This article presents an annotated list of plant type specimens stored in the Herbarium of the IBPC SB RAS (SASY), which is one of the largest in northeast Russia. The Herbarium fund is represented by five departments (vascular plants, mosses, lichens, aphylophore fungi, and algae), where about 95000 herbarium samples are stored exluding algae tests. The Herbarium has a collection of plants from Western and Eastern Siberia, the Far East, and some central regions of Russia. The exchange fund contains more than 3000 species of plants. Typical samples stored in Herbaria are of a particular value. In total, 14 species and 2 subspecies of liverworts, mosses, and vascular plants from 11 families were isolated from the main collection of the SASY Herbarium, which are represented by 14 types, 16 isotypes, 14 paratypes, and 5 epitypes (Frullania ignatovii Sofronova, Mamontov et Potemkin, Barbula jacutica Ignatova, Grimmia jacutica Ignatova, Bednarek-Ochyra, Afonina, J. Muñoz, Aconogonon amgense (V. Mich. et V. Perf.) Tzvel., Androsace gorodkovii Ovcz. et Karav., Anoplocaryum elenae Volot., Artemisia karavajevii Leonova, Astragalus zhiganicus L. Kuzn., and Castilleja galaсtionovae E.G. Nikolin, Castilleja rubra (Drob.) Rebr. var. multicaulis E.G. Nikolin, Castilleja tenella Rebr., Oxytropis scheludjakovae Karav. et Jurtzev, Rosa acicularis Lindl. subsp. melanocarpa L. Kuzn., Sorbocotoneaster pozdnjakovii Pojark. var. cotoneaster L. Kuzn. et Volot., S. pozdnjakovii Pojark. var. sorbus L. Kuzn. et Volot., Salix x zhataica Efimova, Shurduk & Ahti). Plants, the types of which are stored in SASY, represent the indigenous flora of Yakutia and are found quite rarely in this territory; eight of these species are listed in the Red Book of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), and 11 species are endemic. For each sample, a quote of the original label is indicated, and a brief ecology, distribution, and rarity category is given. The originality of the publication of each standard sample is indicated by the images of digitized herbarium sheets and their labels.

According to the results of three field seasons (2015–2017), 7 new species and 1 variety were discovered for the liverworts flora on the Suntar-Khayata Range in the Vostochnaya Khandyga River Basin (Chiloscyphus polyanthos, Clevea hyalina, Eocalypogeia schusteriana, Frullania parvistipula, Lophoziopsis excisa var. elegans, Mannia pilosa, Pellia endiviifolia, Scapania glaucocephala). They are very rare in the mountains of the North-East of Yakutia. Frullania parvistipula is first reported for the Verkhoyansk-Chukotka mountainous country. The localities of Frullania parvistipula, Scapania glaucocephala are the northernmost in Russia. Eocalypogeia schusteriana is included in the Red Book of the Russian Federation, Scapania glaucocephala is listed in the Red Book of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The annotations to each species provide information on habitats, substrates, associated species, growth pattern and indicate the presence of structures associated with reproduction. The peculiarities of distribution are discussed. Data on morphology are presented for Clevea hyalina, Lophoziopsis excisa var. elegans and Scapania glaucocephala. Most of the identified species usually grow on basic or calcareous substrates. Such substrates on the Suntar-Khayata Range have been limited. Chiloscyphus polyanthus and Scapania glaucocephala grew on rotting wood in poplar forest, which are also very rare in the study area. A morphological comparison of Scapania glaucocephala with the most ecologically and morphologically similar S. apiculata and S. carinthiaca is provided based on the Yakutian specimens. Distribution maps of Eocalypogeia schusteriana, Lophoziopsis excisa var. elegans, Scapania glaucocephala in Russia are presented.

New data on the distribution of ten species of true bugs in the south of Baikal Siberia are reported based on the authors’ material. The collection localities and dates, biotopes, the number and sex of the specimens, and the general distribution are given for each species.

Distribution, ecology and taxonomy of four rare liverwort species Frullania davurica, Lejeunea alaskana, Marchantia romanica, Scapania sphaerifera, which were recorded many times in collections from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), are compiled and analyzed. Worldwide distribution maps of Lejeunea alaskana, Marchantia romanica, Scapania sphaerifera are provided. Taxonomic status of all four species needs to be tested on the basis of molecular studies of materials through their ranges. Sporophytes of Lejeunea alaskana are described for the first time.

Japanese elm (Ulmus japonica Rehder) grows in the Baikal Region in the lower reaches of the Selenga River and forms refugia of nemoral biota where many rare and relict species of plants, fungi, bryophytes, lichens and invertebrate animals are found. Refugia of nemoral biota represent an important object to study environmental conditions of the Baikal Region in the past geologic epochs, as they are slightly changing ecosystems. Comprehensive research of elm communities, including qualitative and quantitative studies of insects, is required to fully understand functioning of these refugia and develop measures for their protection. The study summarizes data on 29 true bug species of 24 genera and 10 families, which inhabit closely in the Japanese elm communities. Polyphytophagous species prevalent in the investigated fauna, mixotrophic species also make significant contribution. Carnivores and species with more specific nutritional adaptation are significantly less numerous. As for distribution pattern, species with Trans-Eurasian and Trans-Palaearctic ranges prevail, individual species have Siberian-Far-Eastern and European-Siberian ranges. Species diversity of true bugs is significantly lower in the depths of dense elm forests than at the edges of the communities, especially in place of contact with open habitats. Some Heteroptera species which are typical of the genus Ulmus and live on a different species (U. pumila) in the Baikal Siberia, are not found on the Japanese elm, which confirms distinctness of these communities.

Two weevil species, Rhinoncus autumnalis Korotyaev, 1980 and Orchestes medvedevi (Korotyaev, 1995), comb. n. (from Rhynchaenus), both described from Mongolia, are recorded from Russia (Buryatia) for the first time. A key to five Orchestes species associated with elms in Eastern Siberia, the Russian Far East, and Mongolia is provided. Aizobius sedi (Germar, 1818) is recorded for the first time from Eastern Siberia based on the recent findings in Buryatia and on older collections from Tuva where it is associated with Orostachys spinosa (L.) C.A. Mey. (Crassulaceae); it is also recorded for the first time from Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia. Magdalis (Aika) margaritae Barrios, 1984, native of Mongolia, Northern China and the south of the Russian Far East, is recorded from Buryatia. Lixus (Broconius) korotyaevi Ter-Minassian, 1989, formerly known in Russia only from southern Tuva, is recorded from Buryatia where it was collected on Suaeda ?prostrata Pallas, which is the first known host of this species. Rhamphus ?oxyacanthae (Marsham, 1802) is reported from Buryatia where it was collected from Cotoneaster melanocarpa, and from Mongolia.

Aim. To study the dynamics of the content of histamine in blood cells of patients with angina under the influence of laser therapy. Methods. Investigated was the effect of continuous low-intensity laser radiation on the content of histamine in blood cell of 124 patients with stable angina and 32 practically healthy individuals. Results. In patients with angina the content of histamine in blood cell was higher than in healthy individuals. Under the influence of laser therapy, which was applied to acupuncture points - the «meridians» of the heart and pericardium, the content of histamine decreased and by the end of treatment was the same as in healthy individuals. Conclusion. Laser therapy has a favorable effect on the content of histamine in patients with angina.

Floristic regionalization shows that Yakutia is divided into the following regions: the Arctic, Olenyok, Kolyma, Yana-Indigirka, Central Yakutian, Upper Lena and Aldan. Each region features peculiar “sets” of species of higher vascular plants, mosses, lichens and fungi determined by climatic, topological and other natural factors. The Yakutian flora of higher vascular plants numbers 1,900 species and 84 subspecies. The flora of leafy mosses comprises 523 species (537 taxa including varieties), the liverwort flora consists of 199 species and 19 varieties. The lichen flora of Yakutia comprises 703 species and 10 varieties, comprised in two classes: Ascomycotina and Basidiomycotina. The fungi in the territory of Yakutia are represented by 1 species of Protista and 451 species of macromycetes belonging to the divisions ASCOMYCOTA and BASIDIOMYCOTA and the classes Ustilaginomycetes, Ascomycetes and Hymenomycetes. The Yakutian algal flora is studied as regards its geographical distribution in basins of the largest rivers of Yakutia; it totals 2,476 species (3,124 taxa of intraspecific level) of 22 classes and 12 divisions. Most numerous in species number are the green algae and diatoms.

Four new and rare liverworts for flora of Yakutia are listed. Data on their localities, substrates, habitats and reproduction are provided.
