This study evaluated the usefulness of multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) in the postmortem diagnosis of death by drowning in fresh water by measuring the difference of blood density within the cardiac chambers. Twenty-two corpses including six cases of fresh-water drowning (group A) and 16 deaths by other causes (group B), among which were also different forms of mechanical asphyxia other than drowning, underwent MDCT and conventional autopsy. Blood density within the right and left heart chambers, the aorta and the pulmonary trunk was measured and values compared between groups and within each group between heart chambers. Blood density in all cardiac chambers was lower in group A than in group B. The difference was statistically significant within the left atrium and ventricle and was significantly lower in the left than in the right heart chambers in group A only. MDCT, together with conventional autopsy, may contribute to the diagnosis of drowning, by measuring blood density in the heart chambers.

- Abstract
Objectives: The REWIND study sought to describe the real-world clinical and prescribing practices for the management of urinary tract infection (UTI) in Italy, Belgium, Russia and Brazil in order to compare current practices with international, European and national guidelines., Methods: An integrated mixed-methods approach was adopted that used information from primary care electronic medical records in longitudinal patient databases available in Italy and Belgium, and surveys of physicians in Russia (general practitioners) and Brazil (gynaecologists)., Results: In total, 49 548 female patients were included in the study. Antibiotics were the most common management option for UTI in Italy (71.1%, n=27 600), Belgium (92.4%, n=7703), Russia (81.9%, n=1231) and Brazil (82.4%, n=740). Fosfomycin trometamol was the first-choice antibiotic for the treatment of UTI in all countries. Ciprofloxacin was also commonly prescribed in Italy (24.6%, n=6796), Belgium (17.8%, n=1373), Russia (14.9%, n=184) and Brazil (9.6%, n=71), while prescription of nitrofurantoin was common in Belgium (24.5%, n=1890) alone., Conclusions: Despite differences in study designs and data sources, fosfomycin trometamol was found to be the most commonly prescribed treatment for UTI in all participating countries. In Belgium, real-world prescribing practices for UTI adhered more closely to European guidelines than national guidelines. Although not recommended in international and European guidelines for lower UTI management, the use of fluoroquinolones was still widespread., (Copyright © 2020. Published by Elsevier B.V.)

- Abstract
Unlabelled: Tumors of the adipose tissue located in the nose are extremely rare. This report draws attention to the first case of nasal tip-columellar myolipoma described in the literature. During an open rhinoplasty, the authors elevated the columellar flap and approached the tip, where they found a misdiagnosed 2 × 1 cm fatty mass wedged into the interdomal space continuing between the middle and medial cruses of the alar cartilages, which were laterally dislocated. The mass was excised by sharp and blunt dissection, and histopathologic examination resulted in a diagnosis of myolipoma. This report presents a novel location of myolipoma discovered incidentally. Its unexpected presence affected the surgeons in their operational decisions and forced them to make a rapid change in their surgical plan., Level of Evidence V: This journal requires that authors assign a level of evidence to each article. - Abstract
Progressive hemifacial atrophy or Parry-Romberg syndrome is an uncommon degenerative and poorly understood condition characterized by progressive atrophy of 1 side of the face. It may involve several layers of tissue manifesting itself in a more or less aggressive form (mild, moderate, and severe). Generally, the restoration of contour and symmetry are the goals of the therapy in patients affected by this syndrome. In this article, we present the technique and the 6-year postsurgery result of a case of Parry-Romberg syndrome treated with 1-stage anterior lifting, removal of superficial muscular aponeurotic system, and autologous fat transplantation because the patient requested to recover more than atrophy and also 20 years of lost youth.

- Abstract
The objective of this study was to evaluate women's acceptance of and ability to self-administrate the injectable contraceptive Cyclofem using prefilled UniJect devices. A total of 102 women were invited to participate in the study. Fourteen women (13.7%) refused to participate. Of the remaining 88 women, 32 women (31.4%) consented to participate and were trained using oranges but were still afraid of the procedure and ultimately refused to self-administer the injections. Only 56 women (55%) ultimately self-injected Cyclofem with UniJect. They performed a total of 144 injections, all of them on the ventral side of the thigh. When nurses evaluated women's ability to activate the devices, they found that more than 80% were successful in both the group of women that later self-administered the injections and the group that did not. The evaluation of the self-administered injection technique showed that more than 90% of the women correctly self-administered the contraceptive using UniJect. With respect to the opinion of the women about the self-administration of the contraceptive, more than 50% (32 of 56) of women who self-injected preferred to self-administer the injection and said that they wished to continue with the self-administration, one-third (17) reported that they were afraid, and seven women (12.5%) expressed the opinion that the injection in the thigh was more painful than the administration in the buttocks or arm. In conclusion, our study showed that women can be trained to successfully self-administer the monthly injectable contraceptive Cyclofem and generally respond positively to UniJect.

- Abstract
This study assessed the administration of Cyclofem using prefilled Uniject devices. A total of 480 injections were administered divided equally between standard syringes and Uniject. The majority of women (82%) reported that they felt anxious prior to receiving the injection with Uniject. After injection, more than 80% expressed no anxiety about the appearance of Uniject or about the technique of injection. A total of 96.3% of the participants reported slight to no pain with Uniject. In comparison to the standard syringe, 5.6% expressed having had more pain with Uniject. Ninety percent of the service providers reported that Uniject was easy to activate and inject and that it was reassuring for users to know that the syringe and needle had never been used previously. Only two service providers demonstrated difficulties in activating the device. No accidental punctures occurred during the manipulation, and incomplete emptying of the Uniject was not observed. In conclusion, Uniject is a good device for the administration of the injectable contraceptive Cyclofem. It is likely to be appropriate for the delivery of other injectable contraceptives after the necessary stability tests have been performed.
