The goal of research on traditional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is to use earnings as a moderator to ascertain the impact of the capital adequacy ratio (CAR), non-performing loan (NPL), and BOPO on the value of the company. Variables This study uses a quantitative approach and sample data collection through purposive sampling. The samples obtained for this study are 69 samples that meet the standards of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and financial statements for the 2020-2022 period. Classical hypothesis testing and moderate regression analysis (MRA) methods were used to analyze the results of this study. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) did not have a significant effect on the value of the company, and non-performing loans (NPL) did not have a significant effect on the value of the company and operating costs. (BOPO) does not have a significant influence on the value of the company. Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) can be changed and affect company value, profit cannot moderate the impact of non-performing loans (NPL) on company performance Product value cannot reduce Operating Costs and Operating Income (BOPO) to company value. This paper analyzes the soundness of government-owned Islamic banks before and after a merger. The research variables consist of Risk Profile as measured by Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Good Corporate Governance as measured by Net Open Position (NOP), Earnings as measured by Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE)) and Operational Efficiency Ratio (OER), and Capital as measured by the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Three government-owned Islamic banks before merger, namely Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Sharia, Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Sharia, Bank Sharia Mandiri (BSM) and one bank after merger namely Bank Sharia Indonesia (BSI) were selected as research objects. The study uses secondary data for the first quarter of 2019 to the third quarter of 2022. The hypothesis was tested with the Paired Sample T-Test and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results show that the ratios of NPF, NOP, ROA, ROE, and OER have significant differences before and after the merger. Meanwhile, the ratios of FDR and CAR have no significant difference before and after the merger. This condition indicates that the ability of Islamic banks to manage FDR and CAR is quite good and remain in the soundness category before and after the merger. This study concludes that some of the soundness ratios of government-owned sharia banks are better after the merger. However, there are two ratios that are not significantly different either before or after the merger. The implication of this research is that the ability of the manager of a government-owned Islamic bank in managing the soundness of a bank greatly determines the sustainability of an Islamic bank. This research examines how the effort that consumers exert to earn money affects their risk tolerance. We theorize and find that working harder—that is, more effortful earning—increases perceived ownership and valuation of earnings, and thus aversion to losing them, resulting in lower risk tolerance, even when risk is associated with better expected outcomes. Documenting this causal negative effort–risk relationship is important because it (1) runs contrary to consumers' lay beliefs and population‐level analysis which conversely suggest a positive effort–risk correlation (i.e., a Simpson's paradox, Experiment 2), (2) expands understanding of how the way in which people acquire money affects risk tolerance beyond classic research on windfall gains (i.e., unanticipated rewards) and house money (i.e., unrealized gains), and hence (3) reveals a unique mechanism of perceived ownership that drives this negative causal relationship. Leveraging this unique mechanism, we further show that this negative effort–risk relationship can be attenuated by changing the currency of the money that consumers earn to be one that consumers have low ownership over (e.g., Bitcoin for non‐crypto users). This paper investigates households' consumption smoothing behavior by estimating the intertemporal elasticity of substitution of consumption (IES) while allowing labor/leisure to vary. To this end, we adopt a utility specification that allows non-separability between consumption and leisure. Using this specification, we define a leisure margin as the gap between the IES that allows leisure to vary and the IES that keeps leisure constant. We find a positive and statistically significant leisure margin throughout the paper. In addition, the leisure margin becomes larger when the spouse's leisure is taken into consideration. This result indicates that family labor supply plays an important role in households' consumption decisions. We further explore the heterogeneous nature of nonmarket time, and show that consumption-leisure substitutability could be explained largely by home production. On-demand delivery through sharing platforms represents a rapidly expanding segment of the global workforce. The emergence of sharing platforms enables gig workers to choose when and where to work, allowing them to do so in a flexible manner. However, such flexibility brings notorious challenges to platforms in managing the gig workforce. Thus, understanding the incentive and behavioral issues of gig workers in this new business model is inherently meaningful. This paper investigates how the incentive mechanisms of sharing platforms—earnings, ratings, and penalties—affect the working decisions of gig workers and their nuanced relationships. To achieve this goal, we use data from one leading on-demand delivery platform with more than 50 million active consumers in China and implement a two-stage Heckman model with instrumental variables to estimate the impact of earnings, ratings, and penalties. We first show that better ratings motivate gig workers to work more. However, interestingly, when ratings are employed together with earnings, the two positive effects of ratings and earnings can be substitutes for each other. Second, we reveal that higher past penalties discourage workers from working more, whereas, interestingly, workers with higher past penalties tend to be more sensitive toward an increase in earnings. Finally, we conduct follow-up surveys to understand the underlying mechanisms of the observed moderating effects from both psychological and economic perspectives. The ultimate goal of this work is to provide managerial implications to help platform managers understand how earnings, ratings, and penalties work together to affect gig workers' working decisions and how to manage high- and low-quality workers. Based on the observations, the background of this study is that there are several financial ratios that experience fluctuations and contrary the theory and to find out level of bank health in Panin Dubai Syariah Bank period 2017-2021. This study aims to find out the health level of Panin Dubai Syariah Bank for the period 2017-2021 using the RGEC method. The valuation factors used are Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital factors. The object of this research is the financial statements of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The results showed that the health level of Panin Dubai Syariah Bank based on Risk Profile factors gets a healthy predicate, Good Corporate Governance gets a healthy predicate, Earning gets an unhealthy predicate and Capital gets a very healthy predicate.

Returning the leverage to the mean despite the decisions to adjust the company's financial leverage is an obstacle to achieving the right choice of the optimal leverage, which can affect the future earning ability growth and prices of companies. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the phenomenon of mechanical mean reversion of leverage ratios on earning acceleration strategy and price acceleration returns. The variable measurement of the mechanical mean reversion of leverage ratios is done using the bootstrap simulation method. For this purpose, a sample consisting of 1248 years-listed companies on the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 1387-1388 has been studied using multivariate regression. In order to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses, R software and Ives software were used. The results showed that increasing the phenomenon of leverage reversion to the mean reduces the acceleration of earnings and the phenomenon of mechanical reversion of leverage to the mean can be confirmed for Iranian companies. The results also showed that reducing the phenomenon of mean mechanical reversion to the leverage can lead to price changes in the time horizon of 3 and 6 months; However, in a one-year period, the acceleration of the price is not effective in obtaining additional returns.

School closure policies during the covid-19 pandemic have changed from face-toface to online learning. This change inevitably impacts the unpreparedness of schools, parents, and students in managing learning, which may cause learning loss in children. On its official page, the Indonesian Ministry of Education stated that due to the covid-19 pandemic, the implementation of online learning had caused a significant learning loss. This study analyses the risk of learning loss due to online learning in Indonesia in terms of children's future adversity. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with survey techniques using Google Form and data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model through three stages: reduction, display, and data verification. This study involved 1229 elementary school students spread over 82 cities from 34 provinces in Indonesia. The results showed that there has been learning loss in children in the form of low academic and life skills achievement indicated by difficulty in understanding subject matters (cognitive domain), lack of confidence in expressing opinions (affective domain), and difficulty in accomplishing projects or learning tasks (psychomotor domain). The implication of learning loss is the decline in the quality of abilities, academic achievement, competitiveness, and welfare of children in the future. Objective: To examine the relationship of work schedules with nurse turnover across various work settings.Methods: A cross-sectional study design was used with data collected from 17,046 nurses who participated in the 2018 National Sample Survey of Registered Nurses in the U.S. Multivariate logistic regression was used to examine the effects of work hours and overtime on nurse turnover.Results: Longer weekly work hours increased nurse turnover (OR = 1.104, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 1.006–1.023). A non-linear relationship was observed between overtime and turnover. Compared with nurses with no overtime, the turnover for nurses working 1–11 h overtime per week decreased (OR = 0.893, 95% CI = 0.798–0.999). When nurses worked ≥12 h, turnover increased (OR = 1.260, 95% CI = 1.028–1.545). Earning from the primary nursing position decreased turnover among nurses working in hospitals, other inpatient settings, and clinics. Job satisfaction decreased turnover.Conclusion: To prevent nurse turnover, it is important to monitor and regulate nurses’ working hours at institutional and government levels. Government support and policy implementations can help prevent turnover.

Norms govern many aspects of human behaviour and facilitate coordination in cooperative activities. Regarding the origin of normativity, the most widely accepted hypothesis holds that it was shaped by processes of cultural selection between human groups with different rules on how to organise social life. However, in our opinion, we still lack an evolutionary explanation that would allow us to trace the origins of this incipient normativity in early humans. In this text we suggest that normativity appeared early in the development of our hominin ancestors as a consequence of the development of elementary teaching skills, understood not only as the ability to show others how to do something, but also as the ability to point out what one may and may not do. This study examines the nature and extent of women employment in rural areas. In the contemporary world, women's role is not essentially limited to household chores and farm activities. Over the past decades, globally there is a substantial rise in rate of women education and employment but the proportion of Indian women in work has been declining. This is due to the role of women in home production. Indian women particularly in rural areas, have to play multiple roles such as a participant in labour force for supplementing family income and in addition they have a central role in food chain activities. A survey was carried out to assess the nature and extent of 120 women engaged in four major types of occupations in rural areas of Hisar and Panchkula districts of Haryana. Nature of job, duty hours, wage amount, physical status of job and wage act knowledge were found to be highly significant with the type of employment. Data collected exhibited that all the labourers had a temporary nature of their job contrary to that 10% of the government employees were permanent at their job. More than three fifth of the respondents were earning less than Rs.10, 000 per month whereas only 8.3% respondents were earning more than Rs.30, 000 per month. Out of all the respondents, only 35% had full knowledge of wage act rest had partial or no knowledge. It's very important to enhance the women's work participation in productive employment also additional work burden requires support such as child care facilities to ease other domestic responsibilities which remains with women. The economic and social changes in the world have brought significant changes to the demographic phenomena of the last 40 years, the countries most affected by these changes being the ex-communist countries. Forms of migration are often perceived as a measure of the weighting of large-scale demographic effects, reducing the rate of aging worldwide. However, the idea of cultural diversity is not easy to manage, as migrants may not be able to adapt to living conditions in their destination countries. Globally, the illegal migration phenomenon is discouraged by the provision of multiple accommodation facilities in the host country, for immigrants, attracting highly qualified people, who can be easily integrated into the labor market and local communities in the destination country. As a result of these developments, the demographic outlook for Romania is not the most optimistic, so several experts estimate dramatic future developments for the country's population. The purpose of the company is to increase firm value. But in the last six years, the firm value of the banking sector has fluctuated and even tends to decrease. The level of banking health can be expected to increase firm value. The level of banking health can be measured using the Risk Profile (RP), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earning, Capital (RGEC) method which is the latest formula after Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earning, Liquidity (CAMEL). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of banking health on the firm value. The research method uses partial panel data regression through the determination of the estimation model and the classical assumption test in advance using 33 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results showed that there was a significant and positive effect between Return on Asset (ROA) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on firm value. Besides, there was a positive but not significant effect between GCG and risk profile on firm value. The results showed that capital is a factor of business developer and company earning can show as a signal of quality prospects. The application of GCG is not a significant influence because the results of self-assessment are not following fraud that occurs. Banks must be able to manage their risk so that the risk can be an encouragement for them to produce high values.

The purpose of the current study is to examine the impact of earning stickers compared to receiving them for free on kindergarteners' (5–6-year-old) sharing behaviours. Children's sharing behaviours were measured with the Dictator Game. Seven weeks after the first application, each child performed a matching dots to numbers activity. Thus, each child gained stickers as a result of his/her endeavour and success. The results of one-way ANOVA and logistic regression did not reveal gender, age and income as significant contributors for young children's sharing behaviours. The findings have shown that young children's sharing behaviours significantly decrease when they earn stickers rather than receive them for free without any effort. In other words, children's sharing behaviours decreased 10.4% when they were asked to share something that they had earned as a reward compared to when those rewards were just given to them for free. This paper analyses the tasks allotted to students, featuring two thematic units in the 6th grade Geography textbook published in 2018 by the Didactic and Pedagogic Publishing House Ltd., Bucharest and used in the schools in Romania during the 2018-2019 school year. After a brief analysis of the textbook and its lesson structure, we studied the tasks on Regional Geography in the following thematic units: “Europe-geographic identity” and “ Europe in the contemporary world”. These tasks are associated with some visual materials (e.g. illustrations, books, charts, sketchy drawings and the like), with some texts and web sources. The studied assignments are included in the lesson sections Discover and Apply. Most of the tasks demand recognition and identification of some geographic aspects. Less importance have the tasks that require the systematization of information based on some criteria. To improve thorough information processing, it is advisable to include certain activities of identifying geographic relationships of hierarchy, comparison, explanation and ordering of data, synthesizing it in texts, problem solving and problem-situations.

We establish that the birth year in China is related to educational attainment because of the superstitious believes that the girls who were born in the “sheep” year will suffer bad luck, and the education system. The crude birth rate declined in the “sheep” year and schools response to the fluctuations by class size in the short run because there were no binding constraints on the class size in China. We estimate the return to education by using birth year as an instrument for schooling.

This research aims to analyze the differences in the soundness of commercial banks before and after the implementation of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital (RGEC) method in Indonesia. The unit of the analysis was a commercial bank with purposive sampling method of 10 banks. The study period was 2008-2016. Data analysis technique was using comparative test with the different test of t-test for the related sample. Hypothesis testing with paired sample t-test and data processing with SPSS 24. The research findings showed that the research model based on F test is fit so that the model formed can be used to test the difference of soundness level of commercial banks. Referring to each RGEC variable, it was found that the risk profile proxy with a Non-performing loan (NPL) and earning with proxy Net Interest Margin (NIM) not significant before and after RGEC implementation while Good Corporate Governance(GCG) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) have significant difference before and after the implementation of RGEC. This study for GCG testing still used self-assessment which can be seen from the score of each bank directly.

Digital technologies advancements have reshaped the framework of the traditional classroom and taken educational curriculum to a different new level. More than ever, the education systems all over the world, strongly affected by the shock of the COVID-19 crisis, need to rely on innovation and digital resources. Augmented Reality (AR) technology can enable educators and students to access specialised materials beyond time and space. This paper presents a systematic review of literature on AR in education in the last 3 years. In total 30 research papers were analysed in this review, by using the content analysis method. Mobile assisted language learning (MALL) has developed and gained importance over the years in foreign language learning settings. However, mobile phones are still perceived as distracting devices in most of the schools. Within the field of second and foreign language learning, one of the most difficult things for school teachers is to give feedback to students when using a mobile device. In the present paper we present a case study research, which will investigate the best form of giving feedback via WhatsApp to students in primary education. Mobile instant messaging (MIM) has been used to practice vocabulary as well as the speaking and listening skills, but the study focuses on the feedback that the students have received. 30 primary (volunteer) students were selected to participate in the 3-week study and were divided into 3 groups, according to their age (low, middle and upper primary). A mixed approach method was employed to analyze the data (quantitative and qualitative). Results indicated that the most popular form of feedback among young students were smileys and images and not written feedback, and the study reveals that a set of varied images, even to send corrective feedback was an engaging element for the young students. Upper-primary students considered the written feedback more interesting, since they received more language-related details with this type of feedback than with a simple image. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Positive accounting theory (PAT) has been more developed than normative accounting theory in this era. The development of PAT research has discussed about what factors influenced management to report earnings. By using literature reviews, there are many researches in discussing the external factors to influence management to report earnings, such as bonuses, the debt equity ratio, political costs, and good governance. The other researches have discussed the association between earnings and stock prices. There are still few discussions about the selfmotivation of the directors or managers why choose a certain accounting method. The difference of environment, types of industry, and timing of financial statement reporting can be a further research. By using theories introduced by Popper, Kuhn, and Lakatos, PAT has elements in these three theories; however, PAT has not been categorized as science.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of performance of Indonesian banks that meet the Qualified ASEAN Bank (QAB) in terms of aspects of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earning, Capital. The research design is descriptive comparative with quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling from Indonesia’s national commercial bank which has the largest capital in ASEAN. The number of samples obtained was three banks, namely, Bank Mandiri, BRI Bank, and BCA Bank. The results of the study show that only BCA banks have the best average RGEC value compared to Bank Mandiri and BRI Bank. BCA Bank can meet the QAB criteria. Therefore, the Bank of BCA can rank I as a QAB Bank. This research is expected to provide information about the importance of measuring RGEC as a basis for meeting Qualified ASEAN Bank standards. In this paper researcher has tried to study the dividend policy decision of selected cement companies in India. Secondary data have been used. Study period was of five year from 2014 -2015to 2018-2019. Researcher identified important variables like DPR, EPS, DPS, CR, QR and Firm size for dividend policy. Multiple correlation matrix and penal data analysis techniques have been used to study determinates of dividend policy. Hausman test has also been used to select between random effect model and fixed effect model. Hausman test suggested that random effect mode is appropriate. Result of correlation matrix suggested that DPR is insignificantly correlated with CR, QR and firm size. Result of Pooled Ordinary Least Square Model indicates that EPS, DPS, CR, QR and Firm size are insignificant to DPR. Islamic Bank is a bank that applies Islamic principles in running the business. Until 2015, there were 12 Islamic Bank in Indonesia; one of them already listed on the stock market. The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in the bank's soundness was assessed using a bank's risk profile, good corporate governance, income, and capital (RGEC) between listed Islamic Banks and the unlisted ones. Using the data period 2011-2015 used the independent t-test to test for differences. Statistical tests showed that there is no significant difference in credit risk as measured by NPF and Earning as measured by BOPO that represent cost efficiency between the two groups of companies. The work analyses the writings of Shibani, considering their relevance for contemporary Islamic economics. The novelty of Shibani’s earnings model is its integration of Zakat and other social giving in the social welfare function, which makes the consumer utility a multi-dimensional devotional, material, ethical, social, Shariah-compliant function. The paper proposes a model based on Shibani’s thought, in which the consumer’s income evolves increasingly, from the “imperative earnings” that cover the consumer’s basic needs, to “recommended earnings”, which cover the basic needs of relatives; and to “permissible earnings”, which cover the poor’s needs. Accordingly, the model distinguishes about imperative, recommended, and permissible utility. Rich consumers draw additional utility from Zakat spending in favour of poor consumers. This strong growth is happening because of the expansion of the Indonesian economy is fertile. Consumer spending makes a strong middle class residential business segment was the largest contributor to growth in Indonesia properties .. In this study, the parameters used to measure the performance of the company's financial statements is the accounting profit and the total cash flow. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of variable accounting profit, and total cash flow to share price. Using multiple regression analysis, the study population is all companies sub-sector property and real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015. The results showed that the accounting profit that affect stock prices. Accounting profits will provide information and a positive signal on the stock price on the property sub-sector and real estate, so it will affect the reduction or increase in the company's stock price. Total variable cash flows do not affect the stock price. Data in the cash flow statement only provide weak support for investors.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of green accounting and to find an impact of application of green accounting toward earning and stock price growth in Indonesian Industri. Industri activities oftentimes give some bad impact to environment surroundings such as natural devastation and the changes of culture, social and economic. Green accounting is a realization of corporate social responsibility to relieve the impact. The implementation of green accounting can give good image for the company however preliminary research found not many companies are implementing green accounting. This research will use quantitave approach and different test or paired T-test will use for statistical testing, in order to test the research assumptions. Variable of this research are Green accounting, Earning per Shares and Stock Price Growth. This research is expected will contribute for the development of green accounting theory and enhancement of the implementation of green accounting especially in Indonesian Industri on Asian Economic community era.

Loyalitas nasabah adalah puncak pencapaian pelaku bisnis perbankan. Nasabah yang puas dan setia tidak akan ragu untuk menjadi penyebar kabar baik yang selalu menyebarkan kebaikan mengenai produk perbankan yang di gunakannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati secara parsial dan simultan terhadap loyalitas nasabah PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia kantor cabang Madiun. Populasi penelitian ini adalah nasabah yang menggunakan SMS Banking di PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia kantor cabang Madiun. Sampel perbankan dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah selama periode awal tahun 2013 sampai dengan bulan Maret 2014. Pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan dengan teknik Indidental Sampling sehingga didapat sampel sejumlah 377 responden. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini didapat dengan wawancara dan kuisioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Dari hasil uji parsial yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa bukti fisik, daya tanggap, kehandalan, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap loyalitas nasabah PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Madiun. Hal ini dikarenakan kelengkapan fisik ruang kantor, kecepatan, ketepatan, keamanan, kemudahan bertransaksi dengan SMS Banking mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Madiun. Dari hasil uji simultan diperoleh hasil bahwa kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, daya tanggap, kehandalan, jaminan dan empati secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia kantor cabang Madiun. Hal ini menunjukkan apabila Dimensi kualitas layanan dilaksanakan secara bersama – sama akan membuat nasabah semakin Loyal.

The history of profiting from poetry has developed many times through time, ?grantors? of poetry, and the level of high or low effectiveness in it. Some of these developments are considered negative or described as a deficiency in the history of poetry. Profiting from portraying imbecility and absurdity in poetry is a result of my readings and understanding of integrated social and cultural contexts. I have assumed that this phenomenon represents a similarity to the poetry school representing a relation connection among poets, in addition to other reasons connecting texts. This is what I have investigated to validate the authenticity of this phenomenon. I have also taken care in stating evidence that proves that the poets of this phenomenon are sane and portray imbecility in poetry on purpose. Therefore, I have gathered their quotes and reasons behind this approach and their attitude towards it. I have also linked all that with its social and cultural contexts to fit this phenomenon into its correct position in the history of literature without hiding or denying its existence, and without exaggerating it and its effect. Being convinced that every occurring development in poetry -- regular or irregular - relies on a provoking cultural system. The present paper verified the need to include the cash flow in the evaluation of the stock return by associating the variables of earning and cash flow with analysis of the quality of this information. Accounting information regarding net earnings, EBITDA, cash flow from operations and the variation of these variables were collected in the Economática database, divided by the number of shares, in addition to the annual percentage return between 2006 and 2016 in the universe of non-financial companies in six countries of Latin America - Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru, with a total of 1.149 observations in the period. The objective was to verify the contribution of the cash flow associated with the earnings to the return, obtaining in response that the return can be explained by both variables. The main results indicate that the return can be explained by a different metric from the traditional analysis, and this may indicate an increase in the explanation of the return by a demonstration recently required by the legislation, if compared with the other analyzes. There are several research studies in neuroeducation and they are directly linked to the teachers activity because they aim at an in-depth understanding of the brain mechanisms in terms of cognition. Research studies in pedagogy are part of the educational challenge which consists in encouraging achievements for each pupil. This paper offers a schematic formalization of the learning act, closest to current neuroeducation works, to try to take part in the improvement of the links between teaching and learning. It shows, on the one hand, cognitive activities concerning the process of the learning act (attentiveness, understanding, memorization and transfer) and, on the other hand, families of conditions which would facilitate the development of this process (in terms of safety, availability and involvement).
