital resources from public portals. The educational intervention was through a class on the main Educational Portals and the students chose at least one resource to mediate one of their classes, as well as monitoring the weekly plans of the classes they gave. Still in this third cycle, we implemented a questionnaire with all student-students enrolled in ESE III in the semester (first semester of 2019), using the ProfTest platform, with the purpose of mapping the other digital resources used by the trainees and, also, the reasons for the some did not integrate such technologies into teaching.As conclusions we highlight: that student-interns prefer to look for digital educational resources to mediate their educational practices on youtube and google. The data reveal that student-trainees are integrating TER into their educational practices through videos and images, some of which are also using mobile activities. Among the challenges pointed out by student interns regarding the use of Digital Educational Resources in their Practices, we point out that cell phones are still prohibited by schools from being used in class; find varied and updated materials; learn and teach when the teacher-teacher uses an application or program; Correctly choose the best and most appropriate features and social problems the student does not own a mobile device. We highlight as possibilities mentioned by the student-interns that the REDs draw students' attention, help to combine theory and practice, complement the teacher's explanations and mobilize the student's interest in the content addressed. Esta pesquisa foi realizada no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação, Curso de Mestrado em Educação, na linha de pesquisa Práticas Escolares e Políticas Públicas. Ele trata da utilização dos Recursos Educacionais Digitais pelos estagiários do Curso de Formação de Professores para a Educação Profissional (FPEP) nas práticas escolares no Estágio Supervisionado de Ensino (ESE) III. O foco desta pesquisa está centrado nas práticas escolares mediadas pelos Recursos Educacionais Digitais (RED), implementadas pelos estudantes-estagiários do curso de formação de professores para o ensino técnico da UFSM. Os objetivos específicos são: Investigar a utilização ou não dos recursos digitais disponíveis no portal do professor, no ensino técnico.Verificar quais recursos digitais os estudantes do Curso de Formação de Professores para a Educação Profissional utilizam para mediar as práticas escolares no Estágio Supervisionado de Ensino. Analisar experiências dos estudantes do curso FPEP que estão no estágio III, de como utilizaram os recursos em suas práticas em sala de aula, seus desafios e possibilidades. A perspectiva metodológica será a Pesquisa-Ação definida pelos autores como Elliott (1978), Kemmis e Mctaggart (1992), Carr e Kemmis (1988). Foi também documental através dos relatórios de estágios produzidos pelos estudantes do curso de FPEP. Portanto, a pesquisa de campo foi com os estudantes do ESE II e III do FPEP. A pesquisa foi realizada em três ciclos. No primeiro ciclo, realizamos um diagnóstico inicial por meio de análise documental dos relatórios de ESE III de 2016 a 2018. Nesta etapa concluímos que os RED mais utilizado pelos estudantes-estagiários foram vídeos retirados do Youtube e imagens do google, e somente um usou recurso de portal público, uma simulação do Portal do Professor do MEC. No segundo ciclo, através da observação participante com os estudantes-estagiários de ESE II, no segundo semestre de 2018, examinamos as sequências didáticas (conjuntos de planejamentos) para verificar quais recursos eles escolheram para mediar suas práticas no ESE III realizado no semestre subsequente. Como resultado os recursos mais citados foram vídeos, imagens do Youtube e google e um estudante citou atividade com smartphone. No terceiro ciclo realizamos uma intervenção educacional em uma turma de ESE III, de forma a incentivar a utilização de recursos digitais oriundos de portais públicos. A intervenção educacional foi por meio de uma aula sobre os principais Portais Educacionais e os estudantes escolheram, pelo menos, um recurso para mediar uma de suas aulas, além de acompanhamento dos planejamentos semanais das aulas que eles ministravam. Ainda neste terceiro ciclo, implementamos um questionário com todos os estudantes-estagiários matriculados em ESE III no semestre (primeiro semestre de 2019), utilizando a plataforma ProfTest, com objetivo de mapear os demais recursos digitais utilizados pelos estagiários e, também, os motivos pelos quais alguns não integraram tais tecnologias no ensino. Como conclusões destacamos: que os estudantes-estagiários preferem buscar os recursos educacionais digitais para mediar suas práticas educativas no youtube e google. Os dados revelam que os estudantes-estagiários estão integrando as TER em suas práticas educativas, por meio de vídeos e imagens, também alguns deles estão utilizando atividades com dispositivos móveis. Dentre os desafios apontados pelos estudantes-estagiários quanto a utilização dos Recursos Educacionais Digitais em suas Práticas apontamos que o celular ainda é proibido pelas escolas de ser usado em aula; encontrar materiais variados e atualizados; aprender e ensinar quando o professor-estagiário utiliza um aplicativo ou programa; escolher corretamente os melhores e mais adequados recursos e problemas sociais do estudante não possuir um dispositivo móvel. Destacamos como possibilidades citadas pelos estudantes-estagiários que os RED chamam atenção dos estudantes, auxiliam a aliar a teoria e prática, complementam as explicações do professor e mobilizam o interesse do estudante pelo conteúdo abordado.

RESUMO: Dentre as quatro habilidades que constituem a competência comunicativa em língua inglesa a aprendizagem e o desenvolvimento da recepção (listening) e da produção oral (speaking) são as que mais preocupam os aprendizes, principalmente, no contexto de Inglês para Fins Específicos. Diversas pesquisas têm centrado sua atenção em detectar as principais dificuldades e na proposição de soluções que possam minimizar e, talvez, sanar esses problemas. Visando contribuir com essas investigações, este estudo investigou atividades de listening e speaking disponibilizadas em cinco (5) portais educacionais de língua inglesa com o intuito de identificar que tipo de atividades são propostas e como estas se configuram textualmente no meio digital. Os resultados revelam que boa parte das atividades se constitui como recursos didáticos adicionais que poderiam ser utilizados em sala de aula em razão da temática bastante pertinente. Entretanto, para serem utilizadas diretamente no meio digital, ainda são necessárias reformulações e adaptações que permitam aos professores e aprendizes utilizar de maneira mais efetiva e funcional todos os recursos tecnológicos disponibilizados. ABSTRACT: Besides reading and writing, the learning and development of listening and speaking skills have affected and worried a great number of learners, especially in the ESP context. Some studies have focused their attention on finding these difficulties and proposing solutions that can perhaps minimize these problems. Aiming to contribute to the debate, this study investigates listening and speaking activities displayed in five English educational portals with the objective of identifying what kind of pedagogical tasks and exercises are suggested and their textual configuration in the digital context. The results revealed that the majority of activities can be considered as additional instructional materials which can be used in the classroom because of the relevant issues presented. However, to be used directly in the digital context these activities need to be reformulated and adapted to allow teachers and learners to use all the technological resources in an effective and functional way.

Instituto Presbiteriano Mackenzie The significant increase in the amount of information on web portals implied the appearance of semantic portals that use the representation standards of information from the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), based on ontologies that assist in organizing, sharing and reusing the contents in these environments. Such technologies have helped incorporate semantics in varied contents made available on the Web, including educational portals that are repositories of differentiated Learning Objects (LO), including educational videos. The MPEG-7 standard supports this process by providing a range of standardized instruments for the design of audiovisual contents in several granularities. However, the literature review on this topic pointed out that the searches of those contents by the user still need to be facilitated. In this sense, this qualitative, exploratory and descriptive study aimed to investigate how the incorporation of metadata into audiovisual contents of an Educational Semantic Portal can help retrieve semantically those contents and ensure its reuse. Thus, a prototype of a Semantic Educational Portal that enables users to register and retrieve those semantic contents was designed and constructed. This portal was assessed as recommended for the user interaction design. The results of this study allow us to state that the incorporation of metadata in educational audiovisual contents through related descriptors makes easier and precise the semantic search and the retrieval of specific information contained in such contents. However, this registration done manually takes longer to be carried out than the registration of an audiovisual content that does not use metadata, which suggests future research that would consider the need for more efficient systems to facilitate the registration process of audiovisual contents on educational semantic portals. O aumento significativo da quantidade de informações nos portais web implicou no surgimento dos portais semânticos, que se servem dos padrões de representação das informações da World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), fundamentados em ontologias que auxiliam na organização, compartilhamento e reutilização dos conteúdos nesses ambientes. Essas tecnologias têm auxiliado na incorporação de semântica em variados conteúdos disponibilizados na Web, inclusive em portais educacionais que se constituem em repositórios de diferenciados Objetos de Aprendizagem (OA), inclusive vídeos educacionais. O padrão MPEG-7 auxilia nesse processo, fornecendo uma gama de instrumentos padronizados para o delineamento de conteúdos audiovisuais em diversas granularidades. No entanto, a revisão da literatura sobre esse tema apontou que as buscas desses conteúdos pelo usuário ainda necessitam ser facilitadas. Nessa direção, este estudo qualitativo, exploratório e descritivo teve por objetivo investigar como a incorporação de metadados em conteúdos audiovisuais de um Portal Semântico Educacional pode auxiliar a recuperar semanticamente esses conteúdos e garantir a sua reutilização. Para tanto, foi arquitetado e construído um protótipo de um Portal Semântico Educacional que possibilita aos usuários o cadastro e a recuperação desses conteúdos semanticamente. Esse portal foi avaliado de acordo com o recomendado para o design de interação com o usuário. Os resultados deste estudo permitem afirmar que a incorporação de metadados em conteúdos audiovisuais educacionais por meio de descritores relacionados facilita e precisa a busca semântica e a recuperação de informações especificas presentes nesses conteúdos. No entanto, esse cadastro feito manualmente leva mais tempo para ser realizado do que o cadastro de um conteúdo audiovisual que não utiliza metadados, o que sugere futuras investigações que considerem a necessidade de sistemas mais eficientes que facilitem o processo de cadastro de conteúdos audiovisuais em portais semânticos educacionais.

The paper attempts to answer a question if The commonness of Internet causes a necessity to change a model of The politics of memory. Since, The shift of social life from public to virtual space and The availability of new media cause a decline of traditional instruments’ efficacy, governmental narratives have to adapt to new conditions. We may state that The politics of memory can realize its goal only if It uses new forms of communication, and if It is actively presented In The Internet. These theoretical statements are The starting point for The quantitative analysis of Polish Institute of National Remembrance’s involvement In The virtual sphere, and they enable author to compare It with The Institute’s traditional actions. The analysis is deepened by a case study of The Institute’s narratives on Stalinist Crimes (2000–2010). Collected data enables author to state that The Institutes activity In The Internet has been inadequate. This state causes a limitation of narratives’ influence on social-shared knowledge, social attitudes and behaviors. Therefore, The Institute’s neglects cause reduction of Polish politics of memory’s impact on The young generation – a target group of governmental narratives. Artykuł stanowi próbę udzielenia odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy powszechność Internetu powoduje konieczność zmiany sposobu realizowania polityki historycznej. Przesunięcie życia społecznego do sfery wirtualnej i dostępność nowych mediów prowadzi bowiem do spadku skuteczności tradycyjnych form wykorzystania narzędzi opowiadania o przeszłości przez państwo. Oznacza to, że aby polityka historyczna mogła zrealizować swoje cele, potrzebuje wykorzystania nowych form komunikacji i aktywności w Internecie. Stanowi to punkt wyjścia dla analizy ilościowej zaangażowania polskiego Instytutu Pamięci Narodowej w sferze wirtualnej i porównania tych działań z aktywnością tradycyjną. Analiza pogłębiona jest studium przypadku narracji Instytutu o zbrodniach stalinowskich w latach 2000–2010. Zgromadzone wyniki pozwalają stwierdzić autorowi, że aktywność Instytutu w Internecie była i jest niewystarczająca. Prowadzi to do ograniczenia możliwości wpływu na podzielaną wiedzę, postawy i zachowania społeczeństwa. Zarazem niebezpiecznym skutkiem zaniedbań Instytutu jest osłabienie oddziaływania polskiej polityki historycznej na młode pokolenie, swoją grupę docelową.

The objective of this research was to investigate the use of the educational portal of the State Department of Education of Minas Gerais - Virtual Reference Center Teacher (VRC) by teachers of Sociology from public schools of Uberlândia. The central theme is the teaching practice linked to the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Were adopted a methodology known as exploratory case study. The operationalization of the research was done by analyzing literature and documents, questionnaires and structured interviews. Therefore, were used quantitative and qualitative informations. A representative sample was composed of 20% of teachers of Sociology from Public Schools of Uberlandia. The participants were part of the teaching staff responsible for teach this discipline in the 2012 academic year. The enactment of Law 11. 684/2008, which became the subject Sociology compulsory for high school, was a milestone for graduates in Social Sciences from the city of Uberlândia and across the Brazil. Therefore, the development of this research began recalling, briefly, the recent history of sociology in high school, and discussing what is in the national officials documents (LDB, PCN, and OCEM) and state documents (CBC) for this content. The support that guided this study consisted of the presentation of ICT, together with basics concepts, like the use of computers and the Internet as a source of information and in legal changes and in teaching posture required by the cyberculture. This research shows the distinction between websites and portals. Were shown the VRC as a pedagogical virtual interface: their environment and the resources availables to teachers of sociology. The data analysis concluded that the portal presents contents and reliable information, able to provide support and support for the teaching practice of Sociology. However, it was noticed that the VRC is a resource that is being underutilized due to lack of disclosure of this pedagogical virtual interface among the teachers. The results of this study will contribute to teachers of sociology to know and use the VRC, in order to obtain aid for teaching and pedagogical activities, and also to claim the government agency for Education, who created this space on the Internet, aiming updating, dissemination and promotion for interactive and collaborative participation of all who fall within the field of teaching and learning. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi investigar a utilização do portal educacional da Secretaria de Estado de Educação de Minas Gerais (SEEMG) - o Centro de Referência Virtual do Professor (CRV) pelos docentes de Sociologia das escolas públicas de Uberlândia. A temática central é a prática docente vinculada ao uso das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TIC). Adotou-se a metodologia caracterizada pelo estudo de caso desenvolvido em caráter exploratório. A operacionalização da pesquisa foi feita mediante análise bibliográfica e documental, questionários e entrevistas estruturadas. Portanto, utilizou-se de dados quantitativos e qualitativos. A amostra representativa foi composta de 20% dos professores de Sociologia das escolas públicas de Uberlândia que fizeram parte o quadro docente da disciplina no ano letivo de 2012. A sanção da Lei 11. 684/2008, que tornou a Sociologia disciplina obrigatória para o ensino médio, foi um marco histórico para os licenciados em Ciências Sociais da cidade de Uberlândia e de todo o país. Por isso, o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa iniciou-se recordando, brevemente, a história recente da Sociologia no ensino médio e discorrendo sobre o que consta nos documentos oficiais nacionais (LDB, PCN, e OCEM) e estadual (CBC) para este conteúdo. O suporte que direcionou este estudo compôs-se da apresentação das TIC, tratando de conceitos básicos, o uso do computador e da Internet como fonte de informação e as mudanças legais e na postura do professor exigidas pela cibercultura. Como vértice desta pesquisa, apresentou-se a distinção entre site e portais. Em remate, mostrou o CRV como uma interface pedagógica virtual: seus ambientes e os recursos disponíveis para os professores de Sociologia. A análise dos dados permitiu concluir que o portal apresenta conteúdos e informações confiáveis, capazes de fornecer suporte e apoio para a prática docente de Sociologia. Porém, percebeu-se que o CRV é um recurso que está sendo subutilizado devido à falta de divulgação desta interface pedagógica virtual para os professores. Os resultados deste estudo poderão contribuir para que os professores de Sociologia possam conhecer e recorrer ao CRV, a fim de obterem auxílio para suas atividades didático-pedagógicas e, também para reivindicar do órgão governamental da Educação, que criou esse espaço na Internet, atualização, divulgação e fomento para participação interativa e colaborativa de todos os que se inserem no campo do ensino-aprendizagem. Evaluation of educational portals is an important subject area that needs more attention from researchers. A university that has an educational portal which is difficult to use and interact by teachers or students or management staff can reduce the position and reputation of the university. Therefore, it is important to have the ability to make an evaluation of the quality of e-services the university provide to improve them over time. The present study evaluates the usability of the Information Technology Faculty portal at University of Benghazi. Two evaluation methods were used: a questionnaire-based method and an online automated tool-based method. The first method was used to measure the portal's external attributes of usability (Information, Content and Organization of the portal, Navigation, Links and Accessibility, Aesthetic and Visual Appeal, Performance and Effectiveness and educational purpose) from users' perspectives, while the second method was used to measure the portal's internal attributes of usability (number and size of HTML files, number and size of images, load time, HTML check errors, browsers compatibility problems, number of bad and broken links), which cannot be perceived by the users. The study showed that some of the usability aspects have been found at the acceptable level of performance and quality, and some others have been found otherwise. In general, it was concluded that the usability of IT faculty educational portal generally acceptable. TITLE: Mathematics Teachers and Their Professional Development AUTHOR: Jana Pávová DEPARTMENT: Department of Education SUPERVISOR: Doc. The thoretical part describes the Czech system of in-service education of teachers in the context of lifelong learning. It introduces its legislative classification and describes an alternative classification. The following part offers the list of information resources, which are useful for Mathematics teachers and the list of what the current offer of further education courses for Mathematics teachers is, including selfstudying activities. The empirical part analyses, interprets and evaluates the qualitative research among Mathematics teachers, which determines their experience with in-service education/professional development, their attitudes and opinions in this field. The enhancement of information and communication technologies has produced the development of new discursive genres (MARCUSCHI, 2002; HUCKIN, 2007), called digital genres, such as: e-mail, MSN, chats, forums, blogs, video conference, fotoblogs, videoblogs and orkut. Educational portals are one of these genres, which aim at displaying subjects and pedagogical activities in several fields (Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Arts, English, for example). Based on the studies of Genre Analysis and English Teaching and Learning, we analyzed English-educational portals aiming at: 1) investigating the genre function, 2) identifying the web owners and users role and 3) examining the rhetorical organization of subjects and pedagogical activities. Furthermore, in this research, we investigated the reading pedagogical activities displayed in the portals, with the objective of identifying the underlying teaching and learning principles and the teachers and learners role. In this context of investigation, we selected 15 free-access educational portals which have a focus on reading pedagogical activities and English teachers as target public. The results revealed that the portals present five rhetorical moves and eight optional moves in order to display subjects, pedagogical activities and methodological suggestions related to the English Teaching and Learning. The portals also work as interactive spaces to teachers exchange information and experiences with the others about the pedagogical practice. This investigation points out that portals reproduce and disseminate instructional materials produced in printed medium, with reading pedagogical activities based on behaviorist and communicational perspectives. In this sense, we concluded that the English-educational portals do not constitute a discursive space which can contribute to the development of critical pedagogy. A intensificação das tecnologias de informação e comunicação tem propiciado o surgimento de novos gêneros textuais (MARCUSCHI, 2002; HUCKIN, 2007), os chamados gêneros digitais, tais como: e-mail, MSN, chat, fórum de discussão, blog, videoconferência, fotoblog, videoblog e orkut. Entre esses gêneros, surgem os portais educacionais, os quais têm como objetivo principal disponibilizar conteúdos e atividades pedagógicas em várias áreas do conhecimento (Matemática, Química, Física, Artes, Língua Inglesa, por exemplo). Neste estudo, com base nas pesquisas sobre Gêneros Textuais e Ensino e Aprendizagem de Línguas, analisamos portais educacionais de língua inglesa, visando: 1) investigar a função desse gênero, 2) analisar o papel desempenhado pelos participantes e 3) examinar de que modo os conteúdos e as atividades pedagógicas estavam organizados retoricamente. Além disso, investigamos as atividades pedagógicas com foco em leitura, disponibilizadas nos portais, buscando identificar: 1) as perspectivas teórico-metodológicas de ensino e aprendizagem de línguas que norteiam os web owners na produção dessas atividades e 2) o papel do professor e do aluno. Para tanto, foram selecionados quinze portais educacionais que disponibilizassem atividades de leitura para professores em serviço, com acesso gratuito. A análise evidenciou que os portais educacionais são constituídos por cinco movimentos retóricos obrigatórios e oito movimentos opcionais nos quais são disponibilizados conteúdos, atividades pedagógicas e sugestões metodológicas de ensino e aprendizagem de línguas. Os portais funcionam como espaços interativos para que os docentes-usuários possam trocar informações e experiências com seus pares sobre a prática docente. A investigação apontou que os portais são meros reprodutores e distribuidores de materiais instrucionais produzidos para o meio impresso, com atividades pedagógicas fundamentadas nas perspectivas behaviorista e omunicacional. Nesse caso, essas atividades não promovem tarefas significativas que desafiem e estimulem a aprendizagem colaborativa. Concluímos que os portais educacionais analisados não se constituem em um espaço discursivo que possa contribuir efetivamente para a formação de uma pedagogia de reflexão crítica.

Sowohl Unternehmen als auch Bildungseinrichtungen, Verlage, politische Organisationen, Verbände, Interessengruppen und Privatpersonen nutzen das Internet, um Informationen zu verbreiten. Die Varianz an Akteuren, Adressaten und Botschaften spiegelt sich wider in einem wachsenden Spektrum an Web-Genres: Suchmaschine, E-Commerce-Auftritt und Online-Zeitung teilen sich die Aufmerksamkeit der Leser unter anderem mit privaten Weblogs und kollaborativen Wissenssammlungen wie der Enzyklopädie Wikipedia. Ganz selbstverständlich setzen wir das WWW bedarfsgerecht sowohl in privaten Kontexten als auch im Forschungs- und Lehralltag ein. Frei zugänglichen Webseiten, die hochwertige Inhalte anbieten, Wissensstrukturen widerspiegeln und soziale Beziehungen abbilden, kommt dabei eine Schlüsselrolle zu. Informationsdesign ist ein Sammelbegriff, der künstlerischen Ausdruck, handwerkliche Ausführung und wissenschaftliche Reflexion der adressatengerechten Gestaltung medialer Artefakte umfasst. Grundannahme ist, dass das bloße Vorhandensein von Informationen, beispielsweise in einer Datenbank oder im World Wide Web, nicht ausreicht. Es zählt nicht, wie viel Informationen ausgestrahlt, gedruckt oder im Internet bereitgestellt werden, sondern welche Informationen wir nutzen und verstehen. Informationen müssen zielgruppen- und mediengerecht aufbereitet sein, nur dann haben sie einen Gebrauchswert. Im Zentrum der Dissertation stehen netzbasierte Bildungsressourcen, anknüpfend an die aktuelle Diskussion um den Begriff "Open Educational Resources" (OER). Seit das Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) im April 2001 sein Unterrichtsmaterial zur freien Verfügung im Internet bereitzustellen begann, sind, zeitlich versetzt zu den verwandten Bewegungen Open Access und Open Source, international eine Vielzahl vergleichbarer Initiativen entstanden. In der Dissertation soll ein spezifischer Ausschnitt aus der Landschaft der Open Educational Resources beleuchtet werden. Die Dissertation geht speziell der Frage nach, wie Portale versuchen, als "single point of information" in ihren Webpräsenzen den vielfältigen Herausforderungen und Anforderungen ihrer Nutzergruppen gerecht zu werden. Als Arbeitsdefinition wird im Rahmen der Untersuchung der Begriff Bildungsportal im Sinne eines offenen, virtuellen Lern- und Informationsraums gebraucht. Als solches sind Bildungsportale anpassbar an wechselnde Aufgabenstellungen und Bedürfnisse. Zudem schaffen sie Möglichkeiten der aktiven Teilhabe an der Weiterentwicklung und Fortschreibung der Inhalte. Ihr Fokus ist institutionenübergreifend, statt einen geschlossenen Nutzerkreis anzusprechen, stehen sie offen im Netz. Sie spiegeln auch keine institutionellen Strukturen und Dienstleistungen wider, sondern sind auf ein Thema oder eine Adressatengruppe fokussiert. Inhaltlich zeichnen sie sich durch redaktionelle Qualität aus: Es geht darum, Sachverhalte möglichst neutral oder aus verschiedenen Perspektiven zu beleuchten. Welches sind die zentralen Herausforderungen bei der Gestaltung und Nutzbarmachung von Bildungsportalen? Ein Portal beginnt mit einer Idee, die sich in einer Konzeption konkretisiert, welche schließlich implementiert und eingesetzt sowie im Verlauf der Nutzung in der Regel weiter optimiert wird. Eine Perspektive auf Bildungsportale ist damit der Prozess, der durch verschiedene Einflussfaktoren und Akteure in seinem Verlauf gesteuert wird. Aus einem anderen Blickwinkel betrachtet, können Portale auch als Produkt analysiert und in ihre typischen Komponenten zerlegt werden. So lassen sich Bausteine wie Informationsarchitektur, Inhaltstypen, Personalisierungs- und Community-Funktionen identifizieren, die ein Bildungsportal konstituieren. Der heuristische Rahmen der Dissertation ist entsprechend zweigeteilt und zerfällt in die Bereiche "Portalbausteine" (Produktsicht) und "Portalgenese" (Prozessperspektive). Die Reflektion von Portalbausteinen nimmt auf Information Retrieval (Recherche, Bewertung und Ablage von Informationen) und Community Building (Vernetzung, Austausch und Zusammenarbeit von Nutzern) im Web 2.0 Bezug. Um die Portalgenese theoretisch zu reflektieren, wurden sozio-informatische und post-kognitive Theorien, insbeondere die Tätigkeitstheorie (Activity Theory) herangezogen. Der Untersuchungsansatz folgt einer durch Methodenmix charakterisierten, mehrteiligen Empirie. Durch eine Inhaltsanalyse von Themenspektrum, Zugängen und Funktionsweisen von Portalen können Trends erfasst sowie zentrale Charakteristika und Entwicklungsperspektiven erschlossen werden. Darauf aufbauend werden Experteninterviews mit Portal-Betreiber/innen und Entwicklerteams geführt. Schließlich wird in einer Fallstudie die Konzeption und Implementierung des Portals e-teaching.org reflektiert.

As the ease of Internet access and the quantity of available information increases, it also increases the apprehension of the educators regarding the issues of credibility of the available contents on the sites, as well as the quality of its technical functionalities. Educational portals are developments of conventional sites. That is, they are resources and information sources concentrated on the same site, becoming interesting to a rather diversified public and having major potentialities to complement, at several levels, the teaching and learning processes. However, for such an important mission to be accomplished it is key that, in the development and maintenance process of an educational website, a series of requisites are to be accomplished in order to guarantee the quality of the available information, as well as the usability. As we were thinking on these issues we developed an analysis and evaluation grid for educational portals. La progresiva implantación de portales educativos de distinta naturaleza requiere una definición y clasificación para su identificación, así como una enumeración de los elementos más comunes que se ofertan en ellos, para poder establecer un perfil de portal educativo. Para ello, en este trabajo se realiza una revisión de los principales portales educativos institucionales dependientes de las administraciones autonómicas para establecer el nivel de desarrollo que presentan y para conocer las posibles tendencias que se proyectan en su evolución. Además, también se advierte de la importancia de la implantación de algunos servicios de valor añadido para el apoyo y la mejora de las tareas educativas o didácticas, como son los blogs, wikis y webquests.
