Purpose: Anti-TNF drugs increase the risk of tuberculosis. In this study we aimed to investigate the incidence of tuberculosis in patients using anti-TNF drugs.Methods: One hundred and fifteen pediatric cases which were received anti-TNF drugs were included in the study. The clinical and epidemiological characteristics of the cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results: One hundred and fifteen cases using anti-TNF drugs were included in the study. The diagnoses of the cases were as follows; Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis 76 (66%), Ulcerative Colitis 11 (9.6%), Crohn's 7 (6%), Ankylosing Spondylitis 6 (5.2%), FMF 5 (4.3%), Psoriasis 4 (%3.5). The distribution of the agents used by the patients was; etanercept 74 (64.3%), infliximab 17 (14.8%), adalimumab 17 (14.8%), anakinra 5 (4.3%), and canakinumab 2 (%1.7). It was learned that all cases had BCG vaccinations when they were two months old, confirmed by the vaccination cards and the ministry of health's vaccination follow-up system. TST was performed in all of the cases and TST response was measured as 15 mm in 7 (5.6%) cases. Isoniazid (INH) prophylaxis was started for nine months in 17 cases with the diagnosis of latent tuberculosis. Active tuberculosis was not detected in any of the cases.Conclusion: All patients receiving anti-TNF need to be evaluated for tuberculosis. Although it is not detected at the beginning of the treatment, regular tuberculosis screening should be continued during the treatment with contact history, symptoms, physical examination, chest X-ray, and TST/IGRA in light of current guidelines., Amaç: Anti-TNF ilaçlar tüberküloz enfeksiyon riskini arttırırlar. Bu çalışmayla Anti-TNF ilaç kullanan hastalarda, tüberküloz gelişme sıklığını araştırmayı amaçladık. Gereç ve yöntem: Çalışmaya anti-TNF ilaç kullanan 115 çocuk hasta dahil edildi. Olguların klinik ve epidemiyolojik özellikleri retrospektif olarak değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Anti-TNF ilaç kullanan 115 olgu çalışmaya dahil edildi. Olguların tanıları; Juvenil Romatoid Artrit 76 (%66), Ülseratif Kolit 11 (%9,6), Crohn's 7 (%6), Ankilozan Spondilit 6 (%5,2), FMF 5 (%4,3), Psoriasis 4 (%3,5) şeklindeydi. Hastaların kullandığı ajanların dağılımı ise; etanersept 74 (%64,3), infliximab 17 (%14,8), adalimumab 17 (%14,8), anakinra 5 (%4,3) ve kanakinumab 2 (%1,7) şeklindeydi. Tüm vakaların iki aylıkken BCG aşısı olduğu öğrenildi, aşı kartları ve sağlık bakanlığının aşı takip sisteminden teyit edildi. Tüm olgulara TDT yapıldı ve TDT yanıtı 15 mm 7 (%5,6) olarak ölçüldü. Latent tüberküloz tanısı alan 17 olguya 9 ay izoniazid (INH) profilaksisi başlandı. Olguların hiçbirinde aktif tüberküloz saptanmadı.Sonuç: Anti-TNF alan tüm hastaların tüberküloz açısından değerlendirilmesi gerekmektedir. Tedavi başlangıcında saptanmasa da tedavi süresince güncel kılavuzlar ışığında temas öyküsü, semptomlar, fizik muayene, akciğer grafisi ve TDT/IGRA ile düzenli tüberküloz taramasına devam edilmelidir.

Dünya nüfusunun artışına bağlı olarak gıda ihtiyacını karşılamak ve sürdürülebilir tarımın gereği, en iyi kalitede ürünü en uygun maliyetle üretmek için hassas tarım uygulamaları günden güne artmaktadır. Hassas tarımın gereği, doğru girdiyi, doğru miktarda, doğru yere, doğru zamanda ve doğru şekilde uygulamak için robotik sistemler tarımsal faaliyetlerin her aşamasında kullanılmaktadır. Robotik sistemler ile birim alandan maksimum ürün elde edilirken, çevreye zarar en aza indirilmek istenmektedir. İhtiyaca göre pestisit uygulamaları ön plandadır, böylelikle arazinin her yeri değil gerekli yerler ilaçlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, kimyasal mücadeleye alternatif olan biyolojik mücadele ajanı olan entomopatojen nematodların hassas uygulanmasına yönelik bir robotik sistem tasarlanmıştır. Robotik sistemin tüm sac kısımları 2 mm alüminyum, plastik kısımları 20 mm delrin malzemeden imaldir. Tüm bağlantı elemanları sökülebilirdir bu sayede kolaylıkla taşınabilir. CNC kontrol kartına yüklenen G-kodlar sayesinde step motorlara hareket verilmektedir. Mekanik, hidrolik ve pnömatik gibi geleneksel karıştırma sistemlerine karşın yeni bir çalkalama metodu olan salıncak yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Peristaltik pompa ile dozajlama sağlanmıştır. Step motorların peristaltik pompa ile uyumu, Arduino kullanılarak her noktaya aynı ya da her noktaya farklı dozajlama imkânı sağlayan yazılım sayesinde optimize edilmiştir. Robotik sistem ile iki farklı entomopatojen nematod türünün (Steinernema feltiae ve Heterorhabditis bacteriophora), farklı dozlar (0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 g ve 60 000, 120 000, 240 000 adet) ve hacimler (25, 50, 100 ve 5, 15, 45 ml) ile denemeleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Denemeler sonucu bazı kombinasyonların arasında istatistiksel olarak farklılık olmasına rağmen ticari doz değeri olan cm2’ye 50 adet nematod uygulamasından dolayı robotik sistemin hassas uygulama yaptığını söylemek mümkündür. Depending on the increase in the world population, precision agriculture practices are increasing day by day to meet the food need and to produce the best quality product at the most affordable cost, as a requirement of sustainable agriculture. Robotic systems are used at every stage of agricultural activities to apply the right input in the right amount to the right place at the right time and in the right way as a requirement of precision agriculture. With robotic systems, it is desired to minimize the damage to the environment while obtaining the maximum crop from the unit area. Chemical applications according to needs are at the forefront so that necessary places are sprayed, not all parts of the land. In this study, a robotic system was designed for the precision application of entomopathogenic nematodes, which is an alternative to chemical control. All sheet metal parts of the robotic system are made of 2 mm aluminum, and plastic parts 20 mm Delrin material. All fasteners are detachable, so they can be easily transported. Thanks to the G-codes loaded on the CNC control card; the stepper motors are activated. In contrast to traditional agitating systems such as mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic, a new agitation method, the swing method, was used. Dosing is provided with a peristaltic pump. The compatibility of the stepper motors with the peristaltic pump has been optimized by using Arduino software that allows dosing the same to each point or different to each point. The robotic system tested two different entomopathogenic nematode species (Steinernema feltiae and Heterorhabditis bacteriophora) with different doses (0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 g and 60 000, 120 000, 240 000 IJs) and volumes (25, 50, 100 ml and 5, 15, 45 ml). Although there is a statistical difference between some combinations due to the trials, it is possible to say that the robotic system performs sensitive applications due to the application of 50 nematodes per cm2, which is the commercial dose value.

Epidermodisplazis verrusiformis (LewandowskyLutz sendromu) nadir görülen, otozomal resesif geçen, hücresel immunitedekidefekt ile karakterize ve Human Papillomavirüs enfeksiyonuna duyarlılığınarttığı bir genodermatozdur. Tipik klinik bulgular arasında pitriyazisversikolora benzer maküller, düz siğil benzeri papüller, psöriaziform kırmızıpapüller ve seboreik keratoza benzeyen pigmente keratotik lezyonlar bulunur. Güneşgören bölgelerde kütanöz maligniteler gelişebilmektedir.BuradaEpidermodisplazis verrusiformis tanısı konulan iki kardeş olgu sunulmaktadır.Kardeşlerden biri 13 yaşında kız, diğeri ise 15 yaşında erkekti. El, yüz veboyunlarında beş yıldan beri olan cilt lezyonları mevcuttu. Epidermodispaziaverrusiformis hastalarında özellikle güneş gören bölgelerde, erken yaşlardakütanöz maliniteler gelişebilmektedir. Typical clinical findings include pityriasisversicolor-like macules, flat wart-like papules, psoriasiform red papules, andpigmented keratotic lesions resembling seborrheic keratosis. Cutaneousmalignancies can develop on sun-exposed regions. Herein, we present two siblingsdiagnosed with Epidermodisplasia verrusiformis. One of the siblings is a13-year-old girl and the other is a 15-year-old. There were skin lesions on thehands, face and neck for five years. In patients diagnosed withEpidermodispazia verruculiformis, particularly in the sun-exposed areas,cutaneous malinites can develop in younger ages. For this reason, we think that itis appropriate for the patients to be protected from the sun and closelyfollowed by the dermatologists.

This study aims to measure financial performances of the banks based on profitability on Borsa Istanbul. The performance measurement was conducted between 2016 and 2020 by utilizing multi-criteria decision-making techniques. Within this context, the study examines the best evaluation criteria affecting the banks’ profitability and determines the best performing bank traded on Borsa Istanbul. While the best evaluation criteria was detected by using Entropy Method, the best performing bank was detected by using Waspas Method. Earnings Before Tax Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Earnings Per Share Growth, Revenue Growth, Dividend Yield were taken as financial evaluation criteria. The results indicate that while the evaluation criteria of dividend yield is determined as the most efficient criteria for banks, the bank with the best performance is Türkiye Sınai Kakınma Bankası on Borsa Istanbul., Bu çalışmanın amacı Borsa İstanbul’da faaliyet gösteren bankaların karlılığa dayalı finansal performanslarını analiz etmektir. Performans ölçümü çok kriterli karar verme teknikleri kullanılarak 2016-2020 yılları arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda, bankaların performansını etkileyen en önemli karlılık kriteri ve Borsa İstanbul’da faaliyet gösteren en iyi banka belirlenmektedir. Bankaların karlılığını etkileyen en önemli kriteri belirlemek için Entropi Yöntemi, performansı en yüksek bankayı belirlemek için ise Waspas Yöntemi kullanılmaktadır. Finansal performans değerlendirme kriteri olarak, Vergi Öncesi Kar Marjı, Net Kar Marjı, Aktif Karlılık, Özkaynak Karlılığı, Hisse Başına Kar Büyüme Oranı, Net Satış Büyüme Oranı, Temettü Verimi analize dahil edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları temettü veriminin Borsa İstanbul’da faaliyet gösteren bankalar için en iyi performans krteri olduğunu, performansı en yüksek bankanın ise Türkiye Sinasi Kalkınma Bankası olduğunu göstermektedir.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, 1988-2015 yılları arasında Borsa İstanbu’da faaliyet gösteren hisse senetleri üzerinde yaz saati uygulamasının etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu kapsamda, yaz saati uygulaması anomalisinin saat değişimlerini takip eden gün ve hafta içerisinde hisse senedi getirileri ve volatilite üzerindeki etkisi analiz edilmektedir. Araştırma sonuçları, hisse senedi getirileri ve volatilitenin yaz saati değişikliklerinden etkilenmediğini göstermektedir. Diğer bir ifadeyle, Borsa İstanbul’da yaz saati uygulamasının etkisine dair her hangi bir bulguya rastlanmamıştır., The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of “daylight saving time” (DST) changes on Borsa Istanbul, covering the periods from 1988 to 2015. In this context, daylight saving anomaly was examined by using stock market returns and volatilities following DST changes on daily and weekly basis. The results indicate that both market returns and volatilities following daylight saving time changes do not differ from other days and weeks. Thus, it can be said that there is no evidence of daylight saving time effect in Borsa Istanbul.
