Economic growth is necessary but insufficient. To achieve the desired development, inclusive and sustainable growth is essential. Morocco, aware of the social problems of which its population suffers, aims for a new development model. But the success of this model and the achievement of inclusive growth require the contribution of all actors of the Moroccan economy including the cooperative sector. The objective of this article is, on one hand, to show the importance and the need for an inclusive growth by analyzing the critical state of the Moroccan population and, on the other hand, to study the contribution of the sector cooperative in achieving this growth. It will thus be a question of showing the contribution of the cooperative sector in reducing the multidimensional poverty and in the achievement of the well-being of the Moroccan population. Therefore, this research attempts to provide answers to the following question: “To what extent do Moroccan cooperatives contribute to the achievement of inclusive growth in Morocco?" The findings of this article is that, the cooperative sector, by being a factor in the promotion of decent employment in Morocco, a factor in the emancipation of Moroccan women and a means of allowing the achievement of the well-being (especially subjective well-being) of Moroccan citizens, does indeed contribute to the achievement of inclusive growth in Morocco.   JEL Classification: I39, P13 Paper type: Theoretical article &nbsp, La croissance économique est nécessaire, mais insuffisante. Afin d’atteindre le développement souhaité, une croissance inclusive et durable est indispensable. Le Maroc, conscient des problèmes sociaux dont souffre sa population, vise un nouveau modèle de développement. Mais la réussite de ce modèle et la réalisation d’une croissance inclusive nécessitent la contribution de tous les acteurs de l’économie marocaine à savoir le secteur coopératif. L’objectif de cet article est, d’une part, de montrer l’importance et la nécessité d’une croissance inclusive en analysant l’état critique de la population marocaine et, d’autre part, d’étudier la contribution du secteur coopératif à la réalisation de cette croissance. Il s’agira alors de montrer la contribution du secteur coopératif à la diminution de la pauvreté multidimensionnelle et à la réalisation du bien-être de la population marocaine.  Dans ce sens, ce travail de recherche essaye d’apporter des pistes de réponse à la problématique suivante : « Dans quelle mesure les coopératives marocaines contribuent-elles à la réalisation d’une croissance inclusive au Maroc ? » Le résultat principal de ce travail de recherche est qu’en étant un levier de promotion d’emploi décent au Maroc, un facteur d’émancipation de la femme marocaine et un moyen permettant la réalisation du bien-être (surtout subjectif) des citoyens marocains, le secteur coopératif contribue bel et bien à la réalisation de la croissance inclusive au Maroc.     Classification JEL : I39, P13 Type de l’article : Article théorique
