An experimental study of the innovative wound expander applicability for surgical operations in the oral cavity was performed. For comparative analysis, 40 experimental models were divided into 4 groups depending on the use of auxiliary devices: Farabef hooks, VICRYL 3/0 suture material (ETHICON, USA), innovative wound expander, without the use of additional materials and tools. An experimental simulation of the operation of dental implantation in the area of the included dentition defect (Kennedy class III, IV), as one of the most frequent outpatient surgical operations in the oral cavity, was performed. The results of the study prove the innovative wound expander applicability for surgical operations in the oral cavity and its obvious advantages over existing analogues: providing adequate access, reliable, stable fixation of the wound edges, minimal injury to the surrounding tissues, protecting the edges of the operating wound from possible injury during surgery, lightweight, durable design, individually adapted to the anatomical features of the operated area, made of biologically inert materials, safety and ease of operation, affordable price, no need for an assistant to contact the operating field. Therefore, it is reasonable to conduct further clinical approbation and introduce the device into the practice of dental surgeons and maxillofacial surgeons.

In modern dentistry, the diagnosis and treatment of occlusal disharmony pose a significant challenge. About 80% of individuals over the age of 18 exhibit various occlusal disorders and maxillofacial pathologies, linked to anatomical peculiarities, systemic function, pathological conditions, and other factors. Therefore, accurately predicting disease progression and complications is crucial. This study conducted a randomized controlled trial involving 150 patients. All patients underwent comprehensive dental examinations, incorporating both primary and adjunctive assessment methods. A neural network was trained and integrated into an expert system, which included a computer algorithm for input, output, and patient data analysis. The system's outcome involved multidimensional computerized forecasting of the risk of occlusal imbalance, considering the identification of hidden neural connections, and recommending potential further patient examinations. The advantages of this method of developing prognostic models using artificial neural networks over classical methods such as discriminant analysis, logistic regression, and multiple regression lie in their ability to address tasks of data identification and interpretation involving categorical and quantitative predictor variables of varying data sizes. Complex therapy of the second group (31 patients, 49,2%) were suppelmented with intraosseous infusion of natrium hypochlorite 0,03%. The results of our investigations allow us to speak about enhancement of efficiency in the complex treatment of parodontal disease.

Complex therapy of the second group (16 patients, 35,6%) were suppelmented with intraosseous infusion of natrium hypochlorite 0,03%. The results of our investigations allow us to speak about enhancement of efficiency in the treatment of chronoc traumatic osteomyelitis.

The research is devoted to studying the role of hygiene violations of an oral cavity and unsatisfactory denture care in formation of pathological process in the impression area. In total 178 patients with the diagnosis "tooth alignment stomatitis" who are constantly using removable dentures are examined. By means of a cytological method it is established that at clinical symptoms of tooth alignment stomatitis in cytogram of prints the Increase in dystrophic changes in flat epithelium cells was noted, layers of half-ruined lymphoid elements are noted, the number of microxyphil and mononuclear neutrophils under review sharply Magnifications to 60-70. It is established that the cytological method allows assessing the hygienic condition of an oral cavity in the impression area rather precisely that has important diagnostic value for defining tactics of holding treatment-and-prophylactic actions in case of tooth alignments stomatitis.
