Aim: In this study, it was aimed to reveal a more effective model depending on thedose and time by evaluating histopathological properties and biochemical parameters, such as alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST),albumin, triglyceride, cholesterol in carbon tetrachloride and thioacetamide (CCl4 andTAA) models.Method: Rats were divided into three groups for each model and intraperitoneally(i.p.) injected with CCl4 (0.5 ml/kg, 1.0 ml/kg, 2.0 ml/kg) and TAA (100 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg, 300 mg/kg) for 4, 6 and 8 weeks, three times weekly, respectively.Results: In the biochemical investigation, ALT and AST values in the only 0,5 mlCCL4 of groups for 6 and 8 weeks and were found to have significant differencescompared to the control groups (p 0.05). According to theresults of the histopathology in the liver tissues, both the control groups showed anormal histological feature. The hepatofibrotic alterations were remarkable in theCCl4 and TAA models fibrosis depending on the increasing dose and time in all ofthe groups.Conclusion: Our results showed that the dose and time were reached up to untilthe cirrhosis for eighth week. These results would be a helpful reference for hepatofibrotic studies.

Bu araştırmada, OECD’nin Uluslararası Öğrenci Değerlendirme Programı (PISA) testlerinde başarılı sonuçlar alan ülkelerden Finlandiya, İngiltere ve Güney Kore ile nispi olarak başarısız sonuçlar almış olan Türkiye’nin eğitim sistemleri, eğitim yapıları, amaçları, finansmanı ve denetimi açısından karşılaştırılmıştır. Araştırma yöntemi olarak, karşılaştırmalı eğitim araştırmalarında benimsenen yöntemlerden biri olan analitik yöntem (Bereday Modeli) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda; eğitim yapılarında uygulanan merkezi, yerel ya da dengeli modellerin tek başına başarı kriteri olmadığı ve kullanılan yapıların ülkelerin karakter ve kültürlerine göre şekillendiği, eğitim amaçları yönünden karşılaştırılan ülkelerin tamamının ilgili mevzuatında eğitimin evrensel değerlerine yer verdikleri, ancak özellikle Türk Eğitim Sisteminin amaçlarında milli değerlere sahip bireyler yetiştirme vurgusunun ön plana çıktığı, ülkelerin Gayri Safi Yurt İçi Hasılalarından (GSYİH) eğitime ayırdıkları oranın birbirlerine yakın olduğu, fakat Türkiye’de öğrenci başına yapılan harcamanın diğer ülkelerin çok gerisinde olduğu, ülkelerin eğitim denetimi alanında uyguladıkları yöntemin eğitim yapılarına benzer özellik taşıdığı tespit edilmiştir. Anahtar Sözcükler: PISA, Eğitim yönetimi, Eğitim denetimi, In this study, education systems of countries -Finland, England and South Korea- which have successful results in OECD’s Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) are compared with Turkey’s Education System that has relatively poor results in the same assessment, in terms of educational structures, objectives, finance and supervision. The analytical method (Bereday Model), which is one of the methods used in comparative education research, was used as the research method. As a result of the research, it has been identified that whether the general, local or balanced models implemented in education systems are not a criterion of the success alone and the structures used are shaped according to the character and cultures of the countries. In the relevant legislation of all the countries compared, in terms of educational objectives, it is evident that they comprehend the universal values of education, but especially raising the individuals who have national values are commonly emphasized in Turkey’s Education System. In addition, the rates of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of countries allocated to education are similar; however, it is far behind other countries in spending per student in Turkey. Also, it is determined that the methods applied by the countries in the field of educational supervision are similar to their educational administration structures. Anjiyogenez embriyonik dönemde yeni damarların oluşumunda önemli bir rol oynar. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Koryoallantoik Membran (KAM) modeli kullanılarak 37.50C ve 39.00C olacak şekilde iki farklı kuluçka sıcaklığına maruz bırakılan tavuk embriyolarında anjiyogenez sürecindeki olası farklılıkları belirlemektir. Çalışmada her birinde 16’şar adet döllü tavuk yumurtasının analiz edildiği deney ve kontrol grubu olmak üzere iki grup yer aldı. Yumurtalar inkübasyonun 7. gününde penset ve cerrahi makas yardımıyla embriyoya zarar vermeden açıldı. Fotoğrafları çekilen embriyoların tepe-kıç ve occipitofrontal uzunlukları ile KAM’daki damar kalınlıkları, damar yoğunluğu ve damar dal sayıları ImageJ programı kullanılarak ölçüldü. Verilerin istatistiksel analizi SPSS programı aracılığıyla yapıldı. Sıcaklığa bağlı olarak 39.00C’de inkübe edilen yumurtalardan elde edilen embriyoların tepe-kıç uzunluklarının değerlerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olmasa da bir azalma mevcuttu. Bununla birlikte occipito-frontal uzunluk değerlerinin arttığı, kafatasının daha büyük bir görünüme sahip olduğu ve bu artışın istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu tespit edildi (p0.05). Her iki grubun karşılaştırılmasında artan sıcaklığa bağlı olarak damar dal sayısında bir azalma (37.50C’de 35.44±10.97, 39.00C’de 24.94±6.97) olduğu görüldü. Bu azalmanın istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu tespit edildi (p0.05). Materials and Methods: Eighteen adult female Wistar-Albino rats were divided into six groups (n=3, each) as control, low-dose nicotine, high-dose nicotine, low-dose nicotine+melatonin, high-dose nicotine + melatonin and melatonin.
